이 연구는 점자도서관 문서 생산과 관리의 실태파악을 하고, 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이 연구는 3개 기관을 현장조사와 면담을 실시하였고, ISO 15489의 품질요건을 기준으로 분석했다. 그 결과, 점자도서관 문서 관리 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정책 및 규정 정비가 필요하다. 사본 생산과 관리에 관한 규정, 접근권한과 관련된 문서 관리규정의 마련이 요구된다. 둘째, 문서 생산 프로세스 개선이 필요하다. 시각장애인의 책임 있는 생산을 위해 Electronic approval system을 도입하고, 문서 생산 시 시각장애인이 읽을 수 있는 문서를 함께 생산, 그리고 문서철에 점자라벨을 부착하는 방안도 마련되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 문서 관리 프로세스 개선이 필요하다. 사본 생산 시 변경 내역을 기록하고, 원본과 사본의 보존기간을 동일하게 부여하여 함께 보존하고, 모든 사본을 진본사본으로 정하여 하나의 세트로 관리하는 방안도 필요하다. 마지막으로 문서관리를 위한 시스템 도입이 필요하다. 체계적인 문서 관리를 할 수 있는 시스템 도입이 요구된다. 이 시스템은 시각 장애인이 접근, 검색이 가능하도록 설계되어야 할 것이다.

본 논문은 SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language) 문서를 DSSSL(Document Style Semantics and Specification Language)에 기반하여 포맷팅 처리하기 위한 SGML 문서 표현 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관한 것이다. ISO(International Standard Organization)에서는 SGML 문서의 변환 및 포맷팅 처리의 기술을 위한 표준으로 DSSSL을 제안하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 DSSSL 표준에서 정의한 모델에 따라 시스템을 설계하였고, SGML 문서를 온라인으로 포맷팅 처리하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 한글 처리를 지원하면서 임의의 DTD(Document Type Definition), SGML 문서, DSSSL 스타일 시트에 대한 파싱 기능을 가지며, 텍스트뿐만 아니라 표, 목록, 그림 등 다양한 명세 표현을 처리할 수 있는 포맷터를 포함한다.

분야연상어는 어휘자체가 분야정보를 가지므로 인간이 분야를 인지할 때와 유사하게 문서의 분야를 판단한다. 한국어의 경우 180분야로 분류된 약 IS,000개의 문서뱅크를 수집하여 구축 $\cdot$실험한 결과 88,782개의 단일 분야연상어가 8,405개로 전체의 약 9$\%$로 압축되며, 재현율 0.77 이상(평균 0.85), 정확률 0.90 이상(평균 0.94)의 높은 추출 정밀도를 얻었다. 구축한 분야연상어를 문서분류의 초기결정에 적용하여 인간에 의한 분야결정과 비교한 결과 약 90$\%$이상의 정답률을 얻었다. 연구결과를 문서분류의 초기단계에 관한 기초연구로 이용하고, 다언어(multilingual) 간의 문서검색에 적용하여 다국어 정보검색에 대한 기초 연구로 이용할 수 있다.

현대는 연구개발부문의 다양화, 복잡화에 따라 기술정보량이 급격히 증가하고 있는 반면 기존의 연구소에서는 연구개발의 know-how 축적도 되어있지 않은 상태였으며, 연구개발조직의 분화로 인한 정보교환의 단절로 인하여 연구개발부문의 중복투자가 새로운 문제로 대두되었다. 따라서 이러한 기술정보를 체계화 하고 효과적으로 활용함으로써 연구개발의 과학 및 선진화를 추구할 수 있는 기초환경 조성의 일환으로 기술 Document시스템화의 필요성이 부각되었다. 이러한 배경하에서 당사는 연구소 개발업무의 체계화를 위하여 '92년 초부터 JMAC주관하에 진행되어온 연구관리코드체계를 근간으로 기술 Document시스템을 개발하게 되었다. 기술 Document시스템의 추진 목표는 document작성의 정형화, know-how의 체계적인 축적을 위한 기술개발전산화의 기반구축, 다양한 data들을 처리하기 위한 미래지향적 정보관리기반구축, on-line정보교환체제구축을 통한 연구생산성 향상, 이미 개발된 S/W의 효과의 극대화등이다.

