공격적 문제행동을 보이는 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동청소년의 임상적 특징: 예비연구 (Clinical Characteristics of Aggressive Behavior Problems in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder: Preliminary Study)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical characteristics of aggressive behavior problems in children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods: Children and adolescents with ASD, aged 6-18 years, were included in this study. We divided them into two groups according to the presence or absence of aggressive behavior. They were assessed using three scales, the Korean-Child Behavior Checklist (K-CBCL), Behavior Problem Inventory, and Social Communication Questionnaire, which were completed by their parents, who conducted a continuous performance test to evaluate their attention function. The statistical analysis was done using the Mann-Whitney U-test between the two groups at a p-value of 0.05. Results: A total of 17 children participated in this study. Ten children (7 boys, $12.4{\pm}4.27years$) were included in the group with aggressive behavior problems and 7 children (6 boys, $13.8{\pm}3.53years$) in the group without aggressive behavior problems. There were no significant differences in the age, gender or intelligence quotient of the two groups. The children with aggressive behavior problems showed a trend of higher T-scores in the attention problems and anxiety/depressed subscale of the CBLC (p<0.1). Conclusion: The results suggest that aggressive behavior problems in children with ASD may be related to their attention problems, anxiety and depression.

간호학생의 학습성과 달성과 연계된 시뮬레이션 실습 설계와 운영 (Planning and Applying Simulation-based Practice for the Achievement of Program Outcomes in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to plan and apply simulation-based practice for raising the achievement of program outcomes (POs) in nursing students. Methods: Using convenience sampling, 95 nursing students participated in this descriptive study. A self-reported questionnaire was used to measure the achievement of POs (self-directed learning, problem-solving ability, critical thinking) and usefulness of curriculum in addition to observing tracheal suction skills using a checklist. Results: A scenario with a pneumonia patient was developed to observe tracheal suction skills during simulation-based practices. Self-directed learning, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking were then scored. The mean scores of performance skill, self-directed learning, problem-solving ability, critical thinking were $37.82{\pm}6.03$. $3.61{\pm}0.38$, $3.61{\pm}0.33$, and $3.73{\pm}0.32$, respectively. All students passed the simulation-based practice in terms of performance ability and met the required achievement level for the POs at this university. Students with good suction skills showed significant differences in problem identification (p=.044) and alternative development (p=.019), which are components of problem-solving ability, compared to students with only fair skills. Conclusion: These findings indicate that simulation-based practice related to an adult nursing respiratory course was useful for evaluating the achievement of POs in nursing students. Further study is needed to develop a universal method of outcome measurement.

초등학생을 위한 학교부적응 척도 개발 및 타당화 (Development of Techer's Rating Scale of Elementary School Student's School Maladjustment)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생의 학교부적응에 대한 교사보고형 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 초등학교교사의 응답을 통해 50개의 학교부적응 행동을 설정하였다. 하위척도를 확인하기 위하여, 60명의 교사가 240명의 학생의 행동을 평정한 자료에 대해 요인분석을 하였다. 그 결과 공격적 자기중심적 행동, 수업 및 학급규범 일탈행동, 소극적 비사회적 행동, 학교생활 적극적 기피 행동을 확인하였다. 타당도를 확인하기 위하여 120명의 학생자료에 대해 본 연구에서 개발한 척도와 초등학생 문제행동체크리스트(김혜숙, 황매향, 2009)간의 상관을 구하였고, 신뢰도를 확인하기 위하여 120명의 학생자료에 대해 본 척도의 내적합치도와 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 산출하였다. 연구결과 본 연구에서 개발한 초등학생의 학교 부적응에 대한 교사보고형 척도는 타당하고 신뢰로왔다.

  • 한국산업기술진흥원과 울산정보산업진흥원은 첨단 기술이 집약된 ICT융합 전기 추진 스마트 선박을 건조중이며 2022년 실증을 앞두고 있다. 선내 장비 실증을 위해 실증대상장비를 도출하였으며 실증시험 절차서 개발을 위해 우선적으로 선정된 대상장비는 전자해도표시시스템, 선박용 레이더 시스템, 항해기록장치, 선박에너지효율모니터링시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 우선 선정된 실증대상장비 4종에 대해 장비 표준에 기반한 실증절차와 실증시험 체크리스트 및 템플릿에 대해 소개한다.

