This research aims to recognize necessity of modern expression of traditional pattern, understand the matter which is expressed when developing design using traditional pattern, and find the solutions. As the solutions, this research presents design of traditional pattern using symmetry concept and works on the possibility of symmetry as the pattern design. So this research carried out in-depth interview to textile designer working at Gyeongsangnam-do, analyzed the substances. The main results are as follows. First, the presented problems of developing common pattern design and designing using traditional pattern show the necessities for adequate harmony among conception of creative idea, traditional pattern and present pattern. As the solution, the efficient design principles are required. Second, the seven traditional figures can present design applying symmetry, also draw the 8 mapping models for the visuality and utilization. Third, the symmetry-applied traditional pattern design makes it possible for the traditional figure to be represented with the creative and modern sense and provides easier way to the design development by complementing the pattern design formation. As the result, symmetry-utilized traditional pattern design improvement shows the expectation that it will increase the design development ability and ease the figure drawing. In addition, the pattern development which can be applied to any figure presents the time efficiency as well as possibility of the high added value textile industry.

저궤도 기상위성 개발을 위한 기술기준을 도출하기 위하여 이론적으로 접근, 적외선 및 마이크로파 탑재체 센서의 특성 분석하였다. 또한, 저궤도 기상위성 탑재체 개발과 관련하여 현존하는 국외 저궤도 기상위성에 탑재된 마이크로파센서들의 채널요구사항 및 위성체 접속 요구사항을 분석하였다. 본 논문에서는 저궤도 기상위성시스템의 접속 요구사항으로 다목적위성 버스와 소형위성 플렛폼인 CAS 500, 그리고 위성관제시스템의 핵심 서브시스템 및 주요 기능 요구사항을 제시 하였다.

저궤도 기상위성 탑재체 개발을 위한 요구 사항 (안)을 도출하기 위하여 국외 저궤도 기상위성 탑재체 개발 현황과 저궤도 기상위성 탑재체 사용자 요구사항 설문조사 및 분석을 수행하였다. 본 본문에서는 저궤도 기상위성 탑재체 주요 성능 요구 사항인 주파수 요구 사항, 복사 측정 요구 사항, 공간 요구 사항, 안테나 효율 등의 기술적 요구사항과 저궤도 기상위성 사용자 요구사항을 기반으로 저궤도 기상위성 탑재체 주요 성능 요구 규격을 제시하였다.

This paper propose a development of squirrel-cage induction motor(IM) for 5-phase 1.5kW, 220V, 60Hz in order to study a polyphase ac machinery that keep hold of advantages more than traditional three-phase a IM, such as reducing a amplitude of torque pulsation, decreasing electric noises, and increasing the reliability. Designed methods of the motor use a development tools with Maxwell 2D and Simplorer program. There are designed drawing of manufactured frames of the IM. amplitude and waveform of the generated electromotive force, FFT analysis of harmonics within output voltages and current, and reviewing a experiment results are shown by variable output. We are presenting a design and manufacture methods for the 5-phase squirrel-cage IM.

Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are drawing much interest due to its great potential to be one of the important options in cancer treatments. ADCs are acting like a magic bullet which delivers cytotoxic drugs specifically to cancerous cells throughout the body, thus attacks these cells, while not harming healthy cells. ADCs are complex molecules that are composed of an antibody having targeting capability and linked-payload or cytotoxic drug killing cancerous cells. The key factors of the success in the development of ADC are selection of appropriate antibody, cytotoxic payload and linker for conjugation. Recently there was considerable progress in ADCs development, and a large number of ADCs gained US FDA approval. About 80 new ADCs are under active clinical studies. In this review we present a brief introduction of the US-FDA approved ADCs and global situation in the clinical studies of ADC pipelines. We address an overview on each component of an ADC design such as target antigens, payloads, linkers, conjugation methods, drug antibody ratio. In addition, we discuss on the trend of ADC market where global big pharmas and domestic biopharmaceutical companies are competing to develop safer and more effective ADCs.

