추출용매에 따른 자소 색소의 염색성 및 기능성 (Characteristics and Dyeability of Perilla Frutescens L. Britt Extracts with Different Solvents)

  • In this study, we examined the influence of the pigment characteristic and dyeing condition on dyeing properties and functionality by using Perilla Frutescens L. Britt extracts, in which ethanol, distilled water and NaOH solution were used as 3 different solvents. Changes in dyeing conditions include variations in dye concentration, dyeing temperature, time and pH on dye uptake, and K/S values were compared according to these changes. Additionally, color changes were observed according to the use and types of mordant. Ultraviolet-visible spectrum was utilized to investigate the pigment characteristic, and as a result, chlorophyll was identified in ethanol extract, whereas tannin was identified both in distilled water extract and NaOH solution extract. By using FT-IR analysis, these tannins in distilled-water-extract and NaOH solution extract were verified to be hydrolyzable tannin. When dyeing silk, dye uptake increased as dye concentration, dyeing temperature and time increased, while it decreased as pH of the extract increased. Fabrics dyed without a mordant produced Y-series colors, and fabrics dyed with mordants showed various colors depending on the mordant types. Even though color fastness to washing and light was unsatisfactory, fastness to rubbing and perspiration showed relatively high grade. Moreover, deodorant ability of dyed fabric improved.

검정콩 함유 천연 안토시아닌의 염색성 연구 (Studies on the Dyeing Properties of Black Soybean Anthocyanin)

  • The purpose of this study was to investgate dyeing, moradnting properties and colorfastness activities of silk, polyamide, acetate treated black soybean extracts. The color of extract by buffer solution (pH=1) red, but the higher pH of extracted black soybean solution the paler of color strength. Black soybean extracts was approved anthocyanin of 3type(Delphinidin3-glucoside, Cyanidin 3-glucoside, Petunidin 3-glucoside) by chemiclal analysis. This anthocynin, in acid condition, is oxinium structure (red color, soluable) but, in alkali condition quinoid structure(dark brown, in soluable). The optimum dyeing condition of black soybean anthocynin was 10min at $30^{\circ}C$, pH -1. Colorfastness to washing and light showed generally low but crocking fastness was excellent.

  • 본 연구는 우리 야생화중 비교적 대량번식이 가능한 종인 산비장이의 줄기, 꽃, 잎을 채취하여 염액을 추출하고, 다양한 염색 조건에서 견과 면 소재를 염색하여 염색거동을 살펴보고 염색된 색상에 대하여 고찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. pH에 따른 염색에서 견은 pH가 낮을수록 진하게 염색되었고 면은 pH가 중성일 때 가장 진하게 염색되었다. 2. 염색온도에 따른 염착량은 견과 면 구분 없이 큰 차이가 없었다. 3. 염색시간이 1시간에서 2시간 사이에서 급격한 Y값의 감소를 보여 이 시간대에서 많은 염착이 이루어 졌다. 4. 면은 염 첨가 농도로 높을수록 Y값이 낮아져 염이 촉염효과 역할을 하는 것으로 보여 졌으나 견의 경우 염첨가에 따른 Y의 값은 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 5. 염액 농도에 따른 염색성은 견, 면 모두 농도가 작아지면 염착량이 작아졌다. 6. 견의 경우 매염제의 대한 매염효과가 높게 나타나고 있으나 매염제 농도는 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 면에서 철(Fe)과 구리(Cu)에 대한 매염효과만 조금 있었다.

  • Plantae of the natural material has been broadly used on cloth dyeing by it's specific properties such as eco-friendly and innoxious. However dyeing with natural material on synthetic fiber is nearly impossible due to poor affinity between natural material and synthetic fiber. The method which is binding with micro-capsulized natural material to cloth, used in this study, has low change on quality by external influence. Also this method has high ability in spray effect by broken capsule which comes to pressure and friction when the treated cloth was dressed. And this method is applicable widely from natural fiber to synthetic fiber. The purpose of this study is to develop the multi-functional synthetic material with micro-capsulized Ginseng on PET. Moreover, it was driven by comparison of colormetric properties and fastness between regular dip-dyeing method and binding with micro-capsulized material method. Dyeability showed a little bit low exhaustion but the PET treated by micro-capsule was more or less better than the dip dyed PET. Through the SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) of PET treated by micro-capsule, it has good residence of capsules even after 5 or 10 times washing. Wash and light fastness were revealed some different grades by each condition but showed high level, in most and the micro-capsulized PET was more improver than regular dip dyed PET.

