Excessive occlusal wear causes loss of tooth structure, occlusal plane disharmony, impaired function and esthetic problems. Although the decrease of occlusal vertical dimension may be compensated by the growth of alveolar bone and tooth eruption, minimal increase of occlusal vertical dimension may be required for esthetics and retention of prosthesis. In this case, a 44-year-old male patient visited Seoul National University Dental Hospital with chief complaint of severe tooth wear and shade disharmony. Based on assessment of diagnostic wax-up, 3 mm increase of occlusal vertical dimension was determined. Removable occlusal splint and interim prosthesis was used to ascertain patient's comfort and adaptation. After the adaptation period, definitive prosthesis fabricated with full-contour monolithic zirconia were delivered and the patient was recommended to wear a nightguard device for prosthesis protection. This report presents a case of full mouth rehabilitation with the elevation of patient's occlusal vertical height, resulting in satisfactory esthetics and functions.

Objective : This study was performed to find out the differential points of the pattern identification for Acne vulgaris and suggest them to the clinic setting Methods : We searched the papers that suggest patterns identification for Acne vulgaris through China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System(OASIS), Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal(KTKP), Korean Studies Information Service System(KISS). We looked through all the papers, excluded unintended papers, and finally chose some papers that are suitable for inclusion. Then, We extracted all the patterns of Acne vulgaris and chose frequently suggested patterns. Finally we extracted symptoms from selected patterns and arranged them in order of frequency. Results and Conclusions : 1. We found 215 papers and chose 17 papers (Korean : 6, Chinese : 11). 2. We extracted total 67 demonstrations and chose Patterns of Wind-Heat, Damp-Heat, Phlegm and Static blood, Disharmony of the Thoroughfare and Controlling vessels. 3. In Acne vulgaris, the pattern of Wind-Heat tends to have a red papule, sometimes pustule, pain with itching, burning sensation, tidal reddening of the cheeks, white head or black head. The pattern of Damp-Heat tends to have a pustule, node, redness and swelling, pain and greasy skin. The pattern of Phlegm and Static blood has a tendency to be a nodule or cystoma that is hard, dark, painful, long lasting and hard to recover and easy to recur with a scar, pimple, pigmentation. The pattern of Disharmony of the Thoroughfare and Controlling vessels tends to be exacerbated before menstruation, have a small papule that is not easily treated under the chin or around the mouth.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level and intensity of emotional labor of physical therapists and occupational therapists, and to identify the factors affecting them. Cross-sectional study was conducted on physical therapists and occupational therapists across the country using self-populated questionnaire. A total of 2,000 questionnaires were distributed to retrieve 1,500 questionnaires(75%), of which 1,374 questionnaires(68.7%) were finally analyzed, excluding 126 that answered duplicates or were missing answers. Multi-linear regression was performed to identify factors on the strength of emotional labor. According to the analysis results, high-risk groups in the areas under 'Emotional demand and regulation' and 'Overload and conflict in customer service' and 'Emotional disharmony and hurt' were 29.4%, 19.0% and 22.0% respectively, especially in 'Emotional demand and regulation', 'Overload and conflict in customer service', 'Emotional disharmony and hurt' for women working days, and 49% of daily work hours. Accordingly, we will be able to regularly screen physical therapists and occupational therapists for dangerous groups, and manage the intensity of emotional labor through the creation of a therapist's working environment, such as limiting overtime hours and assigning appropriate number of patients. Through this study, the grounds and methods for mitigating the negative effects of emotional labor and mediating emotional labor should be provided.

This paper is a purpose to study and analyze the failure examples for timing belt, camshaft position sensor and ignition coil of LPG automotive engine. The first example, whe the service man install the front case bracket of engine, he excessively tightened up a 12mm bolt for being fixed of brackct. As a results, the bolt was separated from joint part so that it was put in between the crankshaft sprocket. Therefore the belt was broken off because of interference between timing belt and sprocket tooth. The second example, it verified the disharmony phenenomen of engine that the gap of the camshaft position sensor and camshaft senseing point assembled on cylinder head part was small more than iregular value so that the it was generated senseing damage phenomenon by pulse signal misconduct. The third example, it was found the engine disharmony phenomenon that the fire in the ignition coil was leaked by inner damage of Number 2 ignition coil.Therefore, the the manager of a car throughtly have to inspect not in order to arise the failure symptoms.

Purpose: Soft tissue recessions frequently cause esthetic disharmony and dissatisfaction. Compared with soft tissue coverage around a tooth, the coverage of an implant site is obviously unpredictable. Particularly in the cases of thin mucosa, a significant greater amount of recession takes place compared to thick mucosa. To overcome this problem, this case report demonstrates a two-step mucosal dehiscence coverage technique for an endosseous implant. Methods: A 33-year-old female visited us with the chief complaint of dissatisfaction with the esthetics of an exposed implant in the maxillary left cental incisor region. A partial-thickness pouch was constructed around the dehiscence. A subepithelial connective tissue graft was positioned in the apical site of the implant and covered by a mucosal flap with normal tension. At 12 months after surgery, the recipient site was partially covered by keratinized mucosa. However, the buccal interdental papilla between implant on maxillary left central incisor region and adjacent lateral incisor was concave in shape. To resolve the mucosal recession after the first graft, a second graft was performed with the same technique. Results: An esthetically satisfactory result was achieved and the marginal soft tissue level was stable 9 months after the second graft. Conclusions: The second graft was able to resolve the mucosal recession after first graft. This two-step approach has the potential to improve the certainty of esthetic results.

