Co-Ni-P합금도금층의 자기적 성질에 관한 연구 (Magnetic Properties of Electrodeposited Co-Ni-P Alloys)

  • Co-Ni-P alloys were electrodeposited from NH4Cl-sulfate-hypophosphite baths under various plating conditions. Their effective anisotropic magnetic field which is one of the important properties for magnetic recording materials were investigated as the function of alloy compositions and c-axis orientation. The preferred orientation and the contents of Ni and P depend on the pH of solutions and also on the current density. It was found that the alloy films deposited from the solutions of pH4 at high current density had c-axis orientation parallel to the growth direction and the effective anisotropic fields sufficient for perpendicular magnetic recording application.

  • This paper proposes an algorithm to obtain the time-to-contact between an observer and a target and surface orientation of the target. These two physical elements are computed from the image deformation of a known shape, which is extracted by supervised classification of detected line segments based on MAP and Mahalanobis distance. The proposed algorithm was applied to the natural outdoor traffic scene and would contribute to the development for a collision avoidance system.

  • The digital industry area based on digital technology is specialized and rapidly changing. This kind of change lead to a gap of understanding arises between the digital industry and the public. The digital industry is a trend that cannot be reversed, thus efforts to reduce the gap in understanding are necessary for positive social development in the future. This study aimed to find clues to reduce the gap in understanding by measuring the difference in perception between the public and the digital industry. To measure the difference in perception, this study applied the mutual orientation model proposed by McLeod and Chaffee(1973), As a result of the study, both groups agreed that the digital industry would make a positive contribution to the Korean economy in the future. However, it was confirmed that there was a possibility of mutual misunderstanding due to different views on the digital industry.

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 6학년 학생들의 공간감각과 공간추론능력의 실태를 조사하였다. 공간감각 측면에서는 전반적으로 학생들의 공간 시각화 능력이 공간 방향화 능력보다 우수하였는데, 각각의 하위 요소를 분석한 결과 변환능력이 회전능력보다, 방향감각과 물체의 구조인식능력이 위치감각보다 상대적으로 우수하였다. 공간추론능력 측면에서는 학생들이 문제를 해결할 때 다양한 공간추론능력을 사용하는 것으로 드러났는데, 특히 변환의 인식과 사용, 분석과 종합, 시각화 방법의 개발과 적용을 많이 사용하였다. 본 논문은 학생들의 공간감각 및 공간추론능력 사용형태를 상세히 분석함으로써 이와 관련한 교수 학습 과정에 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

기술혁신 유형에 따른 시장지향성과 창조성이 신제품 성과에 미치는 영향: 대전지역 기업을 중심으로 (The Influence of Market Orientation and Creativity on New Product Performance by Technology Innovation Types: Focused on Company of Daejeon)

  • 본 연구의 주목적은 기술혁신 유형에 따라 신제품 개발조직의 시장지향성과 창조성이 신제품 성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석해 보는 것이다. 이를 위해 관련 선행문헌에 대한 종합적인 고찰 결과를 토대로 신제품 개발조직의 시장지향성 및 신제품 창조성 특성으로서 총 다섯 가지 요인을 도출하였고, 이들 영향요인과 신제품 성과, 그리고 기술혁신 유형 변수를 포함한 연구모형을 구축하였다. 설문응답 대상은 기업의 신제품개발 담당자로 한정하였으며, 조사결과 136개 기업으로부터 자료가 수집되었다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 다중회귀분석을 통해 실증분석을 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시장지향성과 창조성의 각 요인은 신제품 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중요인 특성요인으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 기술혁신 유형에 따른 신제품 성과 영향요인의 차이에 관한 분석을 수행한 결과, 연속적 혁신에서는 시장지향성 요인이, 불연속적 혁신에서는 창조성 요인이 상대적으로 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 논의와 시사점을 제공하였다.

고등학생의 SW 교육 경험 시점이 SW 관련 진로지향도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of High School Students' First SW Education Experience on SW-related Career Orientation)

  • 우수한 SW 인재를 양성하는 것은 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하는 우리 사회의 경쟁력을 높여 사회 발전에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우수한 SW 인재의 양성을 위하여 초, 중등 교육과정을 모두 경험한 경기도 S시 B고등학교 1학년부터 3학년까지 436명을 대상으로 고등학생이 SW 교육을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 살펴보고, SW 교육 시작 시기가 학생들의 SW 관련 진로지향도에 어떤 영향을 주는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 공교육에서의 SW 교육의 확대가 필요하다는 것과 초등학교 시기부터 SW 교육을 받은 집단과 타 집단 사이에서 SW 관련 진로지향도에 유의미한 차이가 발생했다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 상대적으로 이른 시기에 SW 교육을 받는 것이 학생들의 SW 관련 진로지향도에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 해석하였다. 향후 이른 시기의 SW 교육의 특정 요소가 학생들의 SW 관련 진로지향도에 구체적으로 어떻게 작용하는지 분석하는 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