최근 4차산업혁명의 분야로서 주목받고 있는 가상현실이 활성화되기 위해서는 가상현실 생태계 조성이 무엇보다 중요하다. 가상현실 생태계란 콘텐츠(C), 디바이스(D), 플랫폼(P), 네트워크(N)로 구성된다. 이 중에서 콘텐츠가 핵심이지만 가상현실은 입출력 디바이스에 따라 그 효과가 다르므로 디바이스의 활용이 매우 중요하다. 최근에는 실감 나는 경험을 위해서 체험형 디바이스가 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 VR 콘텐츠의 몰입감과 멀미 저감을 위하여 체험형 디바이스인 VirZOOM을 활용한 콘텐츠 개발사례를 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 가상현실 콘텐츠의 개발이 더욱 활성화되기를 기대한다.

Metaverse which was not mentioned until recently due to the failure of 'Second Life' in the past is drawing attention again with the emergence and popularity of metaverse platforms such as 'Roblox' and 'Zeppetto'. On the other hand, there are concerns that past failures will still be repeated. In order to create and sustain the ecosystem surrounding the metaverse, it is important to diagnose and analyze the development process of the metaverse industry and market to define a clear concept that expresses the current metaverse boom. In this paper, the metaverse of the future is defined as "Metaverse 2.0: A virtual world that evolves into a 'Hyper world' through the convergence of hyper-connectivity, hyper-intelligence, and hyper-reality." And six issues that need to be resolved for the activation of the metaverse were analyzed. Based on the contents of this study, it is expected that the metaverse ecosystem will be formed and spread by establishing the roles of the public sector and the private sector.

한국은 자타가 공인하는 교육 강국으로, 역사상 한국 정부는 기초 교육과 농촌교육을 중요시 해 왔다. 한국 정부는 일련의 교육 정책과 교육에 관한 조치를 반포하여 실시함과 동시에 재정 방면에서도 농촌 기초 교육의 발전에 극대한 지지를 하였다. 이에 농촌 기초 교육 사업의 발전을 촉진하고, 한국이 세계 교육 강국이 될 수 있는 튼튼한 기초와 힘께 농총 경제의 보장을 마련하였다. 최근 중국은 교육 강국 전략과 도시화 건설 전략이 계속 추진되면서 농촌 지역의 기초 교육 문제가 주목을 받게 되었다. 주목과 더불어 농촌 기초 교육의 발전 방향과 사고 또한 뜨거운 이슈가 되었다. 본 논문은 한국 농촌 기초 교육에 대한 개혁을 살펴보고 분석함으로써 향후 중국 농촌 기초 교육의 발전 대안에 대해 논하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture (innovation culture, relationship culture, hierarchy culture, task culture) as perceived by organizational members and its impact on organizational justice and job performance. This contributes to providing additional data for the revitalization and development of the organizational system for efficient management and operation measures included in the organization's sustainable management. To this end, the hypothesis established through the traditional process of quantitative research was tested as follows. First, organizational culture showed a positive effect on organizational justice. Second, organizational culture had a positive (+) effect on job performance. Third, organizational justice was significantly analyzed in terms of job performance. In other words, the importance of systematic re-establishment and continuous implementation of organizational culture (innovation culture, relationship culture, hierarchy culture, task culture) and organizational justice consistent with organizational characteristics was emphasized in order to improve job performance, which is the result of organizational competitiveness. In addition, it is the aspect of drawing practical implications for strategic human resource management and human resource development to systematically improve it.

This study aimed to draw the plan elements and characteristics that should be considered in case when developing guidelines to build up roads in rural villages. Drawing the construction elements necessary for building up roads through the advanced researches, the survey was conducted for relevant experts in order to evaluate the importance of each plan element of route plan, design & construction and operation & management. The result determined total 105 contents that should be considered in case when building up roads in rural villages. The study on building up roads in rural villages as a strategy to vitalize rural areas means universal roads that connect each village with rural amenities in various values like walking tour road, visit roads and observation roads. It is considered that the development of guidelines for building up roads in rural villages could be used as a basic data to build up roads where nature, culture and history of rural areas can be effectively experienced and enjoyed.
