영아 어머니의 부모역할 중요도에 대한 인식 (Perception on the importance of Parental Role by Mothers with Infants)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this descriptive survey study were to describe the perception on the importance of parental role by mothers with infants, and to analyze the differences of those perception depending on the mothers' and infants' characteristics. Method: Data were collected from 240 mothers of infants visited at one public health center in Gangreung city. The instrument used for this study was a self-report questionnaire to identify the parental role. Results: The mean score for perception on the importance of parental role was 139.89, and item mean for caring performance ability domain 4.43, environmental organization for development domain 4.38, acceptance domain 4.26, responsibility domain 4.21점, knowledge for caring domain 4.19, sensitivity 4.16, provision of stimulus and involvement 4.01. There were significant differences in the perception of parental role according to spouse relationship, father's participation in child rearing, experience of parental role education, and infant's temperament. Conclusion: The experience of childhood is highly affected by the quality of the parental role. It is important to identify parents' perception of parental role. Therefore, the parental role education program are necessary.

고등학교 수학의 정의적 영역에 대한 수행평가 기준 개발 (The Development of the Standards of Performance Assessment for an Affective Domain of Mathematics in High School)

  • Performance assessment has been introduced to school education as an alternative measure of the former educational assessment which put much emphasis on the result rather than the process of learning, memorization than pursuit of knowledge, and passive than active study. As for the subject of mathematics, the change of the assessment came to replace multiple choice tests with descriptive- and statement-type tests. This means animprovement on the testing system, focusing on the process of finding out the answer. The main focus, however, is still on the intellectual domain without paying due attention to the emotional domain of mathematics education. The previous studies on the assessment of emotional domain In mathematics have shown that there are stumbling blocks in the application of the assessment, such as the disputes on the reliability, objectivity, and fairness as well as the complicated procedure of applying the results to school records. The lack of the development and supply of the appropriate assessment tools have also been pointed out. Therefore, this study has been carried out with the intention of establishing an applicable standard of assessment on the emotional domain of high school matematics. As a result, detailed standards of performance assessment, which adopt oral examination, discussion, observation, and report have been developed. The problems which are likely to emerge In the course of the application of the newly developed assessment are under study as a continuing research project.

Solution Structure of the Cytoplasmic Domain of Syndecan-3 by Two-dimensional NMR Spectroscopy

  • Syndecan-3 is a cell-surface heparan sulfate proteoglycan, which performs a variety of functions during cell adhension process. It is also a coreceptor for growth factor, mediating cell-cell and cell-matrix interaction. Syndecan-3 contains a cytoplasmic domain potentially associated with the cytoskeleton. Syndecan-3 is specifically expressed in neuron cell and has related to neuron cell differentiation and development of actin filament in cell migration. Syndecans each have a unique, central, and variable (V) region in their cytoplasmic domains. And that region of syndecan-3 may modulate the interactions of the conserved C1 regions of the cytoplasmic domains by tyrosine phosphorylation. Cytoplasmic domain of syndecan-3 has been synthesized for NMR structural studies. The solution structure of syndecan-3 cytoplasmic domain has been determined by two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy and simulated-annealing calculation. The cytoplasmic domain of the syndecan proteins has a tendency to form a dimmer conformation with a central cavity, however, that of syndecan-3 demonstrated a monomer conformation with a flexible region near C-terminus. The structural information might add knowledge about the structure-function relationships among syndecan proteins.

과학 실험 수업에서 MBL의 적용이 초등학생의 학업 성취도 및 과학 관련 정의적 특성에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of MBL Programs on Academic Achievement and Science-Related Affective Characteristics of Elementary School Students in Laboratory Instructions)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop MBL(Microcomputer Based Laboratory) programs for sixth-grade elementary students in science laboratory instructions and to ascertain the effects of this program on academic achievement and science-related affective characteristics. In laboratory instructions, using the MBL was found to be effective in improving academic achievement for elementary students, especially in the domain of knowledge. In addition, it helped students to improve science-related affective characteristics. The experimental group showed higher levels, especially in the domains of cognition and interest. When our findings were analyzed in detail, the sub-domains that showed positive effects included 'cognition of science' in the domain of cognition, and interest toward science', 'interest toward science learning', 'interest toward science related activities', and 'anxiety for science' in the domain of interest. Male students exhibited improvement in the domain of cognition while female students showed improvement in the domain of interest. In conclusion, utilizing MBL programs as an experimental measurement in the real field of elementary science education can be said to be both positive and desirable.

  • 1970년대 후반에 제안된 전문가 시스템은 인공지능의 한 분야로서, 인간의 사고방식을 모방함으로써 다양한 분야에서 야기되는 문제들을 해결해준다. 대부분의 전문가 시스템은 추론엔진과 지식베이스등과 같은 많은 요소들로 구성 된다. 특히 전문가 시스템의 성능은 추론엔진의 효율성에 의해 좌우된다. 이러한 추론 엔진은 지식 베이스가 구축될 때, 가능한 한 적은 제약성을 가져야 함은 물론, 다양한 추론 방법을 제공해야 한다는 특징을 갖고 있어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 지식 영역과 추론 방식에 대한 범용성을제공하는 추론 엔진을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 위해 추론 방식은 사용자에 의해 전향추론과 후향추론 및 직첩추론이 선택적으로 수행된다. 또한 목표 영역에서의 지식 획득을 위한 쉬운 표준화와 모듈화를 가능케하는 생성 규칙을 사용하였을 뿐만 아니라 확장된 CBM을 통해 지식 베이스를 구축하였다. 아울러, Rete 패턴 매칭과 ECBM을 이용한 추론 엔진간의 성능분석을 수행하였다.

