소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트의 위험요인 도출에 대한 델파이 연구 (A Delphi Study on Software Project Risks)

  • Most of the software development projects bear risks that need analysis and management. Risk management plays a critical role for the success of software project management. In this study, we have used delphi method to delineate critical risk factors. The study pulls out 20 project risk factors from 21 project managers. It is certainly clear that certain features are more risky than others. Our study shows that unrealistic cost estimation and changes in scope and objective are more risky than other features.

Korean Organization ERP System Implementation CSFs: A Delphi Study

  • This study focused on the factors that are critical to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation success. This study employed a Delphi panel to explore the characteristics of ERP project success. The expert panel was comprised of executives from Korean organizations who had participated in and were experienced with ERP implementation projects. The two round Delphi study found the importance of senior management involvement/top management support in project. Additionally, the study found that the same Critical Success Factors(CSFs) existing in large-sized Korean organizations are also applicable to small or mid-sized Korean organizations.

다학제 교육의 근간으로서 '디자인 사고'에 대한 연구 (The Study of Design Thinking as Foundation of Multidisciplinary Education)

  • This study aims to reflect experts' opinions in analyzing a design thinking as foundation of multidisciplinary education. For this purpose, a delphi survey was conducted with 20 experts in three sessions from May 1 to June 25, 2012. To analyze the collected data, descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, the mean, and standard deviation were implemented, and internal reliability test on the survey instrument was carried out for statistical processing. The main results are as follows : First, the delphi analysis on intuitive thinking of design thinking suggested 7 items(to pursue the possibility of outside, to pursue the possibility of applying new forms of technology, content planning, facing a complex real-world phenomena etc.). Second, the delphi analysis on logical thinking of design thinking suggested 7 items(executed repeatedly, reasoning and verification, artificial intelligence, a decision support system etc.) Third, the delphi analysis on subjective thinking of design thinking suggested 9 items(user experience measuring, user satisfaction ratings, user requirements analysis, user interface design, behavioral responses of the human etc.). Fourth, the delphi analysis on objective information of design thinking suggested 8 items(information management system, simulation, production process, information exchange and sharing etc.). According to the results of the delphi analysis, design thinking can be seen as the foundation of multidisciplinary education. Suggestions were made for discussion about the main results and further researches.

청년창업 성공요인에 관한 연구: 창업전문가를 대상으로 (A Study on The Success Factors of Youth Enterprises)

  • 청년창업의 중요성과 청년창업 지원은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 청년창업은 일반창업 보다 실패할 가능성이 높으며 이에 대한 원인 또한 미시적·거시적으로 다양하다. 이러한 상황에서 청년창업자가 창업을 성공하기 위해 어떻게 대처해야하는지 대안이 제시되지 않는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 청년창업자에게 창업교육, 창업보육, 창업 멘토링·코칭을 수행하는 창업전문가를 대상으로 델파이 기법을 적용하여 청년창업 성공요인을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 기존 사례 연구에서 파악하지 못하였던 창업현장에서의 청년창업 성공요인을 파악하여 청년창업자에게 청년창업 성공요인에 대한 궁금증을 해소할 수 있도록 도움을 주고자 한다. 또한 청년창업자가 창업을 진행하면서 고려해야 하는 여러 요인 중 우선적으로 확보하거나 수행해야하는 요인을 파악하고 제한된 자원을 효율적이고 효과적으로 사용하여 창업성공을 할 수 있도록 기여하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서 델파이 조사는 총 2차에 걸쳐 진행하였다. 델파이 1차 조사는 구조화된 폐쇄형 문항(Closed-ended)을 사용한 수정 델파이 기법(Modified Delphi Method)을 활용하였으며, 수정 델파이 기법의 문제를 보완하기 위해 청년창업자 및 창업전문가를 대상으로 사전조사(Pilot Test)를 실시하였다. 델파이 1차 조사에서 IBM SPSS Statistics 22와 Microsoft Office Excel 2016을 활용하여 평균(Mean), 표준편차(Standard Deviation), 중위수(Median), 사분범위(Inter Quartile Range), 내용타당도 비율(Content Validity Ratio)을 산출하였으며, 델파이 2차 조사에서는 1차 조사에서의 동일한 통계적 수치와 추가적으로 크론바흐 알파(cronbach's α)를 산출하였다. 델파이 조사결과, 창업자특성, 창업준비, 창업전략, 창업환경의 4개 상위요인과 22개의 하위요인을 청년창업 성공요인으로 도출하였다.

