사물인터넷 게이트웨이 간의 직접통신 서비스를 제공하기 위한 와이파이 다이렉트 P2P Standard Group Formation 구현 (Implementation of P2P Standard Group Formation in WiFi Direct for Direct Communication Services between Internet-of-Things Gateways)

  • 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 게이트웨이 간의 직접통신 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 와이파이 다이렉트의 P2P Standard Group Formation(P2P-SGF)을 구현한다. 일반적으로 AP(Access Point)를 통해 사물인터넷 게이트웨이 간에 여러 센서들로부터 수집된 데이터와 더불어 대용량 데이터를 전송할 경우 네트워크 트래픽 혼잡 문제와 속도저하 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 AP를 거치지 않고 사물인터넷 게이트웨이 간에 직접통신으로 대용량 데이터를 효율적으로 전송할 수 있는 와이파이 다이렉트 구현이 필요하다. 논문에서 구현한 P2P-SGF는 기본적으로 Discovery, GO(Group Owner) Negotiation, WPS(WiFi Protected Setup) Provisioning, Address Configuration을 수행하며, 특히 대용량 데이터를 공유하기 위해 DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance) 서비스 기능을 지원한다. 구현한 P2P-SGF를 통해 대용량의 동영상이 성공적으로 공유되는 것을 실험실 테스트로 확인하였다.

뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 개선을 위한 과제 지향적 훈련과 진동 자극, 경두개 직류 전류 자극의 융합 효과 (The Convergence Effect of Task-Oriented Training and Vibration Stimulation, Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation to Improve Upper Limb Function in Stroke)

  • 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자에게 과제 지향적 훈련과 진동 자극을 결합한 중재에 경두개 직류 전류 자극을 융합했을 때 상지 기능의 회복에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 총 20명을 대상으로 총 4주간, 주 5회, 30분씩 실시했으며, 경 두개 직류 전류 자극을 융합한 과제 지향적 훈련과 진동자극의 결합 중재의 실험군과 과제 지향적 훈련과 진동자극의 결합 중재의 대조군으로 나누었다. 측정은 손의 기민성과 상지기능의 회복을 측정하였다. 실험군과 대조군은 손의 기민성과 잡기, 쥐기, 큰 동작 움직임에서 유의한 개선을 보였으며(p<.05), 실험군은 손의 기민성과 잡기, 쥐기 동작에서 대조군 보다 유의한 개선을 보였다(p<.05). 중재 전후 효과 크기는 모든 평가 항목에서 작은 효과이상을 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 근거로 하여 임상 환경에서 보다 효과적이고 효율적인 재활 치료를 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Direct Axillary Arterial Cannulation Using Seldinger's Technique in Aortic Dissection

  • Background: The axillary artery is frequently used for cardiopulmonary bypass, especially in acute aortic dissection. We have cannulated the axillary artery using a side graft or by directly using Seldinger's technique. The purpose of this study was to assess the technical problems and complications of both cannulation techniques. Materials and Methods: From January 2003 to December 2009, 53 patients underwent operations using the axillary artery for arterial cannulation. The axillary artery was cannulated with a side graft in 35 patients (side graft group) and directly using Seldinger's technique in 18 patients (direct group). Results: The results were compared between two groups, focusing on cannulation-related morbidities including neurologic morbidity. Arterial damage or dissection of the axillary artery occurred in 1 (2.9%) patient in the side graft group and in 1 (5.6%) patient in the direct group. Malperfusion and insufficient flow did not occur in either group. There were no postoperative complications related to axillary cannulation, such as brachial plexus injury, compartment syndrome, or local wound infection, in either group. Conclusion: Technical problems and complications of the axillary arterial cannulation in both techniques were rare. Direct arterial cannulation using Seldinger's technique was done safely and more simply than the previous technique. It was concluded that both axillary arterial cannulation techniques are acceptable and it remains the surgeon's preference which technique should be used.

Synthesis of Gold Nanoparticles by Chemical Reduction Method for Direct Ink Writing

  • Aqueous gold nanoparticle dispersion was synthesized by chemical reduction method using diethanolamine as reducing agent and polyethyleneimine as dispersion stabilizer. The synthesis conditions for the stable dispersion of the gold nanoparticle suspension were determined by changing the amount of the reducing agent and dispersant during the wet chemical synthesis procedures. The face centered cubic lattice structure of the gold nanoparticles was confirmed by using X-ray diffraction and the morphologies of the nanoparticles were observed by transmission electron microscope. The synthesized gold nanoparticle dispersion was concentrated by evaporating the dispersion medium at room temperature followed by the addition of ethyleneglycol as humectant for the increase of the elastic properties to obtain gold nanoparticle inks for direct ink writing process. The line patterns were obtained with the gold nanoparticle inks during the writing procedures and the morphologies of the fine patterns were observed by scanning electron microscope.

경두개 직류전류자극과 전산화 인지재활 프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 인지기능 및 우울감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Transcranial Direct-Current Stimulation on Cognitive Function and Depression in Stroke Patient's through a Computerized Cognitive Rehabilitation Program)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this randomized controlled trial study was to examine the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on cognitive function and depression in stroke patients. Methods : Thirty stroke patients were randomly divided into an experimental group (n = 15) and a control group (n = 15). The experimental group received tDCS while performing computerized cognitive rehabilitation programs, and the control group was provided with sham tDCS while operating the same programs. The 30-minute intervention was implemented five times per week for six weeks. To assess cognitive function before and after the intervention, the Neurobehavioral Cognitive Status Examination was conducted; the Beck Depression Inventory BDI was employed to assess depression. Results : The experimental group showed statistically significant increases in cognitive function and decreases in depression (p < .05 ). Comparing the amount of variation between the groups after arbitration also showed significant differences in cognitive function and depression between the two groups (p > .05). Conclusion : The application of tDCS and computerized cognitive rehabilitation programs for stroke patients may positively affect their cognitive function and depression. Therefore, tDCS used with computerized cognitive rehabilitation programs is positively applicable to the enhancement of cognitive function in stroke patients and reduction of depression.

