학교음용수 관리 및 이용실태 (A Study on the Management & Utilization of School Drinking Water)

  • The purpose of this study was to obtain the basic data as a improvement method through the fact-revealing concerning the drinking water management of school and utilization of student. The problems of the research are as follows: First, to investigate status of management of drinking water by area and school. Second, to investigate student's utilization of drinking water by area and school. 1,400 students was selected at 45 elementary and middle-high schools located in Kang-won province, and this study was constituted of two questionnaires(for school's questionnaire and student's questionnaire). The results was analyse through the frequency analysis, $x^2$-test on the basis of the above research problem by SPSS program. The findings of this research are as follows; 1) The Management of School Drinking Water First, the source of school drinking water was mostly piped water. Inspection of water quality has been fulfilled under four times a year, in the other hands, from the result inspection, the schools which was given inadequate determination was 22.2%. Second, reservoir cleaning and hygiene inspection failed far short of the regulations. Especially, reservoir cleaning was managed by exterior consignment industry not low-level officials. Third, school water drinking was the most supplied through the type of water purifier. Water purifier has been distributed to city-located and middle-high school highly, factually the water from water purifier was served with water cup. Fourth, the selection standard of water drinking manager showed slightly differently by school, accordingly there need to develope integrated system with the respective to its effective systematic management. Fifth, water cup was mostly treated by only water clear, which is to vindicate the problems concerning hygiene management. 2) Utilization of school student on Drinking Water First, Disbelief on drinking water of school student was very high. Especially, proportion of middle-high school student's disbelief of drinking water was higher than elementary school student, also girls higher than boys. Many of student have heard to don't drink water from around people. And there were showed meaningful differences by area and school. Second, It was showed many student recognize had to utilize water purifier, boiled water. However, they have still drunken the tap water or portable water from their home. Third, Many of student showed negative response with the respective to the management conditions of drinking water in classroom, There were showed meaningful differences by area and school. From the fact-revealing of water cup management, Students mostly answered to 'only water clear' and the answer of 'None use' or 'With personal cup' was higher. Fourth, In bad experience of Drinking Water, student mostly answered to 'occasionally' and there were showed meaningful differences by school. student's disease experience with school drinking water was few and there were showed meaningful differences by area and gender.

  • To analyse wedding feast dishes of royal prince of Chosun Dynasty(1744, 1819), the author studied historic book-GareDogamEuigwae, in which the wedding feast dishes of King and Prince in Chosun Dynasty were described. The results obtained from the study were as follows, 1. Arranged dishes in wedding ceremony were four kinds of table, main table, second table, third table and fourth table. That table setting was same as that of the year 1651. 2. Meal ceremonies were in sacrificial food partaking, drinking ceremony and courtesy of levee. 3. In wedding ceremony, prince and princess drank three cups of liquor. At the first cup they eat abalones soup and others in a small round table(初味), at the second cup fine noodles and others in another table(二味), at the third cup bun stuffed with fish and others in the other table(三味). 4. In sacrificial food partaking and drinking ceremony, King drank nine cups of liquor, at first cup, King eats a small boiled beef(小膳) and (初味), at second cup eats(二味), at third cup eats(三味),${\cdots}$, at nineth cup, King eats a soup, a large boiled beef(大膳) and fruits. 5. Dish materials and quantities used for wedding ceremony in the year of 1819 was same as that of the year 1651.

한국인의 식생활 문화 특성과 인식유형 - 세대별 비교를 중심으로 - (Characteristic and Pattern of Food and Cultural Background - Focused on Cohort Effect -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the pattern and perception of food consumption, mass restaurant use, drinking style, and food purchasing factors by cohort groups i. e., World Cup(W) generation, baby boom, and silent generation. Data were collected from 412 respondents including three generations by questionnaire method in April through May 2002. Analysis of variance and chi-square results indicate that there were significant differences among three generation groups for the pattern and perception of food consumption, the use of mass restaurant, preferred drinking style, and influencing factors for food purchasing. W generation are more likely to be influenced by sensibility factor than baby boom and silent generation. Considering food preference pattern, baby boom as well as silent generation prefer green vegetables than meats, and they must have Kimche when having meals. Similarities and differences in perceptional pattern types are discussed, and future implications for food and nutrition specialists and food marketers are provided.

다문화가정청소년과 일반가정청소년의 음주행태와 성경험과의 관련성 (Correlate of the Drinking Behavior and Sexual Experience between Multicultural Family Adolescents and General Family Adolescents)

  • Objectives: This study identified a multicultural families and households youth targeting adolescents drinking behavior and sexual status, and alcohol problems and gender analyzes and the relevance of the cup and behavior. Methods: This study analysed drinking problem and sexual behavior among adolescents of multi-cultural and general families which is based on the primitive data from the Ninth Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey, 2013. All analysis were conducted using SPSS version 18. Results: Multicultural family adolescents showed significantly higher in lifetime's drinking experience, beginning age of drinking, binge drinking, CRAFFT and sex experience than general family adolescents. Conclusions: Therefore the result of this study suggests that families, schools and society should perceive and solve the problem concerning the drinking behavior and sex experience of the multicultural familiy adolescents.

