디지털 기기에서의 그림검사를 위한 Application 개발 연구 (A Study on the Application Development for the Drawing Test)

  • 본 연구는 디지털기기에서 앱을 활용한 그림검사가 가능한지를 탐색해보고자 게임 중독군을 대상으로 '나무에서 사과 따는 사람 그리기(Person Picking an Apple from a Tree: 이하 PPAT)' 그림 검사를 바탕으로 진단을 확인하여 미술치료에서의 그림검사 앱을 활용할 수 있는 근거를 마련할 수 있는지를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. PPAT 그림검사는 사람이 사과를 어떤 식으로 따는지 문제해결력을 검증하는데 유용하고 이에 대한 신뢰도, 타당도가 높은 검사이다. 본 연구를 통해 살펴본 결과, 디지털 기기에서 앱을 활용한 PPAT 그림검사의 형식척도(Formal Elements Art Therapy Scale:이하 FEATS) 항목 14개 중 '문제해결력' 항목에서 인터넷 과몰입군이 일반사용자군 보다 낮은 점수를 받았는데, 과몰입군의 경우 사과를 향해 손을 뻗지 않고 있거나, 사과가 떨어지는 그림, 합리적인지지 기반 없이 사과를 따는 방법으로 사과를 따른 모습을 표현했다. 본 연구에서 발견한 내용은 디지털 기기에서 앱을 사용한 PPAT 그림 검사가 본래의 목적인 '문제해결력'을 유의미하게 드러내었다는 점은 앞으로 디지털 기기를 활용하여 인터넷 과몰입 대상자들을 위한 심리치료적 개입뿐만 아니라 디지털 기기를 익숙하게 활용하는 사용자들에게는 PPAT 그림검사 앱을 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

그리기를 활용한 과학 활동이 유아의 과학적 태도와 과학적 탐구능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of the Science Activities using Drawing on Young Children's Scientific inquiry competences and attitudes)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of science activities using drawing on young children's scientific inquiry competences and scientific attitudes. The subjects of this research were a total of 40 young children at age 5 from two classes in G and C child care center which located in G city. The subjects were randomly assigned to two groups. The collected data were analyzed by t-test using SPSS program. The results of this study were as follow: First, experimental group which conducted the science activities using drawing showed significantly higher improvement in sub-factors of scientific inquiry competences, 'perseverance', 'creative', 'critical', and 'volunteering'. Second, experimental group which conducted the science activities using drawing showed significantly higher improvement in sub-factors of scientific attitudes, 'observing', 'measuring', and 'discussion'. Therefor, it might be concluded that science activities using drawing contributed to the development of scientific inquiry competences and scientific attitudes of young children.

자동도면 치수표시 전문가시스템의 개발 (Development of Expert System for Automatical Dimension Marking on Drawing)

  • 그레이팅이라는 금속 제품의 자동 설계 시스템인 GDS (Grating automatic Drawing System)는 기본 설계 도면 (Plan Drawing)의 정보들을 바탕으로 여러 세부 도면들을 자동 생성하는 시스템이다. 그러나 GDS를 통해 자동 생성된 도면은 설계자들의 일반적인 치수 기입 요령을 부분적으로 만족시키지 못하고 있으며 또 치수 표시 간의 겹침 현상이 발생하여 설계자가 도면을 수정해야 하는 번거로움이 있었다. 전문가 시스템은 컴퓨터 시스템에 입력된 특정분야에서의 전문가적지식(knowledge)과 사실(fact)들을 이용하여 전문가의 지 식 이 요구되는 문제들을 해결하기 위해 만들어진 시스템이다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 선계 전문가들의 치수 표시법을 지식으로 하여 규칙 기반 전문가 시스템을 구성하였다.

Ultra-Drawing of Gel Films of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene/Low Molecular Weight Polymer Blends Containing $BaTiO_3$ Nanoparticles

  • The ultra-drawing process of an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) gel film was examined by incorporating linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and $BaTiO_3$ nanoparticles. The effects of LLDPE and the draw ratios on the morphological development and mechanical properties of the nanocomposite membrane systems were investigated. By incorporating $BaTiO_3$ nanoparticles in the UHMWPE/LLDPE blend systems, the ultra-drawing process provided a highly extended, fibril structure of UHMWPE chains to form highly porous, composite membranes with well-dispersed nanoparticles. The ultra-drawing process of UHMWPE/LLDPE dry-gel films desirably dispersed the highly loaded $BaTiO_3$ nanoparticles in the porous membrane, which could be used to form multi-layered structures for electronic applications in various embedded, printed circuit board (PCB) systems.

  • This paper describes a research work of developing an automated progressive design system for manufacturing the product with multi processes such as piercing, bending, and deep drawing. An approach to the system for progressive working is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the system is formulated from plasticity theories, experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. The system consists of three main modules, which are shape treatment, strip layout, and die layout modules. Based on knowledge-based rules, the system is designed considering several factors, such as material and thickness of a product, piercing, bending and deep drawing sequence, and the complexities of the blank geometry and punch profiles. It generates the strip layout drawing for an automobile product. Die design for each process is carried out through the die layout module from the results of the strip layout module. Results obtained using the modules enable the designers for manufacturing products with multi processes to be more efficient in this field.

