고속도로 교량 바닥판 열화분석 및 추정 (Analysis and Prediction of Highway Bridge Deck Slab Deterioration)

  • 본 연구에서는 고속도로 교량 바닥판 747개소의 GPR 데이터를 분석하여 주요 열화인자를 도출하고, 이들을 활용하여 교량의 공용연수에 따른 교량의 손상률을 추정하였다. 바닥판의 손상률 데이터를 공용연수에 따른 영향을 최소화하기 위해 공용연수에 따른 손상률 데이터를 선형회귀분석 모형을 사용하여 보정하였다. 보정된 바닥판 손상률과 강설일수, 강설량, 동결융해일수, 동절기평균기온, 고도, 제설제살포량, 환상교통량의 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 동결융해일수와 제설제살포량이 바닥판의 손상률에 지배적인 영향이 있음을 도출하였다. 동결융해일수와 제설제살포량을 동시에 고려하여 복합열화 상황 하에서 바닥판의 손상률 차트를 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 평균적인 예상 바닥판 수명을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 고속도로 교량의 유지관리 시에 현 교량상황별로 바닥판의 열화진전 상태와 전단면 개량이 필요한 시점을 예상할 수 있는 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The deterioration of RC deck slabs has been a serious problem and high portion of budget has been a spent for repair and strengthening of deck slab. The concrete deck slabs are subject to direct application of vehicle loading and accumulation of fatigue damage. Besides, various environmental causes. In this paper, an probabilistic study is carried out to predict exact load effects and structural capacity of deck slab during its service life, and estimate an appropriate remaining life of deck slab. To achieve this purpose the live load model is developed using by influence line including deterioration of deck slab, and deterioration model of bridge deck slab is developed. In addition, the fatigue life of reinforced concrete deck slabs considering corrosion of reinforcement are estimated based on experimental formula. This study will help rational decisions for the management and repair of reinforced concrete deck slabs.

데크플레이트와 경량성형재가 결합된 슬래브의 차음성능에 대한 실물실험 평가 (A Study on the Sound Insulation for Void-deck Slab Combined with Deck Plate and Polystyrene Void Foam)

  • This study is to explore floor impact sound and sound insulation of reinforced concrete structure with void-deck slab system which combines polystyrene void foam and T-shaped steel deck plate. A void-deck slab system can effectively reduce the amount of concrete used and hence the mass of a reinforced concrete slab. Also void slab system has dynamically favorable for bending. Three-bay 2-story building was constructed as a mock up test specimen using void-deck slab system and floor impact sound was measured to valuate sound insulation performance. Light weight floor impact and heavy weight floor impact were investigated. Light weight floor impact pressure levels were 32dB, 28dB, and 29db at representative locations which are $1^{st}$ level in the floor impact sound insulation performance grading system. The heavy-weight floor impact pressure levels were 44dB, 45dB, and 43dB at representative locations which are $2^{nd}$ level in the floor impact sound insulation performance grading system. Therefore void-deck slab system can be used in public housing apartment building in terms of not only effectively reduced construction materials but also floor impact sound insulation.

PSC철도교량 격벽부의 3차원 거동 및 스트럿-타이 모델 해석 (3-D Behavior and Strut-and-Tie Model Analysis of Diaphragm in PSC Train Bridge)

  • The function of diaphragms at abutments and piers of prestressed concrete (PSC) box girder train bridge is to transfer forces from the superstructure onto bearings or column and to stiffen the superstructure cross-section against in-plane deformation. Due to large stress disturbance at diaphragm, the design for the diaphragm using conventional design method is relatively irrational than designs for other structual members. And, due to contribution to boundary condition of deck slab by the diaphragm, the behavior of deck slab near the diaphragm is different from behavior of the deck slab obtained from two dimensional analysis of the bridge, which is basis far the design of deck slab. In this paper, three dimensional behavior of deck slab near diaphragm of PSC box girder train bridge constructed by the precast span method are analyzed by using three dimensional finite element modeling. Then, strut-and-tie model is applied to design the diaphragm of PSC box girder train bridge. The modeling techniques in this paper can be applied effectively to examine the causes of cracks at deck slab near diaphragm and to design diaphragm rationally.