This research is one the design and implementation of XSL document authoring system based on the XSL pattern to transform XML document. This system is developed not according to the rule of conventional CSS methods but according to the rule of XSL syntax for document processing language of SML structure. The XSL authoring system supports Korean character documents and is available of various kinds of pattern generations so that it is useful for generation of XSL document. This system is implemented for the environment of Window NT2000 in compatible IBM PC an develops by Visual J++6.0.

More than two years have passed since the latest UCP, Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, 2007 Revision, ICC Publication No.600 became valid on July 1, 2007. There has been a lot of confusions in connection with the interpretation of the new UCP since July 1, 2007. Especially the transport document articles of the new UCP are the most confusing ones. Therefore, this work intends to study some points for practical attention of transport documents in the UCP 600. Transport documents can be divided into two kinds of documents such as marine transport documents and other transport documents. But most sellers and buyers distinguish two kinds of transport documents : the document of title and the document of non-title. Most traders consider the document of title importantly and ignore the document of non-title.

The advent of KM(knowledge management) concept have led many organizations to seek an effective way to make use of their knowledge. But the absence of right tools for systematic handling of unstructured information makes it difficult to automatically retrieve and share relevant information that exactly meet user's needs. we propose a systematic method to enable content-based information retrieval from corpus of unstructured documents. In our method, a document is represented by using several key terms which are automatically selected based on their quantitative relevancy to the document. Basically, the relevancy is calculated by using a traditional TFIDF measure that are widely accepted in the related research, but to improve effectiveness of the measure, we exploited 'concept network' that represents term-term relationships. In particular, in constructing the concept network, we have also considered relative position of terms occurring in a document. A prototype system for experiment has been implemented. The experiment result shows that our approach can have higher performance over the conventional TFIDF method.

Automatic document classification may differ significantly according to the characteristics of documents that are subject to classification, as well as classifier's performance. This research identifies e-mail document's characteristics to apply a three-step preprocessing algorithm that can minimize e-mail document's atypical characteristics. In the first 5go, uncertain based sampling algorithm that used Mean Absolute Deviation(MAD), is used to address the question of selection learning document for the rule generation at the time of classification. In the subsequent stage, Weighted vlaue assigning method by attribute is applied to increase the discriminating capability of the terms that appear on the title on the e-mail document characteristic level. in the third and last stage, accuracy level during classification by each category is increased by using Naive Bayesian Presumptive Algorithm's Dynamic Threshold. And, we implemented an E-Mail Recommendtion System using a three-step preprocessing algorithm the enable users for direct and optimal classification with the recommendation of the applicable category when a mail arrives.

Recently, the various information according to the company management is originated in the change of the rapid company environment. And the necessity of the administration,that is systematic and efficient toward the various document of a form, is gradually increased. At the same time, the efficient management ability of the various standard document obtained the specialized quality authentication system including the ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, quality 5 star, and etc., it maintains occupies the very important part as to the company management. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the standard document. In addition, by building and managing the standard management system will be able to expect the more efficient document management and the product reliability insurance.

본 논문에서는 다양한 모바일 플랫폼 환경에서 실행이 가능한 모바일 문서 뷰어를 제안한다. 제안한 문서 뷰어는 자체 파일분석을 통한 파일 decoding 엔진과 독립적인 모듈로 동작하는 엔진으로 OS에 따라 유연하게 장착이 가능하게 설계되었다. 또한 제안된 뷰어에서는 문서파일의 특정을 분석하여 문서파일의 editing tool들의 기초 자료로 사용되어질 수 있다.