지리적 사고력 신장을 위한 기능의 상세화 (Improving Geographical Thinking through the Specification of Geographic Skills)

  • 학습자의 사고에 대한 최근의 인지심리학적인 연구들은 사고가 보다 영역 특수적임을 강조한다. 보다 영역 특수적인 지리적 사고는 교과 내용인 지식과 역동적으로 상호작용하는 총체적인 인지 과정이므로, 지리적 사고력 함양은 교수-학습의 직접적인 목표로 체계화되어야 한다. 본질적으로 지리적 사고력은 교수-학습의 내용은 물론 그것을 어떻게 전개할 것인가에 관련되는 것이므로, 목표의 체계화는 지리적 기능의 상세화와 그것을 바탕으로 한 구체화의 과정으로 이루어져야 한다. 지리적 지식도 분명히 중요하지만 지리적 사고력 교육의 목적 달성에는 기능이 결정적이기 때문에, 본 연구는 지리적 사고력을 교수-학습 목표로 구체화할 수 있는 지리적 기능의 상세화를 모색하였다. 먼저, 고차적인 지리적 사고력과 상대적으로 저차적인 지리적 기능을 중심으로 지리적 사고 과정에 관련되는 개념을 정의하였다. 그리고 목표 지향적 탐구과정에서 고려되는 문제 해결 능력, 의사 결정 능력, 비판적 사고, 창의적 사고 등이 상보적으로 기능하는 복합적 사고 전략의 관점에서 지리적 기능을 상세화하였다.

플랫폼 정부 연구의 탐색적 분석 (Exploratory Analysis of Platform Government Research)

  • Purpose: We present a scientometric review of the literature on platform government to serve three primary purposes: First, to cluster researches on platform government based on the research issues; second, to identify the major papers, authors, and keywords in the domain; and third, to explore the promising research areas of platform government. Design/methodology/approach: We collected the platform government research from Web of Science, and analyzed 1,536 articles that was published during time span of 1998-2019. Next, co-citation networks are constructed and analyzed by using CiteSpace to visualize the domain clusters and dynamic research trends in the platform government domain. Findings: We identified 13 sub areas of the platform government research: global investigation, consumer product quality, digital agora, civic crowd funding, and open data use etc. We also visualize the top 20 references with the strongest citation bursts, co-authors network, co-occurring keyword network, and timeline of co-citation clusters.

The Role of SH2 Domain-containing Leukocyte Phosphoprotein of 76 kDa in the Regulation of Immune Cell Development and Function

  • Recent years have seen an explosion of new knowledge defining the molecular events that are critical for development and activation of immune cells. Much of this new information has come from a careful molecular dissection of key signal transduction pathways that are initiated when immune cell receptors are engaged. In addition to the receptors themselves and critical effector molecules, these signaling pathways depend on adapters, proteins that have no intrinsic effector function but serve instead as scaffolds to nucleate multimolecular complexes. This review summarizes some of what has been learned about one such adapter protein, SH2 domain-containing leukocyte phosphoprotein of 76 kDa (SLP-76), and how it regulates and integrates signals after engagement of immunoreceptors and integrins on various immune cell lineages.

중학교 수학 교과서 문제의 인지적 영역 분석 (Cognitive Domain of Problems in Korea Mathematics Textbooks)

  • Textbooks are official materials so that these are the most frequently used teaching materials in school. The teacher constructs the lesson based on the contents of the textbook to achieve the learning goal. Thus, textbooks play an important role because the quality of the contents in textbooks affects the cognitive level of students. This study investigates the cognitive domain based on Bloom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives(knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation) of 'Values and Expression' in the mathematics textbook of the first grade of middle school reflecting the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum. We also looked at cognitive levels based on Bloom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives. As a result, it was found that understanding was dominant in 'Values and Expression'. Also, although the problem of requiring a higher level of cognition is increasing as the unit finishes, there are still a high percentage of low level of problems.

A SAR Signal Processing Algorithm using Wavenumber Domain

  • SAR는 1987년 미국의 인공위성 Seasat에 의해 사용된 이후 현재 그 활용의 중요성이 점차 증대하고 있는 원격탐사 방법 중 하나이다. SAR는 특수 신호처리를 통하여 실제 안테나의 길이보다 매우 큰 안테나를 사용하는 합성효과를 이용하여 고해상도를 얻는다. 따라서 안테나 자 체의 개발뿐만 아니라 신호처리 기술의 개발이 SAR기술의 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 따라서 실제 신호처리에 관계자 뿐만아니라 SAR영상자료를 해석하여 이용하고자하는 사용자들도 SAR 신호 처리에 대한 이해가 필요시된다. 비록 rangd-Droppler domain을 이용하는 전통적인 SAR신호처 리 방법이 많이 사용되고 있으나 range migration과 azimuch compression에서 여러 문제점을 갖 고 있다. 최근 개발되고 있는 wavenumber domain을 이용한 방법은 좀더 나은 SAR 영상복원을 성취할 수 있는 기반을 마련해 준다. Born(first) 근사법을 이용하여 얻은 새로운 wavenumber domain을 이용한 알고리즘과 비교해볼 때 전통적인 방법의 transfer function은 새로운 방법의 일 차항까지만으로 이뤄진 근사값이다. 새로운 알고리즘을 이용한 모의실험 및 항공기 c-band SAR 로 얻어진 실제 데이터에 적용결과 그 우수성이 판명되었다.