간호단위 관리자의 가치지향성 리더쉽유형과 간호조직성과의 관계 (A study on the value orientation of nursing unit managers and nursing organization performances)

  • Purpose : This study is to confirm the relation of the value orientation of the nursing unit manager and the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the nursing unit nurse. Method : We used the systematic questionnaires as a study tool. The contents were composed of 46 questions in total such as 4 questions of general feature, 23 value-oriented questions, 10 job satisfaction questions, and 9 organizational commitment questions. The period of data collection was from August to September 2000. Result : 1) The value of flexibility was 3.82 points (${\pm}.3788$), which is above average. The values of equalitarianism was 3.37 points (${\pm}.4422$), which is above average. 2) The leadership pattern according to the value orientation perceived by the head nurses in 6 clusters has been divided into 3 patterns of change-oriented leader, task-oriented and stability-oriented leader. 3) The nurses who worked with the change-oriented leader showed higher values of job satisfaction (F=5.941, p=O.003), and affective commitment (F=5.793, p=O.003) than those who worked with the stability-oriented leader. Conclusion : As revealed in this study, we think that we have to consider that the change-oriented leader can produce higher performance of an organization than the stability-oriented leader, and write the basic data for the educational courses of leadership development or workshops etc. in order for the nursing unit managers to play their roles for the effective ward-unit management.

The Effects of Career Orientations on Entrepreneurial Satisfaction and Business Sustainability

  • This study empirically analyzes how the career orientation factors of startup entrepreneurs affect entrepreneurial satisfaction as well as business sustainability. We propose directions for startup sustainability and development. Based on previous research, we defined the career orientation of entrepreneurs through the five orientation factors of security, autonomy, technical competence, managerial competence, and entrepreneurial creativity. We constructed a research model to determine whether these factors have a causal relationship with entrepreneurial satisfaction or business sustainability through the medium of organizational entrepreneurship. We surveyed startups in Korea using a questionnaire and collected and analyzed a total of 282 points of survey data. The analysis results demonstrated that the entrepreneurial creativity and managerial competence of the members of a startup can play an important role within entrepreneurial satisfaction and business sustainability. Both autonomy and technical competence exhibited no effect on entrepreneurial satisfaction and business sustainability through the medium of entrepreneurship, while security showed a negative effect. In order to improve entrepreneurial satisfaction and achieve business sustainability, we confirmed that it was more important for startups to consider the creativity and business management competences of entrepreneurs rather than pursue business security or have a technology-oriented attitude.

한국 수출의류제품의 품목 특성 -1990년대를 중심으로- (Characteristics of Export Articles in Korean Clothing Trade -Focused on the 1990's-)

  • Clothing exports of Korea has grown rapidly till the latter half of the 1980's, contributing Korean economic development. However from the 1990's, the amount, the world market share and the international competitiveness of clothing exports have declined. Based on these phenomena, the purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of export articles in Korean Clothing Trade focused on the 1990's. Statistical data of clothing articles(SITC 84 : Articles of apparel & clothing accessories) were used. The relative importance, trade orientation tendency and unit price of each export clothing articles were analyzed. The results of the study were as follows. On the relative importance, trade orientation tendency and unit price of each export clothing articles, outer garments or products that required complicated production process(e.g., coats, suits, ensembles, jackets, dress) had been decreased in the portion and weakened in the export orientation tendency. But one item in a set or casual wear like trousers, skirts, blouses, shirts, Jerseys, pullovers, T-shirts has been increased in the portion and risen in the unit price. These trends means that clothing exports of Korea were more focused on those category and the international competitiveness on those articles were advanced. From these results, this study can be contributed to establish the concrete clothing export articles strategies of Korean firms.

선택 점포 유형에 따른 소비자 의복 쇼핑 성향 구조 차이에 관한 연구 (The Difference of Clothing Shopping Orientation Structure by the Type of Store Preferred)

  • The propose of this study is to explore if the clothing shopping orientation[CSO] of consumers differs between the two types of preferred store when they purchase casual wears. A total of 413 answers from male and female consumers in their twenties were used for the analysis. The types of preferred store were grouped by the brand fame. Department stores, brand agencies/sales branches, and outlets constituted wellknown brand store group, and shopping malls, no brand street stores, and discount stores constituted unknown brand store group. The results are as follows. First, there were no significant differences in CSO dimensions except 'well known brand oriented' dimension between groups. Second, each group showed proper fitness for CSO structure model. Third, the relationships among dimensions within structure model were significantly different between groups. These mean that though it looks there are no differences between groups at the level of each dimension, but there are differences in the view of specific relationships among dimensions. Therefore, store managers must consider the complex CSO structure for marketing strategy development.
