다중 이산 연속선택모형(MDCEV)을 이용한 한국 소비자의 신선육 구매 결정 요인 (The application of Multiple Discrete Continuous Extreme Value Model on fresh meat purchase in Korea)

  • Modeling the consumer demand of fresh meat requires its distinct feature which other types of food product does not have. Most of the fresh meat products are likely to be unbranded, bought on a weight basis and affected by macro shocks such as seasonality, holiday effect and the disease incidence. Furthermore, consumers tend to purchase multiple categories of fresh meat in a week. Therefore, we apply a multiple discrete/continuous model on fresh meat consumption data to study the effect of macro shocks on fresh meat sales as well as of price change. As a result shows, Each fresh meat is relatively more likely to be bought in peak season of each fresh meat compared with imported pork which is set as a 'reference category' in this analysis. For clarity of the effect of disease incidence, we perform further analysis regarding the effect of livestock disease on fresh meat purchase probability. It shows that the avian flu in 2014 has strong negative impact on the purchase probability of chicken and the foot-and-mouth disease has negative impact on the purchase probability of pork and beef for part of outbreak periods.

개별요소법을 이용한 시멘트 혼합토의 수치모델링 (Numerical Modeling of Soil-Cement based on Discrete Element Method)

  • 기존 개별요소해석은 암석과 조립재료를 대상으로, 미시거동 분석과 응용을 위한 입상체 역학 및 관련 수치모델의 개발 차원에서 수행되었으나, 시멘트 혼합토(soil-cement)의 본딩 효과를 고려한 분석은 미흡한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 한계성을 극복하기 위하여 개별요소법 수치모델 프로그램 $PFC^{3D)}$을 이용한 시멘트 혼합토의 본딩 효과 및 실내시험 결과와의 분석을 수행하였다. 시멘트 혼합토에 대한 실내시험은 재령일을 고려한 일축압축강도시험과 시멘트 함유량에 따른 일축압축강도시험을 수행하였으며, 각 실내시험 조건에 적합한 개별요소해석을 수행하였다. 본 연구결과, 개별요소법은 지반공학적 측면에서, 혼합토의 본딩 효과에 대한 미시적 거동(micro behavior) 및 전체적 거동(macro behavior)의 예측뿐아니라, 수치시험실(numerical laboratory)로서 활용될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

시간적 거리와 사전지식에 따른 프리어나운싱 전략이 기억에 근거한 판단과 구매의도에 미치는 효과 (A Study on in Influence on the Memory-Based Judgement and Purchase Intention upon Temporal Distance and Prior Kowledge in Preannouncing Strategy)

  • 본 연구는 기업들의 프리어나운싱 전략에 있어 제품 출시와 관련한 시간적 거리(가까운 미래/ 먼 미래)와 사전지식 수준(고지식/ 저지식)에 따라 기억에 근거한 판단(종합적인 제품판단/ 개별적인 제품판단)과 구매의도 간의 차이가 어떻게 차별적으로 나타나는지를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 프리어나운싱의 시간적 거리의 주 효과에 따른 기억에 근거한 판단과 구매의도간의 차이는 일관되게 종합적인 제품판단보다 개별적인 제품판단의 인식이 높게 나타났으며, 구매의도도 높았다. 둘째, 프리어나운싱 제품에 대한 지식 수준이 높으면 종합적인 제품판단에 비해 개별적인 제품판단을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식 수준이 낮으면 개별적인 제품판단보다 종합적인 제품판단을 하는 것으로 나타났으나 구매의도는 고지식 수준의 소비자들이 체계적인 정보처리를 통한 태도가 구매의도로 이어져 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 프리어나운싱의 시간적 거리와 지식 수준에 따른 상호작용 효과에 대한 연구 결과 가까운 미래 조건에서 지식 수준이 높은 소비자들은 종합적인 제품 판단보다 개별적인 제품 판단이 높게 나타났다. 반면, 먼 미래 조건에서 지식 수준이 낮은 소비자들은 개별적인 제품판단보다 종합적인 제품 판단을 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.

