This The purpose of this study is to find policy implications through the analysis of the operational cases and establishment performance of the Leading University for startups. The method of the study was statistical analysis using the data generated during the operation of the Leading University for startups. The results of the study show that there is a difference between short-term performance by gender and age. Second, there was no correlation of the short-term performance with the evaluation, but a negative correlation was observed with the detailed document evaluation part. Third, there is no difference in short-term performance depending on the mentor. Strategic utilization is to reduce the reflection of the founder's short-term performance in the appraisal of the Leading Universities. And there is a need to improve the evaluation method for the applicant. The limitations of this study are that it is inadequate to be an empirical study through statistical analysis. And statistical analysis shows that there are not enough cases. Therefore, I will make an empirical study which will expand the number of cases by including cases of several universities in the future.

This study is an attempt to analyze the changes and morphological analysis of the one length hair style of women in the Imperial Japanese colonial period, and the purpose of this study is to analyze the components of hair design such as shape, texture, and color based on the precedent and the book and to make possible various styles of one length hair style cut. From the results of this study, one length hair style showed the outline shape with no step height of cut length, natural hair texture and natural hair color in 1910s to 1920s. In the 1930s, the one length hair style showed a slight cut length step height and a slight discoloration using a diamond shape, a narrow wave of natural texture, hydrogen peroxide or oxygenated water. In the 1940s, one length hair style did not find any singularity to pursue brilliant beauty(美) in terms of form, texture, and color. This study may enable a deep and detailed follow up study on one length hair style, and will be a cornerstone for the development of basic data of hair beauty education and trend of new mode.

This study was intended to examine how the job stress of enterpriser affects decision quality when they make rational decision making, and to empirical analysis on whether decision quality can be enhanced through corporate network and absorption capacity. For this purpose, 356 survey data were collected from small business enterpriser and analyzed using SPSS v.25 and AMOS v.24. Studies have shown that among job stress, challenging stress has positive(+) influence on decision quality, disturbing stress has negative(-) influence on decision quality, and both corporate network and absorption capacity have positive(+) influence on decision quality. In addition, challenge stress and hindrance stress have been shown to have a positive(+) influence on decision quality through corporate network and absorption capacity. These findings confirmed that the challenge factors of job stress had a positive effect on decision quality, and confirmed that the corporate network and absorption capacity were important factors in enhancing decision-making products. As such, conclusions were discussed and implications and directions for follow-up studies were presented.

Digital comic images are one of popular contents on the Internet. Usually, they are scanned from comic books by digital scanners. Without post-processing, they may have different sizes, skews and margins other than contents at the boundary. To normalize the size of their contents without the skews and margins is an important step in comic image analysis and application such as content-based comic image retrieval system. In this paper, we propose a method to detect a box frame in comic images by extracting of line segments using the gradient Radon transform. The box frame in comic images is the maximum rectangle which consists of contents without margins. We use the detected box frame to normalize the size of comic images and to make them no skew. In addition, the proposed method is implemented by OpenCL to speed up the detection of the line segments. Experimental results show that our proposed method effectively detects the box frame in comic images.

This study is a follow-up study of Smart-phone Application Content Development for the Measurement and Management of Adolescents' Depression(J. S. Park et al., 2016), that designing and implementing a smart-phone application based on cognitive behavioral therapy. This app facilitates analysis of depressive symptoms, and a simple, continuous self-check. Through this, the app will allow for continuous management of the psychological states by avoiding one-off or comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of depression, unlike previous app. We also aim to make a connection to the practical counseling services. To achieve this goal, we examined not only existing studies on youth depression, but also mobile applications related to depression.

Recently, solar energy is expanding to combination of computing in real time by tracking the position of the sun to estimate the angle of inclination and make up freshly correcting a part of the solar radiation. Solar power is need that reliably linked technology to power generation system renewable energy in order to efficient power production that is difficult to output predict based on the position of the sun rise. In this paper, we analysis of prediction model for solar power generation to estimate the predictive value of solar power generation in the development of real-time weather data. Photovoltaic power generation input the correction factor such as temperature, module characteristics by the solar generator module and the location of the local angle of inclination to analyze the predictive power generation algorithm for the prediction calculation to predict the final generation. In addition, the proposed model in real-time national weather service forecast for medium-term and real-time observations used as input data to perform the short-term prediction models.

This study investigated the history of Korean wedding styling, which has been the basis for today's wedding styling and analyzed wedding styling trends and characteristics. This study sought to explain how Korean wedding styling has evolved under the circumstances that wedding styling, which contains personal propensity, personality and identity, draws great attention from the world as well as from single women and is perceived as a fashion item The study results found the following: For nearly four decades since the 1960s, there have been specific changes in Korean wedding styles such as silhouette and color. Depending on customer personality, preferred styles clearly varied. In addition, favorite makeup, hairstyle and accessories have also changed over time. This study has verified changes in different wedding styling trends over time. Wedding styling has created a particular mood suitable to a bride's appearance or offered significant characteristics over time.

Fashion is a visual means of expressing identity, position, marital status, personal inclination, etc. along with beauty, and it is an important practical cultural heritage that can infer past lifestyle habits. In modern society, fashion such as women's suits, high heels, hats, gloves, handbags, necklaces, etc., as well as beauty such as hair, make-up and nail art. It is a model of innovative women's prize and presented a sample of femininity that responds to the radical development of science and technology in the 21st century. Therefore, it is a driving force for a genuine gender equality society. It serves as a stepping stone for futuristic future design. This study, which analyzed the factors of women's sexuality from the viewpoint of beauty college students in the fashion style of the newcomers, makes it possible to present a sample of women' s sexuality that establishes constructive self - help theory. It is thought that a solid foundation of femininity will be provided.

Industry related to digital contents is growing rapidly and is noticed as a higher value-added business. In digital reflex contents industry, computer graphics techniques are core techniques. Because they make production or scene that is difficult to photograph possible with real camera, expand a range of contents making. Lately, computer graphics techniques apply various fields such as blockbuster movie, game, educational contents, simulation etc, and there are many studies about movement of each object made up of contents or automation of object change. This paper shows the process of fishes growth, from spawn to a full-grown fish making use of 3D morphing techniques and want to plan fish growth process system that can know difference between fishes that are applied to 3D morphing techniques and normal full-grown fishes according to various environmental factors that affect growth.

Recently, various types of three-dimensional cameras have been used to analyze surrounding environments. In this paper, we suggest a mechanism of adaptively switching active and passive cameras of hybrid cameras, which can extract 3D image information more accurately. The suggested method first obtains brightness and texture features representing the environment from input images. It then adaptively selects active and passive cameras by generating rules that reflect the extracted features. In experimental results, we show that a hybrid 3D camera consisting of passive and active cameras is set up and the proposed method can effectively choose appropriate cameras in the hybrid camera and make it possible to extract three dimensional information more accurately.
