시뮬레이션 기반 함정 개발을 위한 함정 제품모델 및 관리시스템 개발 (Development of a Naval Ship Product Model and Management System)

  • The Korean navy has made many efforts to apply the concepts of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and M&S to its naval design and production. However, most of the efforts that have being applied to some acquisition processes, focused only on the element technologies without information models and data frameworks. This study discusses an information model of naval ships for advanced naval acquisitions. We introduce a naval ship product model, and it refers to the DPD (Distributed Product Description) concept of SBA (Simulation-Based Acquisition). To realize the product model concept, we design a data architecture and develop a Product Model Management System (PMMS) based on a PDM System. It is validated through the case study of building the product model of the battle ship that the PMMS has the applicability to effectively manage the naval ship acquisition data on the basis of a 3D product model.

An Ontology Driven Mapping Algorithm between Heterogeneous Product Classification Taxonomies

  • Semantic Web and its related technologies have been opening the era of information sharing via Web. In the meantime, there are several huddles to overcome toward the new era and one of the major huddles is information integration issue unless we build and use a single unified but huge ontology which address everything in the world. Particularly in e-business area, information integration problem must be a great concern in search and comparison of products from various internet shopping sites and e-marketplaces. To overcome such an information integration problem, we propose an ontology driven mapping algorithm between heterogeneous product classification and description frameworks. We also perform comparative evaluation of the proposed mapping algorithm against a well-known ontology mapping tool, PROMPT.

  • 본 연구는 도자 제품의 디자인분석에서 종래의 주관적 감성적 디자인분석이 아닌 정량 적, 객관적인 방법을 제시하기 위하여 모던 디자인에서 그로피우스의 찻주전자와 포스트모던 디자인의 솟사스(Sottsass)의 화병을 분석샘플로, 선정하였으며, 분석을 위해 홍익대학교 미술대학의 김복영 교수가 연구 개발한 분석 모델을 적용하여 산술적 비례산출을 한 후에 정보이론 미학자인 세넌(Shannon)의 정보 값 산출 방정식에 대입해서 정량적 분석 절차에 의해 정보 값을 산출하고 정량 화하여 모던 디자인과 포스트모던 디자인의 양식 적 특성을 형태 기술을 중심으로 객관적, 정량적으로 비교 및 해석 기술하는데 목적을 두었으며, 참고로 고대 그리스의 화병을 두 양식과 비교해보기 위해 분석 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 적용된 분석모델과 분석절차가 도자 제품 디자인 과정에서 디자인의 조형요소 중 형태에 대하여 소비자 행동조사와 연계해 신제품 개발이나 출시된 기존 제품의 형태 디자인에 적용할 수 있도록 검증하는 연구가 계속된다면 평가도구로서의 역할이 기대된다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 의류 상품평 내용과 소비자 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Contents and Consumers' Recognition of Clothing Product Evaluation Statements in the Internet Apparel Shopping Mall)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze contents of clothing product evaluation statements in the internet shopping mall and to discover consumers' recognition and evaluation of it. The data were collected from 151 consumers' statements in the four internet apparel shopping malls and a questionnaire was developed to measure consumers' recognition of clothing product evaluation statements. The questionnaire was administrated 272 consumers over 18 years old. The results of this study were as follows; First, The contents of clothing product evaluation statements in the internet shopping blog, were divided into three categories which were product, service and consumer buying decision process. Product category include evaluation of clothing product, description of difference between real product and product on the screen, and advice of uses. Service category include quickness and kindness in delivery, store preference for good service. For consumer buying decision process, motivation of purchasing, perceived risk, expression of satisfaction from good buying and canvassing for purchasing were included. Second, consumer recognized that clothing product evaluation statements has function of furnishing information, confirmation of purchasing decision, risk reduction of internet shopping, and interesting entertainment. Consumers also were dependent on product evaluation statements for making purchasing decision. And it was trusted by consumers. This recognition & evaluation were correlated with consumer's clothing product knowledge, involvement, risk perception of internet shopping, experiences of internet shopping. Managerial implications are provided for internet shopping mall.

FCDD 기반 웨이퍼 빈 맵 상의 결함패턴 탐지 (Detection of Defect Patterns on Wafer Bin Map Using Fully Convolutional Data Description (FCDD) )

  • To make semiconductor chips, a number of complex semiconductor manufacturing processes are required. Semiconductor chips that have undergone complex processes are subjected to EDS(Electrical Die Sorting) tests to check product quality, and a wafer bin map reflecting the information about the normal and defective chips is created. Defective chips found in the wafer bin map form various patterns, which are called defective patterns, and the defective patterns are a very important clue in determining the cause of defects in the process and design of semiconductors. Therefore, it is desired to automatically and quickly detect defective patterns in the field, and various methods have been proposed to detect defective patterns. Existing methods have considered simple, complex, and new defect patterns, but they had the disadvantage of being unable to provide field engineers the evidence of classification results through deep learning. It is necessary to supplement this and provide detailed information on the size, location, and patterns of the defects. In this paper, we propose an anomaly detection framework that can be explained through FCDD(Fully Convolutional Data Description) trained only with normal data to provide field engineers with details such as detection results of abnormal defect patterns, defect size, and location of defect patterns on wafer bin map. The results are analyzed using open dataset, providing prominent results of the proposed anomaly detection framework.

