월드컵 엠블럼에 나타난 시각적 특징 연구 (Study Visual Characteristics of World Cup Emblems)

  • 월드컵 엠블럼의 시각적 특징은 문화 및 정체성의 전달, 대회의 핵심 요소 강조, 브랜드 이미지 강화는 데 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 첫째, 선행 연구를 통해 엠블럼의 시각적 요소와 이론적 배경을 조사했다. 둘째, 상징성, 형태, 색상를 선택하는 것을 연구 주제로 삼았다. 셋째, '100대 민족문화 상징'을 기준으로 하여 형태 관련 이론을 기반으로 하고, 'IRI 배색 이미지 스케일'을 도구로 삼아 상징성, 형태 및 색상을 각각 분석하고, 최종적으로 결론을 도출했다. 월드컵 엠블럼은 민족성 상징, 생활적 상징을 많이 사용하며, 생활적 상징과 민족성 상징은 서로 조합한 형태로 나타낸다. 초기에는 대칭 형태가 많았지만 그 후에는 비대칭 형태로 변화했다. 곡선 표현 형태가 직선 표현 형태보다 많이 사용된다. 그리고 배색 이미지 스케일 분포는 대부분 경쾌하고 다이나믹하고 모던적인 배색 특징을 나타낸다. 앞으로 월드컵 엠블럼 디자인은 민족적 상징과 생활적 상징을 계속 사용한다. 엠블럼의 형태는 곡선과 비대칭적인 디자인을 사용해야 하고 직관적이어야 하며, 대회 주제를 직접적으로 반영할 수 있어야 한다.또한 메인 색상은 국기색을 사용하고, 보조 색상으로는 다른 색상들을 사용해야 한다. 색상의 조합은 IRI 배색 이미지 스케일의 경쾌하고 다이나믹하고 모던한 색상 특징과 일치해야 한다.

연속흐름반응조에서 바이오필름형태의 탈염소화 미생물에 의한 TCE분해 모니터링 (Monitoring Anaerobic Reductive Dechlorination of TCE by Biofilm-Type Culture in Continuous-Flow System)

  • A 1.28 L-batch reactor and continuous-flow stirred tank reactor (CFSTR) fed with formate and trichloroethene (TCE) were operated for 120 days and 56 days, respectively, to study the effect of formate as electron donor on anaerobic reductive dechlorination (ARD) of TCE to cis-1,2-dichloroethylene (c-DCE), vinyl chloride (VC), and ethylene (ETH). In batch reactor, injected 60 ${\mu}mol$ TCE was completely degraded in the presence of 20% hydrogen gas ($H_2$) in less than 8 days by anaerobic dechlorination mixed-culture (300 mg-soluble protein), Evanite Culture with ability to completely degrade tetrachloroethene (PCE) and -TCE to ETH under anaerobic conditions. Once the formate was used as electron donor instead of hydrogen gas in batch or chemostat system, the TCE-dechlorination rate decreased and acetate production rate increased. It indicates that the concentration of hydrogen produced in both systems is possibly more close to threshold for homoacetogenesis process. Soluble protein concentration of Evanite culture during the batch test increased from 300 mg to 688 mg for 120 days. Through the protein monitoring, we confirmed an increase of microbial population during the reactor operation. In CFSTR test, TCE was fed continuously at 9.9 ppm (75.38 ${\mu}mol/L$) and the influent formate feed concentration increased stepwise from 1.3 mmol/L to 14.3 mmol/L. Injected TCE was accumulated at 18 days of HRT, but TCE was completely degraded at 36 days of HRT without accumulation of the injected-TCE during the left of experiment period, getting $H_2$ from fermentative hydrogen production of injected formate. Although c-DCE was also accumulated for 23 days after beginning of CFSTR operation, it reached steady-state in the presence of excessive formate. We also evaluated microbial dynamic of the culture at different chemical state in the reactor by DGGE (denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis).