  • This paper presents an evaluation of the interruption costs for commercial customers in Korea using customer survey methodology. When various research results are examined, the evaluation of direct interruption costs becomes much more simplified. Especially, in the case of commercial customers, it is known that the evaluation of direct interruption costs is more useful. Accordingly, this paper selected the customer survey method to evaluate the interruption costs for commercial customers in Korea considering interruption and customer characteristics.

  • In a number of earlier papers the study of the structure of semigroups has been approached by means of right congruences. Such n approach seems appropriate since a right congruence is one of the possible analogs of both the right ideal of a ring and the subgroup in a group. Each of these substructures plays a strong role in the study of the structure of their respective systems. in both the ring and the group the internal direct product is nat-urally and effectively defined. however what such an internal direct product should be for two right congruences of a semigroup is not so clear. In this paper we will offer a possible definition and consider some of the consequences of it. We will also extend some of these results to automata.

사업장 단체검진 시 흉부촬영의 방사선피폭 최적화 및 안전에 대한 고찰 (- A Study on Safety of the Radiation Exposure Dose Optimization at Chest B-ray Examinations -)

  • The National Health Insurance Act, the Industrial Health Act and the School Health Act require chest radiography at least once a year. In chest radiographic examination, most group examinations use indirect X-ray primarily aiming at diagnosing diseases and enhancing people's health. This study purposed to minimize radiation exposure dose by comparing it between direct and indirect chest X-ray studies. According to the result of comparing and analyzing radiation exposure dose, the average incident dose and penetrating dose were 0.929μGy and 0.179μGy respectively in direct chest X-ray and 6.807μGy and 1.337μGy in indirect chest X-ray In order to minimize radiation exposure dose at direct and indirect chest X-ray, indirect X-ray should be excluded from group examination if possible. Moreover, it is necessary to control the quality of equipment (Q/A & Q/C) systematically and to avoid using unqualified equipment in order to reduce radiation exposure dose.

전산 시스템이 도입된 일개 종합병원 간호단위의 간호시간 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Nursing Time in Nursing Units in Hospital to Applied Computer System)

  • This study was done to determine direct and in-direct nursing time in nursing units in hospital to ap-plied computer system and expect that those results contribute to measure efficiency of nursing practice and planning of nursing manpower. The design for study was a descriptive study. The study results are as follows. 1. Patients admitted to the Internal Medicine and General Surgery units were grouped into four. Group Ⅰ, 32.9% of the total patients, consisted patients whose condition was considered minor Group Ⅱ, 26.1%, was of those whose condition was considered moderate, Group Ⅲ, 41. 8%, moderate severe and Group Ⅳ, 29.2% the most severe. 2. Nursing intervention times by care type were as follows four minutes spent for suction eight minutes, for simple position change, ten minutes, for sheet change, seven minutes for a hot or cool compress, six minutes for dressing change, four minutes for Ⅰ.M. injection, six minutes for patient health education and five minutes for body temperature check. 3. Direct care time by patient group revealed the following : Group Ⅰ rquired 191.4 minutes, Group Ⅱ required 331.1 minutes, Group Ⅲ rquired 499.4 minutes, and Group Ⅳ rquired 1328.0 minutes. 4. The ratio of time for adequate nursing care and direct care time in the Internal Medicine and Goneral Surgery units was 67.4%-83.4% and 94.7%-99.3% in the Intensie Care Unit. 5. Average daily direct care time per patient was 5.5 hours in the Internal Medicine unit and 11.5 hours in the Intensive Care Unit. 6. Time spent in indirect care was 48.3 minutes for computer recording,34.8 minutes for giving and receiving patient information for shift duty, 28.0 minutes for eating and resting time, 26.6 minutes for transfering and identifying patients, 25.6 minutes for identifying Doctor's order, 23.9 minutes for recording vital signs. 7. Time spent in indirect care was 282.2 minutes by head nurses (charge nurses), 258.7 minutes by nurses and 261.6 minutes by nurse aids. 8. The average nurse's workload was 9.3 hours and daily indirect nursing time required 46.3%-50. 5% of above mentioned workload time. .9. The average daily indirect care time per patient was expected to be 57.7 minutes in the Internal Medicine unit and 3.3 hours in the Intensive Care Unit.

지속적인 직류자극이 토끼 비골 골절의 신생골 형성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Constant Direct Current on the New Bone Formation of Fractured Fibula in Rabbits)

  • This study was performed to identify the effect of constant direct current and to give us methods which can be applied easily in clinic. Six rabbits was used at this experiment. After each animal was fractured at left fibula, divided into experimental group(n=3) and central group(n=3). Experiment duration of electrical stimulation on experimental rabbits was 35 days. Direct current from fifteen microampere to twenty microampere was passed continously through the placed electrode between fracture area and thigh. Negative electrode was placed at fracture area and positive at thigh. Roentgenography was used to observe bone-healing progression wet three times-at 15days, 25days and 35days after electrical stimulation. The results obtained are as followings: 1. Both experimental group and control group do not obtain callus formation on the first roentgenography(15 days after ES). 2. On the second roentgenography(25 days after ES), experimental group achieves above $70\%$ on fracture-healing, but control group achieves about $20-30\%$ on fracture healing. 3. On the third roentgenegraphy(35 nays after ES), experimental group achieves above $85-95\%$ on fracture healing and control group achieves about $60-70\%$ of bone union. Thus, statistically significance(independent t-test) was occured ie the second and third roentgenography between experimental group and control group.
