Internet shopping malls have rapidly developed within the economic recession due to changed lifestyle according to digitalization. Furthermore, customers in the 20~30s, the main consumer base of internet shopping malls in Korea, have begun to enjoy the new cultural trend of party culture, thus creating a new fashion market combining party and fashion. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze design characteristics of internet party-wear shopping malls to provide guidelines and to present basic data for design development of party-wear in internet shopping malls. Research method was used by combining literary research with empirical research of analyzing design by capturing pictures of internet party-wear shopping malls. The following conclusion was drawn from research results. First, Party-wear consumption of internet shopping malls is increasing along with the increased sales of clothing fashion products of internet shopping malls. Second, design analysis results regarding 11 internet shopping malls selling party-wear was presented that consumer emotion and trend were combined according to distinct characteristics to display romantic style, romantic style mixed with modern or casual characteristics, sexy, and etc. Third, dress was presented as the most common item with 52.3% in item analysis executed on 588 pictures captured in 11 shopping malls. Ribbon was shown as the most common detail and trimming item, with 28.7%, and corsage and frills were each presented as 13%.

The communication signal for quick cut-off specification is defined as "design to support fast cut-off requirements of all applicable photovoltaic(PV) systems" in NEC 2014, NEC 2017 or the corresponding UL standard regardless of the system configuration. On the other hand, if you look at the domestic regulations related to new and renewable energy, the standards, regulations, and guidelines set by each institution are general, or only the parts necessary for the institution are being established and operated. There are many insufficient points to apply these things to photovoltaic facilities, and there are cases where excessive facilities are installed according to the design, inspection standards of supervisors and inspection agencies, and the skill level of inspectors. The internationally accepted IEC standards deal with various facility standards in detail. In each European country, there are separate facility regulations based on IEC. In particular, the performance and safety of devices are dealt with in detail, and in the case of 'NEC Article 690' applied in North America such as the United States, each item is described in detail. Therefore, in this paper, we will look at the details of the PV shutdown technology that is currently used and applied internationally.

Recently not even government polices but small town decisions are based on the survey data/information, so the most of government agencies/organizations demand various sample surveys in each fields for more detail information. However in conducting the sample survey, nonresponse problem rises very often and it becomes a major issue on judging the accuracy of survey. For that matters, one solution ran be using the administration data. However unfortunately most of administration data are restricted to the common users. The other solution can be the imputation. Therefore several method, of imputation are studied in various fields. In this study, in stead of the simple regression imputation method which is commonly used, factor score regression method is applied specially to the incomplete data which have the unit and item misting values in survey data. Here for simulation study, Consumer Expenditure Surveys in Korea are used.

This study was performed to help on the activation plan the purchase of apparel by shopping(catalog/TV/Internet) through investigating and analyzing elements related with apparel purchasing practice, purchasing satisfaction degree, and information demand. The subjects were 165 housewives residing in Cheongju who had bought apparel through home shopping more than once. The questionnaire survey was conducted from July to August, 2002. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Housewives had most a lot of occasions that purchased clothing through TV shopping among home shopping method. 2) Major clothing items that purchased through home shopping were underwear and casual wear. 3) Satisfaction for apparel product purchased via home shopping was difference partially item wise. 4) Respondents were satisfied with design, color, sewing state, but dissatisfied with size and materials. 5) When purchasing apparel through home shopping, respondents recognized the necessity of information on size, exchange/refund/returned policy, color, design, resolution of the product picture, care of instruction, texture and detail of apparel.

In modern fashion, accessories are recognized as indispensable articles for the completion of a look. Scarf and muffler has attained significance as a main fashion item. The purpose of study was to analyze the motifs of special material for muffler design on special material, and to seek unique and decorative effect using three dimensional method on the flat surfaced textile to give novelty. This study introduced technique of applying embroidery onto special materials such as fur and leather to achieve variety of texture effect. The results are as follows: Six designs were proposed. Each work has different detail and silhouette, and the unique motif design using embroidery with cotton, nylon, and bead on fur, leather, wool, and satin. This will be a method to develop value-added products in fashion and formative arts.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of historical costume style and painting on Vivienne Westwood design. For this purpose, the costume style after 16C and the rococo painting of 18C are researched. And through Westwood's recent designs, the external form and internal symbol are compared. The results of this study were as follows : 1. From Renaissance, Rococo, Crinoline, Bustle, S style were showed on Westwood design. 2. In external method, historical costume styles were expressed by silhouette, detail, costume item, textile and various cuttings. 3. In the case of painting, it focused on Rococo painting of 18C. Costumes in painting were realized or painting itself were used for textile. 4. Most of her design was cut in the round rather than in the flat, bold cutting and slash were employed. 5. These works are symbolizing the harmony of tradition and future, at the same time through the transformation of orthodox style, containing ridicule to the authority and a challenge to society as well as sex. These results let us know that Westwood is versatile to transform the history and harmonize the tradition and 20C Fashion successfully. (Korean J Human Ecology 2(1):129∼141, 1999)

To investigate the relationship between the College Entrance Examination (CEE) exams and high school teaching-learning, we conducted a questionnaire survey and collected 2439 valid questionnaires with 16000 teachers involved. This paper discusses the topic with data gathered from the survey, and statistics on CEE examinations over the past few years. The following three questions will be addressed in detail: 1. As a talent selection test for colleges, can the CEE exams single out the elite students in high school? 2. Should the testing objectives of the CEE exams match the teaching objectives in high school so as to have a positive backwash effect on high school teaching and learning? 3. How do teachers assess the CEE exams from the angles of test structure, the functions of individual item types, reforms on test difficulties, and its actual checking effects?

FAA AC120-40B Level D flight dynamics model for T-50 Full Mission Trainer was successfully developed. Since AC120-40B Level D requires the quantitative validation tests for simulation model compared with flight test data, T-50 flight test data for each validation test item was gathered, and also automatic test environments which include AFT (Automatic Fidelity Tester) and STA (Simulation Test Analyzer) were developed. The final test results after the iterative test-tuning processes were all within the tolerances specified in AC120-40B Level D. Qualification Test Guide, QTG contains the detail test processes and results.

Although telephone surveys are an attractive alternative to household interviews it is important to determine whether the data collected by the two methods are comparable. To answer this question, findings from the telephone survey literatures are examined in the view point of i) direct effect which means expressions of preference of the interview detail of answers on open questions and item missing data rates ii) statistical estimates and iii) differences of interviewers and data collection modes. Differences are explained by social desirability effects on the telephone, cognitive ability of the survey question, and mode effects and interviewer effects.

Presented in this paper is the development of an product cost estimation system at the product design stage. The efficient cost estimation function at the design stage is essential for the cost reduction activities through the entire product life cycle. For this purpose, it is necessary to establish a systematic working procedure, and to develop information system for managing a great deal of production and product-related data required for the cost estimation. The developed system has the capability of estimating a cost of assembly type products as well as unit-item type products. As proposed system is based on the variant approach, it can be used easily at an early design stage without the need for detail design information. Also, this system is integrated with legacy PDM (Product Data Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for fast. accurate and easy product cost estimation. The estimated cost includes material cost, overhead cost as well as labor cost.