심부전 환자의 자가간호 증진을 위한 심장일지의 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effects of a Heart Health Diary for Self-Care Enhancement of Patients with Heart Failure)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a heart health diary to promote self-care ability among patients with heart failure (HF), and to identify the diary's effect on self-care adherence, self-efficacy, and physical activity. Methods: A randomized control-group pretest-posttest design was adopted using block randomization. A calender-typed health diary was developed and it included a self-care checklist and education information on HF management. The experimental group were given guided counseling and education for 8 weeks and wrote a daily health diary during that period. Data were collected from the outpatient department of a tertiary medical center from February to April 2016. To verify the hypotheses, data for the experimental group (n=28) and control group (n=33) were analysed using the independent t-test with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: At the end of 8 weeks the experimental group had significantly higher scores for self-care adherence (t=-2.48, p =.016) and exercise related self-efficacy (t=-3.44, p =.001) compared to the control group. Conclusion: The findings show that the application of a patient-directed heart health diary is an effective nursing intervention for improving HF patients' self-care adherence and exercise self-efficacy. Strategies to promote dietary self-efficacy are necessary along with further studies including repeated research with an increasing intervention period. Healthcare providers need to encourage the utilization of a health diary for HF patients as a tool for evaluation and for implementation that leads to self-care.

Fruit and vegetable intakes in relation to behavioral outcomes associated with a nutrition education intervention in preschoolers

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Although a lot of effort has been put into increasing fruit and vegetable intakes in preschool children, vegetable intake in this group is still low. This study investigated whether nutrition education focusing on fruit and vegetable intakes can affect preschoolers' fruit and vegetable intakes as well as their behavioral outcomes. SUBJECTS/METHODS: Thirty-five preschoolers (54.3% boys, n = 19) aged 4-6 years residing in Seoul underwent weekly nutrition education intervention (8 sessions) between May and July 2016. Intakes of fruits and vegetables were measured during pre and post-intervention. At snack time, fresh fruit (150 g) and vegetable (120 g) snacks were distributed to each child by teachers. The remaining portions of the snacks were weighed and recorded for each child. Behavioral outcomes were measured by applying Child behavior checklist 1.5-5 and the Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders. RESULTS: During post intervention, vegetable intake increased from $36.15{\pm}30.64g$ to $48.01{\pm}31.23g$ (P = 0.010). Among the emotional and behavioral problems measured by parents, levels of total problems (P = 0.001), internalizing (P = 0.004), externalizing (P = 0.003), anxiety and depression (P = 0.001), and aggressive behavior (P = 0.005) decreased. Anxiety (P = 0.026) score, as measured by teachers, also decreased. CONCLUSIONS: Nutrition education of preschoolers regarding the intakes of fruits and vegetables had a positive effect on preschoolers' vegetable intake as well as on their emotional and behavioral outcomes. A long-term, large-scale study with a broader study design is warranted to further investigate the role of fruit and vegetable intake in cognitive development and behavior of preschoolers.

심장판막수술 후 프로트롬빈 INR 모니터링형 자가관리프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of a Self-management Program based on Prothrombin INR Monitoring for Patients with Cardiac Valve Replacement)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a self-management program based on INR monitoring for patients with cardiac valve replacement. Methods: This program was comprised of five weekly sessions based on Sousa's Enhance-Behavior Performance Model. The first session included individual teaching, and the other four sessions included Prothrombin Time International Normalized Ratios (PT INR) self-monitoring, telephone counseling and self-management checklist recording. Participants were patients who had cardiac valve replacement. They were randomly assigned to the experimental or control group. Sixteen in the experimental group participated in the self-management program and seventeen in the control group participated in general care. Self-management knowledge, self-efficacy, self-management behavior and PT INR were measured as dependent variables. Data were analyzed using Mann Whitney U-test, t-test and ANCOVA. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher post-test scores in self-management knowledge (t=5.86, p<.001), self-efficacy (F=18.32, p<.001), and self-management behavior (t=3.44, p=.002) compared to the control group. Also, the experimental group showed significantly higher frequency in maintaining the treatment range of PT INR compared to the control group (${\chi}^2=4.80$, p=.028). Conclusion: The results of the research on the self-management program based on PT INR monitoring showed that it is effective in improving self-management knowledge, self-efficacy, and self-management behavior as well as maintaining treatment range of PT INR of patients with cardiac valve replacement.

