사력댐 동적물성 추정을 위한 현장조사기법 적용 및 분석 (Application and Analysis of Field Test and Geophysical Exploration for Dynamic Material Properties of Rockfill Dam)

  • In this study, seismic refraction survey and MASW at dam crest and down-hole test and cross hole test in the boring holes located in dam crest through the core are performed to fin out dynamic material properties, are needed to evaluate dynamic safety of rockfill dam using dynamic analysis method. From the field test and geophysical exploration, applied such as above, p-wave and s-wave velocity profile of each layer of dam body. Dynamic material properties, such as elastic modulus, shear modulus, poissong's ration, are obtained from p-wave and s-wave velocity profile and density profile from formation density logging test.

기존 댐 코어죤의 전단파속도 산정기법 비교 연구 (Study on Comparison of Methods for Estimation of Shear Wave Velocity in Core Zone of Existing Dam)

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 운영 중인 경상북도 영천시에 위치한 Y댐에 대하여 댐 축조재료 중 코어죤의 최대전단탄성계수 산정을 위한 합리적인 전단파속도를 산정하기 위하여 시추공을 이용한 크로스홀시험과 다운홀시험을 수행하였고, 지표탐사인 MASW(Multi-channel Analysis of Surface Wave, 다중수의 수진기를 이용한 주파수영역 표면파해석)와 반사법 탄성파탐사를 수행하였다. 현장시험으로부터 코어죤의 심도별 전단파속도를 산정하고 그결과들을 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 현장시험 결과와 Sawada의 경험적 제안식을 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 댐 코어죤의 심도별 전단파속도를 산정하기 위해 수행된 4종류의 현장시험 결과를 비교 분석하고, 시험결과와 경험적 제안식을 비교하여 경험식의 적정성을 판단하고, 기존댐 코어죤의 심도별 전단파속도를 합리적으로 산정하는 방법을 제안하는 데 있다. 시험결과, 측정심도 내(18m 이내)에서 다운홀시험, MASW, 반사법탐사에 의한 코어죤의 심도별 전단파속도 산출 결과는 유사한 결과를 보였으며, MASW와 반사법탐사의 경우에는 심도 30m까지 그 산출 결과가 거의 같은 것으로 나타났다. 기존 댐 로어죤의 심도별 전단파속도를 산출하고자 할 때 운영 중인 댐 코어죤에 시추공을 형성하는 것은 현실적으로 매우 어려운 사안임을 감안한다면 MASW나 반사법탄성파탐사와 같은 지표탐사에 의한 전단파속도 산정이 가장 현실적인 방법일 것으로 판단된다. 현장조사가 여의치 않거나 예비조사의 경우에는 기존의 방법과 같이 Sawada의 경험식을 이용할 수 있는데, 경험식을 이용할 경우 Sawada의 제안식 중 하한값을 적용하는 것이 합리적인 방법일 것으로 판단되었다.

인홀 시험을 이용한 터널 막장의 암반강성 측정에 대한 적용성 연구 (A Pilot Study of Stiffness Mesurements for Tunnel-Face Materials Using In-hole Seismic Method)

  • The research concentrates on improving the in-hole seismic probe, which has been developed in past five years, to be used in stiffness measurements of tunnel-face materials. The probe was down-sized to be fit in 45-mm diameter holes(or BX) drilled by a jumbo-drill, which is used to drill holes to install explosives for tunneling. Also trigger system was improved by using a down-speeding motor for operating convenience and air packing system was replaced with a set of plate-springs to eliminate supply of compressed air. These modifications are to adjust the probe for the unfavourable environment inside of tunnels and to test without any further drilling cost. The probe and testing procedure were successfully adopted with horizontal holes drilled by a jumbo-drill at a tunnel-face to evaluate the stiffness of rock mass. The measured shear wave velocities can be used to estimate deformation properties of rock mass for tunnel analyses.

