공간 경험에 관한 다차원 통합모델과 공간디자인 조형간의 상관성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the relationship between the multi dimensional integrative model of space experience and space design)

  • This paper aims to provide a multi-dimensional integrative model that can give a comprehensive account for human space experience. Human space experience is too complicated phenomenon, so space designer need to understand about mechanism of space cognition. From psychological point of view, I analyze the mechanism that is based on emotional reaction. This model consist of three dimensions: sensory, reflexive, and reflective dimension. Assuming this model, we have attempt the typological analysis to the space by studying human space experience. Finally, the outcome provides how space designer use this effect for application of human experience.

고온고습 전원인가 시험에서 Cl에 의한 이온 마이그레이션 불량 (Chlorine effect on ion migration for PCBs under temperature-humidity bias test)

  • By the trends of electronic package to be more integrative, the fine Cu trace pitch of organic PCB is required to be a robust design. In this study, the short circuit failure mechanism of PCB with a Cl element under the Temperature humidity bias test ($85^{\circ}C$/85%RH/3.5V) was examined by micro-structural study. A focused ion beam (FIB) and an electron probe micro analysis (EPMA) were used to polish the cross sections to reveal details of the microstructure of the failure mode. It is found that $CuCl_x$ were formed and grown on Cu trace during the $170^{\circ}C$/3hrs and that $CuCl_x$ was decomposed into Cu dendrite and $Cl_2$ gas during the $85^{\circ}C$/85%RH/3.5V. It is suggested that Cu dendrites formed on Cu trace lead to a short circuit failure between a pair of Cu traces.

  • Korea achieved compressed growth through rapid industrialization. However, the housing policy of this period was driven by the provision of large scale public rental housing and redevelopment of residential areas, resulting in community collapse and social exclusion. Meanwhile, Korean society needs new housing types and management methods as housing demand varies due to low birthrate, aging, and growing numbers of single-person households. Therefore, in order to realize social integration community that solves these problems by themselves, it is necessary to plan housing that can enhance community in residential space. In this reason, the purpose of this study is to derive the characteristics of social integration plan of community housing which is supplied mainly in the metropolitan area. Accordingly, the subjects of this study were housing cases designed to enhance social integration by promoting community activation in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is necessary to flexibly apply the type and range of community housing. Second, It is needed to have a housing plan considering various characteristics of resident community. Third, social integrated community housing requires not only physical planning, but also mechanism to operate it.

  • 'Multi-scale mass-deployable cooperative robots' is a next generation robotics paradigm where a large number of robots that vary in size cooperate in a hierarchical fashion to collect information in various environments. While this paradigm can exhibit the effective solution for exploration of the wide area consisting of various types of terrain, its technical maturity is still in its infant state and many technical hurdles should be resolved to realize this paradigm. In this paper, we propose to develop new design and manufacturing methodologies for the multi-scale mass-deployable cooperative robots. In doing so, we present various fundamental technologies in four different research fields. (1) Adaptable design methods consist of compliant mechanisms and hierarchical structures which provide robots with a unified way to overcome various and irregular terrains. (2) Soft composite materials realize the compliancy in these structures. (3) Multi-scale integrative manufacturing techniques are convergence of traditional methods for producing various sized robots assembled by such materials. Finally, (4) the control and communication techniques for the massive swarm robot systems enable multiple functionally simple robots to accomplish the complex job by effective job distribution.

EMDR 통합 집단치료가 간호대학원생의 우울, 불안, PTSD, 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과 (EMDR-IGTP on the Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress, and Self-esteem of Graduate Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 EMDR 통합 집단치료가 간호대학원생의 우울, 불안, 외상 후 스트레스, 및 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 유사 실험연구로서 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 이용하였다. 연구대상자는 C 대학 석, 박사과정에 재학 중인 간호대학원생 50명(실험군=22명, 대조군=28명)이며, 실험군은 총 8주간 8회기의 EMDR-IGTP에 참여하였고, 대조군은 연구종료 후 희망자에 한하여 EMDR-IGTP을 제공하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계, ${\chi}^2-test$와 Independant t-test로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 8주 후 EMDR-IGTP에 참여한 실험군은 대조군에 비해 불안(t=-2.50, p<.05)과 자아존중감(t=20.78, p<.01)에서 통계적으로 유의하게 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 EMDR-IGTP은 간호대학원생의 불안 감소와 자아존중감 증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 입증되었다. 추후 연구대상자를 확대하여 프로그램의 효과의 기전을 파악하는 후속 연구를 제언하였다.

중의학 논문에 나타난 유방암의 연구 동향에 대한 고찰 - 중의학 논문을 중심으로 - (Recent Studies of Breast Cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine Journals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to research trends in the study of breast cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and to establish the further direction for its study. Methods: We reviewed TCM papers published in the last 29 years (1979-2008). Results: 1. We researched 49 papers and the patterns of study were as follows: in vitro studies were 27 papers (55.1%), in vivo studies were 9 papers (18.4%) and clinical studies were 19 papers (38.8%). 2. In vitro studies on breast cancer research in TCM were focused on cytotoxicity (17 papers) and apoptosis (8 papers). Most of in vivo studies (6 papers) were done for the purpose of inducing growth suppression of tumor cell after administration of the test drug. Each drug acted on this effect through various types of mechanism. 3. Unlike in vitro and in vivo studies, clinical studies on growth suppression of tumor cell were rare (4 papers). Most of the studies were focused on reduction of side effect of chemotherapy or synergistic effect with chemotherapy (7 papers), immune regulation (7 papers), and improvement of quality of life (6 papers). 4. Among the treatment method we reviewed, 'Runing Ⅱ(Ⅱ號方)' was the only medication that further studied as clinical trial after experimental study. 5. Since almost all studies have defects like poorly designed model or insufficient data description, it was difficult to make any definite conclusion about these studies. Conclusion: More subsequent clinical studies based on experimental study will be needed afterwards. Strict and high-level study design with detailed description will be needed in further study.
