These days, human behavior (human factor), the main cause of traffic accidents, has drawn more attention. Research on driving behavior based on DBQ(Driver Behavior Questionnaire), the analysis tool of driving behavior, has been conducted actively. In domestic previous studies, their analysis subjects were limited to researchers or military officials, and their analysis methods were based on factor analysis and regression analysis. Therefore, this study tries to find the factors of general drivers' driving behavior that influence risk driving, and to analyze their influential relationship. Regarding study scope, general drivers with driving career were asked to answer DBQ questionnaire, and 300 effective samples were analyzed. In addition, previous studies were investigated to draw the three measurable attributes of DBQ-'Lapse, Mistake, and Violation'-as main factors of traffic accidents, and structural equation model was applied to design risk driving behavior model. To identify the difference between risk driving groups, this study made use of multiple group analysis. The analysis came to the following results: First, according to the examination of the hypothesis that 'Lapse, Mistake, and Violation factors will influence risk driving behavior', all factors were found to be statistically significant. Regarding their level of influence on risk driving behavior, Violation was 0.464, Lapse 0.383, and Mistake 0.158, and thus Violation was analyzed to be the most influential. Secondly, according to the examination of the hypothesis that 'the influence of Lapse, Mistake, and Violation factors on risk driving behavior will be different by risk group', the influence of Lapse on risk driving behavior was found to be different by risk group. It is expected that the study results will be used as a fundamental program to introduce traffic accident prevention program and education that takes violation and lapse into consideration.

In general, conventional criticality analysis for spent fuel transport/storage systems have been performed based on the assumption of fresh fuel concerning the potential uncertainties from number density calculations of actinide nuclides and fission products in spent fuel. However, these evaluation methods cause financial losses due to an excessive criticality margin. In order to overcome this disadvantage, many studies have recently been conducted to design and commercialize a transportation and storage cask applied to the Burnup Credit (BUC). This study conducted an assessment to ensure criticality safety for reactor operating parameters, axial burn-up profiles and misload accident conditions, which are the factors that are likely to affect criticality safety when the BUC is applied to the dual-purpose cask under development at the KOrea RADioactive waste agency (KORAD). As a result, it was found that criticality resulting from specific power, changed substantially and relied on conditions of low enrichment and high burn-up. Considering the end effect in the case of high burn-up produced a positive-definite result. In particular, the increment of maximum effective multiplication factors due to misloading was 0.18467, confirming that misload is a factor that must be taken into account when applying the BUC. The results of this study may therefore be utilized as references in developing technologies to apply the BUC to domestic models and operational procedures or preventing any misload accidents during the process of spent fuel loading.
Related incidents and accidents are frequent after 2000 years, such as the outbreak of the Taian peninsula crude oil spillage and Gumi hydrofluoric acid leakage accident. In the wake of such environmental pollution accidents, Consensus has been formed to enact legislation on liability for the compensation of environmental pollution in 2014 and the rescue, and has been in force since January 2016. Therefore, in the domestic insurance industry, the introduced environmental liability insurance system needs to be managed through the standardization formula of a new insurance model for managing the environmental risk. This study has been carried out by the emergence of a safe insurance model with a risky nature of the risk type, which is one of the services of the knowledge base. The verification of the six assurance media on the occurrence of environmental pollution such as chemical, waste, marine, soil, etc. is expressed through semantic interoperability through this possible ontology. The insurance model was designed and presented by deducing the relationship between the amount of money and the amount of money that was written in the area of existing expertise, In order to exclude the possible consequences, the concept of abstract is conceptualized in the form of a customer, and a plan for the future development of an ontology-based decision support system is proposed to reduce the cost and resources consumed every year. It is expected that standardization of the verification standard of the mass of mass will minimize errors and reduce the time and resources required for verification.
