This study was conducted to examine the condition of activation of the nuclear transplant bovine embryos. In vitro fertilized(IVF) and nuclear transplant embryos(NTs) were co-cultured with bovine oviduct epithelial tissue(BOET). NTs were treated with cycloheximide(CHXM) for 0 to 6 h after electrofusion to investigate the activation conditin of recipient ooplast. Then, the infljence of the CHXM treatment timing on the cleavage and development of NTs were investigated in relation to the nuclear transplant time. The cleavage rates of NTs were increased with the increasing time of the CHXM treatment from 0 to 6 h (54.7 to 91.3%, P<0.01). Similar trend was shown in the development into the morula or blastocyst stage, but very limitted. Activation of enucleated oocytes prior to fusion enhanced development of NTs compared with that post fustion. This result suggests that the frequency of activation of NTs can be greatly enhanced by treating with CHXM for 6 h. The result also suggests that if blastomeres of unknown cell cycle stage are used, activation of enucleated oocytes prior to fusion enhances development of NTs.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the variation of body shape and to. divide growth period into some age groups based on body type. Duncan Test, Heath-Carter's somatotyping method and allottery equation (y=baa) were applied to semiautomatic data concerning obesity/leakiness. The materials were 309 females aged from 12 to 17 years old. The following results were obtained: 1. In the Developmental trend of the human body, the 12-13 age groups belonged to the acceleration stage of adolescent growth spurt. The 14-15 age groups belonged to the latter period of adolescent growth. The 16-17 age groups belonged to the termination stage of adolescent growth. 2. In the Heath-Carter's somatotyping method, the average somatotype changed into M.M- C-C-M-D with age. 3. In the alphamerical analysis, the first critical point appeared at the stature 146 Cm in case of weight, LBM and fat. The second critical point appeared at the stature 154-157 Cm in case of LBM and Fat. All the three measurement showed positive allotmentty.

These days there are plenty of studies that predict a future with rapid technological development. The development of new technology also has greatly changed the fashion industry. Materials were developed with a variety of techniques, and recently as the exterior and property of materials have been brought into focus, regarding images as a trend of fashion. The purpose of this study is to consider the kinds and characteristics of diverse future materials developed by high technological advancement and to present a new course for future materials by analyzing the formative characteristics of future fashion with future materials. The methods of this work are an examination by reference to theoretical study about the conceptions of futurism in fashion and a visual analysis of the materials in picture data. Another topic of study was the positive source of future fashion that actually applies to these materials. The study makes an analysis of future characteristics expressed in modern fashion, looking at the background and developmental course of futurism. It considers the conception, types and characteristics of diverse new flexible materials such as metal, non-woven fabric, Styrofoam, rubber, glass fiber and polished fiber. With all of these works, we would like to express the course for the development of coming future fashion and the potential of an appropriate union between sensitivity and science.

The fusion research subjects of Oriental medicine and Bio-Technology are actively advanced. Development of information analysis algorithm for constitution diagnosis using clinical and biological information is started recently. In addition, the research for providing personal oriented treatment information with Diagnosis result is to in the process of advancing. This paper considers the inside and outside of the country technical development trend of research for using clinical and biological information by analyzing patents and papers. It executed information analysis about changes to number of research papers and patents, present state and star higher officer of research facility from the dissertation which it sees. It is known that our country research result is slight so far in quantity and quality as result of analysis. But hereafter it contains a many developmental possibility. Also it reflects the appearance and a growth of new field like bioinformatics from constitution and bio information application field. The combination of bio information similar to constitution and heredity and computing technology to control those information efficiently comes to think with core technique.

The purpose of this study was to investgate the social meaning and consumption values expressed on apparel advertisements In Teena-ger's magazines from 1976 to 1996. The results of this study were as follows. 1. As the number of the model in apparel advertisements was more than two people it was closely related to conformity and peer ac-ceptance of adolecent's developmental task. Also There were increasing number of foreign models and attractive and famous signers and talents. 2. The trend of appeals showed changing time and society. Since 1990 post-modern ap-proach has increased whereas rational and emotional approach were dominated in 1970s and 1980s. 3, The major consumption values in apparel advertisements were social value emotional value. From 1990 there were variety in consumption values related to adolescent's ap-parel advertisements. This results represented the possibility that apparel advertisements in adolescent's maga-zines not only mirror but mold change of con-sumption values and life style in adolescent. Especially to understand and predict the new generation in Korea educators and practi-tioners in Junior Fashion Market must try to study the current adolescent's life style and consumption values systematically.

Purpose: This study was done to propose the developmental direction of study related to nursing practice education by grasping the trend of study in fundamental and clinical practice. Method: A total of 48 research articles which were published on nursing practice education in Korea from 2002 to 2009 were analyzed with structured analysis forms. Result: Most research was related to clinical practice (n=40). A high percentage of non-experimental research design was related to fundamental practice (75%) and clinical practice (65%). Qualitative research was only used in clinical practice (n=8). Nursing students were predominantly selected as an object of research in fundamental practice (n=6) and clinical practice (n=32). In addition, many of the areas in clinical practice were a general clinical setting without any classification of the specific area. The concepts of research in fundamental practice were related to competency in basic nursing skill and most concepts of research in clinical practice were associated with satisfaction, stress, experience, critical thinking and problem solving ability of the nursing student. Conclusion: There's something to be desired in nursing research related to instructor methods, teaching-learning methods and nursing education programs. Therefore, more specific and continuous research focused on these topics to improve clinical nursing competence of the nursing student is needed.

Students' concepts of scientific phenomena have become a point of focus in science education research. This study investigated into developmental process and mechanism of the students' respiration concept through a cross-age study. This study utilized the 1st, 3rd, 6th grade elementary students to find out changes in student's understanding of the concept of respiration. The 1st and 3rd grade level students were interviewed what the respiration mean and whether each of living things respires, etc. The 6th grade students were interviewed and tested. Respiration is a word that students come across often in everyday life. It was found that they were more likely to associate respiration with its more common concept of breathing or gas exchange as opposed to its more scientific definition as the process in which nutrients are oxidized to provide energy. This trend didn't improve as they advanced grade. This is an indication that the knowledge system of student is split into a generic knowledge system and scientific knowledge system. Understanding of concept increased and differentiated across grade levels but that understanding was limited. They overcome their tendency to base their understanding of respiration on their understanding of human phenomena and learn to integrate their understanding of biological phenomena through a one organ - one role type of logic. They also intuitively explain everything based on their own experience.