한국인의 뇌졸중 위험인자로서 커피 음용 (Coffee Consumption and Stroke in Korean)

  • Objectives : To prevent stroke, it is very important to reduce risk factors which might cause stroke. However, previous studies that having investigated coffee consumption associated with stroke reported various results. In addition, there were only a few studies based on the Korean population. Therefore, we studied the association of coffee consumption and the possibility of getting stroke among Koreans. Methods : A case-control study was carried out on 207 cases(stroke patients) and 207 controls(non-stroke patients) in a hospital. Information on characteristics, health habits, dietary habits and coffee consumption were obtained through direct interview by using an organized questionnaire; WHR(Waist-Hip Ratio) was determined through physical examination. The coffee consumption was classified by the average frequency of intake, such as less than 1 cup/day, 2-3 cups/day, more than 5 cups/day). Possible confounding effects of age, sex, smoking and alcohol drinking were controlled by multiple logistically regressive analysis. Results : After adjusting age and sex, coffee consumption significantly increased risk factors of stroke(${\leq}$1 cup/day OR=1.018, 95% CI=0.631-1.644; 2-3 cup/day OR=1.782, 95%CI=1.032-3.079;${\geq}$5 cup/day OR=1.210, 95% CI=0.588-2.490). When other factors were controlled, the risk factors of stroke were associated with alcohol drinking, whereas no significant association was observed with coffee consumption. Conclusion : Coffee consumption is not a major risk factor of causing stroke in this study. Prospective and cohort study on the association between coffee consumption and the possibility of getting strokes among the Korean population will be needed in the future.

약수터 음용도구의 Bacillus cereus 분포 및 독소 특성 (Prevalence and Toxin Characteristics of Bacillus cereus Isolated from Drinking Cups in Spring)

  • 본 연구는 약수와 약수터 음용도구의 일반세균수, 대장균군수 및 식중독세균 오염도를 평가하여 약수와 음용도구의 미생물학적 안전성을 평가하고자 하였다. 약수터 10곳의 약수와 약수터에 비치되어 있는 음용도구 34건을 실험대상으로 하였다. 약수의 경우 일반세균수는 평균 1.8 log CFU/mL 검출되었고 음용도구의 경우 평균 $4.7log\;CFU/100cm^2$ 검출되었다. 위생지표미생물인 대장균군의 경우 약수는 평균 1.2 log CFU/mL 검출되었고 음용도구는 평균 $1.7log\;CFU/100cm^2$ 검출되었다. B. cereus, S. aureus, Salmonella spp., E. coli O157:H7, L. monocytogenes, V. parahaemolyticus, Y. enterocolitica를 실험한 결과 약수와 음용도구에서 Y. enterocolitica 등 6종의 식중독 미생물은 검출되지 않았으나, B. cereus는 음용 도구 34건 중 5건 (14.7%) 검출되었다. 약수터 음용도구에서 분리된 B. cereus의 주요 설사독소 유전자는 nheA와 entFM로 나타났다. B. cereus 5균주는 모두 NHE 설사 독소를 생산하였으나 HBL은 2균주에서만 검출되었다. 항생제 감수성 실험결과 oxacillin 등 ${\beta}-lactam$계 항생제에 내성을 나타내었다. 약수터 음용도구의 미생물 오염도와 분리된 B. cereus의 독소 유전자 및 독소 단백질 생산능을 분석한 결과 약수터에 비치된 음용도구에 의한 식중독 위험성이 상존하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 다중이 사용하는 약수터 음용도구의 철저한 위생관리가 필요하며 위생관리가 곤란할 경우 개인 컵을 이용하거나 미생물 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 음용도구 개발이 필요한 것으로 판단되었다.

한국(韓國)의 음주예법(飮酒禮法)에 관한 고찰(考察) (Studies on Drinking Manner in Korea)

  • The drinking manners of the modern generaton were reviewed based on historical records. First, for reasons of health, we should reject the drinking from the same cup as others in reciprocation. Second, if the other people are older or younger brothers above the same level, pouring with one hand is all right, but if 5 years older or more, or stranger, grasp the bottle in two hands in the following manner. With the right hand under the bottle, and the left hand supporting its side, carefully pour wine not to show the palm of the hand. Third, ladies, also, can drink freely at the same table, but if people of the opposite sex are sitting together, they should pour with two hands to convey the meaning of courteous treatment. Fourth, because the level of our living is not two high, we must not order more them we can use, so that when we are finished, there will be no remainder.

