본 연구에서는 디지털 캘리그래피 콘텐츠 다양한 제작과 활용을 제안한다. 캘리그래피는 기존의 아날로그 텍스트를 디지털 아트예술로 승화하여 글자 자체로서의 예술성과 이미지와 합성하여 다양한 효과를 연출함으로써 예술성과 작품성 그리고 취미 등 삶에 다양한 창조의 가치를 부여하여 디지털 예술의 한 영역으로 발전 할 수 있다고 사료하며 그 활용도는 증대 된다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 캘리그래피의 다양성을 제시한다.

Our country is constructed the digital map in the first NGIS plan. Through digital map construction, it was had the potentiality that can more easily activate GIS. But these data included numerous problems from user's view. In the second NGIS plan, our government try to construct the framework data for the maximization of GIS utilization. This paper is showed a step of update that considered relationship between the national framework data themes, suggested the structure of maintenance activity for national framework data.

본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자를 위한 다양한 심리치료법을 제시한 것이다. 현재 뇌졸중을 치료하기 위한 대표적인 방법은 물리치료이다. 그러나 환자의 심리적 측면을 고려한 다양한 심리치료법이 환자의 예후에 밀접한 상관관계가 있다는 연구결과가 나오고 있다. 이는 뇌졸중이 정서장애와 감각장애를 갖고 있기 때문이다. 이런 측면에서 볼 때 예술가, 상담가, 문예학자, 교육학자 등이 함께 참여한 뇌졸중 치료를 위한 디지털 콘텐츠 활용 방안이 필요하며, 이는 향후 뇌졸중 치료에 도움이 될 것이다.

Digital textbook is noted as a new education materials to realize a new education paradigm with changes in digitalized society. The purposes of this study is investigation of key factors on digital textbook satisfaction by selecting of the three factors(domestic environment factor, teachers factor, school environment factor), analysis of awareness of effect factors on digital textbook satisfaction, and verification for each effect factors' influence on elementary school. 201 elementary school students, 201 their parents, and 12 teachers in Chung-nam were surveyed and factors which influenced on digital textbook satisfaction were analyzed. According to the results, firstly, there was a statistical significant difference in domestic internet environment, device owned environments, the utilization of the internet for the purpose of education and using time, device type of teachers, lesson time of digital textbook used in class and time ratio. Secondly, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out the influence on digital textbook, the Awareness of parents about digital textbook, The lesson time using digital textbook by teacher, The utilization of the internet for the purpose of education affected satisfactions significantly in the order. This study has significant implications about which we have provided the effort needed to use digital textbook.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the current state of e-commerce for corporations in the steel industry and to analyze the factors that led failure in active use of e-commerce. Data from 51 companies are col looted. Factors that affect the e-commerce adoption and use of were analyzed. The influence of e-commerce utilization on corporate performance was also examined. It was found that several factors known to influence e-commerce use in the steel industry such as transact ion methods, preferences, and the level of information-orientation, did not actually have a significant impact. Rather items such as the maturity of e-commerce experience and perceptual compatibility between product characteristics and e-commerce turned out to have a significant influence on the utilization levels of e-commerce. The level of e-commerce utilization in system had a significant impact on each of the three performance dimensions : internal performance, external performance and financial performance.

In an asymmetrical speed channel environment like asymmetric digital subscriber line, the up-link bandwidth is normally smaller than the down-link bandwidth, which will lead to extremely low utilization of down-link bandwidth when current P2P video transmission is applied. To overcome this, a new fast P2P video transmission method applied in an asymmetrical speed channel environment is proposed in this paper. On the basis of the many-to-one concept, the proposed method uses a new multipeer aggregation technique to enhance the utilization of down-link bandwidth. In addition, an adaptive peer assignment algorithm is also introduced in order to minimize the overall transmission time. Experimental results show that by using our proposed method, the utilization of down-link bandwidth is significantly improved, and the overall transmission time is greatly reduced.

Although the diffusion of mobile services appears to be occurring much more rapidly than the spread of wired services, there are risks of a new type of digital divide: the mobile divide. The mobile divide, which refers to a specific digital divide that involves the unbalanced diffusion of mobile technologies, must be concretely studied. Thus, this study focuses on the mobile divide with respect to disadvantaged populations. Although various studies suggest that the diffusion of mobile devices may reduce the digital divide, somestudies argue against the positive effect of mobile devices in addressing traditional digital devices. Low and O'Connell (2006) insisted that equity of access to mobile technologies should be considered in the contextof the traditional digital divide; they argued that there may be socio-economic barriers to accessing mobile devices and the mobile Internet that are similar to the socio-economic barriers to accessing stationary computers and the stationary use of the Internet. Focusing on the smartphone divide, this study suggests that emphasizing utilization is an appropriate manner in which to bridge the mobile divide rather than focusing on other factors, such as accessibility and capability, thatprevious studies have used to measure the traditional digital divide.

In order to have the highest level of a certain society's technology be evaluated as digital contents technology the value concept of such technology's social utilization must be established while active investment on the technology takes place and makes it the subject of social capitalization. This study wishes to discuss the strategies and methods of establishing and managing IP holding company which requires business activation with digital contents technology at its base, research ways of vitalizing IP holding company to expand social utility values of contents technology, suggest necessary systemic improvements and investment activation methods, management structure, and governance structure by investigating ways to stimulate the industrialization of contents technology through the establishment and management of this IP holding company, and finally come up with a realistic measure to establish and manage a IP holding company. Strategies on commercialization of digital contents technology and acceleration of technology development, as well as activation of venture business set-ups will be analyzed and suggested based on such suggestions while IP holding company's digital contents technology investment activation model will be established to produce means to realize discovering superior contents companies and activation of investment, and activating high quality contents production for the global market.

This study is to develop the technology and the ways of the practical use of the integrated digital map of and Electronical Navigational Chart(ENC) and Digital Terrain Map(DTM) for the effective and scientific based conservation, development and management. In this study, as preliminary studies to make eventual integrated maps, the concept of coastal areas are defined and the characteristics of digital maps developed by Korean Geography Institute and National Marine Investigation Institute are carefully analyzed. A test coastal map was developed based on the integrated digital map, a high resolution satellite image and Global Positioning System. Results from the edge matching analysis of coastal lines shows 8 meters difference in maximum. The problems, causes and solutions for the edge matched differences are described. Furthermore, the practical value of utilization, future use and various field of application are described based on the integrated digital map data base of coastal area.
