Especially as the data of the government land value is not recognized as the official one, the separate alternation has been adopted to calculate the value of land compensation or development allotment. Rather it has raised a question in argument that the system of the declared value does not accomplish its basic function properly on the contrary of the original purpose to unify the computation of the government land value. To reconsider the adequacy of government land value, the most crucial factor is to select the items of land estimation reasonably. In addition, it is urgently required to develop the system of digital contents to provide the data of land evaluation which most of people could trust, who are facing of the flood of information through internet.

By integrating cutting-edge information technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, digital signage continues to break apart from traditional outdoor advertising media. This study identified the problems facing the domestic digital signage industry by exploring and analyzing major issues related to digital signage and derived future development measures. Specifically, online documents were collected based on the digital signage-related keywords created over the past 12 years to conduct big data network analysis, and key topics were derived through visualization of the results. This study has great policy implications in that it excluded biased interpretations based on the viewpoints of companies or the government and, more objectively, suggested the direction of the digital signage industry's development in the domestic media market.

  • Purpose - With the rapid development of information technology, the digital economy has become an important grip of the new development pattern, and the digital transformation of enterprises is a major trend. As SMEs are the mainstay of the economy and employment, it is important to study the digital transformation of SMEs to promote the development of the digital economy. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on a resource-based view, this report analyses the current situation and issues of digital transformation of SMEs from the perspective of digital orientation as well as the breadth and depth of technological capabilities of enterprises, using data from a survey of 200 manufacturing enterprises in China. Result - The results show that SMEs generally have a digital transformation mindset, but a weak digital foundation. In order to execute a digital strategy, companies need digital transformation capabilities. These behavioral capabilities are guided by the strategic direction of the business, and companies with strong capabilities are always trying to tap into the full digital potential. Conclusion - In order to effectively promote the digital transformation of SMEs, we suggest that SMEs pay attention to digital capability building, make good use of digital platforms and network resources, and lay a solid foundation for digital transformation; meanwhile, we suggest that government departments play a guiding and supporting role to build a cross-industry and cross-sector digital synergy system to help promote the development of SMEs' digital transformation. This paper presents some suggestions from both the internal and external environment of the enterprise, with the expectation of contributing to the digital transformation practices of SMEs.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the implications for the government innovation through the case study of local autonomous organizations. The studied local government is an institution that has received excellent evaluation of government innovation for the realization of social value by Ministry of Public Administration and Security. In this study, we conducted in-depth interviews with local governments and youths and examined the success factors of government innovation through active participation in community issues. First of all, institutional support such as ordinances is important for encouraging the participation of community members. It is also important for local governments to lead their own change and listen to their voices from a consumer perspective, not from a supplier perspective. In addition, significant importance of the incentive system that could induce continuous participation in community problems was found. In this way, it is possible to establish a continuous system to approach the problem of local community as consumer perspective, not supplier perspective, and solve the problem together.