  • The construction market became generally opened to overseas and the domestic construction industry has competed with the international construction enterprise of which technical knowledge is superior. In order to compete with the international construction companies, domestic construction industry needs more continuous promotions on the research and development for improving the level of technique of the construction engineering to meet the international norm. This study aims to suggest the better standards of engineering output such as drawings and specifications to correspond the changing integration system and bidding system in preparation for growing international competition. The study starts with comparison and analyses of domestic and international methods and standards for preparing design drawings. And it continues to delve into actual drawing preparation practices, especially focusing on the ones for road and subway construction. Finally, the study presents a better way of the standardization of the main drawings such as general plan, longitudinal drawing, cross section, structural drawings and temporary structure for new bidding systems of historical cost estimation and whole specification tender and for promotion of international competitiveness.

  • Recently, the needs for sharing and exchanging drawing information between 2D and 3D data in complex facilities are well recognized throughout the construction industries. The purpose of this study is to propose an information framework to represent 3D IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) -based drawing of building services in complex facilities as 2D drawing. In this study, 1) attributes of building service objects which are used in 3D CAD system are analyzed and present drawing standards are analyzed, 2) based on the analysis, an information framework is developed to represent 3D model in 2D representation, and 3) further more, to test a compatibility of the information sharing framework, number of standardized APIs and an IFC2Dbrowser are developed during the study.

정수기 냉온수 탱크 원통형 드로잉 제품의 재질 변화에 따른 두께 변화에 관한 연구 (A study on the change of thickness according to material change of water purifier cold and hot water tank cylindrical drawing products)

  • In plate forming technology, cylindrical drawing process is widely used in industry due to technological development. In this study, we used stainless steel 3042B and stainless steel 304J1, which are the most commonly used materials in the production of cold and hot water tanks for water purifiers, among cylindrical drawing products. Under the same conditions, the thickness of the sidewall of the product formed by drawn experiment was studied. As a result of the experiment, the bottom thickness of stainless steel 304J1 was considered to be thick. It is judged that the defect rate can be reduced by changing the breaking phenomenon of the floor surface of the cold and hot water bottles to the material of stainless steel 304j1. Stainless steel 304 2B material shows a sharp change in thickness from punch corner R to sidewall position, while stainless steel 304J1 material showed a uniform change from punch corner R to sidewall position. Stainless steel 304J1 material is considered to improve the clamping of the product in the process of extracting the product after hand drawing. The appearance of stainless steel 3042B products is considered to produce more wrinkles in the flange, which exerts greater tensile force on the sidewall during molding, resulting in uneven sidewall thickness.

  • 본 연구는 대안적인 교육모형을 연구하는 과정으로 뇌의 기능과 학습, 창작 기제를 고려한 교수법을 적용하면 애니메이션 드로잉능력이 효율적으로 신장될 것이라는 관점으로 이어지기 위한 연구의 선행분석 과정이다. 근래에 각 분야의 학문 연구들은 단순히 한 전공에 국한되는 것이 아니라 타 분야와의 융합적인 연구 활동을 통해 세분화 된 융합적 교육 콘텐츠를 생산해 내는 시도들을 하고 있다. 어떠한 분야 던지 복합적인 인문학적 경험 구조를 가지고 있기 때문이며 예술분야 또한 그러하다. 특히나 영상콘텐츠인 애니메이션 분야는 전문화된 영역이 세분화 되어 있기 때문에 드로잉 관련 교육만 보더라도 전문성에 필요한 항목을 명확히 하고 체계적인 교육방법을 개발할 필요성이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구는 애니메이션 교육방법의 전문적인 특성에 적합한 교육모형을 설계하기 위한 문헌 연구결과를 제시한다. 이에 애니메이션 분야의 교육에 가장 기초적인 능력을 연마할 수 있는 드로잉의 의미를 전공분야의 특성에 맞게 개념화하고 범주화하였다. 이후 재정립 된 드로잉의 개념과 범주를 통해 구성요소가 돌출되며 이는 후속 작업인 학습목표를 구체화하는 과정의 토대가 된다. 그에 대한 결과로 애니메이션 분야의 특성이 반영된 드로잉의 의미를 모션드로잉으로 정의하고 구성요소를 살펴보며, 뇌과학적 창의-학습 원리를 적용한 교육모형을 계획하기 위한 근거로 삼는다.

  • In this paper Research development about a micro metal forming manufacturing system has been developed. A micro forming system has been achieved in Japan and it's developed micro press is limited to single forming process. To coincide with the purpose to be more practical, research and development is necessary about the press which the multi forming process is possible. We set the development of the equipment including micro deep drawing, micro punching and micro restriking process to the goal. To achieve this goal, Research about micro forming process to be related to multi process forming must be preceded first. Material selection and analysis about micro forming process are accomplished in this paper. And the basis research to make actual system is accomplished.