긴급차량 우선신호시스템 운영상의 문제점 도출과 개선방안에 관한 델파이 연구 (Delphi studies on the operational problems of the Emergency Vehicle Priority Signal System and improvement measures)

  • Purpose: Prompt arrival of emergency vehicles at the scene is important. Therefore, special cases for emergency vehicles are being applied. However, there remain obstacles that obstruct the prompt arrival during dispatch. Methods: First, a literature review revealed five categories of problems with the emergency vehicle priority signal system. Then, the first Delphi survey was conducted to confirm the validity of the five categories. Further, a second Delphi survey was conducted to identify additional problems, and we used a 5-point Likert scale for a third Delphi survey. Results: A total of 92 items were extracted from preceding studies. The validity of the five categories was confirmed in the first Delphi survey. Then, 123 additional items were derived from the second Delphi survey, and the final 50 items were selected from 93 items obtained from the third Delphi survey. Conclusion: This study revealed problems and improvement measures for improving the operation of the emergency vehicle priority signal system that were not proposed in previous studies.

델파이 조사법을 이용한 학문 목적 한국어 읽기 능력 평가 구성 요인 연구 (A Study of Using Delphi Survey on Constructive Factors of Korean Reading Ability Evaluation for Academic Purposes)

  • The purpose of this study was to establish a Korean reading ability assessment category based on a reading comprehension theory, and to establish an evaluation framework for Korean reading ability after creating the evaluation factors corresponding to each category through expert Delphi survey. The three levels of reading comprehension that were constructed are the following: language knowledge, text comprehension, and interpretation and comprehension of new ideas and application. This study suggested that constructs of Korean reading assessment reflected reading theory. This study has meaningful consequences which suggest verified constructs through Delphi surveys.

정보산업 생태계 문제의 근본원인 분석 (Root Cause Analysis of the Information Industry Ecosystem Problems)

  • Finding a root cause is an essential step to solving a complex problem. Some previous studies have used the Delphi method for gathering opinions about root causes from geographically dispersed experts. However, we assert that complicated problems such as an industry ecosystem would make a general type of the Delphi method less practical because of too much psychological burden on study participants. In this study we present a preliminary list-based Delphi study method for identifying a root cause. This method was used to identify a root cause and draw a causal map for the information industry ecosystem problems.

  • Since 'The Act on Private Investment of The Infrastructure' was established in 1994, private investment as well as government's investment in transport infrastructure has been active. However investment in transport infrastructure has more risks than others' due to uncertainty both in traffic volume and in construction cost. In the current appraisal procedure of deciding transportation infrastructure investment, instead of risk management, the sensitivity analysis considering only the changes of benefit, cost and social discount rate which are main factor affecting economic feasibility is carried out. Therefore the uncertainty of various factors affecting demand, cost and benefit are not considered in feasibility study. In this study the problems in current investment appraisal system were reviewed. Using Delphi technique the major factors which have high uncertainty in feasibility study were surveyed and then improvement plan was suggested in the respective of classic 4 step demand forecasting method. The range estimation technique was also mentioned to deal with the uncertainty of the future.

  • We provide a fudamental set of information on technologies in the area of mechanical engineering to draw action plans for intermationalization of the National R&D activites. First, we design and use a modified Delphi method to evaluate levels of our technological capabilities and developed countries' as well. We investigate technology acquistion methodolgies, technology characteristcs and various aspects of international cooperation in terms of technology. Secondly, we analyze final responses of participants (i.e,. the third round results of Delphi method) tosee the correlation between various factors in developing mechanical engineering technologies through international cooperation. The technology classification used in this research is developed by STEPI (Science and Technology Policy Institute).
