  • The key role in safety management is to identify any possible hazard before it occurs by identifying any possible risk factors which are critical to risk assessment. It is well known that falsework (temporary facilities) in construction projects is fundamentally important. This planning/assessment process is considered to be tedious and requires a lot of attention due to the following reasons: firstly, the installation and dismantling of those facilities are one of the high risk activities in the job sites. Secondly, temporary facilities are generally not clearly delineated on the building drawings. Therefore, it is our strong belief that safety tools have to be simple and convenient enough for the jobsite people to manage them easily and be flexible for any occasions to be occurred at various degrees. In order to develop a safety identification system of temporary facilities, this research utilizes the BIM technology in retrieving important information by importing data from BIM models and use it in the safety planning stage.

디씨알이 인천공장 발파해체 시공사례 (Case Study on the Explosive Demolition of DCRE Incheon Plant)

  • 본 사례연구는 인천 학익동에 위치한 디씨알이 인천공장 발파해체 프로젝트에 관한 것이다. 대상건물은 건물내부에 위치한 굴뚝형태의 강구조 설비들이 가동 시 내뿜었던 수백도의 고열과 해풍 등의 영향으로 주요 구조체에 극심한 노후화가 진행되었다. 이로 인해 기둥과 보의 콘크리트들이 탈락하여 녹이 슨 철근들이 노출되어 있었고, 일부 슬래브들은 커다랗게 구멍이 뚫려있어 작업 인원의 접근도 힘들 만큼 구조물이 위험한 상태였다. 따라서 중장비가 건물 내부로 진입하여 작업하는 기계식 철거방법의 적용이 불가능하여 건물 내부의 설비구조물들을 그대로 두고 해체 할 수 있는 발파해체공법을 적용하였다. 발파순서는 (1)탄화탑 ${\rightarrow}$ (2)연돌 2 ${\rightarrow}$ (3)연돌 1의 순서로 진행되도록 계획하였다. 탄화탑과 연돌들에 설치된 폭약을 순차적으로 기폭시키는 데에는 총 406개의 전자뇌관(Unitronic 600)이 사용되었다.

  • Currently, the most commonly used EPS insulation material has been mainly used because its ease of adhesion with concrete. However, due to poor adhesion with wallpaper, separate adhesion needs to be strengthened and there are cases of breakage or grooves in the process of dismantling the mold. The biggest problem is that when a fire breaks out, various harmful substances are present and highly flammable. Cork used in this study is a truly eco-friendly building material that is taken from between the outer and inner bark of cork trees and does not damage the wood. Also, it is a porous material that is made up of countless cells and contains an air gap between the cells. It is very light in weight between 0.06 and 0.07 and has excellent insulation with a heat conductivity of 0.04W/mK. In addition, it has high stability in the topic of conversation because it does not produce harmful gas when burned and has self-sustaining properties. However, research on cork, an eco-friendly building material with excellent performance to date, is scarce Therefore, we encourage existing scholars to raise interest in new eco-friendly building materials through this study. It also aims to manufacture insulation boards with new inorganic properties using the low weight and heat conductivity held by the cork.

석조문화재 보호각 현황과 사례연구 (The present situation of shelter and case study of stone cultural heritage)

  • Most of the important stone cultural heritage (National treasures and Treasures) in Korea are mainly located outdoor and considerably affected by the changes of the temperature, humidity and rainfalls. 541 of the stone cultural heritage are preserved as National treasure and Treasure. The pagodas occupy 187 remains and next 127 Buddha statues, 68 monuments, 60 stupas, and the others 74 stone cultural heritages. The shelter has been installed for one pagoda, 60 Buddha statues, 36 monuments and two stupas. The shelters are categorized in three shapes as traditional shape, modern shape, and others (tradition+modern). Approximately 100 of shelters that have constructed in traditional ways, and about nine of shelters have modern ways, and the only one has the combination shape of tradition and modern, which has been constructed since mid 1900s and repaired from the 1980s~2000s. Many researchers are studying for improvement of manners such as repairing, remodeling or removing of the shelter because problems have occured on shelters. Architectural form of traditional style of Korean timber building is respected, but it has problems on importing natural sunlight to the inside as well as ventilation and spacial problems. However, it needs to supplement policies to improve the positive roles of shelters such as prevention of artificial damage, blocking acid rain, and so on. For instance, the rock-carved Buddha Triad in Seosan, it had problems with viewing, contamination, and dew condensation on the surface. These problems decreased after dismantling the shelter, the space was made for improvement of viewing and dew condensation, and moisture problems were in better conditions. The velocity wind is an important factor in drying conditions on the surface of the rock, therefore the condition has improved after dismantling the shelter.

