In this paper, an extraction of depth intonation in pattern using neural network is presented. All the 3D images represent the depth information in grey pixels. This pixels which have analog values translated digital values. Because of the noise and distortion in pattern, we use the normalization in learning and recalling the patterns. Our method has eight direction vectors and slopes for pattern. Also, we use potential to obtain the mean slope and direction vectors of given 3D patches. The higher level of deduction finding the global depth information is also carried out by using neural network.

Recently, for the efforts of low-carbon deduction and to solve the problems of global warming, many industrial nations in world have been strengthening positively their competitive power into the research, development and industrialization of new renewable sources of energy and clean energy. In the most promising source of photovoltaic, it is essential that the government take an initiative role to develop and industrialize the materials, ingot or wafer, solar cell, power conditioning system and photovoltaic system, and need to establish both short-term and long-term technical development of goal setting and forward plan in the direction of the technical development strategy and forward industrialization for the strengthening of world market. This paper analyze new technology, policies and the market trend of photovoltaic field which are currently strategically and actively enhancing the research, development and practical-industralization by Korea and other nations.

The Purpose of this study is working out of the scientific-theoretical and practical recommendations directed on perfection of strategic planning of development of the enterprises of mining and gold mining branch. The methodological basis of research is based on the economic theory developed by a domestic and foreign science. At processing, generalisation and a writing of materials of the master's thesis following methods were applied: - supervision, - comparison, - the analysis and synthesis, - methods of an induction and deduction, - statistical groupings, - average and relative sizes, - the system approach. Finally, the theoretical and practical importance of this research consists that results of research will allow generating a basis of statement of effective system of strategic planning of a long-term sustainable development of the gold mining enterprises reducing risk of acceptance of inefficient strategic decisions. I would like to express many thanks to the NGO "Semey- My Home" and "EastGeoResources" LLP for their help and support in providing the data collection and data analysis stages of my research from 2006.

In this paper, a method which can deduce the traction farce or the braking force from the acceleration or the deceleration of the train, has been suggested. In the case of Korean high speed train (HSR-350x), the traction force and the braking forces have been obtained by using this method. It is proven that the proposed method is a very good tool in estimating the traction force or the braking force when the train starts or stops. Also, these forces on be used to calculate friction coefficients of mechanical brakes and the transmission efficiency of the traction system.

To assess the derailment safety of the Samaeul Train, We developed a fleet analysis model and carried out sensitivity analysis of the variables related to derailment factors with ADAMS/Rail computing analysis method. Depending on the variation of the running speed in curve section, derailment coefficient and wheel load reduction rate are high at right side wheels in slow running speed section and low at left side wheel in high running speed. According to decreasing the radius of curve, derailment coefficient and wheel load decreasing rate are increased. Derailment coefficient is proportional to transition curve length and wheel load decreasing rate is constant. Cant value rising causes wheel load deduction rate rising.

When manufacturing die casting mold, generally, the casting layout design should be considered based on the relation between injection system, casting condition, gate system, and cooling system. Also, the extent or the location of product defects were differentiated according to the various relations of the above conditions. High-qualified products can be manufactured as those defects are controled by the proper modifications or the changes of die casting mold with the conditions. In this research, the proper manufacturing method was derived intensively for reducing the defect of the internal porosity of steering wheel housing which is very complicated to achieve a good mold design. The method was also derived for minimizing and for guaranteeing the product quality through the analysis of the casting problem and the deduction of alternative plans.

Mini-mill process which is one of the new steel making process to be able to produce the hot rolled strip by thin slab caster, was completed in the kwangyang steel work. The new process was constructed liquid core deduction, tandem reduction unit, induction heater, coil box and finishing mill to be varied width. Therefore, in oder to make sure of target strip width, analysis of actual plant data was done to fine out amount of width deviation. Finally, the predication system of width in the mini-mill process was developed to included temperature caculation model.

In high speed applications, the slotless permanent magnet(PM) motors appear an attractive solution, being almost insensitive to magneto-motive force harmonics and to pulse width modulation(PWM) current ripple and exhibiting lower stator iron losses and rotor losses (significant with square wave current control). So, this paper deals with methods for design of permanent magnet synchronous motor/generator.

To identify the actual situation of financial information disclosure, a content analysis was performed on pamphlets of a time deposit and a new reserve trust offered by banks and other financial institutes. Although consumers required information on interest rate, tax favor, loan service, protection of brink depositors and bank security to select a financial service account, informations offered on pamphlets are not sufficient. Therefore concrete way of information offer system shoed be developed. In offering interest rate, interest rate after tax deduction or payment at maturity should be also mentioned. Information on tax favor, protection of bank depositors and bank security should be contained in pamphlets as well. Use of easy terms and notes are recommended for developing pamphlets for financial products.

이동물체의 인식기능은 인간을 대신하여 수행하기위한 컴퓨터비젼 시스템이다. 공간적 의사결정지원시스템(SDSS: Spatial Decision Support Systems)을 이용한 이동물체의 위치를 인식하는 시스템은 실세계의 복잡하고 다양한 조건들을 만족시키는 대안들을 도출시키고 보다 객관적이고 과학적으로 평가받는 연구가 될것이다.본 연구에서는 거리 추정 데이터를 수집하여 공간적 의사결정을 이용하여 이동 물체의 위치를 인식하는 방법을 제안한다.
