  • 본 연구에서는 conchas-spray 코드를 근간으로 하여 기관 실린더 내의 난류유 동과 난류연소 현상을 경제적이고 정확하게 해석할 수 있는 다차원 수치해석 프로그램 을 개발하므로, 전기점화 기관의 흡입, 압축, 연소 과정에 대한 수치해석의 가능성을 제시하고, 스월수 0.0, 0.6, 1.2와 2.4의 파라미터 연구를 통하여 스월이 난류유동 및 난류연소에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다.

치과 건강보험 우선순위 설정을 위한 고찰 (A study of Priority-setting in Korean National Dental Health Insurance Scheme)

  • Priority setting in national health insurances in major advanced countries and the nation was investigated to draw the criteria for priority setting and suggest the most rational criteria for dental insurance so as to help secure the efficiency of medicare financing and individual's health right and also elevate medical consumers' satisfaction with health insurance. 1. Priorities in national health insurance are different from country to country, depending on the medical security systems, priority introducing conditions, and social environment, but have many common factors. 2. The priority setting criteria for national health insurance in those countries include the following in common: the efficiency, equity, and cost effect of treatment, emergency of treatment, consumption of expense, efficacy of treatment, patient's receptiveness, patient's demand, severity of disease, and patient's responsibility for the disease. 3. In oral diseases, severe diseases including oral cavity cancer are low in rate, and in-hospital treatments are few. From the above findings, it is suggested that dental insurance should establish discriminative criteria for priority setting by reflecting the aspects of dental diseases and system difference between dental and other health insurances and taking account of efficiency of treatment through prevention, cost effect, prevalence and incidence of generalized diseases, and individual's financing burden.

Location of Sampling Points in Optical Reflectance Measurements of Chinese Cabbage and Kale Leaves

  • Purpose: A sampling scheme may significantly affect the accuracy of a sensor. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of sampling point locations on optical reflectance measurements of Chinese cabbage and kale plant leaves. Methods: Variability and similarity of multiple measurements for different parts of the leaves were compared. Results: The results indicate that the variability between the average and individual reflectance spectra was smaller for the blade part than for the vein part. Furthermore, the reflectance for the blade part over the upper leaf area was greater and more stable than those for the other parts for both the cabbage and kale leaf samples. Conclusions: The results provide guidelines for optical reflectance measurements of Chinese cabbage and kale plants. The effects of the number of sampling points, the number of leaves, and the relationships between optical reflectance and leaf components remain to be investigated in the future.

대규모 단지조성 미세먼지 관리 방안 (Management Scheme According to Characteristics of PM-10 Occurred from Large Scale Development Site)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish PM-10 management manual for developing large scale sites by assessing the status of PM-10 reduction at ongoing large scale development sites. After analyzing the meteorological conditions and air quality characteristics of Sihwa MTV development site, ISCST3 (Industrial Source Complex Short Term Model 3) was implemented to predict PM-10 generation. The outcomes of ISCST3 modelling were utilized for verification of site survey data. As a result of applying air pollution modeling, the diffusion rate of PM-10 decreases according as the wind speed decreases. And the emission rate of PM-10 increase is linear to the concentration of PM-10. The reduction target of PM-10 can be derived quantitatively from the difference between the forecasted emission rate and the permissible emission limit of PM-10. The assessment of PM-10 characteristics which is deduced from ISCST3 and site survey can be practically applied to accomplish environmentally acceptable air quality manual for large scale development sites.

  • Cloud Computing allows application providers seamlessly scaling their services and enables users scaling their usage according to their needs. In this paper, using queuing game model, we present service scheduling schemes which are used in software as a service (SaaS). The object is maximizing the Cloud Computing platform's (CCP's) payoff via controlling the service requests whether to join or balk, and controlling the value of CCP's admission fee. Firstly, we treat the CCP as one virtual machine (VM) and analyze the optimal queue length with a fixed admission fee distribution. If the position number of a new service request is bigger than the optimal queue length, it balks. Otherwise, it joins in. Under this scheme, the CCP's payoff can be maximized. Secondly, we extend this achievement to the multiple VMs situation. A big difference between single VM and multiple VMs is that the latter one needs to decide which VM the service requests turn to for service. We use a corresponding algorithm solve it. Simulation results demonstrate the good performance of our schemes.

  • 일반적으로 위성에 장착된 GPS 수신기는 GPS 위성으로부터 항법 신호를 받아서 위성의 위치, 시간 및 속도 정보를 제공하는 것을 주요 목적으로 하고 있다. 이러한 정보를 근거로 위성의 현재 위치정보 및 임무 수행을 위한 정보를 유도하게 된다. 2005년 발사예정인 아리랑 위성2호는 GPS 수신기에서 나오는 IPPS 신호를 위성체 각 프로세서의 기준시간으로 사용되며 DPLL, FEP회로 및 운용소프트웨어(FSW)에 의하여 동작된다. 본 논문에서는 아리랑 위성2호(KOMPSAT-2,이하 K2)의 시간동기구조에 대한 구조 및 설계에 대한 뿐 아니라 정밀도 분석 및 시험결과등 전 과정에 대한 내용을 기술하였다.