  • This study is about accurate steel column position method in the Top down method's delicate part. When the concrete is placing, it is required that complementary measures to the transformation due to concrete pressure, column buckling, the trouble due to bar net inserting and so on. To solve the problem of exist method, the concrete is placed at the bottom of excavated hole in advance. then, the steel column is inserted into the excavated hole. With a new method try, the problem due to placing pressure and others is could be prevented. In this study, the concrete is examined with test-slump, slump flow, and compressive strength to do quantitative analysis of concrete. The factors of the experiment is plasticizer, retarder addition rate, fly ash substitution rate to cement. Considering of the new method try, the retarder added concrete properties-fluidity, viscosity, strength-is investigated as time lapsing.

현장 전단파 속도 프로브의 교란효과 (Disturbance Effects of Field $V_S$ Probe)

  • The shear wave velocity ($V_s$) has been commonly used to evaluate the dynamic properties of soil. The field $V_s$ probe (FVP) was already developed to assess the shear stiffness of a soft clay. The objective of this study is to investigate the disturbance effects of the FVP due to the penetration. The laboratory tests are conducted in a large-scale consolidometer (calibration chamber). The reconstituted clay is mixed at the water content of 110% using a slurry mixer. The FVP and down-hole test are carried out every 1cm interval to compare the data. In addition, two square rods with transducers are also implemented to get the reference value. The shear waves evaluated by the FVP, dow-hole tests, and reference rods are closely matched. This study suggests that the disturbance effect of the FVP due to the penetration into the soft clay soils is small enough and the $V_s$ evaluated by the FVP reflects well the in-situ characteristics. Furthermore, the combination of the FVP and down-hole test shows the possibility of hybrid equipment.

유공위치 변경에 따른 RC기둥의 내력변화에 관한 실험적 연구 (Stress Change Varying with Hole Place of RC Column)

  • many plumbing system are needed in the ceiling of the building as it becomes advanced more and more. This leads to make effective space between ceiling level and slab less. Also, piping system is not suitably arranged and operated if it is bent around the columns which they are a lot. But this system can be more effective if it passes through the columns directly. Most people think that those columns should not be damaged with such as holes. But actually this is existed in a hotel building in switzerland. This study is to fing out how much capacity the columns become damaged and low using model size of $20cm{\times}30cm$ rectangular section, and 160cm long, in the structural test. it's compressive strength is focused on $240kg/cm^{2}$ design strength, commonly used in korea. Compressive test for them was done at Hanyang University using UTM one thousand tone(1000t) capacity. Variable numbers for the study are one hole of dia 3cm with distance 20cm or 40cm, two holes of dia 3cm with 20cm and 40cm distance, one hole of dia 5cm with distance 20cm and 40cm, two holes of dia 5cm with 20cm and 40cm distance, me eccentric hole with 20cm and 40cm distance, Normal(without hole). two test specimens of each variable are made for the test. ED5H20 capacity was 16.7% decreased, compared to normal one. While ED5H40 distant 40cm from the end of column top showed 19.5% capacity decrease, compared to normal one. Strain of ED5H20 diameter 5cm, in distance of 20cm form the top of the column was less 5% than the one of diameter 3cm. Finally, conclusions are that in case of hole diameter 3cm, located at 20cm from the end of the column top, capacity was decreased down to 3, percent only compared to the same diameter hole with 20cm distant from the end of it.

비고결 퇴적물에서 다운홀 탄성파 탐사, MASW, SCPT로 구한 횡과 속도 단면과 시추결과 비교 연구 (Comparison of S-wave Yelocity Profiles Obtained by Down-hole Seismic Survey, MASW and SCPT with a Drilling Log in Unconsolidated Sediments)

