최근 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 무분별한 저작권 기술개발로 인해 컨텐츠 제공자와 소비자들 사이에 호환성, 컨텐츠 보호, 컨텐츠 유통 등의 문제가 야기되고 있다. 따라서 MPEG(Moving Picture Expert Group)-21 프레임워크는 저작권 관리를 위해 XML(extensible Markup Language)에 기반한 저작권 표현 언어인 REL(Right Expression Language)을 제안하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 MPEG-21 프레임워크의 이해 없이도 쉽게 컨텐츠에 대해 효율적으로 저작권 생성 및 편집이 가능한 REL 문서 편집 시스템과 REL 문서의 소비 방법을 제시하는 클라이언트 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Information and Communication Technologies(ICTs) have substantially enlarged both the opportunities to realize one's human rights but have also resulted in the emergence of new challenges. ICTs are so deeply embedded and cental to almost all aspects of human activity. And ICTs are assuming an increasingly central role in all aspects of human and societal development across the world. But this is especially true of the right to privacy, which faces challenges such as profiling and data mining for public(including national security) and private purposes. ICTs access is a fundamental right for all humans in the information age. So we have need for regulation based on human rights in the digital age. And governments have a responsibility to protect individuals against violations of human rights and data protection by public authorities, but also by private entities. In addition, internet governance and multi-stakeholder principle have to be stressed on all of the internet issues because internet governance is included in the principle of democracy which have bottom-up communication and equality. So it is very importance that Internet Governance Forum is the space for a meaningful discussion on public policy issues relating to the internet.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of human rights consciousness on the relationship between social capital and eudaimonia perceived by adolescents. Methods: The participants of this study were 9,021 adolescents, with data taken from the 6^th year(2018) panel survey. All variables were evaluated by self-report of adolescents. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results: First, social capital perceived by adolescents had a direct effect on eudaimonia. Second, social capital perceived by adolescents had an indirect effect on the eudaimonia through human rights consciousness. Conclusions: This study highlighted that human rights consciousness was identified as important mediator in the relationship between capital perceived by adolescents and eudaimonia. These results can be used as an important contribution to further research and educational practices for promoting the eudaimonia in adolescents.

Over the past 20 years, labor standards have been widely used in free trade agreements. The U.S., the European Union and China have all aggressively signed free trade agreements with their trading partners, developing different styles on labor standards. According to the study, the implementation of the KOREa-EU FREE trade agreement has been hampered by ongoing disputes over the terms of the FREE trade agreement and the ILO since the korea-EU free trade agreement was signed. Because in order to break this deadlock, relevant scholars have done a lot of research, but mainly focused on the economic and trade field. Therefore, this paper for the first time systematically studies the substantive focus of disputes over FTA and ILO clauses, and carefully analyzes the domestic law amended by South Korea, and provides suggestions and inspirations for China by drawing lessons from the revision model of South Korea's domestic law. This is from a newperspective: the essence of the korea-EU FTA and ILO disputes is the conflict between international law and domestic law, and the conflict between free trade agreements and human rights protection. It holds that the essence of disputes should be sorted out from the perspective of legal principles and human rights protection, and the free trade and human rights protection should be actively coordinated. In order to make China more actively integrate into the international economy, China should adopt a positive attitude to revise and perfect its own laws, so as to realize the purpose of common development of international trade and human rights protection.

Many people are getting more and more interested in the value of information sharing in a supply chain in proportion to the development of information technology in these days. In spite of much interest in the value of shared information, the related studies concluded that the effect of only sharing information strategy between upper and lower level is not large However, many related companies want to link each channel members in the supply chain with on-line to expect to reduce the cost by means of information sharing. This study wants to evaluate the alternative strategy to reduce more related costs than only sharing information strategy. This paper analyzed that how much the total supply chain cost is to change in the case of a transfer of decision rights from the lower (retailers) to the upper level (depot, vendor) in a supply chain. The decision rights mean the rights of being able to decide when to order, how much to order, where to order, and what mode to transport or distribute, etc. in a supply chain. By the experimental simulation study to the simple case, the strategy to share only information took the low effect of 1～2%, but the strategy to transfer the decision lights from the lower to the upper member had larger effect of about 5%. However. for the strategies to work well, it needs to cooperate closely among each supply chain members, and the fruits from the transfer of decision rights in a supply chain are allocated to each chain members reasonably Therefore, there needs to study in the future not only the exact transfer effect of decision rights, but the reasonable allocation method of the fruits among the chain members.