It is well known that dichlorvos (DDVP), an organophosphate insecticide in common use, is so easily and rapidly hydrolyzed and excreted that it has usually little toxic effect on human body. In these days, however, it is widely used as an industrial and domestic insecticide and as an anthelmintic agent for animals, so that the accident of chemical poisoning occurs frequently. DDVP acts as a powerful inhibitor of carboxylic esterase, which can cause accumulation of acetylcholine at the synapses so paralysis of muscle and the transmission failure in cholinergic synapses dueing to desensitization of acetylcholin receptor may occure. Moreover accumulation of the acetylcholine brings about the elevation of the cyclic-AMP, which alters the cellular metabolisms of nucleic acid, carbohydrate, protein and lipid. Present study has undertaken to investigate the cardiotoxic effect of DDVP by electron microscopic study. A total of 30 Sprague-Dawley strain rats, weighing about 250gm were used as experimental animals. 2mg/kg/day of DDVP is intraperitonealy injected 3 times with intervals of every other day. On 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days and 14 days after drug administration, the animals were sacrified by cervical dislocation. Left ventricular cardiac muscles were resected and sliced into $1mm^3$. The specimens were embedded with Epon 812 and prepared by routine methods for electron microscopical observation. All preparations were stained with lead citrate and uranyl acetate and then observed with Hitachi-600 transmission electron microscope. The results were as follows: 1. In the cardiac muscle of DDVP treated rats, mitochondria with disorganized double membrane and mitochondrial crista, and vacuole formation in mitochondrial matrix were observed. But structures of mitochondria were recovered to normal in 14 days group. 2. In the cardiac muscle of DDVP treated rats, cisternae of sarcoplasmic reticulum were dilated and sacculated. But these changes were recovered to normal in 14 days group. 3. In the cardiac muscle of DDVP treated rats, glycogen particles around damaged myofibrils were decreased. But amount of glycogen particles were restored in 14 days group. 4. In the cardiac muscle of DDVP treated rats, disruption and discontinuation of myofilaments and disorganization of Z-disc were observed. But the structures of myofibrils were recovered to normal in 14 days group. It is consequently suggested that DDVP would induce the reversible degenerative changes on the ultrastructures in cardiac muscle of rat.

Objectives: Find out how it affects anxiety situations and self-esteem targeting the critical period of development of self-esteem in the lower grades in elementary school based on laughter therapy in having a positive influence on physical health promotion and positive emotional cultivation. And to verify the effects of laughter activity was to provide preliminary data on mental health education and guidance of school life. Methods: By targeting Ulsan Y elementary school, second grade 7 class, 191 students conducted test self-esteem and anxiety. Homogeneous group of experimental and control groups were selected in each one class. Classified as experimental group carried out laughter activity programs and control group did not carried out. Also the separation of the application program before and after, then it were performed preliminary-post-further as same checklist. Program coverage period is 12 weeks and 30 minutes per session was conducted twice a week. Differences between the experimental group and the comparison group has conducted the independent samples t-test, and if the difference between the experimental group and the comparison group were verified by performing a variance analysis(Oneway ANOVA) and post multiple comparisons. Results: Analysis of the experimental group decreased anxiety in the post-test than the pre-test as a whole, in particular, sub-areas of concern, shame and shyness was shown to be effective, and decision of the difficulty was not significant by insignificant reduction. In addition, self-esteem was increased in overall score. The score of collective self-esteem and School life self-esteem were more increased, and domestic self-esteem was not significant by slight increases. In contrast, the comparison group showed no significant difference in all areas of anxiety and self-esteem of pre-test and post-test. Conclusions: In experiments on self-esteem and anxiety of lower grade in elementary school through laughter activity program, comparison group it did not show an effect by accident, and experimental group showed meaningful effects that self-esteem was increased and anxiety was reduced. Thus, laughter activity can be seen that improving self-esteem, anxiety reduction and etc, is very beneficial to mental health.
The NSSS (Nuclear Steam Supply System) thermal-hydraulic programs adopted in the domestic full-scope power plant simulators were provided in early 1980s by foreign vendors. Because of limited compulsational capability at that time, they usually used very simplified physical models for a real-time simulation of NSSS thermal-hydraulic transients, which entails inaccurate results and, thus, the possibility of so-called "negative training", especially for complicated two-phase flows in the reactor coolant system. In resolve the problem, KEPRI developed a realistic NSSS T/H program ARTS which was based on the RETRAN-3D code for the improvement of the Nuclear Power Plant full-scope simulator. The ARTS (based on the RETRAN-3D code) guarantees the real-time calculations of almost all transients and ensures the robustness of simulations. However, there is some possibility of failing to calculate in the case of large break loss of coolant accident (LBLOCA) and low-pressure low-flow transient. In this case, the backup calculation system cover automatically the ARTS. The backup calculation system was expected to provide substantially more accurate predictions in the analysis of the system transients involving LBLOCA. The results were reasonable in terms of accuracy, real-time simulation, robustness and education of operators, complying with FSAR and the AMSI/ANS-3.5-1998 simulator software performance criteria.
