Objectives: This study aims at grasping the socio-demographic variable, safety education experience, personality type and accident experience and analyzing if the personality type influences on the accident experience. Methods: For 330 third-year students at one middle school located at Gyeonggi-Do, questionnaire survey was performed on 16th, October, 2010. Excepting data of 19 students poor in contents, 311 students' data were analyzed. Results: The results of analysis are like followings. 1. As for relation between the socio-demographic variable and accident experience, it showed statistical significance in sex and how to go to school. And there was no statistical significance in parents' job, educational level of parents, residential type, school record and allowance. 2. As for relation between safety education experience and accident experience, safety education doing school than family lowered accident incidence outstandingly. When safety education frequency increased one time, possibility to experience accident decreased to 30%. 3. As for relation between 4 personality types of MBTI and accident experience, Thinking(T) experienced accident more than Feeling(F). Moreover, it showed difference in accident type and injuried degree. This results were statistically significant. As the result of analyzing the injuried degree by sex only in Thinking(T) and Feeling(F), female students had statistically significant difference. Conclusions: Health care providers should develop school safety programs by characteristics of personality.
This article examined relationships between selected variables, such as demographic background, care, treatment variables, environmental characteristics, and patient's daily behavior and mood change. Relationship were determined between independent variabltherapeutic-rapeutie approach, demographic data, environmental management approach-,and dependent variable-patient's daily behavioral and mood change. 35 patients selected within some criteria in a psychiatric ward, were obserbed during 5 weeks by use of Wyatt's Behavior & Mood Rating Scale ac-cording to the object of the study. At the same time, the frequence of the care and treatment were collected. Criteria for sample selection and independent variables as an influential factor to the patient behavioral change, based on a literature revienw and clinical experiences. Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to determine the influfntial factors to the patient behavioral change. Systematic reading (r=.8324), Psychiatrist's individual interview (r=.5764), tranquilizer (r=.3441) and hospitalization processing date (r=.4143) were related with patient's behavioral change. That is these 4 variables can be said to influence to the patient's behavior and mood. A stepwise multiple regression analysis of the effect of the independent varibles of systematic reading, psychintrists individual interview, tranquilizer and hospitalization processing date on the dependent variable, patient's behavioral change was carried out. Systematic reading with on R²of. 69 revealed to be the main influential factor to the patient's behavior and mood change, as the next factor psychiatrist individual interview. A total inclusion of these factors revealed a 73% prediction for the patient's behavior and mood change. But the most influential factor was the interaction of the systematic reading and psychiatrist's individual interview.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of parent-child communication, and the self-efficacy of middle school students on school adjustment. The data was collected from 285 middle school students living in Kwangju. For statistical analysis, Cronbach' $\alpha$, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's multiple Comparison Analysis, LSD and hierarchical regression analysis were used. The results were summarized as follows : concerning connections between demographic variables and parent-child communication, the education of the father made the most significant difference, followed by living standard, free time for communication with the father, and free time for communication with the mother. The level of communication with parent made a significant difference to each sub-factor of school adjustment. As a result of making a hierarchical regression analysis to find out the relative impact of the demographic variables on school adjustment, self-efficacy was identified as the most important variable and predictor of school adjustment. The independent variables exercised a different influence on the sub-factors of school adjustment. These results indicated that adolescent's self-efficacy is the most important variable to improve the school adjustment of students.

Objectives: Stillbirth is a common adverse pregnancy outcome that represents a distressing and traumatic event for women and their partners. The aim of this study was to identify factors associated with stillbirth in ever-pregnant women in Nepal. Methods: This study utilized the individual women's dataset from the Nepal Demographic and Health Survey, conducted in 2016. The dependent variable of interest was whether women had at least 1 stillbirth during their lifetime. The associations between independent variables and the dependent variable of the study were analyzed using a multiple logistic regression model. Results: Among 8918 ever-pregnant women aged 15-49 years, 488 had experienced at least 1 stillbirth during their lifetime, representing 5.5% of the total. After adjusting each factor for the confounding effects of other factors, maternal age, maternal education, place of residence, and sub-region remained significantly associated with having experienced stillbirth. Conclusions: Stillbirth continues to be a major problem among women, especially those with higher maternal age, those who are illiterate, and residents of certain geographical regions. To minimize stillbirth in Nepal, plans and policies should be focused on women with low education levels and residents of rural areas, especially in the western mountain and far-western hill regions.
The death toll of the elderly by accidents in 2007 takes 6.5% of total death toll. The lost income from this is estimated to be 17 trillion and 511 billion won. According to CISS of Korea Consumer Protection Board, the number of safety related accidents of the elderly at home in 2006 was 486 cases in 2006 and has gradually increased every year. This thesis created 115 guidelines at 14 spaces as facility evaluation index evaluating the aging friendliness of the facility and safety related accidents generated at elderly resident welfare facility, examined influence variables of safety related accidents with 191 elderly including demographic variable, physical skill variable, social psychological variable and facility environmental variables, and then verified relevance between safety accidents and each influence variable. As a result, it was verified through ANOVA test of SAS Package Program and $x^2$- test that facility environmental variable would be closely related to the accident. In this regard, this study newly proposes the facility standards of aging friendly facility by supplementing them with contents and guidelines of facility evaluation table as ways to reduce safety related facility of the elderly.
Objectives : The degree of depression in dental hygienist was analyzed to reveal the various factors related to them. Methods : The self-administered questionnaires were filled out from 202 dental hygienist in Daejeon City. The survey items included subjects' socio-demographic and job-related characteristics, health-related behaviors, depression. Chi-Square analysis and Pearson's correlation coefficient was put into survey results, in which a degree of depression was dependent variable and others were independent variable. Results : 1. The distribution for depression degree has shown the rate as 80.2% in normal range group and 19.8% in depression group. 2. As for depression, long working hours(p=0.042), poor sense satisfaction in work(p=0.000), not fit to the job(p=0.003), low personal relation with peer works or supervisors(p=0.039), without alcohol drinking(p=0.048), poor subjective condition of health(p=0.000) than their respective counterparts. 3. Concerning correlation between depression and various factors, poor sense satisfaction in work(r=-0.332, p=0.000), not fit to the job(r=-0.353, p=0.000), low personal relation with peer works or supervisors(r=-0.215, p=0.002), without alcohol drinking(r=-0183, p=0.009), poor subjective condition of health(r=-0.333, p=0.000). Conclusions : These results showed that depression state could be influenced by various factors, which include socio-demographic, job-related characteristics and health-related behaviors. Therefore, in order to reduce depression state of dental hygienists, development and application of programs to manage and research for them are required to be revitalized as well as socio-demographic and job-related characteristics and health-related behaviors.

In previous private education expenses were concentrated only on expenses for elementary, middle, and high school students. Therefore, it is difficult to understand the actual condition of preschool children's private education expenses. To solve this problem, we analyze the 2013 and 2020 data of the Korea Welfare Panel to confirm the private education expenditures of pre-school children. Also, we examine the differences and changes in private education expenditures according to household variables. We selected the household variable as the socio-demographic variable of the study subject. We defined the household variable as the area and income of the household. We show the actual results of private education expenses for household variables using frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA of SPSS 27.
