직접제어 방식을 이용한 소형 지게차 변속감도 시뮬레이션에 관한 연구 (A Study on Simulation of Shift Sensitivity of Small Forklift Transmission using Direct Control Method)

  • The transmission control method of a small forklift is classified into a pilot control method and a direct control method. In the pilot control method, the complex hydraulic circuit consists of many components, making the production process too costly and time consuming. The direct control method contains fewer components that can be configured to simple hydraulic circuits. As another advantage, the input profile easily changes the shift sensitivity of the transmission. Therefore, this research considers the characteristics of the direct control method in the development of hydraulic system design. This paper will present a simulation of the direct control transmission using AMESim. First, modeling of the direct control method is obtained and simulated with real parameters. The simulation results then are carried out and compared with the experimental results to verify and analyze the characteristics of the direct control method.

  • In this paper, the direct adaptive control using neural networks is presented for the control of chaotic nonlinear systems. The direct adaptive control method has an advantage that the additional system identification procedure is not necessary. In order to evaluate the performance of our controller design method, two direct adaptive control methods are applied to a Duffing's equation and a Lorenz equation which are continuous-time chaotic systems. Our simulation results show the effectiveness of the controllers.

  • To achieve fast control action, direct control methods should be used. "Direct Mean Torque Control" (DMTC) combines the good dynamic performance of Direct Torque Control (DTC) with the advantages of inherently constant switching frequency and time equidistant control for implementation in a digital signal processor. Since DMTC is a predictive control algorithm, the model and its correction deserves special investigations. Seismic test of modal control with direct output feedback for building structures

  • In this paper, modal control with direct output feedback is formulated in a systematic manner for easy implementation. Its application to the seismic protection of structural systems is verified by a shaking table test, which involves a full-scale building model and an active bracing system as the control device. Two modal control cases, namely, one full-state feedback and one direct output feedback control were tested and compared. The experimental result shows that in mitigating the seismic response of building structures, modal control with direct output feedback can be as effective and efficient as that with full-state feedback control. For practical concerns, the control performance of the proposed method in the presence of sensor noise and stiffness modeling error was also investigated. The numerical result shows that although the control force may be increased, the maximum floor displacements of the controlled structure are very insensitive to sensor noise and modeling error.

MMC-HVDC 시스템의 예측 기반 직접전력제어 (Predictive Direct Power Control in MMC-HVDC System)

  • This study proposes a predictive direct power control method in a modular multilevel converter (MMC) high-voltage direct-current (HVDC) system. The conventional proportional integral (PI)-based control method uses a cascaded connection and requires an optimal gain selection procedure and additional decoupling scheme. However, the proposed control method has a simple structure for active/reactive power control due to the direct power control scheme and exhibits a fast dynamic response by predicting the future status of system variables and considering time delay. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation results.

  • This paper represents the control software development for Direct Drive Arm Robot with the WHILE language composed the 68000 assembly language and high level language modula-2. Direct Drive Ann Robot needs the control program which is fast step and exactly position moving because Direct Drive Arm Robt depends on accuracy. We found that the self-tuning algorithm for this robot control is very good for the real time control and the floating point operation using the 32 bit CPU(MC 68020) controller.

119 구급대에 의해 이송된 환자들 중 직접적 의료지도가 필요한 범위와 그에 따른 수요 추정 (Indications and Estimations of the Needs for Direct Medical Control in the Patients Transported by 119 Rescuers)

  • 응급의료체계에서의 의료지도는 필수적인 요소로 인정되어지고 있다. 응급의료에관한법률에 의해서도 응급구조사에 의한 응급처치 시 의사의 지도를 필수적인 것으로 규정하고 있다. 그러나 법에서 정하는 응급처치의 범위 외에 119 구급대에서조차 의료지도가 필요한 상황에 대한 구체적인 기준이 마련되어 있지 않고 지도의사의 자격이나 역할, 책임과 권리 등에 대한 구체적인 내용이 없어 소방에서 2004년 1월부터 서울 119에서 서울종합방제센터에 지도의사를 두고 직접적 의료지도를 담당하고 있으나 그 이용이 활성화되어 있지 못하다. 이에 서울종합방재센터의 의료지도 사례를 바탕으로 의사의 직접적 의료지도가 필요한 범위를 설정하고 이를 토대로 의료지도의 수요를 추정하여 의료지도체계를 확립하는데 필수적인 자료를 제공하고자 이 연구를 시행하였다. 이에 2004년 11월 한 달 동안 서울종합방재센터 의료지도실에 의뢰되어진 의료지도 793건을 사례집단으로 직접적 의료지도가 필요한 기준의 타당성을 검증한 결과 직접적 의료지도가 필요한 기준으로 환자의 상태에 따른 조건, 응급처치에 따른 조건과 사고의 종류에 따른 조건으로 구분하여 각 항목의 직접적 의료지도 필요는 비정상적인 의식상태, 산소투여 등 6가지 응급처치를 시행한 경우, 교통사고 등 4가지 손상기전과 분만이 직접적 의료지도가 필요한 환자의 조건으로 설정되었고 서울 소방의 전체 구급대 이송환자 중 직접적 의료지도가 필요하다고 판단되는 환자는 45.9%에 달했다. 직접적 의료지도를 받아야 할 경우로 판단되었으나 실제 의료지도가 의뢰된 경우는 4.6%였다. 따라서 이상적인 직접적 의료지도 체계는 응급의학과 의사 등의 지도의사를 확보하고 각 응급의료기관과의 의사소통과정을 통해 구급대의 문제점을 개선하고 향상시키는 교육과 정책이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

학습제어기를 이용한 직접구동형 로봇의 힘제어 (Force control of the direct-drive robot using learning controller)

  • Direct-drive robots are suitable to the position and force control with high accuracy, but it is difficult to design a controller because of the system's nonlinearity and link-interactions. This paper is concerned with the study of the force control of direct-drive robots. The proposed algorithm consists of feedback controllers and a neural network. After the completion of learning, the output of feedback controller is nearly equal to zero, and the neural network controller plays an important role in the control system. Therefore, the optimum retuning of parameters of feedback controllers is unnecessary. In other words, the proposed algorithm does not require any knowledge of the controlled system in advance. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by the experiment on the force control of the parallelogram link-type direct-drive robot.

  • This paper proposes a performance improvement of grid-connected inverter system using sliding-mode based direct power control with a variable gain. The proposed control method determine variable gain of PI controller by using modeling at direct power control (DPC) applied to space vector modulation method. Also, this method use sliding-mode control to maintain excellent dynamic response of character of direct power control (DPC). The validity of the proposed algorithm are verified by simulations and experiments.

  • This paper presents a direct thrust control scheme for permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) by using digital signal processor(DSP). And a simulation method for the direct thrust control of a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor using the equivalent circuit is presented. The detent force that was obtained by cubic spline method is considered in the simulation. Thrust correction coefficient is utilized to estimate actual thrust on the direct thrust control, which considers the longitudinal end effect due to the finite core length of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor. The motor self inductance, the initial flux linkage by the permanent magnet is calculated in advance by the finite element analysis, and then the direct control simulation is carried out. As the results, thrust, current and speed are shwon.
