International concern over the environmental pollution is ever increasing, and diversified countermeasures must be devised in Korea also. Global trend, damages, problems and countermeasures with respect to issues mentioned in the Rio Declaration, such as prevention of ozone layer destruction, reduction of migratory atmospheric pollution between neighboring countries, and prevention of global greenhouse effect, were discussed in this report. Conclusion of the report is summarized as follows : A. Measurement, Planning and Monitoring (1) Development and implementation of a global network for measurement and monitoring from the global aspects such factors as related to acid rain(Pioneer substances, pH, sulfate, nitrate), effect of global temperature(Air temperature, $CO_2$, $CH_4$, CFC, $N_2O$) and destruction of ozone layer($CFC_S$). (2) Establishment of network system via satellite monitoring movement of regional air mass, damage on the ozone layer and ground temperature distribution. B. Elucidation of Present State (1) Improvement and development of devices for carbon circulation capable of accurately forecasting input and output of carbon. (2) Developmental research on chemical reactions of greenhouse gas in the air. (3) Improvement and development of global circulation model(GCM) C. Impact Assessment Impact assessment on ecosystem, human body, agriculture, floodgate, land use, coastal ecology, industries, etc. D. Preventive Measures and Technology Development (1) Development and consumption of new energy (2) Development of new technology for removal of pioneer substances (3) Development of substitute matter for $CFC_S$ (4) Improvement of agriculture and forestry means to prevent the destruction of ozone layer and the greenhouse effect of the globe (5) Improvement of housing to prevent the destruction of ozone layer and the greenhouse effect of the globe (6) Development of new technology for probing underground water (7) Preservation of forest (8) Biomass 5. Policy Development (1) Development of strategy model (2) Development of long term forecast model (3) Development of penalty charge effect and expense evaluation methods (4) Feasibility study on regulations By establishing the above mentioned measures for environmentally sound and sustainable development to establish the right to live for humankind and to preserve the one and only earth.

Weapon systems are curcial instruments for the security of a nation and critical elements for the victory in a war. Since modern weapon systems tend to be capital-intensive with high precision and quality, they become more and more complex and diversified; their acquisition costs become huge; and their technological obsolescence becomes accelerated. Therefore, the systematic management of weapon acquisition process would be one of the most important defense tasks at the national level. To analyze such problems and find solutions, this paper has studied various aspects related to the efficient management of weapon system acquisition. After brief summarization of the general characteristics of weapon systems, their effectiveness, and developmental trend, the paper discusses the defense management policies and techniques for the weapon systems. Specifically, four alternative acquisition methods such as indigenous R & D, foreign purchase, co-production and joint-production are discussed and analyzed by systems approach. The systems analysis procedure to evaluate and select weapon acquisition method is as follows; 1) to analyze the merits and demerits of the alternative methods, 2) to screen unrealistic alternatives through the consideration of significant factors such as political, economic, military, technological, and social constraints, 3) to evaluate and select an optimal one among the remaining acquisition methods after the cost-effectivenss analysis. For the base of cost-effectivess analysis, cost analysis model as well as effectiveness analysis model of each acquisition method are developed.

This research reviewed the developmental process of domestic outdoor wear and later analyzed the images given out by men's outdoor wear. The research results are as follows. First, military supplies left by American soldiers were dyed or reformed and then worn, and daily wear were mainly worn in the 1960s. Wears made from light and waterproof materials were worn and equipments were used in the 1970s. High functioning materials which allowed simultaneous breathability, waterproof and thermal insulation functions were used for wears in the 1980s. For the jacket especially, functionality was enhanced sith zippers, snaps and velcro to prevent cold air penetration in the 1990s. Florescent piping decorations and logo decorations, and prints and colors which reflected the trend, were used to emphasize fashionity and decorativeness in the 2000s. Second, Sophisticated image emphasized urban feeling with toned-down windbreaker jackets without much detail, with down jacket and pants. Casual image expressed a relaxed feeling with windbreaker jacket, shirts, jumper, vest and pants made of cotton, mesh knit and denim. Active image emphasized functionality by brightly colored windbreaker jackets, down jacket and pants. Ethnic image expressed an exotic mood with windbreaker jackets with stylized prints, with jumper, down jacket and pants. Military image showed a strong masculine feeling with jackets adorned with epaulettes, khaki colors and camouflage prints, with jumper, T-shirts, vest, shorts and pants. Avantgarde image exuded an experimental and unique feeling with jackets made of various colors and materials, such as cotton, jersey and glossy materials, with down jacket and jersey pants.