  • 대한민국 첫 상업원전인 고리1호기는 40년간의 성공적인 운전을 끝내고 2017년 6월 18일 영구정지 되었다. 고리1호기는 본격적인 해체에 앞서 터빈건물에 폐기물처리시설 건설을 계획하고 있다. 각종 방사성폐기물은 폐기물처리시설에서 제염, 해체, 절단, 용융되어 자체처분 되거나 방사성폐기물 처분장으로 보내 진다. 해체폐기물 중 대형금속방사성폐기물은 주로 1차 계통측 기기들로 높은 방사능을 띄고 있어 해체활동 중 작업자의 피폭관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 대형금속방사성폐기물 중 크기가 가장 크고 형상이 복잡한 증기발생기를 선정하여 RESRAD-RECYCLE 코드를 이용하여 작업자 피폭선량을 평가하고 저감화 방안을 수립 하고자 한다.

  • Repeated using carpentry workers work at working tools because of occupational low back pain, such as musculoskeletal disorders, occupational diseases are on the rise. For this purpose, through the analysis of musculoskeletal disorders and work tools and studies are underway to improve the working conditions of the workers. However, existing previous studies may not reflect the working tools used for carpentry worker dies when working at a construction site that Therefore, in this study, the work in the form of construction, one of the jobs of worker dies classified according to the working tools of musculoskeletal disorders correlated to analyze. The results of this study are as follows. working tools of a total of seven different dies used in the installation process. Musculoskeletal disorders, waist / drill such correlation was very strong. Also showed that a total of three of the tools used in the formwork dismantling cutter musculoskeletal disorders of the arm / elbow and a very strong correlation.

  • Preloading Strut applied during installation of the wall jack, but additionally serves to minimize the displacement of soil pressure acting upon dissolution due to the difficulty. In this study, we developed an index of support for the release of stress to facilitate the dismantling of the strut uninstall. The refractive support the axial force acting on the strut are supportable, is refracted at minimum load, disassembly should be easy. In order to find the optimal shape and structural stability of the refractive support We have performed the numerical analysis and performance test to determine the final model. We carried out model tests and UTM test in order to understand the refractive performance and durability of the refractive support for optimal model. Results of the test UTM is refracted all shot 5 times within a target hit number, it was found that there is no problem of the refractive performance. Further, the results of model experiments, it was found that to ensure sufficient durability more than the performance target value of the pin joint support structure.

  • 건설폐기물의 발생량은 폐기물 발생량 중 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 또한 노후화된 건축물의 철거와 수많은 도시재개발 재건축 사업에 따라 건축물 해체 시 발생하는 건설폐기물은, 건설폐기물 발생량에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 건설폐기물의 발생량 증가와 함께 처리방법에 대한 문제점들이 나타나고 있으며, 폐기물 처리와 관련한 환경문제들이 사회적 이슈로 논의되면서 건설폐기물의 처리와 그에 따르는 부차적인 문제점들이 중요한 과제로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 건축물 해체 시 발생하는 건설폐기물 처리의 문제점들을 분석하여 국내 건설폐기물 처리에 대한 개선방향을 제시하였다.

  • 최근 오래된 산업단지의 해체수요가 증가하고 있으며, 해체된 산업부지를 원래 자연환경으로 복원하는 공사를 진행하고 있다. 본 시공사례는 오래된 산업단지 내의 대형 철골구조물을 해체하기 위해 발파해체공법 중 전도공법을 적용하였다. 철골구조물을 절단하기 위해 금속 제트가 발생하는 장약용기를 사용하였다. 발파구간 중 철골구조물의 두께가 두꺼운 부분은 가스와 산소 불꽃 또는 아크열에 의해 깊은 홈을 파는 방법인 가우징을 적용하여 두께를 조절하였다. 발파해체 결과, 철골구조물은 예측된 방향으로 정확히 전도하였으며, 주변 시설물에 피해 없이 발파해체를 완료하였다.

거푸집공사 단계에서의 지구자기장 기반 작업자 실내측위기술 적용 방법 (Application of Geomagnetic Field-Based Indoor Positioning Technology in the Formwork Stage)

  • Positioning information of workers is important for safety management at construction sites. Among the various indoor positioning technologies, geomagnetic fields-based technology is more economical and has less error than other technologies. However, there is a problem that the installation and dismantling of materials such as formwork at construction sites can cause degradation in positioning performance. Therefore, in this study, the distortion of the geomagnetic field near euro-form was quantitatively measured and the application method of geomagnetic field-based indoor positioning technology on formwork stage was presented. The results showed that the distortion occurred within 10cm of the wall and column form, but positioning accuracy could be affected up to 60cm from the form due to the characteristic of geomagnetic field-collecting technology. Therefore, applying this technology to the formwork stage requires complementary measures, such as using other positioning techniques up to 60 cm near the formwork, or excluding distorted area when positioning. It is expected that this study can contribute to the efficient safety management of workers by suggesting ways to prevent an increase in positioning error when applying geomagnetic field sequence-based indoor positioning technology during the formwork stage.