Under the influence of growing popularity of "hallyu" (Korean wave), corporates that have copyrights such as music, movie, drama as their core competitiveness are showing continuing growth. In Addition, they built on contents are rapidly growing, interests in protection and management of intellectual property rights linked to contents are growing. Global contents development corporates are making great efforts to create profits out of copyrights. They could utilize original contents to strengthen brand value use it to produce additional contents in current market. Also they take advantage of existing storyline of the contents and strong brand to explore new markets. This paper looks into Value articulation model by Professor James Conley and analyzed the firms that utilized intellectual property rights to extend the period of protection, strengthen their competitiveness and succeeded in breaking into new market by using the rights they possess. Also, this paper examines the usage of intellectual property rights and business expansion strategy of of Iconix, the Korean entertainment company, which gained tremendous popularity in last ten years using this model. In Value articulation model, Conley classifies the process of exploiting the portfolio of the single product's(or service's) intellectual property right for a period of time into three stages ; value transference, value translation, value transportation. Pororo's strategy of utilizing intellectual property right is suggestive to domestic entertainment companies. Under the influence of hallyu" (Korean wave), domestic contents such as movies, dramas and music are enjoying the high level of popularity recently not to mention animations. In reality, Korean entertainment companies who have no background or experience of Intellectual property rights are not creating enough added values compared to fast growing market. It is believed Iconix's intellectual property rights management strategy will suggest positive aspects to domestic companies. Moreover, I hope various intellectual property rights management strategies including Conley's value articulation are studied and they can make contributions to managing domestic entertainment companies.

Objectives: This study aimed to develop human rights indicators through reliability and validity tests in order to measure the human rights situation of dental hygiene students who experience clinical practice at dental clincs. Methods: The basic framework of questions was constructed through literature review. Nine experts were tested for validity of the contents of the experts twice. The main survey was conducted on 121 students in the 3rd and 4th grade who were enrolled in the department of dental hygiene located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon-do. Validity was tested through exploratory factor analysis, and reliability was tested through internal reliability coefficient and test-retest method. Results: The cronbach's α value was 0.734, and the Kappa coefficient was 0.584. The result of the reliability and validity test was composed of 11 questions and 3 factors. Conclusions: During the practice of a dental institution, the validity and reliability of the indicators that can grasp the human rights status of dental hygiene students were tested. It is expected that the indicators of this study will be provided an opportunity to understand the human rights situation of dental hygiene students and to improve problems such as human rights violations.

본 연구는 서울과 경기도 지역 3개 대학의 4년제 유아교육학과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사를 대상으로 인성이 유아권리 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 예비유아교사 253부의 설문지를 분석한 내용을 토대로 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 인성은 유아권리인식에 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 인성이 유아권리인식에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 인성의 요인 중 사회관계 요인이 유아권리인식을 예측하는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실증분석을 통해 예비유아교사의 인성이 유아의 권리 보장을 위한 기초가 되는 유아권리인식에 중요한 역할을 하는 요인임을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

이 글은 세계기록유산에 등재된 5 18광주민주화운동기록의 일반적인 특성과 유형적 특성을 분석하여 그것을 기초로 한 5 18기록 수집전략의 작성 방향과 구성요소를 제시한다. 5 18기록을 개별적으로 수집하고 있는 몇 개의 중추적인 기관은 5 18기록 수집네트워크를 구성하여 5 18기록을 기록화 전략을 통해 협력적으로 수집해야 한다. 5 18기록은 인권기록이며 여러 출처기관에서 생산된 다양한 기록의 집합체다. 5 18기록의 수집은 기본적으로 인권기록 수집전략으로서 추진되어야 하며 인권기록으로서 활용을 도모해야 한다. 국제기구의 기록원칙은 인권기록의 수집을 옹호하고 중요시하고 있다. 다출처 수집이라는 특성으로 인해 5 18기록 목록을 수집하여 제공하는 종합목록 포털을 구축하는 방식으로 수집전략을 수립해야 한다. 기록화되지 않은 과거를 기록화하기 위한 구술사 수집이 5 18기록 수집의 주요한 활동이 되어야 하며, 이 구술사 수집이 5 18기록 수집전략의 중요한 요소가 되어야 한다. 5 18기록 수집네트워크가 효과적으로 5 18기록을 수집하기 위해 해결해야 할 문제는 공공기관과의 긴밀한 협력체제 구축이다. 5 18기록 수집전략에는 공공기관에서의 인권기록 의식을 증진시키는 5 18기록 수집네트워크의 옹호활동이 포함되어야 한다.