  • 본 연구에서는 고객센터를 대상으로 고객센터의 중요한 조직자본이 무엇인가 밝혀내고, 조직자본이 고객센터의 어떠한 동적역량을 통하여 조직성과로 연결되는가에 대한 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 고객센터 구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 389개의 데이터를 실증 분석에 이용하였다. 분석결과, 조직자본 중 관계적 자본과 조직문화가 조직의 동적역량 구성요소(구성원 협력, 자본공유, 자본변환) 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 구조적 자본은 동적역량 구성요소 중 협력에 유의한 영향관계가 있음을 밝혔다. 조직성과는 조직 동적역량 중 구성원의 협력과 조직자본공유가 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 고객센터의 관리자들과 상담사원들에게 고객센터에서 과연 어떠한 조직자본이 보다 중점적으로 관리되고 부족한 부분이 보완되어야 하는가에 대한 실용적인 가이드라인을 제시하고, 앞으로 고객센터가 기업의 전략적이며 핵심적인 조직으로 발전하기 위해서는 어떠한 조직자본과 동적역량을 강화, 발전시켜야 하는가에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다.

등가를 통한 번역의 이론과 구성 요소 분석 (Equivalence in Translation and its Components)

  • The subject of the paper is to discern the validity of the translation theory put forward by the ESIT(Ecole Sup?rieur d'Interpr?tes et de Tranducteurs, Universit? Paris III) and how it differentiates from the other translation theories. First, the paper will analyze the theoretical aspects put forward by examining the equivalence that may be discerned between the french and korean translation in relation to the original english text that is being translated. Employing the equivalence in translation may shed new insights into the unterminable discussions we witness today between the literal translation and the free translation. Contrary to the formal equivalence the dynamic equivalence by Nida suggests that the messages retain the same meanings whether it be the original or a translated text to the/for the reader. In short, the object of the dynamic equivalence is to identify the closest equivalence to the suggested source language. The concept of correspondence and equivalence defined by theoriticians of translation falls to the domain of dynamic equivalence suggested by Nida. In translation theory the domain of usage of language and the that of discourse is denoted separately. by usage one denotes the translation through symbols that make up language itself. In contrast to this, the discourse is suggestive of defining the newly created expressions which may be denoted as being a creative equivalence which embodies the original message for the singular situation at hand. The translator will however find oneself incorporating the two opposing theories in translating. Translation falls under the criteria of text and not of language, thus one cannot regulate or foresee any special circumstances that may arise in translation of discourse, the translation to reflect this condition should always be delimited. All other translation should be subject to translation by equivalence. The interpretation theory in translation (of ESIT) in effect is relative to both the empirical and philosophical approach and is suggestive of new perspective in translation. In conclusion, the above suggested translation theory is different from the skopos theory and the polysystem theory in that it only takes in to account the elements that are in close relation to the original text, and also that it was developed for educational purposes opening new perspectives in the domain of translation theories.

