본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 이용하여 공공데이터 수요(즉, 공공데이터 제공신청, 검색 질의 등)를 적시에 예측하는 방법을 제안한다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 수요가 높은 토픽에 속하는 공공데이터는 대부분 국내 공공데이터 포털(data.go.kr)에서 제공되고 있지만, 토픽 연관 분석을 통해 예측된 이용자의 실제 요구와 관련된 공공데이터는 거의 제공되지 않고 있다. 공공데이터를 제공(또는 선정)할 때, 이용자의 공공데이터 제공신청과의 관련성보다 공공데이터 토픽과의 관련성이 우선시되기 때문이다. 제안된 키워드 네트워크 분석 프레임워크는 실제 공공데이터 제공신청을 바탕으로 이용자들의 수요를 빠르고 쉽게 예측할 수 있으므로, 향후 공공기관(중앙부처·지방자치단체·산하기관)의 공공데이터 정책 수립에 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 국내 도시가스 일일 수요 예측에 대한 문제를 다룬다. 정확한 일일 수요 예측은 안정적인 도시가스의 수급을 위해서 필수적인 사항으로 실제 가스 공급기관의 일상 업무에 해당한다. 본 연구에서는 수요예측 방법을 고안하기 위하여 일일 도시가스 수요 시계열에 대한 데이터 분석을 수행하였으며, 예측일 수요에 영향을 주는 주요한 요인으로 직전일 수요, 기온, 요일 등을 파악하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 요인들을 고려한 회귀 모형과 국내 도시가스 수요 특성에 맞는 선별적 샘플링 절차를 제안하였다. 제안 모형과 선별적 샘플링 절차로 구성된 예측 방법의 성능 검증을 위하여 실제 도시가스 수요에 대한 예측을 수행하였다. 문헌에 소개된 기존 방법과 예측 성능을 비교한 결과, 본 연구에서 제안한 방법의 평균절대백분율오차는 약 2.22%로서 개선 비율은 대략 7%에 해당한다.

There has been a lot of growth more than 10% in the information security industry. In accordance with the industrial growth, it increased needs for the information security manpower development as a national problem. But there is an imbalance between demand and supply of the information security manpower in terms of the quantity and quality. It is mainly caused by the curriculum of the information security is made considering for suppliers not for demanders. As a resolution to solve this problem, we suggest the curriculum of information security for vocational education and training. As the information security area is wide in view of required knowledge and technology, we design the curriculum by selecting major occupation type from the information security manpower distribution and products and then by investigating the job description using NCS(National Competency Standard). And we compared the curriculum to that of two or three year diploma courses in Korea.

Due to criminal aspects spreading nation wide, their intelligence level increasing and becoming digitalized, the citizens' interest in and desire for crime security have increased. Until now, the preceding researches have been focused on finding the specific variables that have direct effects on the demand for police manpower through regression analysis and attempted to predict number of needs. However, there have never been any researches producing the accurate number of demands for crimes and human resources needed for each work load. Therefore, this research have analyzed each police station functions by interviewing the persons in charge and selected the main duty for each functions. From this, by using the method of system dynamics, this research was able to predict the standard number of manpower needed for each police station functions. Also, by making a model for each 235 police stations, the best efficient employment plan for police stations and district agencies have been further discussed based on the computer simulation results.

The purpose of this research is to prepare fundamental data which will help the proposal for future a small size housing's plan and direction by looking into customers needs of community space and service for personal household because the personal household demand of the housing market is expected to be the most importance. To accomplish this, 150 people of age range from 20 to 30 who lives alone in Seoul has been surveyed from November 15th to 25th 20008. Also the socio-demographic characteristic, satisfaction of housing life, living characteristic and etc. of young people have been examined.

A comprehensive review for the selection of urban rail vehicle systems that best suit Gimpo railway line is taking place with consideration of the project area characteristics in light of line planning, passenger demand, supply of rolling stock, and railway construction and operation. Various aspects of vehicle systems including passenger demand on concerned lines, regional characteristics, vehicle types, and railway construction and operational settings should be taken into consideration. In addition, request for the introduction of customized vehicle systems reflecting the convenience of transit users such as wide and hospitable inner space, low noise, flexible operation of 2 to 4 car train-set and eye catching slim bridge piers is increasing. A study on alternatives to place an order to opt for optimum rolling stock systems considering line characteristics of Gimpo City's urban railway and future passenger demand while meeting the needs of Gimpo City has been conducted.

These days, in Korea, according to improving the standard living, people generally work 5 days a week and it results more leisure hours. On weekends or in specific season, travel to mountain region around the major city is much in demand, and, in case of public transportation, the demand exceeds the supply. So, people tend to go other places, even overseas, for their holidays. The situation in Korea reflects the needs for mountainous light rail transit system with the object of convenient and rapid transport of passengers. In this paper, the guideline for mountainous light rail transit planing is proposed, and the representative mountainous light rail transit system is analyzed to choose the proper mountainous light rail transit system which adapts the demand for transportation and the terrain in Korea.

Recent development of communication technology and evolution of telecommunications services, various needs of users are giving Telecom operators difficulties in discovering new services and its promotion strategies. In addition, at the launching of new services, if carriers does not consider complementary and substitution relationships with competing services or self-encroachment problem with the existing service profitability is reduced or lost in the current market. In this study, by analyzing usage pattern of telecommunications services respect to changes in supply and demand environment, the complementarity/substitutability analysis and systematic analytical framework is proposed. This study proposes approaches to establish mobile operators' business strategies and to identify new services demand.

The purpose of this research is to develop a service R&D concept definition and finding service R&D demand in Korea. It is necessary to develop an effective service R&D model to improve the competitiveness of the service industry. A survey model for finding service R&D demands has been developed through extensive discussions with experts. A demand survey for 91 experts in service industry and academia has been conducted to find relative weights of each service R&D category. Several other aspects on service R&D has beed investigated to analyze the relative importance of service R&D subjects. And a benchmarking on previous service R&D research investment has been performed. Past and present service R&D topics are compared as a whole and by each individual domain. A service R&D framework and important funding areas has been suggested. The results of this research can be used for research fund allocation decisions for strengthening service industry competitiveness.
