Recently, the pace of global climate change has tremendously increased, causing extreme damage to crop production. Here, we aimed to examine the growth characteristics and useful components of Angelica gigas under extreme heat stress, providing fundamental data for its efficient cultivation. Plants were exposed to various experimental temperatures (28℃, 34℃, and 40℃), and their growth characteristics and content of useful components were analyzed. At the experimental site, the ambient and soil temperature were 19.38℃ and 21.34℃, ambient and soil humidity were 81.3 % and 0.18 m3/m3, solar radiation was 162.05 W/m2. Moreover, the soil was sandy-clay-loam (pH 6.65), with 2.66% organic matter, 868.52 mg/kg soil available phosphate, and 0.14% nitrogen. Values of most growth characteristics, including the survival rate (85%), plant height (38.66cm), and fresh and dry weight (41.3 g and 14.24 g), were the highest at 28℃. Although the highest content of useful components was observed at 34℃ (3.24%), there were no significant differences across temperatures. Growth characteristics varied across temperatures due to detrimental effects of heat stress, such as accelerated tissue aging, reduced photosynthesis, and delay of growth. Similar content of useful components across temperatures may be due to poor accumulation of anabolic products caused by impaired growth at extremely high temperatures.
The cautious blasting works had been used with emulsion explosion electric M/S delay caps. Drill depth was from 3m to 6m with Crawler Drill ${\phi}70mm$ on the calcalious sand stone (soft -modelate -semi hard Rock). The total numbers of test blast were 88. Scale distance were induced 15.52-60.32. It was applied to propagation Law in blasting vibration as follows. Propagtion Law in Blasting Vibration $V=K(\frac{D}{W^b})^n$ were V : Peak partical velocity(cm/sec) D : Distance between explosion and recording sites(m) W : Maximum charge per delay-period of eight milliseconds or more (kg) K : Ground transmission constant, empirically determind on the Rocks, Explosive and drilling pattern ets. b : Charge exponents n : Reduced exponents where the quantity $\frac{D}{W^b}$ is known as the scale distance. Above equation is worked by the U.S Bureau of Mines to determine peak particle velocity. The propagation Law can be catagorized in three groups. Cubic root Scaling charge per delay Square root Scaling of charge per delay Site-specific Scaling of charge Per delay Plots of peak particle velocity versus distoance were made on log-log coordinates. The data are grouped by test and P.P.V. The linear grouping of the data permits their representation by an equation of the form ; $V=K(\frac{D}{W^{\frac{1}{3}})^{-n}$ The value of K(41 or 124) and n(1.41 or 1.66) were determined for each set of data by the method of least squores. Statistical tests showed that a common slope, n, could be used for all data of a given components. Charge and reduction exponents carried out by multiple regressional analysis. It's divided into under loom over loom distance because the frequency is verified by the distance from blast site. Empirical equation of cautious blasting vibration is as follows. Over 30m ------- under l00m ${\cdots\cdots\cdots}{\;}41(D/sqrt[2]{W})^{-1.41}{\;}{\cdots\cdots\cdots\cdots\cdots}{\;}A$ Over 100m ${\cdots\cdots\cdots\cdots\cdots}{\;}121(D/sqrt[3]{W})^{-1.66}{\;}{\cdots\cdots\cdots\cdots\cdots}{\;}B$ where ; V is peak particle velocity In cm / sec D is distance in m and W, maximLlm charge weight per day in kg K value on the above equation has to be more specified for further understaring about the effect of explosives, Rock strength. And Drilling pattern on the vibration levels, it is necessary to carry out more tests.

Probably the three most important components to a comprehensive evaluation of patients with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are the clinical interview, the medical examination, and the completion and scoring or behavior rating scales. Teachers and other school personnel are often the first to recognize that a child or adolescent might have ADHD, and often play an important role in the help-seeking/referral process. A diagnostic evaluation for ADHD should include questions about ADHD symptoms, other problems including alcohol and drug use, family history of ADHD, prior evaluation and treatment for ADHD. Screening interview or rating scales as well as interviews should be used. When it is feasible, clinicians may wish to supplement these components of the evaluation with objective assessments of the ADHD symptoms, such as psychological tests. These tests are not essential to reaching a diagnosis, however, or to treatment planning, but they may yield further information about the presence and severity of cognitive impairments that could be associated with some cases of ADHD. Screening for intellectual ability and academic achievement skills is also important in determining the presence of comorbid developmental delay or loaming disabilities. The number and type of symptoms required for a diagnosis of ADHD vary depending on the specific subtype. To receive a diagnosis of ADHD, the person must be experiencing significant distress or impairment in daily functioning, and must not meet criteria for other mental disorders which might better account for the observed symptoms such as mental retardation, autism or other pervasive developmental disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders. This report aims to suggest a practice guideline of assessment and diagnosis for children and adolescents with ADHD in Korea.