온라인 쇼핑에서 소지자가 지각하는 제품 정보 중요성의 비중 (The Perceived Importance Weight of Product Information Cues in E-Shopping)

  • 본 연구의 주요주제는 온라인으로 제시되는 정보의 품질이다. 특히 제품의 태나 맞음새 등의 제품 품질이 불완전하게 평가될 수밖에 없는 의류제품의 온라인 쇼핑의 경우 제시되는 제품의 정보가 구매결정에 매우 중요한 단서가 된다. 온라인 제품정보에 대한선행연구가 주로 정보의 수량에 치우친 반면 본 연구에서는 중요성의 가중치로 제품정보의 품질을 알아보았다. 또한 이러한 과정에서 의류제품의 범주나 소비자들의 관여 정도가 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 실증적 연구를 위하여 13가지의 정보가 선정되었고 복종의 영향을 알아보기 위해 청바지와 티셔츠를 판매하는 상황을 가정 한 웹페이지가 설계되었다. 125명의 미국대학생들이 실험연구에 참여하였다. 연구결과 복종에 관계없이 중요한 기준들은 가중치 순서대로 사이즈, 가격, 스타일, 색상, 치수, 재고유무, 제품품질로 나타났다. 섬유조성, 직조방법, 개인화 등의 정보는 복종에 따라 중요도의 가중치가 다른 정보였다. 소비자의 의복관여는 복종에 따라 제품정보의 가중치에 다른 영향을 주었는데 티셔츠의 경우 고관여소비자는 재고유무정보에 보디-민감하며 재고유무와 사이즈 정보에는 덜 민감하였다. 청바지의 경우 고관여소비자는 섬유조성과 색상정보에 민감한 반면 직조방법이나 가격에는 상대적으로 덜 민감한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 이 설계 과정은 보통의 더지탈 하아드웨어 담계에 복합 기계 개념을 응용한 일설계 기법을 소개한 것이다. 이 과정은 계산기용 소프트웨어 설계의 경우와 마찬가지로 새 시스템을 흐름도에 의해 표현시키는 것으로 부터 시작되며, 이어서 흐름도를 분해하여 발산형 요소를 얻고, 이 발산형 요소를 근거로 소기계를 작성하게 되는데, 이렇게 소기계의 작성이 끝나게 되면. 이번에는 통합 과정을 통해서 복합체와 지시기를 만들고, 논리자로를 완척함으로써 전휴의 설계 과정을 완료하게 된다. This is an introduction to an art of digital hardware design using polymachine image as a target structure of the product. As in the case of software design of a computer, the design process begins with a sketch of planned system in flow chart description and the flow charts is partitioned into divergent elements. Each of the element machine is derived from those divergent elements. We can build a complete digital system with the preparation of an index, and a polymer of these element machines.

기록물 전거레코드 기술 요소의 자동생성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Archival Authority Record Elements for Automatic Organization and Production)

  • 본 연구는 기록물전거레코드 자동생성을 위하여 전자문서시스템에서 전거레코드 관련 요소를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 기록물 생산자 전거레코드인 ISAAR(CPF)와 호주 기록관리 메타데이터 표준 RMSCA를 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 기록물관리시스템인 전자문서시스템과 자료관시스템을 살펴보았다. 연구결과로 전자문서시스템의 전자결재 기능과 시스템 운영 관리기능을 통해 전거레코드 기술 요소를 자동 생성하도록 제안하였고 전자문서시스템에서 자동 생성되지 않는 기능은 전거시스템 및 아키비스트의 역할, 그리고 기술규칙 제정을 통해 제안하였다.

학교급식 식재료 분류 및 품질속성체계 표준화 방안 연구 (Standardization of Ingredient Classification and Quality Attributes of at School Foodservices)

  • The purpose of this study was to standardize ingredients used by school foodservices. This study analyzed the current notation of ingredients in used by used in school foodservices through the NEIS system employed by school foodservices of elementary schools through high schools in South Korea. Specifically, this study suggests systemized standardization of ingredient classification and quality attributes of at school foodservices by applying a case study analysis. The findings from the case analysis of the Electronic Procurement System operator are as follows. Classifications for ingredients of the NEIS system used by school food services consisted of included food group, food name, detailed food name, and description. Classification was not clearly divided between the classification scheme and the attribute system. Therefore, food group, food name, and product information of each food should be categorized as the classification scheme, whereas the detailed food name (excluding product information) and description should be standardized as the attribute system, which is composed of required attributes, recommended attributes, and other attributes. This study suggests that system standardization should be carried out in the field of school foodservices, as advancements between distributors and school food service providers could affect food ingredient quality. Thus, standardization can influence purchase and distribution in many ways.