이중 체임버 구조가 내장된 뇌졸중 환자용 컵의 개발과 3차원 동작분석을 통한 운동 형상학적 유용성 검증: 전향적 예비연구 (Development and Tree-Dimensional Kinematic Analysis of the Dual Chamber-based Drinking Aid for Stroke Patients: A Prospective Pilot Study)

  • 본 전향적 예비 임상연구를 통하여 이중 체임버 구조를 기반으로 하는 뇌졸중 환자용 컵을 개발하고 임상적으로 유용한지 검증하고자 했다. 체계적 과정을 거쳐 컵을 개발하고, 남녀 동수의 뇌졸중 환자 16명을 대상으로 개발된 컵을 사용하여 이들의 제한된 운동기능을 보완 할 수 있는지 3차원 동작 분석(3-dimensional motion analysis), 표면 근전도 검사(surface electromyography; sEMG), 3차원 체간 움직임 분석(3-dimensional trunk movement analysis)의 운동 형상학적 방법을 통하여 검증하고자 했다. 실험 결과, 이중 체임버 컵(dual chamber based assistive cups; DC) 데이터 그룹에서 플라시보 컵(placebo-cups; PC)의 경우 보다 어깨부위의 ROM(range of motion)이 더 적게 사용되었고, sEMG에서는 상부 승모근, 삼각근, 삼두근에서 근 활성도가 낮게 나타났다. 체간 분석에서 전방, 후방의 방향에서 체간의 개입이 더 적게 관찰되었다.

경직형 뇌성마비 아동의 조음능력 관련 변인 연구 (A Study of Articulation Abilities and Feeding Functions on the Children With Spastic Cerebral Palsy)

  • 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 경직형 뇌성마비 아동들의 조음과 관련이 있는 변인들 중에서 연령, 운동기능 정도 및 섭식기능과 조음능력 간 변인에 대해 연구하는데 있다. 연구 방법 : 본 연구는 서울, 경기, 대구, 대전 및 부산 등에 거주하면서 재활의학과 전문의에 의해서 경직형 뇌성마비로 진단을 받은 2세 2개월~7세 8개월(평균 4세 7개월) 범위의 남아 34명과 여아 27명을 대상으로 하였다. 이때 조음능력인 구어 명료도, 교호운동 속도 및 교호운동 명료도를 종속변인으로 하고, 연령, 운동기능 정도 및 섭식 재질과 방법에 따른 구어 및 비구어 기제 기능을 독립변인으로 하여 중다회귀분석 실시하였다. 연구 결과 : 본 연구의 결과 경직형 뇌성마비 아동들의 조음능력 중 구어 명료도는 섭식 방법 측면에서 컵으로 먹기와 숟가락으로 먹기 동안의 비구어 기제 기능에서 유의하였다. 교호운동 속도는 운동기능 정도와 섭식 재질 측면에서 죽으로 먹기 동안의 구어 기제 기능과 섭식 방법 측면에서 컵으로 먹기 동안의 비구어 기제 기능이 유의한 결과를 보였다. 또한, 교호운동 명료도는 섭식 재질 측면에서 죽으로 먹기 동안의 구어 기제 기능과 섭식 방법 측면에서 컵으로 먹기 동안의 비구어 기제 기능에서 유의한 결과를 나타내었다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과, 경직형 뇌성마비 아동들의 조음능력 관련 변인 중 섭식기능에 따른 구어 및 비구어 기제 기능과 운동기능 정도를 고려한 섭식기능 평가와 치료가 유용할 것으로 여겨진다. 또한, 후속 연구로 뇌성마비 아동에게 적합한 섭식기능 증진 프로그램을 개발하고 적용한 후의 조음능력 개선에 대한 연구가 이루어진다면 매우 유용할 것이라고 사료된다.

성인 정신지체인의 음주행위에 관한 연구 - 성, 연령, 고용유형을 중심으로- (Drinking Behaviors of Adult Mentally Retarded Persons -Variables associated with gender, age, and the pattern of employment-)

  • 본 연구는 활동이 가능한 만 18세 이상의 성인정신지체인을 대상으로 그들의 음주행위를 살펴보고, 성, 연령, 고용유형에 따른 음주행위의 차이, 음주행위 변인들간의 상관관계 등을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 성인정신지체인의 58.2%가 음주경험이 있다고 응답하였으며, 최초음주 평균연령은 22세, 음주평균연령은 26.357세, 그리고 1회 평균 음주량은 1.494잔으로 조사되었다. 음주빈도는 한 달에 한번 마신다가 39.2%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 선호하는 술은 맥주가 54.2%로 가장 높았다. 성별에 따른 음주경험에서는 남성 64.2%, 여성 43.6%가 음주경험이 있다고 응답하였으며, 연령에 따른 음주행위의 유의미한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 고용유형에서는 보호고용자의 음주행위가 78.6%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보여준 음주변인들은 음주빈도와 음주량, 그리고 음주일수와 AUDIT, Family CAGE로 음주빈도가 잦을수록 음주량이 많아지며 자신이나 가족원에게 음주문제가 더 있다고 생각하였으며, 음주일수 역시 자신이나 가족원에게 음주문제가 더 있다고 생각하도록 하였다.