  • 지반의 횡파 속도 단면은 주로 다운흘 탄성파 탐사에 의존해 왔으나 최근에 MASW와 같은 표면파 탐사방법과 SCPT와 같은 탄성파 콘 관입시험법 등이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비고결 퇴적물에서 다운홀 탄성파 탐사, MASW, SCPT 등을 사용하여 횡파 속도 단면을 구하고 이들을 시추조사 결과와 비교하였다. 그 결과 퇴적물상의변화와 횡파 속도 변화는 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 세 가지 횡파 속도 단면 중 SCPT가 퇴적물상의 변화에 가장 민감하게 반응하는 것을 알 수 있었다. SCPT 결과 퇴적층 내 약 8${\sim}$l2m 깊이에 주로 점토질 모래로 구성되어 있는 저속도 층이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

다운더홀(DTH) 해머의 모델링 및 실험 (Modelling and Test of Down-the-Hole Hammer)

  • Research and development of mineral resource related products has progressed with the increased need to develop mineral resources. The DTH hammer is one a resultant product. However, due to particular work conditions of underground drilling, it is difficult to obtain direct data on the DTH Hammer. A DTH drill rig requires a lot of money and time for actual testing. This thesis aimed to resolve this problem by using CAE. First, the structure of the DTH hammer and the movement was analyzed. Next, a standard model based on simulation was proposed and then experimentation and comparison verification was conducted. In addition, the verified models were applied to products of various sizes, and the models used in simulation were compared by conducting field tests.

BEHAVIOR OF LIQUID LPG SPRAY INJECTING FROM A SINGLE HOLE NOZZLE

  • Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has been used as motor fuel due to its low emissions and low cost. A liquid direct injection system into a cylinder was suggested as a next generation system to maximize a fuel economy as well as a power. This study addresses the analysis of the LPG spray injecting from single hole injector. Two different test conditions are given, which are a fully developed spray case with various injection pressures and a developing spray case with ambient pressure variation. The LPG spray photographs are compared with the sprays of gasoline and diesel fuel at the same conditions, and the spray angles and penetration lengths are also compared, and then the spray behavior is analyzed. The LPG spray photos show that the dispersion characteristic depends very sensitively on the ambient pressure soon after injection. The spray angle is very wide in a low ambient pressure condition until the saturated pressure, but the angle is quickly reduced at the condition over the pressure. However, the down stream of the LPG spray shows much wider dispersion and less penetration than those of gasoline and diesel sprays regardless ambient pressure condition.

표면파탐사를 이용한 저수지 제체 그라우팅 보강효과 검증 연구 (A Validation Study on the Reinforcement Effect of Reservoir Grouting by Surface Wave Survey)

  • 노후 제체의 안전진단 및 그라우팅 보강효과 판정을 위해 지자체와 관공서는 전기비저항탐사를 주로 활용하고 있으나, 전기비저항탐사는 다양한 탐사조건에 의해 비저항 값이 변하는 정성적 평가이다. 또한 제체의 안정성과 직결되는 강성변화(stiffness change)를 파악하기 어려워, 그라우팅 시공 후 지속적인 안정성 모니터링에는 그 적용성이 떨어진다. 이에 본 연구는 지반의 강성(${\mu}$)과 밀접한 관계가 있는 전단파속도(Vs, shear velocity)를 통해 시멘트 그라우팅 시공에 따른 제체의 정량적인 보강효과에 대한 검증방안을 연구하였고, 검증방안에 대한 적용성을 검토하였다. 본 연구는 2개소의 제체를 대상으로 수행되었으며, 시멘트 그라우팅 시공 전 후의 투수시험, 표준관입시험, 다운홀시험(Down-hole Test) 및 MASW(Multi-channel Analysis of Surface wave) 탐사결과를 대비 분석하여 보강효과를 평가하였다. 그라우팅 시공 전 후 전단파속도 변화는 위상속도차이(phase velocity difference) 및 역산해석(inversion analysis)을 통해 각각 분석하였으며, 현장시험 결과와의 비교를 통해 분석결과의 신뢰성을 평가하였다. D 제방의 경우 약 5~10%, H 제방은 약 10~20% 이상의 속도증가가 나타났으며, 현장시험결과와 유사한 양상의 결과를 나타냈다.