데이터베이스 암호화 솔루션 구현 및 도입을 위한 기술적 아키텍처 (Technical Architecture for Implementation and Adoption of Database Encryption Solution)

  • 온라인 비즈니스의 활성화와 인터넷 모바일 기기의 발달을 통해, 불특정 다수의 민감한 사용자 데이터가 쉽게 노출 되고 있고, 개방된 비즈니스 환경에서 최근 민감한 개인정보의 유출 이슈가 자주 언급되면서 그 중요도 측면에선 데이터베이스의 보안기술의 도입은 기업의 최우선 과제가 되고 있다. 2011년 정부에서도 정보통신망법 상의 개인정보 보호 강화조치를 법률로 제정 이를 다양한 산업 군에 적용하고 있다. 기업은 개인정보의 보호를 위해 다양한 방안들을 마련해 이러한 규제를 준수하며 내부에 관리중인 개인정보에 대해 보안을 강화하기 위해 빠르게 보안 솔루션을 도입하고 있다. 이에 수많은 민감한 개인의 데이터들이 저장되어 사용되고 있는 데이터베이스 측면에서 이러한 규제를 준수하는 동시에 효과적으로 데이터 보안기술을 확보하기 위한 방안을 보안 아키텍처의 기술적인 측면에서의 구분과 보안 솔루션 도입 시 고려가 되어야 하는 아키텍처와 기능적인 부분들에 대해 본 논문은 제시하였다.

요양병원 간호 인력의 간호행위 수행 실태 (A Survey of the Nursing Activities Performed by Nursing Staffs in Long-term care Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원의 간호 인력의 간호행위 수행 실태를 파악한 조사연구이다. 연구 자료는 설문지를 이용하여 15곳의 요양병원에 근무하는 131명의 간호사를 대상으로 2013년 3월 7일부터 6월 30일까지 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 17.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계 및 t-test, ANOVA를 시행하였다. '간호진단하기', '간호목표 설정하기', '환자평가표 작성'을 제외한 88항목의 간호행위를 다양한 범위 내에서 간호사와 간호조무사가 함께 수행하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 기관의 총 환자 수와 간호사 수에 따라 간호조무사의 간호업무 수행정도는 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.001). 따라서 요양병원의 간호업무 중 위임할 수 있는 업무와 위임할 수 없는 업무를 분류하고, 위임에 대한 알고리즘 개발이 필요하며, 위임에 대한 법적, 제도적 규정을 마련할 필요가 있다.

초등 과학 지도교사의 학생 평가 전문성 인식과 실제에 대한 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Perception and Practice of Elementary Science Teachers' Student Assessment Competency)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등 과학 지도교사 3인의 학생 평가 전문성을 파악하고, 이를 신장시키기 위한 전략적인 방안을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구는 질적 사례 연구 방법으로 진행되었으며, 자료수집을 위해 자기 인식 체크리스트, 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 연구자를 포함한 과정 중심 평가 선도 교원 2인과 초등 과학 교육 전문가 2인의 검토와 합의를 거쳤다. 그 결과, 연구 참여자 3인의 학생 평가 전문성 자기 인식 수준은 비교적 높았지만, 공통적으로 결과 환류 영역의 척도 평균이 가장 낮았다. 또한 연구 참여자들의 학생 평가 전문성은 서로 다른 수준과 특징을 보였으며, 학생 평가 전문성에 대한 인식과 실제의 불일치도 일부 발견되었다. 교사의 학생 평가 전문성 신장을 위해서는 전략적인 지원과 교육이 필요하며, 초등 과학 학생 평가 전문성 자기 진단 도구개발이 선행되어야 할 것이다.