접촉전도와 반투명 복사가 반도체 웨이퍼의 CVD 공정 중 열전달에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Contact Conductance and Semitransparent Radiation on Heat Transfer During CVD Process of Semiconductor Wafer)

  • During CVD process of semiconductor wafer fabrication, maintaining the uniformity of temperature distribution at wafer top surface is one of the key factors affecting the quality of final products. Effect of contact conductance between wafer and hot plate on predicted temperature of wafer was investigated. The validity of opaque wafer assumption was also examined by comparing the predicted results with Discrete Ordinate solutions accounting for semitransparent radiative characteristics of silicon. As the contact conductance increases predicted wafer temperature increases and the differences between maximum and minimum temperatures within wafer and between wafer and hot plate top surface temperatures decrease. The opaque assumption always overpredicted the wafer temperature compared to semitransparent calculation. The influences of surrounding reactor inner wall temperature and hot plate configuration are then discussed.

  • 지면효과를 받는 와류면의 2차원 비정상 전개를 이산와류법을 사용하여 연구하였다. 와류면이 말리는 정확한 형상을 얻기 위하여, 두 개의 평활기법을 비교하였다. 타원형 하중분포를 가지는 지면가까이에 있는 날개의 후류말림에 대하여 본 연구 방법을 적용하였다. 날개가 지면가까이 비행할 때, 지면효과로 인하여 와류가 날개길이방향으로 이동하였으며 날개익단부근에서 와류면의 늘림운동이 발생하였다.

  • The theoretical method is developed to investigate the effects of ring stiffeners on free vibration characteristics and transient response for the ring stiffened composite cylindrical shells subjected to the impulse pressure Loading. In the theoretical procedure, the Love's thin shell theory combined with the discrete stiffener theory to consider the ring stiffening effect is adopted to formulate the theoretical model. The concentric or eccentric ring stiffeners are laminated with composite and have the uniform rectangular cross section. The modal analysis technique is used to develop the analytical solutions of the transient problem. The analysis is based on an expansion of the loads, displacements in the double Fourier series that satisfy the boundary conditions. The effect of stiffener's eccentricity, number, size, and position on transient response of the shells is examined. The results are verified by comparison with FEM results.

  • The Rayleigh-Ritz method is used to investigate the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the ring stiffened cylindrical shells with a rectangular cutout. The cutout is located on the center of the shell. The Love's thin shell theory combined with the discrete stiffener theory is adopted to formulate the analytical model of the shell. The effect of stiffener eccentricity, number, and position on vibration characteristics of the shell is examined. Also the effect of cutout size is examined. By comparison with previously published analytical and new FEM results, it is shown that natural frequencies and mode shapes can be determined with adequate accuracy.

  • The effects of boundary conditions on vibration characteristics for the ring stiffered composite cylindrical shells are investigated by theoretical and experimental method. In the theoretical procedure, the Love's thin shell theory combined with the discrete stiffener theory to consider the ring stiffening effect are adopted to derive the frequency equation. In experiment, the impact exciting method is used to obtain the vibraton results. Five different boundary conditions: clamped-clamped, simply supported-simply supported, free-free, clamped-free, clamped-simply supported are considered in this study.

  • The present study is mainly motivated to investigate the vaporization, autoignition, and combustion of liquid fuel spray injected into high pressure environment. In order to represent these phenomena realistically, discrete droplet model (DDM) which simulates the spray using finite number of representative droplets was adopted for detailed consideration of the finite rate of uansport between liquid and gas phases. The Eulerian-Lagrangian formulation was used to analyze the two-phase interactions. The high pressure vaporization model was applied using the thermodynamic and phase equilibrium at droplet surface. The high pressure effect as well as high temperature effect was considered in the calculation of liquid and gas properties. The characteristics of spray in high pressure environment were explained by comparison with normal pressure case.
