미국의 지역간 의료이용의 변이 연구: 비판적 검토와 함의 (Research on Geographic Variations in Health Services Utilization in the United States: A Critical Review and Implications)

  • This paper critically reviews three decades of research on geographic variations. in health services utilization in the United States, thereby drawing policy and research implications for Korea. The recent renewed interest in variations research in the United States, precipitated by studies on regional variations in Medicare expenditures, stems mainly from the policy implication that a substantial amount of Medicare expenditures could be saved without compromising quality and access. From the research perspective, this policy implication was made tenable by integrating micro- and macro-level analysis of variations in health services utilization. Still, theoretical limitations inherent in the research pose great challenges to developing effective strategies at the health system level. Variations research in the United States can serve as a case study as to how health services research has responded to efficiency and quality issues in an ever expanding health system Considering the current health policy and research environment in Korea, the following implications can be drawn. Variations research will help formulate a national policy agenda for health care quality and also advance the framework of approaches to health policy issues. For such purposes, both relevant descriptive and hypothesis-testing studies are needed. Further advancement in variations research will require interdisciplinary explorations and methodological sophistication. To the extent that Korean health policies will strive to achieve complex goals, variations research will increasingly prove to be useful.

이러닝 학습성과에 미치는 영향 관계 분석에 관한 연구 (A study of an analysis into effects and relations on learning performance from e-learning)

  • The objective of this study is to seek ways to maximize learning effects from e-learning by drawing improvement directions through investigating and analyzing an awareness of e-learning among e-learning attendees. The study was conducted among the attendees who are taking the e-learning program operated by K University and collected data from the students taking second semester in 2018 with the use of structured questionnaires. For data processing, SPSS Statistics 22.0 and AMOS were used, along with such analytical methods as frequency anslysis, descriptive statistical analysis, ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), t-analysis and cross tabulation. For significant data, it conducted an analysis by carrying out the Scheffe's test. According to the findings from this study, they showed a significant difference only in gender and curriculum desired to be opened in the question about e-learning participation motives per background factor. As for the learners' motives to study, it was confirmed that they tend to become more biased on time utilization and convenience of learning methods. The analysis of which factor of the three - learning factors, system factors and instructor's factors - has greatest effects on learning satisfaction indicated that learning factors influenced learning satisfaction the most in accordance with values for non-standard coefficient beta, followed by instructor factors which had a direct effect.

초등학교 5학년 학생의 자연수 혼합계산에서 나타난 오류에 관한 연구

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate 5th graders' performance for mixed operational problem. For this purpose. two kinds of studies were conducted: a descriptive study by pencil and paper tests(32 problems) and a clinical study by interviews. The conclusions drawn from the results obtained in this study were as follows: First, students were highly scored in pencil and paper tests(M=85.25%). But that score is not up to scratch. Because the problem was composed of simple calculations and if students calculate problems from only let side, they gel 75% right answer, etc. Second, most of students solved mixed operational problems by text-based way, but some students solved flexibly. There are several error types. The main error type is students' following the wrong order of calculations. Some students have obstacles to express their thought with numerical expressions. So they make errors. Third, students solve mixed operational problems with various strategies. For examples, they solve problems by describing calculation procedures, drawing lines to indicate the order of calculations, carrying out two numerical expressions, etc.

공학 분야의 학문융합교육 가능성 분석 (A Study on The Possibility of The Convergence Education In Engineering)

  • This study aims to identify on the possibility of the convergence education in engineering. Delphi survey on a panel of experts was chosen to be the main methodology for this study, drawing the main factors of convergence education in engineering. From Oct. 10 to Nov. 25, 2013, a three-round Delphi survey was implemented to collect data. A panel of eighteen experts were involved in this survey. For statistical processing, descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were carried out along with internal reliability test on the survey instrument. First, the possible convergence of disciplines in engineering were found to Design, Industrial design, ICT, Health care services, Video media, Business and Administration, Organizational psychology, Sociology, Humanities and Aesthetics. Second, the convergence education factors to be most important demanded creativity, idea generation techniques such as the expression of thought communication skills, technical expertise in the field per line, understanding of basic knowledge, verification of common elements among different disciplines, understanding of other disciplines fusion in engineering, artistry and imagination, etc. Third, requirements for the talented person of convergence were the open mind and enthusiasm, creative imagination, accept the opinions of others, skills capacity as a creative expression, and challenges. Above-mentioned requirements are found to be the necessary elements for convergence education.

