Today anthropometric data used in the basic designing of own vehicles are foreign data rather than domestic data. The disagreement of the interface caused by this situation is causing of consumer's discomfort or less satisfaction. This study aims at constructing a database to determine the most efficient database for a Korean driver and optimize efficiency for both consumer and producer. The object of this database is for making a system that gathers manages processes and treats vast informations regarding the vehicles occupant package and the human body. The main contribution of this work is collecting basic informations and designing of the procedure.

Even though the ad hoc Shewhart methods remain controversial due to various mathematical flaws, there is little disagreement among researchers and practitioners when a set of process data has a skewness distribution. In the context and language of process control, the error related to the process data shows that time to signal increases when a control parameter shifts to a skewness direction. In real-world industrial settings, however, quality practitioners often need to consider a skewness distribution. To address this situation, we developed an enhanced design method to utilize advantages of the traditional attribute control chart and to overcome its associated shortcomings. The proposed design method minimizes bias, i.e., an average time to signal for the shift of process from the target value (ATS) curve, as well as it applies a variable sampling interval (VSI) method to an attribute control chart for detecting a process shift efficiently. The results of the factorial experiment obtained by various parameter circumstances show that the VSI c control chart using nearly unbiased ATS design provides the smallest decreasing rate in ATS among other charts for all experimental cases.

The problem of the impingement of a sonic or a supersonic jet on a flat surface has not only wide applications but has also interesting and very complex flow phenomena. The main applications of this impinging jet include prediction of solid surface erosion, design of launcher systems, stage separation of multi-stage rocket system, V/STOL operations, thermal spray system, and manufacturing technologies of materials. Much have been learned about the supersonic impinging jet flow field but many fundamental questions have not been answered satisfactorily. The problem encompasses many facets of fluid dynamics which, in combination, present the compressibility effect and the viscous-inviscid interaction, coupled with flow separation and reattachment. What is more, there are many flow parameters that have on the impinging jet flow field, for example, Mach number, Reynolds number, pressure ratio, distance between the nozzle exit and flat plate, jet shock structure, nozzle diameter and etc. Thus the existing data on the supersonic impinging jet flow present considerable disagreement in which quantitative comparison between one result and another is often impossible.

The developments of small hydropower plants in korea have been delayed by rising construction cost/low feasibility, local people's disagreement even though the capacity of water resources are enough. However, the recent raising of electricity purchasing price, the government's enlarging plan of small hydropower plants caused the newly development to be accelerated. In this paper, the design of remote control of small hydropower plants are proposed for better economy and easy control. The operation and monitoring of power plants are planned based on One(1)-man control from the central control room of regional area water works/ operating station and engineering station multipurpose dam offices with the equipments of OS, RTU(PLC), KT leased lines, WMPS, CSU and etc.

Current technology innovation or new product development project is composed of various process elements that conduct researches on fundamental technologies. However, with the effects of PERT and CPM, the greater part of the existing project management researches have only focused on the resource allocation and scheduling. But in the multi-project environment, priorities between technology elements need to be considered. Furthermore, a disagreement of opinion between project managers and researchers should be considered. In this study, technology element priority was determined using modified QFD and Taguchi method. Outcome of each method was compared to analyze the difference between project managers and researchers. As a result, QFD method showed relatively high level of consistency between project managers and researchers.

This paper aims to presents the overview of research in the sustainable smart cities development domain. It investigates the key challenges of the sustainable smart cities development that faced by the developers from different countries. The qualitative research method via the interview is conducted to collect the data. 10 experts on the sustainable smart cities development project were interviewed in this study. The results indicate that there are 12 sustainable smart cities development challenges named: (1) budgetary constraint; (2) lack of resources; (3) lack of institutional capacity to deliver technology; (4) lack of systems integration; (5) social acceptability; (6) lack of awareness level in the smart city development among residents; (7) the need to drive towards content development; (8) lack of strategically approach in the smart city transformation; (9) disagreement on standardizing the smart city model; (10) lack of overarching institution to create the governance structure; (11) lack of sustainable focused strategies; and (12) lack of the smart city operational framework. Furthermore, the solutions framework for these challenges was proposed as the guidelines to overcome or minimize them.

필자는 스피노자와 퇴계의 사유체계의 유사성을 넘어 리와 이성의 능동성에 방점을 두어 독창적인 탈주자학적, 그리고 탈근대적 행보를 걸어 온 퇴계와 스피노자의 철학을 논의하고자 한다. 자연과 인간의 조화를 꾀한다는 공통성에서 스피노자와 퇴계를 형식적으로 평형대 위에 양자를 올려 놓는 데에 대해서는 이의를 달 여지가 없다. 필자는 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 하여 스피노자와 퇴계를 능동과 수동의 테제 위에 올려놓고 그 공통성을 추론하고자 한다.

Derived from the juxtapositional model of Comparative Literature, this article analyzes two movies, The Story of Pao (Chuyện của Pao, directed by Ngô Quang Hải) and Into the Wild (directed by Sean Penn), using eco-criticism and focusing on two specific aspects: looking for the relationship between "culture" and "nature" and questioning the ideology that puts people at the center of the natural world. Specifically, the article points out similar tones in discovering and praising the beauty of nature, and at the same time, focuses on explaining the "disagreement" and "harmony" in behaviors of different communities towards Mother Nature in these two films. Finally, The Story of Pao and Into the Wild are both read as discourses that participate in the repositioning of human beings in the natural world. The purpose of juxtaposition, therefore, is to seek a new existential dimension for the works, providing an opportunity to uncover and reveal hidden layers of meaning of each text.

There is no disagreement that the construction sector will play an important role in inter-Korean economic development cooperation. However, very few studies have been made at North Korea's construction technology. North Korea shows a lot of differences from South Korea, from the quality standards of building materials to construction technology. It is clear that these differences will be a stumbling block to the promotion of construction projects in the inter-Korean cooperation stage. Therefore, the start of inter-Korean economic development cooperation should be preceded by work to clearly recognize each other's differences and lay the foundation for integration or compatibility. The purpose of this study is to compare the construction technology of rebar concrete construction. We compared the differences with Korea's construction method based on the construction books recently published in North Korea, and derived the characteristics of North and South Korea for each detailed process of reinforced concrete construction.