A STUDY ON THE EVOLUTION OF GLOBULAR CLUSTERS

  • The four dimensional classification of globular dusters with the parameters, Z, Y, age and HB type is presented defining two new parameters. $(B-V)_{1/2}\;and\;S_{3/2}$ which are shown to be tightly correlated with Kinman's spectral types and the helium abundances obtained from the R-method, respectively. The Z- and Y- abundances are derived from $(B-V)_{1/2}\;and\;S_{3/2}$, respectively, and the latter parameters determine the age class of clusters with help of Dickens' HB type, which is a function of Z. Y and age. For the examined forty two globular clusters the computed range at Z and Y are $1.5{\times}10^{-4}{\leq}Z{\leq}4.5{\times}10^{-2}\;and\;0.23<Y{\leq}0.41$. The age difference between the oldest (HB type 1) and the youngest (HB type 7) clusters is roughly estimated to be $2-4{\times}10^9$ years. Using these four parameters the known anomalous C-M diagrams seem to be reasonably interpreted without taking into account some complicate parameters such as unusually overabundant heavy elements, mass loss and mass spread, etc. The four dimensional scheme strongly suggests the slow successive collapses of the proto-Galaxy rather than a single fast collapse, and by this slow collapse model the inversion of chemical abundance gradient in the Galaxy can be explained. It is also shown that the clump position along the RGB near the HB level removes down to the fainter magnitude as the Z(Y)- abundance increases (decreases).

고집적 메모리의 yield 개선을 위한 전기적 구제회로 (An Electrical Repair Circuit for Yield Increment of High Density Memory)

  • Electrical repair method which has replaced laser repair method can replace defective cell by redundancy’s in the redundancy scheme of conventional high density memory. This electrical repair circuit consists of the antifuse program/read/latch circuits, a clock generator a negative voltage generator a power-up pulse circuit a special address mux and etc. The measured program voltage of made antifuses was 7.2~7.5V and the resistance of programmed antifuses was below 500 Ω. The period of clock generator was about 30 ns. The output voltage of a negative voltage generator was about 4.3 V and the current capacity was maximum 825 $mutextrm{A}$. An antifuse was programmed using by the electric potential difference between supply-voltage (3.3 V) and output voltage generator. The output pulse width of a power-up pulse circuit was 30 ns ~ 1$mutextrm{s}$ with the variation of power-up time. The programmed antifuse resistance required below 44 ㏀ from the simulation of antifuse program/read/latch circuit. Therefore the electrical repair circuit behaved safely and the yield of high densitymemory will be increased by using the circuit.

  • A multi-dimensional component for the thermal-hydraulic system analysis code, MARS, was developed for a more realistic three-dimensional analysis of nuclear systems. A three-dimensional and two-fluid model for a two-phase flow in Cartesian and cylindrical coordinates was employed. The governing equations and physical constitutive relationships were extended from those of a one-dimensional version. The numerical solution method adopted a semi-implicit and finite-difference method based on a staggered-grid mesh and a donor-cell scheme. The relevant length scale was very coarse compared to commercial computational fluid dynamics tools. Thus a simple Prandtl's mixing length turbulence model was applied to interpret the turbulent induced momentum and energy diffusivity. Non drag interfacial forces were not considered as in the general nuclear system codes. Several conceptual cases with analytic solutions were chosen and analyzed to assess the fundamental terms. RPI air-water and UPTF 7 tests were simulated and compared to the experimental data. The simulation results for the RPI air-water two-phase flow experiment showed good agreement with the measured void fraction. The simulation results for the UPTF downcomer test 7 were compared to the experiment data and the results from other multi-dimensional system codes for the ECC delivery flow.

  • 내파성 연승식 양식시설은 케이블-부이-중량물 계류시스템으로 이루어졌다. 양식시설의 최적설계를 위해서는 계류선과 부이나 중량물 연결점에서 장력등의 추정이 필요하다. 그러나 계류선의 비선형적인 거동과 파 해류 등의 영향은 해석을 어렵게 한다. 본 논문에서는 여러 거지 부이-중량물을 갖는 케이블-부이-중량물 계류시스템에 대한 파라메트릭 연구를 통하여 동장력 변화 및 거동 변화 등을 알아보았다. 고유진동수 해석을 위하여 유한차분법을 도입하였으며, 비선형 유체항력은 선형화 되었다.
