  • This Study aims to research how we read Korean classical narrative in the digital era and the culture digital made. The meaning of reading Korean classical narrative in digital culture can be divided in four category; first, reading the old narrative text that made and enjoyed a long time ago in digital era, second, reading the old narrative text that made in the old times not as th book but by the media environment that the digital technology made up, third, reading the extended and modified media text by the digital technology from the original old narrative text, fourth, reading the text by the digital technology seeking for the original narrative text as archetype. And it is inspected that the characteristic of the digital era and how to read the four type of Korean classical narrative through the example. So we can consider about the characteristic of enjoying Korean classical narrative and method of reading the diversified Korean classical narrative by the digital. Finally, it is conclusion that we must think over the original text of Korean classical narrative and adhere classicality. And we learned we should research more abundant Korean classical narrative text.

  • Purpose: Based on the author's adapted invariant choice, this study is to present the methodology and the calculation of the integral index of the digital component of the quality of life. By analyzing the digital indexes, the study is also to discuss distribution of ICT and the digital quality of life of the population of Kazakhstan and its regions. Research design, data, methodology: In this research, the method of calculation of integral assessment of the indicator was used, which indicates index constructs. The study analyzed objective secondary data for the period 2017-2019, which was the database from official websites of the Committee on Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Results: The study produced an integral code for assessing digital components of living standards of the population, consisting of five groups sub-indexes. Conclusions: Based on the provided analyses, we can confirm the existence of a significant difference of all the indicators of digital living standards of the population between the two leading cities: Almaty city and Nur-Sultan city. Furthermore we can deduce the differences of the examined indexes for other regions of Kazakhstan. Despite the rapid adoption of digital technologies, Kazakhstan still has significant digital gaps among cities indicating regional differences in the speed of implementation and distribution of digital technologies.

  • This study examines cases of digital humanities education programs at universities, university libraries and digital humanities centers in the United States. As a result of the research, it was analyzed that the university-centered education program operates in conjunction with other departments to take courses related to humanities and digital technology in general. The digital humanities education program is not operated as a full degree program, but most programs are operated as graduate certificate programs, and it is required to require a graduate degree in library and information science and humanities in advance. Most of the digital humanities centers run educational programs centered on faculty and postdoctoral researchers in universities in connection with universities and university libraries to support the humanities scholars. Lastly, the university's digital humanities education program is operated in the form of research support for students and researchers of all majors. In addition, the content of the educational program focused on the practice for digital projects rather than theory. Empowering digital literacy and supporting digital technology-based research has become a new role for university libraries, which requires libraries to play a central role in digital humanities education.

  • The present study aimed to find out the most effective instructional method for illustration to aid the $21^{st}$-century post digital generation learners in their education. Although the literature discusses government-led enactment and revision of educational policy and curriculums and research reports by the Ministry of Education and other government agencies as well as many other research articles deal with futuristic instructional methods, the instructional methods in practice have not fully changed yet. Illustration is a means of visual communication and a subject that best represent 'expressionism' and 'speed' of the post digital generation. The present study exemplifies instructional methods to establish the need for lesson plans that best suit individuality of students and for re-training instructors. Also, the feedback process with students proved that the post digital generation learned Photoshop quickly and improved creativity via image synthesis even in short-term instructions. The present findings can be possibly used as reference data for instructional methods for illustration using digital media that best suits learners of the post digital generation. This being said, further studies should delve into specific instructional methods.

  • The abilities to effectively use and create technology to solve complex problems are the new and essential literacy skills of the twenty-first century. Digital literacy is an essential tool to support other subjects and all jobs. The digital literacy requires several thinking skills, an awareness of the necessary standards of behaviour expected in online environments, and an understanding of the shared social issues created by digital technologies. The government tried to cultivate communication ability to solve various problems creatively and efficiently through software education in the 2015 revised national curriculum and to raise communication ability and community consciousness through collaborative problem solving process. In this paper, we analyze whether the 2015 revised curriculum can develop digital literacy ability through educational contents of software curriculum.

  • In this paper, we introduce an implementation method of switch-based LED (Light Emitting Diode) Art logic circuits to help understanding the operation principle of digital logic circuits. Digital logic circuit practice using bread board is widely practiced in colleges or high schools in South Korea. However, actual digital logic circuit practice lacks examples of basic implementation, and as results of this problem, study with more complicated examples disturbs understanding the basic operation principle of digital logic circuits. Therefore, we proposed and tested an implementation method of switch-based LED Art logic circuits to help understanding the necessity of digital logic circuits which control signals of multiple output devices simultaneously.

  • This study aims to propose an effective user experience of online class in the non-face-to-face through case analysis, focusing on school-linked education programs with art museums for elementary classes. To analysis domestic and international cases of school-liked education programs with art museum and to measure user experience, we were conducted with task test, in-depth interviews and surveys with experts. As a result, there were the pros and cons about the programs. Based on this, we propose a better method to increase the satisfaction of user experience for children. This study is significant in activating digital technology-based online education. This study expected to used as data on the user experience of a non-face-to-face online art education program in elementary schools in the future.

  • The COVID-19 Pandemic incident forced all educational and learning activities to move online, so it is no longer an option to use information and communication technology for education and learning. Venture capital has made the largest investment ever in Edu-tech startups. This study investigates the factors influencing the intention to use digital technology in education, taking into account the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) along with digital literacy, which has become an essential ability in the digital age. As a result of the structural equation model analysis, we find that performance expectation, effort expectation, and social influence have a positive effect on the intention to use digital technology in education. Moreover, digital literacy has a positive effect on performance expectation, effort expectation, and social impact, but the direct effect on the intention to use digital technology on learning is not significant. Furthermore, to see the moderating effect of age, the results of multi-group analysis present that the differences between 10s and 60s, between 20s and 60s, between 30s and 60s on the path of social influence on the intention to use digital technology in education are significantly reduced. This study academically contributes to expanding the research on the factors affecting the intention to use digital technology in a specific situation of education by considering both digital literacy and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). In addition, it can be used as a practical guide to the factors to be considered for each age when making learning participants more actively use digital technology.