The Dramatization of Habitus: A Bourdieun Reading of Pygmalion

  • Based on the Greek myth of Pygmalion and the fairy tale of Cinderella, Shaw's Pygmalion demonstrates a masterful coalescence of these two narrative motifs into a coherent plot scheme. Even more significant is his keen insight into the conflicts created at the tripartite intersection of human activity concerning language/class/culture, which, as the leitmotif, revolves around lessons in language learning. This play basically deals with human transformation and by its very nature, Higgins's experimentation with transforming Eliza cannot stop at language alone. Her cultural transformation ripples over into the realms of gesture and even a unique way of living (modus vivendi) intimately associated with taste and manners, which Bourdieu terms as habitus. By acquiring a new fashion and language, Eliza is reborn as a new lady aspiring to be filled with a newly acquired habitus. While separating her from her old Cockney style, Higgins inculcates Queen's English in Eliza, in which process her changed speech styles gradually transforms and restructures her deportment and manners, finally generating new practices, perceptions and attitudes. The gist of Pygmalion is however less Eliza's ascent into the middle class than her battle for symbolic capital waged at the level of language. By problematizing his contemporary practice of habitus conventionalized and warped by class distinctions based on economic, social and cultural capitals, Shaw creates a new humanist model of man founded on spiritual and rational virtues. In conclusion, Eliza is not a frigid Galatea but a dynamic character that goes through a brilliant transformation of three stages: 1) linguistic; 2) cultural, and 3) humanist. Finally she is built into a "consort battleship" on an equal standing with her sculptor. The process of her character-building cannot be illuminated without resorting to the dynamic notion of habitus, which highlights the process of inculcation, structuring, generation and transposing. Given the overwhelming weight of the heroine's role and the dynamic process of her transformation as the major plot scheme, this play should be christened Galatea in lieu of Pygmalion.

  • The purpose of this study is to rediscover the hidden value of non-mainstreamers style which has been overlooked for the past decade by investigate the aesthetics and formative features of the Grunge fashion. The Grunge fashion was derived from explosive popularity of the early 90's grunge music. Grunge was the alternative anti-thesis against mainstream pop music and anti-fashion against mainstream fashion. Dirty, rubbish grunge style of the poor street youth and grunge musicians have raised to the high fashion by designers. And These trial of designers made people to notice the value of the non-mainstreamers street style like grunge. Actually, the grunge brought the shock with many argument to the 90's fashion field. But now, It became the classic of the street fashion. And It has potent influence on the music, culture and high fashion. The Grunge is a kind of links between music and fashion, street fashion and high fashion, sub culture and mainstream culture, the past and now. Grunge isn't only a fashion of appearance. It is the attitude of wearing clothes and living a life. Variety grunge style in the international street fashion, high fashion, typical musicians's fashion of the 1990's and the 2000's was researched for this study. These materials were gathered from music magazines, fashion magazines, movies, musics and books. As a results of analysis, Grunge has the formative features like mix & match, layering, patchwork, primitive edge, rag, retro, recycle, kinderwhore, sneer scribbling, disheveled hair. Grunge also has the Aesthetic features like the beauty of $disorder{\cdot}\;disharmony{\cdot}\;incompleteness{\cdot}\;kitsch{\cdot}\;poverty{\cdot}\;alternative{\cdot}\;eclectic{\cdot}$symbiosis. For the last 10 years, These features changed our fashion be more pluralistic and dynamic.

역사체험축제의 중요도-실행도 분석에 관한 연구 -연천전곡리 구석기축제를 중심으로- (Importance-Performance Analysis to Evaluate Historic Culture Festival -The Case of The Yeoncheon Jeongok Paleolithic Festival-)

  • 여행의 형태가 정적인 자원보다는 동적이고 체험적이고 가족형으로 변화하는 추세에 따라 축제가 매우 선호되고 있다. 특히 역사적 사건, 시대, 인물을 주제로 개최되는 역사체험축제는 자녀를 둔 가족이 교육과 체험을 동시에 경험할 수 있어서 인기가 높다. 축제의 평가는 현재의 문제점을 진단하고 개선안을 도출하기 위한 절차로서 축제의 발전에 중요한 역할을 한다. 축제를 평가하는 방법 중 중요도-실행도 분석(Importance-Performance Analysis)은 만족도와 같은 단일 기준의 평가가 아니라 중요도와 실행도를 동시에 평가하고, 복잡한 통계기법이나 전문용어가 없어도 도표를 이용하여 가시적으로 문제점을 판단할 수 있기 때문에 일선 축제 담당자에게 유용한 도구가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서 연천전곡리 구석기축제를 대상으로 중요도-실행도 분석을 실행한 결과 '음식의 독특함', '휴게시설', '기타 편의시설', '위생', '혼잡도' 등이 집중 영역에 포함되었다. 따라서 축제의 발전을 위해서 독특한 음식을 개발하고, 휴게시설과 기타 편의시설을 확충하고, 위생에 신경을 쓰고, 혼잡도는 낮출 수 있도록 노력해야 하겠다.