An internet primary bank, which is formed by internet and banks combined, is called the essence of fin-tech, and is currently experiencing rapid growth. 'K-Bank' and 'Kakao Bank', the representative internet primary banks this year, received positive responses as the origin of financial revolution. internet primary banks provide convenient financial services, benefits in time and money for customers. Not long ago, however, undesirable fraud cases caused by a used commodity dealer have happened. The damage exceeds 20,000,000 won. It is because the newborn banks are unable to check the fraud history through the bank account. In this paper, We will analyze the trend in internet primary banks, offer damages and examples, in addition, prevention of damage, and strategies for development.

The purpose of this study was to look into trends in research concerned with children's counting in Korea. A total of 59 studies on counting including journal articles, master's & doctoral theses were analyzed in terms of the period of time, content, and research methods. The results showed that 1) ${\frac{1}{3}}$ of the total studies on counting were published in 2001~2005, 2) the most frequent content was the developmental trend of young children's counting ability and then the relation between counting ability and various mathematical competence, 3) most of the studies targeted normal early childhood children from 3~5 years old and used the quantitative method. These results showed that the domestic research on counting have limits in the research topics, subjects, and methodology. The researcher presents three suggestions for further research. Frist, topics that are not enough revealed in the previous studies, for examples, counting backwards, counting by collections such as tens, fives, twos, and counting errors in young children need to be further studied. Second, counting behavior and ability of young children under 3 years olds need to be investigated. Third, there is a need to increase the studies using qualitative methods.

In this study, we identified the theoretical basis of management and planning of life-cycle, the core concept of resource "Administration and Independence," of Home Economics curriculum according to "Notification of Education Ministry #2015-74." First in relation to "management", we identified the systematic theory, the theoretical basis of traditional home management, and diagnosed how this systematic theory is reflected on 2015' curriculum. As a result, the contents of actual curriculum's middle school contents does not include integrally the life related problems that middle students are facing in real life, and it is hard to be convinced what priority the element of selected contents have of several problems. Next, in case of planning of life-cycle that accentuates the importance of life plan corresponding to career orientation it mentions the contents including very comprehensive area such as value, profession, health as well as developmental task, but the fact leaves to be desired that 2015 curriculum is overlooking the importance of financial planning, the international trend.

New education methodologies exploiting new media technologies are emerging with the development of digital technology. There also have been researches on efficient methods to apply new technologies on special education. In this paper, we analyze 32 researches associated with application of new media technology on special education for research theme, media, and teaching types. The analysis results show that there is few research on intervention contents which consider special education environment and the roll of teacher. This motivates us to develop a social storytelling contents to improve sociality of the children with developmental disability which can be easily useable in special education environment. The basic structure of the contents is designed for a child to make a choice in the meantime of storytelling and experience the different results depending on the choice. The pilot test with a child with mild autism verifies that it draws attention from the child and it is easy to use in a special education environment, which lays down the possibility as an intervention content.

Social recognition conversion of the jewelry-related industries must be preceded by changes of responsibility of both the staff in charge and educators in education objections. Based on the debate of whether or not increasing (public) interest in jewelry design will subsequently lead to bringing about vision and possibility in the form of cultural management, this paper examined the influences that logical systematization of jewelry design and educational process of jewelry designers' ethics have on the next generation of the cultural industry of jewelry. Through the education and the industry of Italy, this paper analyzed existent method of design, current trend, and new content sand cases of design management that are based on types of consumption. In addition, it also provided the developmental possibility of future culture industry, and the foundation of ethical philosophy of jewelry education that lies beyond national economic power. I intend to imply significance of how designer's perception and conduct provides the whole new conventional foundation of sympathy and sensitivity and the existent method of design.

This study reports developmental changes in the vocal signals produced by infant or young Pipistrellus abramus. In contrast to adult bats, infant bats of the P. abramus emitted calls characterized by multi harmonics and variable signal patterns. Infants at two day of age emitted a irregular signal and showed gentle FM signals between 10 and 20 days. After about 40 days of age, the young bats emitted similar signals to the echolocation calls of adults. As the infant bats growing up, vocal signals trend showen a decrease in pulse duration(p<0.001), pulse interval(p<0.001) and number of harmonic(p<0.001). And the peak frequency(p<0.001), starting frequency(p<0.001) and ending frequency(p<0.001) in infant bats increased with the age. The largest change in pulse interval occurred in 5 days. And the pulse duration, peak frequency, starting frequency and ending frequency of the bat's sounds changed most dramatically in 25 days of age.
