PL법 대응을 위한 전력케이블의 열 충격 및 절연파괴 특성 (The Properties of Breakdown and Test for Resistance to Cracking of Power Cable for PL Countermeasure)

  • It is impossible to database(DB) the patterns of cable events and cause analysis of faulted cable because the product liability(PL) law have been enforced in Korea, since 2002. In additions, simulation and pattern of cable events are needed for DB system under accelerated deterioration. In this paper, we tested for resistance to nicking of cable below the 22.9kV class due to thermal stresses. This method of exam is following IEC 60811-3-1(Common test methods for insulating and sheathing materials of electric cables). First of all, set the cable in the thermal stress instrument, temperature changed from -20 degree to 120 degree. After thermal stress, we observed a surface crack of cable through microscope and carried out AC withstand voltage test.

  • In this paper, we examined the faulted cable joint through the external form analysis, material analysis, experimental verification and it's cause diagnosis system. It was not observed the voild, sharp material from the external form analysis and material variation. From the experimental verification, the thickness decrease of an insulator decreased ac breakdown strength suddenly and the breakdown traces of the insulator that was damaged by knife displayed elliptic shape. Thus, the faulted cable is assumed to accident that become dielectric breakdown by the deterioration of insulation performance that can happen when work.

  • Induction-heated system is innovative system which applied IH(Induction Heating) magnetic induction heating generated from induction-heated metallic package and high-frequency power circuit technique for thermal converse technique. In this occurs not burning, so that the working environment and deterioration of products can be improved. This technique is used high frequency inverter. By using high frequency inverter high frequency in the range of kHz can be made with conventional alternative current. In this contribution IGBT module is used for high frequency inverter. In this paper are discussed analysis of characteristics according to the each frequency and produced Flat plate induction heating system using 1.5kW-class half-bridge resonant inverter. In addition, operating characteristics of the system to changes in the distance between the coil and the heater, applications of system are also discussed.

  • This test was performed to assess the correlation between insulation diagnostic tests and breakdown voltage strength of the stator winding of 6.6kV class induction motor in insulation deterioration condition which have been in service for 5 years after being installed in 1998. The insulation diagnostic tests include resistance, polarization index(P.I), dissipation factor(${\Delta}tan{\delta}$). maximum partial discharges(Qmax) and AC breakdown test. we evaluated the correlation between insulation diagnostic test and AC breakdown test for stator winding of high voltage induction motor.

고효율 유도가열형 전기온풍기에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Electrical Fan Heater using High Efficiency Induction Heating)

  • A proposed the electrical fan heater using induction heating is innovative system which applied IH(Induction Heating) magnetic induction heating generated from induction-heated metallic package and high-frequency power circuit technique for thermal converse technique. In this occurs not burning, so that the working environment and deterioration of products can be improved. The existing heater that low efficiency by heated resistance or using fossil fuel of coal, diesel, kerosene has problems about burden for high cost price. In this paper are compared efficiency the existing heaters and designed electrical fan heaters using 3[kW]-Class full-bridge resonant inverter. In addition, action analysis and application of system are discussed.

  • The 200 class insulation system which adopted to traction motor have excellent dielectric strength but weaken to thermal stress therefore deterioration phenomena analysis according to thermal stress is necessary. Accelerated thermal aging tests have been used to determine thermal reliability of stator coils used as traction motor in electric multiple unit. The conventional aging test is carried on according to IEC 60034-18-31 and IEEE Std. 275-1992. Variation in insulation resistance, P.I, capacitance, dielectric loss($tan{\delta}$) and partial discharge are measured during the aging cycle. Sample coils for traction motor were tested by accelerated aging test which composed of heat, vibration and moisture. Reliability and expected life were evaluated on the insulation system for traction motor.

  • This test was performed to assess the insulation deterioration condition of the stator winding of 3.3kV class induction motors which have been in service for 15 years after being installed in 1988. The insulation diagnostic tests include resistance, polarization index(P.I). dissipation factor(${\Delta}tan{\delta}$) and maximum partial discharges(Qmax). The results of diagnostic tests were compared to the visual inspection in overhaul.

  • In this Study, we have acquired 5-simulation Fault types Signals of high voltage Motor stator winding using epoxy/mica coupler. In order to know stator winding fault type using fault signals, we have performed feature extraction to apply wavelet transform technique. we have obtained skewness and kurtosis as statistical parameters of fault signal pattern from non deterioration state winding. We have know that 5 fault signals types have done an exponential function pattern shape but individually fault a class widely was different each other a signal waveform of pattern.

설악산 국립공원의 등산로 훼손 및 주연부식생 (Use Impacts on Environmental Deteriorations of and around Trails in Soraksan National Park)

  • 설악산 국립공원의 8개 주요 등산로에 대해 이용강도에 따른 등산로 및 주변 환경훼손상태를 조사하였다. 총 31.9km, 188개 지점에서 등산로 상태를 조사한 바, 등산로폭, 나지노출폭, 최대침식깊이 및 등산로물매는 이용강도에 따른 차이가 인정되었다. 훼손유형의 출현빈도는 뿌리노출, 노출확대, 암석노출, 분기 등의 순이였으며, 이들 지점의 등산로 상태는 건전한 지점과 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 등산로 주변의 환경피해도 4등급 이상인 나지의 면적은 전체 10,864m$^{2}$이며 희운각대피소-무너미고개 구간이 4,560m$^{2}$로서 가장 많이 발생되어 있었다. 주연부 상층식생의 우점종은 신갈나무였고, 하층식생은 계곡부에서 서어나무와 조록싸리, 능선부에서는 서어나무, 털진달래, 미역줄나무가 우점종이었다. 주연부 하층식생의 피도 및 개체수는 특이하게 이용강도가 높은 무너미고개-대청봉 구간에서 가낭 높았으며, 등산로간의 하층식생의 종구성은 대체로 이질적이었다.

대도시 지역의 노후 건축물의 노후 성상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Deteriorations Mechanism of Timeworn Buildings in Seoul)

  • 대도시의 인구 집중화 현상에 의해 1970년대 후반부터 다수의 민간 건축물이 시공되어 왔으며, 존치기간의 증가에 따라 그 구조 성능의 저하가 진행되고 있다. 이들은 현재 노후화가 진전되어 이에 대한 관리와 체계적 정비 계획이 필요한 시점에 이르렀다. 따라서 우리나라 대표적 대도시인 서울시를 중심으로 건축물의 현황 및 노후화 정도와의 상관관계를 정리 분석하고, 효율적인 관리와 체계적인 대책을 수립할 수 있는 근거자료를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 서울시를 중심으로 한 건축물들의 분포 특성과 구조적 열화성상, 그리고 상관관계를 검토하였다 그 결과 구조 형식상 조적조 건축물이 우세하며, 강남에 비해 강북이 낮은 등급이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또, 균열이 가장 큰 열화요인으로 발생 빈도도 70% 이상을 상회하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 구조 형식과 등급, 건물 유형과 등급의 상관관계 분석에서 각각 모두 서로 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 강북 지역에 위치한 건축물들에 대한 구체적인 안전관리 방안과 대책이 필요하며 소규모 건축물에 대한 안전관리 방안도 필요한 것으로 보인다.
