  • In this paper, we proposed an automatic threshold control method for radar warning receiver. Considering the noise level of the environment, this technique can effectively adjust sensitivity level of radar warning receiver and can offer more accurate radar information for aircraft pilot in noisy circumstances.

  • 본 논문에서는 주파수 영역 배열안테나의 계산량을 감소시키기 위한 센서링 부분적응 알고리듬을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리듬은 입력신호를 주파수 영역으로 변환한 후 CFAR(constant false alarm rate) 검파기법을 이용하여 간섭신호가 존재하는 주파수 대역을 찾아내고 이에 해당하는 가중치에 대해서만 적응 신호처리를 수행한다. 이때 CFAR 검파기의 오경보율은 출력신호의 전력 변화량을 이용하여 환경에 맞게 적응적으로 변화시켜서 최적 값으로 설정한다.

  • A procedure of detecting change-points is considered with split linear fitting idea from Hall and Titterington(1992). At each given point, left, central and right linear fits are compared to detect the discontinuities or change-points. A simulation study is done with various types of change models and shows that the suggested technique can be a flexible data-analytic tool.

  • DFT는 보호계전기의 알고리즘이나 디지털 미터에서 필수적으로 사용되고 있다. 그런데 DFT 필터는 시간 영역의 신호를 주파수 영역으로 변환하는 과정에서 시간 정보가 손실된다는 단점이 있기 때문에 이를 개선한 DWT가 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는 광역보호계전 지능화를 위한 네트워크 기반 주파수 모니터링 및 고장예측 시스템 개발을 위한 기초적인 연구로서 전력시스템의 초기고장검출과 고장징후 판단을 DWT의 상세계수 에너지성분의 합에 의하여 모색하였다.

  • This paper proposes a synchronous generator protection algorithm using Discrete Wavelet Transform for detection of fault currents. The proposed technique is implemented by using the C language and the Wavemenu of MATLAB Toolbox, and consists of normal state and internal fault state. The effectiveness of proposed method is demonstrated by MATLAB simulation package for synchronous generator, which collects the balanced and unbalanced fault currents through simulation.

  • Novel computational integral imaging technique with enhanced depth sensitivity is proposed. For each lateral position at a given depth plane, the dissimilarity between corresponding pixels of the elemental images is measured and used as a suppressing factor for that position. Experimental and simulation results show that reconstructed depth image on the incorrect depth plane is effectively suppressed.

  • To track the target trajectory with maneuvers, unknown maneuvering inputs must be estimated. To do this the direct estimation algorithm using generalized least square technique is developed based on the procedure of failure detection and identification(FDI) theory. Through the simulation using maneuvering target scenario, tracking performance and efficiency of the algorithm developed here are investigated.

Kalman Filter has been used to estimate motion information and use the information in predicting the appearance of targets in succeeding frames.   • In this paper we describe a road following method for an autonomous vehicle. From a road image in gray level, a road boundary is detected using a gradient operator, and then the road boundary is converted to orthogonal view of the road showing the vehicle position and heading direction. In this research an efficient road boundary search technique is developed to support real time vehicle control. Also, an obstacle detection method, using images taken from two different positions, has been developed.