The purpose of this study was to identify the perception on social mix of managers and residents in the mixed housing complexes for sale and rental apartment. For the research purpose, concept and background of social mix, relevant policies, preceding research trend of social mix were organized through the literature analysis. In addition, observation study was executed to examine physical aspects of three selected sites as research subjects. Also, current state and awareness for social mix were conducted by using in-depth interview with 6 managers and 30 residents in selected areas with semi-structured questionnaires from June 3 to 7, 2013. The results of the study are as following: In the aspect of management, managers said that the biggest issue of mix-housing complex was dualization of management subject such as delegate of residents and tenants. Therefore, legislation which is suitable for unique features of mix-housing complex is required. To decrease disharmony between condominium and rental apartment, controlling the distribution ratio between condominium and rental apartment can be a good way. Accommodating middle class in mixed-housing complex is considered to reduce the social gap. Socially, multilateral and continuous effort through government, industry and academic area is required to inspire positive awareness on social mix among residents in mixed housing complex.

The purpose of this study is to present the conditions and methods for keeping the sustainability of the landscape resources of the East Coast of Gangwon province, the Republic of Korea by investigating the landscape resources management in the area and pointing out its problems. The unit of analysis in this study is four cities and two counties located along the national road route seven in Gangwon province. The classification and characteristics of the landscape resources in this area was analyzed by a literature review, and we surveyed the tourists visiting the area and statistically analyzed the data in order to examine their satisfaction with the landscape resources management and make recommendations. The problems of the landscape resources management are: 1) the disturbance of the persistence of life by reclamation, the population reduction in the ecosystem due to the overload in environmental capacity, and the severance of space between land and water. 2) the reduction of the benefits from indirect experience by interfering with the conservation of fluxes --- the manipulation of horizontal arrangement of the landscape resource, the visual disturbance by the construction of high-storied buildings, and the disharmony between the color/image and the environment. The means for keeping sustainability of the landscape resources include the regulations of development and use, the change in the recognition of the value of landscape resources and the moral system, and the improvement of resource management skills.

Using aesthetics of Rosencranz as the basis, this study contains the peculiarities of 'ugliness' and the obscured conceptual meaning of 'avant-garde', 'grotesque', and 'decadence' that are being utilized under ambiguous significance are defined through modern fashion and fashion of online game characters. Forms of 'ugliness' expressed in modern fashion and in games characters display distortion of form through incongruity, unbalance, disproportion and disharmony, and with this lack of form and expressional imprecision, both contain the elements of comical characteristics of vulgarity and repugnance. The difference in 'ugliness' between modern fashion and game character fashion is, the significance of 'ugliness' being expressed in modern fashion challenges new concepts by refusing tradition and recovering the human nature that has become turbid. On the other hand, 'ugliness' in game character fashion complements the story of the game that uses legends, fantasies or novels as its basis. Opposed to the significance of recovering human nature that is displayed in modern fashion, in order to terminate the opposing game character, the fashion of game characters exaggerates the form of modern fashion with added brutality. In addition, with the advantage of virtual reality that allows a more flexible expression than in the real word, images created are more sensational and excessive use of grotesque images are being expressed.

The pastiche is one of the most unique characteristics in the post-modern period. The pastiche fashion design is an intentional imitation expressed by deconstructivity of the design. It has become the major creation method of post-modern fashion by expressing the image from the variety and creativity. The concept of imitation in pastiche is the important fashion subject which lead the dynamics and creativities of fashion when It has freshness and spiritual energy. The values of creative area of pastiche are as fellows - firstly, it provides the delightness through the disharmony by being released from the restraint and stress of the restricted society. Secondly, the characteristics of restoration generated by development and reproduced from imitation has become an origin of creation. Thirdly, the boundary between subculture and high-class culture would be dismantled and the elements of these culture are mixed to become a unique image through its abundance and compromise vague public culture. Fourthly, the pastiche fashion dismantles the basic structure of clothes to endow avant-garde esthetic appreciation. Fifthly, the folklore fashion representing the culture of minority and neighboring countries would become a new destroying the historically fixed clue. sixthly, the reinterpretation of pastiche fashion discovers the new regulations and beauties from Imitation to provides tow Important elements of post-capitalism fashion, dynamics and creativity. Lastly the consistent adaptation of image of fashion design with strong technical and theoretical basis can establish new fashions of this era with its unique creativeness.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect on a patient with bulimia nervosa-purging type and depression according to the oriental medical treatment and cognitive-behavioral therapy. In this case, a 28 year-old female patient had a binge eating and reward behaviors for 2 years. This patient was treated with acupunture therapy, Soyo-san for 5 months after cognitive-behavioral therapy for 12 sessions(2 times a week). The result of this research showed that bulimia nervosa with depression was improved by our treatment.