We performed this experiment to select high quality rice adapted to wheat-rice double cropping system. We sowed barley and wheat seed in November 2, 2015. After harvesting barley and wheat, we transplanted high quality rice cultivars: 'Unkwang', 'Hopun', 'Haepum', 'Hyunoum' in June 17 and 24. We used 'sindongjin' rice as a control. As a result, 'Hyunpum' had a highest head rice yield regardless of transplanting date. Head rice yield of 'Hyunpum' was 488.1kg/10a when transplanted in June 17, and 453.6kg/10a when transplanted in June 24. The reason for this highest head rice yield was not percentage of head rice but milled rice yield. Milled rice yield of 'Hyunpum' was 526.5kg/10a when transplanted in June 17, and 490.0kg/10a when transplanted in June 24. Percentage of head rice had little differences between rice cultivars. Among yield components, only number of panicle per $m^2$ had an effect on the differences of yield between rice cultivars. The other yield components didn't have an effect on the differences of yield between rice cultivars. Compared to June 17, only 'Unkwang' had higher head rice percentage and head rice yield in June 24. Head rice percentage of 'Unkwang' changed from 67.3% to 85.0% and head rice yield changed from 324kg/10a to 393.8kg/10a when transplanting date delayed from June 17 to June 24. When transplanting date was delayed, heading date of 'Unkwang' was more delayed than other rice cultivars. By delay of heading date, mean temperature for 40days changed from $25.0^{\circ}C$ to $22.9^{\circ}C$ which improved temperature condition during grain filling stage. This improved head rice percentage and head rice yield of 'Unkwang' transplanted in June 24. If transplanting date is more delayed than June 24, 'Unkwang' could have higher head rice percentage and head rice yield. Therefore, if you transplant rice before June 24 in rice-wheat double cropping system, 'Hyunpum' is recommended as adequate rice cultivar. But if you transplant rice after June 24, further research is needed to find out adequate rice cultivar.

In this paper, we propose an asynchronous UWB (Ultra Wide Band) Positioning scheme that can provide precise positioning performance with low complexity and low power consumption. We also present the residual test to improve the positioning performance in multipath channels having heavy NLoS (Non-Line of Sight) components. As compared to conventional ToA (Time of Arrival) positioning scheme that requires round-trip transmissions as many as the number of beacons, the proposed UWB positioning scheme effectively decrease power consumption and processing delay since a single round-trip transmission is only required. Also, as compared to conventional TDoA (Time Difference of Arrival) positioning scheme requiring precise synchronization among the beacons, asynchronous nature of the proposed scheme achieves very low system complexity. Through simulations in LoS (Line of Sight) channel models, we observe that the proposed scheme requires low system complexity, low power consumption, while providing positioning performance of almost the same accuracy as the conventional ToA and TDoA positioning schemes. In addition, the proposed scheme by employing the residual test achieves accurate positioning performance even in multipath channels having heavy NLoS components.

Several methods for improving device yields and characteristics have been studied by IC manufacturers, as the options for programming components become diversified through the introduction of novel processes. Especially, the sequential repair steps on wafer level and package level are essentially required in DRAMs to improve the yield. Several repair methods for DRAMs are reviewed in this paper. They include the optical methods (laser-fuse, laser-antifuse) and the electrical methods (electrical-fuse, ONO-antifuse). Theses methods can also be categorized into the wafer-level(on wafer) and the package-level(post-package) repair methods. Although the wafer-level laser-fuse repair method is the most widely used up to now, the package-level antifuse repair method is becoming an essential auxiliary technique for its advantage in terms of cost and design efficiency. The advantages of the package-level antifuse method are discussed in this paper with the measured data of manufactured devices. With devices based on several processes, it was verified that the antifuse repair method can improve the net yield by more than 2%~3%. Finally, as an illustration of the usefulness of the package-level antifuse repair method, the repair method was applied to the replica delay circuit of DLL to get the decrease of clock skew from 55ps to 9ps.