실리카 입자를 활용한 친환경 인조스웨이드의 견뢰도 향상에 관한 연구 (Study on the Improvement of the Fastness of Dyeing for Environmentally Synthetic Suede Using Silica Particles)

  • In recent years, research on the development of eco-friendly synthetic suede based on water-dispersed polyurethane resin and non-fluorine water repellent has been conducted. Synthetic suede has a problem that the fastness to dyeing is greatly lowered after the water-repellent processing at a high temperature of $160^{\circ}C$ because the polyester is dyed with a disperse dye. Therefore, in this study, silica was added to water-dispersed polyurethane resin to improve dye fastness. To distribute the $PUD-SiO_2$ mixture evenly in the water-dispersed polyurethane resin, sufficient stirring was done for a period of time. When the $PUD-SiO_2$ mixture(PUD 1-5%) is applied to the substrate, it is confirmed through SEM that the mixture is uniformly applied without particle condensation. The results showed that silica with a diameter of 4~12nm and BET of $200{\sim}380g/m^2$ had the ability to improve dispersibility and fastness.

에너지 절감형 염색기용 직접냉각수세장치에 대한 연구 (A Study on Direct Cooling and Washing Machine for Energy Saving-Type Dyeing Machine)

  • 최근 국내 섬유산업의 생산량이 증가함에 따라 섬유산업에서 에너지 소비는 계속 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 기존의 염색기는 고온 고압의 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에 염색 후 냉각을 하기 위하여 열교환기를 통한 간접냉각방식을 채택하고 있다. 이러한 간접냉각방식은 물의 소모량이 많으며 작업 시간 또한 오래 걸리는 문제점이 있고 냉각시 염액의 고착으로 인해 냉각 후 환원세정 및 수세를 수차례 하므로 에너지가 많이 소비된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 고온 고압 액류 염색기의 열교환기에 의한 간접냉각방식을 염색기내에 냉수를 직접 공급하는 직접냉각방식으로 대체하기 위한 장치를 개발하여 기존의 염색기에 적용하여 냉각과 동시에 환원세정공정을 생략하고 수세공정을 단축시키면서 전공정을 마무리함으로써 전체 작업공정을 줄이고 에너지 소비를 절감하는 등의 생산성을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 직접냉각수세장치를 제안하며, 시제작품을 제작하고, 실제 염색기에 적용하여 기존의 간접 냉각 방식의 염색기와 성능, 자원 및 에너지 절감율을 비교하였다. 또한 시제작품을 적용한 염색기의 염색성 실험을 하였다.

pH Control for Dyebath Reuse in Dyeing of Polyamide with Binary Mixtures of Acid Dyes

  • Hydrolyzable organic esters were compared with ammonium sulphate as an acid donor for the pH control in dye-bath-reuse system of acid dyes mixtures. The ability of pH control, levelness, dyeing properties and reproducibility in dye-bath-reuse system were investigated comparatively. Hydrolyzable organic esters showed higher exhaustion and color yield than ammonium sulphate. In addition, hydrolyzable organic ester exhibited very low conductivity less than 0.5 mS, while ammonium sulphate give high conductivity. However, we could not observe any difference in levelness of dyed samples between two kinds of acid donors in laboratory scale dyeing. Over 10 cycles of reuse, hydrolyzable organic esters showed higher reproducibility than ammonium sulphate. No deterioration of the color fastness and levelness occurs over 10 cycles of reuse.

잿물로 매염처리된 소방염포의 물성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Physical Properties of Sappan Wood Dyeing Fabrics Treated by Rice Straw Ash Solution)

  • This paper surveys the effect of rice straw ash solution to the physical properties of Sappan Wood dyeing fabrics. In the quantitative analysis of rice straw ash solution, the quantities of absorbed ingredients in fabrics were increased by bath pull treatment but the amount of absorption(K/S value) was increased by bath pH4.5 treatment. This is related to the metal ion. Among the metal ion, effect of Fe iou and Al ion were related. In case added extracted dye solution to mordants, the color dye solution became dark and increased reddish. The changes of mechanical properties of fabrics tensile resilience, bending rigidity(B), compressional resilience(RC) were increased. Generally mechanical properties were increased by rice straw ash solution treatment, specially bath pH9 treatment. Rice straw ash solution treatment of dyeing fabrics made the improvement in tensile strength and elongation and in the amount of absorption, dye ability, color fastness, mechanical properties, tensile strength, elongation.