In recent years, a series of large-scale disastrous accidents have been occurred frequently both in public and private sector. Such disasters become catastrophe due to poor early response and delayed prompt rescue. Damage from catastrophe could have been drastically reduced or minimized with effective response and recovery management. The smart phone-based mobile applications have important potentials in providing solutions for the effective response and recovery management. Mobile applications can greatly improve risk communication in case of disasters by integrating process of exchange information and data on risk among risk evaluators, risk managers, and other interested parties. In this light of potentials, this study investigates the measures and management to better manage early responses and to effectively deal with domestic disaster-related of the status of public applications service, and utilization. This study examines how disaster applications can be better used and how effective information dissemination through applications could help the post-disaster management process. Based on this findings, it proposes a guideline of effective disaster-related applications by public sector for the future development of actual services and activation solutions. The results show that "User Promptness Side" and "Content Believability Side" factors found to be the two most significant factors in the disaster-related applications by public sector. Discussion and implications are discussed.
As the consumption of LNG has increased, the capacity and number of LNG facilities are getting bigger and bigger. Such circumstances supports the need for a dedicated risk analysis model to help review and check major issues of the safer construction and operation of LNG storage facilities systematically. Therefore this study suggests an appropriate risk analysis model that enables us to evaluate hazards of LNG storage facilities more easily and systematically, and then to use its result in siting, design and construction stages of the facilities. ill order to develop the model, lots of existing studies and domestic and foreign codes and standards were fully reviewed and a series of case studies also were carried out. The suggested model consists of 4-stage evaluations: in selecting a site, in determining a layout, in designing and constructing the facilities, and in operating them. This model also suggests the weather condition necessary for estimating the consequence of accident-scenarios, and the easy, systematic approach to the analysis of their probability. We expect that the model may help secure LNG storage facilities' inherent safety in determining their site and layout.
Design techniques for minimizing the damage caused by leakage of $H_2S$ gas, contained in natural gas and petroleum, have been widely studied abroad in chemical plants that purify and process natural gas and petroleum. However, there is no domestic engineering practice and regulation of $H_2S$. In accordance with the circumstances, this study proposes the quantitative criteria of process equipment to install $H_2S$ toxic gas detector as 500 ppm and explains the valid basis. The $H_2S$ gas dispersion radius up to IDLH 100 ppm is calculated by ALOHA under previous $H_2S$ gas leak accident scenario. The weather conditions of modeling include the conditions of Ulsan, Yeosu and Daesan, the three major petrochemical complexes in Korea. The long radius up to 100 ppm was derived in order of Ulsan, Daesan, Yeosu. For emergency safety the dispersion radius up to 100 ppm of the $H_2S$ gas obtained in this study should be extended to apply the additional $H_2S$ toxic gas detector, and local climate conditions should be considered.

Domestic road and railroad construction have been increasingly growing and for reasons of mitigating traffic congestion, urban plan and refurbishment project, deeper and longer tunnels have been built. The event of fire is the most fatal accident in a tunnel, and it can be very disastrous with a high possibility. In this study, QRA (Quantitative Risk Analysis) which is one of quantitative risk analysis approaches was applied to tunnel fire safety design and the evaluation of QRA cases and the cost comparison of QRA methods were carried out. In addition analysis of risk reduction effect of tunnel fire safety system was conducted using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and the priority of major factors that could mitigate the risk in tunnel fire was presented. As a result, significant cost reduction effect could be obtained by incorporating QRA and it is expected to design fire safety system rationally. The priority of fire safety system based on risk mitigation effect by fire safety system considering the cost is in order of water pipe, emergency lighting, evacuation passage and smoke control system.