  • Since the latter half of 20 century, in Korea, there are many discussions on the identity of Korean itself in several divisions, in which the discussion on the identity in the part of the costume or the part of the art reflecting the life, is the subject which must not fail to be noticed. So, we try to study the common structure manifested in the Korean painting and the costume as a part of basic recognition of problems and the way of problem-solving for the research on the Koran formative characteristics. The method and the process of this study is first, to consider the characteristics of the plastic and style of the Oriental arts and the Occidental arts by discourse implicate the difference between Oriental and Occidental view and the recognition of the body in the two worlds. And in the study we try to apprehend the dynamic modern artistic value of Korean style through assimilation between the Korean style and Baroque style according to the theory of $W\ddot{o}lfflin$ about the classical style and Baroque style. We will describe the Korean identity by analyzing the Korean plasticity with the Occidental style of dress and paintings reflecting the Occidental culture and thought and the Oriental things, and modern paintings and dress in the present age. As a result, we can try to recherche the way of use of new design for the identity of Korean style, in the concept of the ellipsis, repetition of the retrait, obscur silhouette, and superimposition.

Tuned mass dampers for human-induced vibration control of the Expo Culture Centre at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai, China

  • The Expo Culture Centre is one of the permanent buildings at the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai, China. The main structure has an oval shape and consists of 36 radial cantilever steel trusses with different lengths and inner frames made of concrete-filled rectangular steel tube members. Tuned mass dampers are used to reduce the excessive vibrations of the sixth floor that are caused by human-induced resonance. A three-dimensional analytical model of the system is developed, and its main characteristics are established. A series of field tests are performed on the structure, and the test results show that the vertical vibration frequencies of most structural cantilevers are between 2.5 Hz and 3.5 Hz, which falls in the range of human-induced vibration. Twelve pairs of tuned mass dampers weighing 115 tons total were installed in the structure to suppress the vibration response of the system. These mass dampers were tuned to the vertical vibration frequency of the structure, which had the highest possibility of excitation. Test data obtained after the installation of the tuned mass dampers are used to evaluate their effectiveness for the reduction of the vibration acceleration. An analytical model of the structure is calibrated according to the measured dynamic characteristics. An analysis of the modified model is performed and the results show that when people walk normally, the structural vibration was low and the tuned mass dampers have no effect, but when people run at the structural vibration frequency, the tuned mass dampers can reduce the floor vibration acceleration by approximately 15%.

중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Technological Innovation Efficiency of Listed Companies in China's Digital Cultural Industry)

  • 과학기술과 문화산업의 융합이 심화되면서 중국의 디지털 문화산업이 부상하고 있다. 디지털 문화산업은 디지털 경제 시대에 문화소비에 대한 새로운 욕구를 충족시켜 소비자들에게 신선한 경험을 선사하고 있다. 본 논문은 중국 A주 36개 디지털 문화 상장기업의 2018년~2019년의 공개 데이터를 이용하여 중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성 평가지표체계를 구축했다. 자료포락분석(DEA)을 활용하여 36개 중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성을 평가했다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 상장기업 36곳은 기술혁신 효율성이 낮다. 둘째, 상장기업의 연구개발 자원의 배치가 불합리하다. 셋째, 상장기업 간 기술혁신 효율성의 차이가 크다. 따라서 연구개발 자금 투입의 확대, 연구개발 자원의 합리적 배치, 연구개발 인력 도입과 육성 확대, 효과적인 동적 인센티브 메커니즘 구축, '정산학연용(政产学研用)'의 긴밀한 결합 촉진 및 정부 정책의 충분한 발휘 등의 조치를 통해 중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성을 제고해야 한다.