산후여성의 임신중 요통, 요통장애와 분만중 통증에 관한 연구 (A Study on Back Pain, Pain Disability, and Labour Pain of Postpartum Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to look into back pain, pain disability, labour pain, and related areas of pain experienced by postpartum women. Method: A survey about pain including a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Oswestry pain disability, and pain drawing was used in a descriptive research method on 98 women 2-3 days after delivery. Result: 57.1% of those surveyed reported experiencing back pain before pregnancy. 75.5% reported experiencing back pain during pregnancy. The average starting time of back pain for pregnant women was 2.9 months into pregnancy. 48.8% reported the most severe back pain in the last trimester of pregnancy, while most women complained of left and right pubic pain and lumbar area pain during pregnancy. Statistical relations were calculated and menstrual symptoms (F=5.938, p=0.004), back pain prior to pregnancy (F=4.714, p=0.000), back pain during pregnancy (F=-3.429, p=0.001), and back pain disability prior to pregnancy (F=-1.994). Conclusion: There is a relation in postpartum women's back pain between back pain prior to pregnancy and back pain during pregnancy. Pelvic examinations early in pregnancy can determine if back pain will change for the worse or relapse. Therefore, the application of a pain relieving nursing intervention is needed.

보건소 호스피스완화케어 서비스를 제공받는 재가 말기암 환자의 삶의 질 구조분석 (Structural Analysis on Quality of Life for Terminal Cancer Patients provided Hospice and Palliative Care Services in Community Health Centers)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the predictors of quality of life (QOL) for terminal cancer patients admitted into the community health center, and to establish a hypothetical model to explain and verify causative relationships among the variables. Methods: Data were collected from January 2015 to June 2016. Participants were 237 registered patients in Busan Metropolitan City hospice & palliative care center. The descriptive and correlation statistics were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0, and the structural equation modeling procedure was performed using the AMOS 24.0 program. Results: The results of this study showed that the physical symptoms of terminal cancer patients were the most direct factors affecting the QOL, and satisfaction with health care services has a direct effect on the QOL. Conclusions: The study contributes to drawing up measures to improve QOL for terminally ill cancer patients who are living in the end-of-life section of the community by revealing the causal relationship to the QOL for terminal cancer patients.

고등학교 생명 과학 I의 지필평가 문항 분석 (An Analysis of Paper and Pencil Test Items of Life Science I in High School)

  • 이 연구는 고등학교 생명 과학 I의 지필평가 실태를 조사하기 위하여 일반계 고등학교 10개교를 임의로 선정하여 2013학년도 생명 과학 I의 문제지 33부(선택형 문항 690개, 서답형 문항 162개)를 분석하였다. 문항에 대해서는 Bloom의 신 교육목표 분류체계의 틀과 국가수준 학업성취도 평가의 과학과 평가틀에 근거하여 분류하였다. 선택형 문항의 경우 실제 정답률과 이원목적분류표에 제시된 난이도를 비교하였고, 서답형 문항의 경우 문항유형에 따른 문항 수와 배점을 비교하였다. 서답형 문항 중 서술형 문항에 대해서는 반응의 허용 정도, 자료 제시 여부, 출제 형식에 따라 구분하였다. 지필평가 문항 분석 결과, 서답형 문항의 비율이 19.0%로 선택형 문항의 비율(81.0%)보다 낮았다. Bloom의 신 교육목표 분류체계에 의한 분석 결과, 지식 차원에서 '개념적 지식'에 해당되는 문항이, 인지과정 차원에서 '이해하다'에 해당되는 문항이 많았다. 국가수준 학업성취도 평가의 과학과 평가틀에 의한 분석에서 '지식' 영역에 해당되는 문항이 '탐구' 영역에 해당되는 문항보다 약 9배 많았다. 선택형 문항에서 이원목적분류표에 제시된 난이도와 실제 정답률을 비교한 결과, 일치하는 비율은 41.5%였다. 서답형 문항의 유형에 따른 문항 수의 비율을 비교한 결과, 단답형 문항의 비율이 34.0%였고, 그리기 문항은 '세포와 생명의 연속성' 단원에서 주로 출제가 되었다. 서술형 문항에서 반응의 허용 정도에 따라 분류한 결과, 모두 '응답 제한형'에 해당되었고, 그 중 '내용범위 제한형'(67.3%)에 해당되는 문항이 가장 많았다. 그리고 자료 제시여부에 따라 분류한 결과 '자료 제시형'(65.4%)에 해당되는 문항이, 출제 형식에 따라 분류한 결과 '지식 서술형'(80.4%)에 해당되는 문항이 가장 많았다. 이 연구 결과를 통하여 학교 현장에서 '탐구' 영역에 해당되는 문항을 더 많이 출제할 필요가 있으며, 서술형 문항의 실제적 비중을 높이면서, 다양한 유형으로 출제할 필요가 있다고 생각된다.