In this paper, the compact model for FinFET gate resistance is developed. Based on the FinFET geometry and material, the value of the gate resistance is extracted by Y-parameter analysis using 3D device simulator, Sentaurus. By dividing the gate resistance into horizontal and vertical components, the proposed gate resistance model captures the non-linear characteristics. The proposed compact model reflects the realistic gate structure which has two different materials (Tungsten, TiN) stacked. Using the proposed model, the number of fins for the minimum gate resistance can be proposed based on the variation of gate geometrical parameters. The proposed gate resistance model is implemented in BSIM-CMG. A ring-oscillator is designed, and its delay performance is compared with and without gate resistance.

This paper demonstrates a real-time hybrid substructuring (RTHS) shake table test to evaluate the seismic performance of a base isolated building. Since RTHS involves a feedback loop in the test implementation, the frequency dependent magnitude and inherent time delay of the actuator dynamics can introduce inaccuracy and instability. The paper presents a robust stability and performance analysis method for the RTHS test. The robust stability method involves casting the actuator dynamics as a multiplicative uncertainty and applying the small gain theorem to derive the sufficient conditions for robust stability and performance. The attractive feature of this robust stability and performance analysis method is that it accommodates linearized modeled or measured frequency response functions for both the physical substructure and actuator dynamics. Significant experimental research has been conducted on base isolators and dampers toward developing high fidelity numerical models. Shake table testing, where the building superstructure is tested while the isolation layer is numerically modeled, can allow for a range of isolation strategies to be examined for a single shake table experiment. Further, recent concerns in base isolation for long period, long duration earthquakes necessitate adding damping at the isolation layer, which can allow higher frequency energy to be transmitted into the superstructure and can result in damage to structural and nonstructural components that can be difficult to numerically model and accurately predict. As such, physical testing of the superstructure while numerically modeling the isolation layer may be desired. The RTHS approach has been previously proposed for base isolated buildings, however, to date it has not been conducted on a base isolated structure isolated at the ground level and where the isolation layer itself is numerically simulated. This configuration provides multiple challenges in the RTHS stability associated with higher physical substructure frequencies and a low numerical to physical mass ratio. This paper demonstrates a base isolated RTHS test and the robust stability and performance analysis necessary to ensure the stability and accuracy. The tests consist of a scaled idealized 4-story superstructure building model placed directly onto a shake table and the isolation layer simulated in MATLAB/Simulink using a dSpace real-time controller.

The acoustic communication channel in shallow underwater is typically shown as time-varying multipath fading channel characteristics. The received signal through channel transmission cause inter-symbol interference (ISI) owing to multiple components of different time delay and amplitude. To compensate for this, several techniques have been used, and one of them is acoustic equalizer. In this study, we used four equalizers - feed forward equalizer (FFE), decision directed equalizer (DDE), decision feedback equalizer (DFE) and combination DDE with DFE to compensate ISI. And we applied two adaptive algorithms to adjust coefficient of equalizers - normalized least mean square algorithm and recursive least square algorithm. As result, we found that it has a significant performance improvement over 6 dB on SNR in nonlinear equalizer. By combination of DFE and DDE has almost best performance in any case.

This paper addresses the current measurement issue of all digital field oriented control of ac motors. The p paper focuses on the effect of low-pass filter and also on the sampling of the fundamental component of the m motor current. The low-pass filter, which suppresses the switching noise of the motor current, introduces v variable phase delay according to the current ripple frequency. It is shown that the current sampling error c consists of the fundamental component and high frL'quency ripple components. In this paper, the dependency of t this current sampling e$\pi$or on the reference voltage vector is investigated analytically and a sampling technique i is proposed to minimize the error. The work is based on the three phase symmetry pulse width modulation l inverter driving an induction machine. With this technique, the bandwidth of current regulator can be extended t to the limit given by the switching frequency of the inverter and more precise torque regulation is possible.