  • 본 논문의 목적은 해양클러스터를 구축하기 위한 정책방안을 제시하여 우리나라 항만의 글로벌 경쟁력 향상을 도모하고 정책적 제안을 통해 국가경제발전을 위한 국가경영의 적용에 있다. 이 연구의 기여는 우리나라가 세계적인 SPLC를 조성하여 국가경영차원의 SPL 정책개발을 통해 궁극적으로 국가경제발전에 이바지함에 있다. 연구방법론은 HFP, KJ, SWOT 방법론, 기술적 연역법으로 구성된 통합적 접근법이다. SPLC의 전략적 방안은 공간적집적화, ICT집적화, ICT교류 및 ET기회확대, DT/ICT서비스 통합화, SPL의 통합서비스제공 및 조직적인 정책을 이행하는 것이다. SPLC의 전략적 구축방안을 구체적으로 이행하기 위해서는 추진 주체의 선정이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 민 관 학 연의 민관공동기구의 설립이 가장 바람직하다고 판단되며, 실무상 국가 경영차원의 조직적 정책지원방안의 추진이 수반되어야 한다. 본 연구를 강화하기 위해서는 고부가가치의 블루오션분야 개발관점에서 해양클러스터를 동반한 오프쇼어 부문의 보완 전향적인 연구가 필요하다.

간호대학생의 자기효능감, 사회적지지 및 자아탄력성이 현실충격에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Efficacy, Social Support, and Ego-Resiliency on Reality Shock of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 현실충격 정도와 자기효능감, 사회적지지, 자아탄력성 간의 관계를 알아보고 현실충격에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구결과 자기효능감, 사회적지지, 자아탄력성은 현실충격과 상관관계가 있었다. 회귀분석 결과 자기효능감, 사회적지지, 자아탄력성은 현실충격을 27.1% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 자기효능감, 사회적지지, 자아탄력성이 현실충격에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 확인되어 간호대학생의 현실충격을 완화하기 위해서 자기효능감, 사회적지지, 자아탄력성을 고려한 프로그램 개발 및 지원방안을 모색하는 것이 필요하다. 추후 간호대학생의 현실충격에 대한 관심을 높이고 연구결과를 일반화하기 위해 조사대상을 확대하여 추가 연구가 필요하다.

한국 정부간행물 참고서비스의 질측정에 관한 연구 (Evaluation of Reference Service for Korean Government Publications)

  • The proper evaluation of reference services requires qualitative approach as well as quantitative one. The quality of a reference service can be evaluated by how promptly and accurately a librarian responds to the user's questions and also by how much the user is satisfied with the librarian's overall performance in providing the answer. In this study, the reference service of an university library was evaluated by the following procedure : 1. Identification of a group of the most frequently referred Korean government publications through two pre-tests of user surveys. 2. Preparation of 130 questions of bibliographic and factual type from the above publications. 3. Selection of 30 questions which can be answered from the collection of the evaluated library. 4. Mimic requests of reference service by 5 proxies trained on the unobtrusive test method with 30 questions asked at various times of the day and on various days of the week during a period of 5 months. 5. Drawing up of response sheets (by proxies) with descriptive comments on library staffs' question administration, response, attitude, etc. 6. Preparation and coding of data tabulation sheets and final analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows : 1. The user serveys showed that needs for the library service for government publications were great. The $80\%$ of the government publications users were visiting more than two organizations for access to information and the $37\%$ were getting information directly from the publishers. 2. The librarians of the evaluated library could give correct answers to $53\%$ of 30 (bibliographic and factual) guestions. 3. The correctness of answer was independent of the length of the time spent the librarians. The librarians' grasp of the questions and direction of approach determined the success or failure of the service. 4. The librarians relied too much on the reference library catalog which doesn't include many of the government publications of their own collection. 5. The $79\%$ of the failure of the service were due to the librarians' lack of knowledge as to the information source for government publications and the unsystematic method of approach to it.