  • Deformations of bridge deck ends on abutment can cause extreme deformations on track. Especially, since slab track was fixed onto the bridge deck slab on concrete slab track installed bridges, deformations of bridge deck ends directly affect the slab track behavior, and thus these interactions can bring about the premature failure of rail fastenings or other deteriorations to lower the serviceability. In this study, a foreign standard to evaluate forces on track components caused by the track-bridge interactions and the behavior of bridge deck ends was investigated and for real scale bridges. It was found that rail support spring coefficients, as well as toe loads, support spacing were very important parameters.

복층터널 중간슬래브 유지관리에 따른 응력분포 특성 분석 (Characteristics of Middle Slab Stresses in Double-Deck Tunnel During Maintenance)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to investigate the stresses of the middle slab in a double-deck tunnel owing to the slab lift to replace the underlying elastic pads during maintenance work. METHODS : The middle slab was divided into three different sections: typical section, expansion joint section, and emergency passageway section. Finite element analysis models of these three sections of middle slab were developed, and the stress distribution and maximum stresses were obtained using the models when the middle slab was lifted to replace the underlying elastic pads. Various slab lifting methods were examined in this study such as one-, two-, and multiple-point lifts, distributed lifts, and one or both slab side edge lifts. RESULTS : When the slab side edge is lifted, the longitudinal stresses of the slab are almost the same as the principal stresses. This implies that the governing stresses are the longitudinal stresses. The maximum stresses with both-edge lifts are generally smaller than those with one-edge lifts at all three sections of middle slab. CONCLUSIONS : If the middle slab in a double-deck tunnel is lifted for maintenance, the slab should be lifted at multiple points along the longitudinal direction to reduce the tensile stresses.

콘크리트와 강제데크의 합성 바닥판의 실용적인 진동해석 방법 (A Efficient Vibration Analysis Method for the Cooncrete-Steel Deck Slab)

  • 데크플레이트와 콘크리트가 합성되어 있는 합성 바닥판 구조물은 데크플레이트의 골 방향과 골 직각방향에 대하여 강성이 다르므로 직교이방성판 거동을 보이고 있으며 테크플레이트와 콘크리트의 합성 거동으로 인하여 적층 바닥판 구조물로 평가할 수 있다. 이러한 합성데크 바닥판 구조물의 진동에 대한 정확한 사용성 평가를 위해서는 합성데크 바닥판 구조물의 정밀 진동해석을 수행하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 합성데크 바닥판 구조물의 강성에 대한 직교이방성 그리고 데크플레이트와 콘크리트의 합성에 대한 정확한 거동 평가가 수반되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 합성데크 바닥판 구조물의 골 직각 방향에 대한 강성을 계산하기 위하여 각각의 토핑 콘크리트 두께와 데크플레이트 두께를 적용하였다. 또한 골 방향에 대한 강성을 계산하기 위하여 콘크리트와 데크플레이트의 단면 강성을 구하여 등가두께를 적용하였다. 그리고 콘크리트와 데크플레이트의 합성거동을 표현하기 위하여 적층판에 대한 등가 강성식을 적용, 합성데크 바닥판 구조물의 강성을 나타내었다. 본 논문에서 제안한 합성데크 바닥판 구조물의 실용적인 모형화방법을 적용할 경우에 합성데크 바닥판 구조물의 강성에 대한 직교이방성과 콘크리트와 데크플레이트의 합성 거동을 잘 표현할 수 있었다.

  • Deformations of bridge deck ends on abutments or on transition between bridge decks can cause extreme deformations on track. Especially, since slab track is fixed onto the bridge deck slab on concrete slab track-installed bridges, deformations of bridge deck ends directly affect the track behavior, and thus these interactions can bring about the premature failure of rail fastenings or other deteriorations to lower the serviceability. In this study, a foreign standard to evaluate forces on track components caused by the track-bridge interactions and the serviceability of bridge deck ends is investigated, and for the real bridges, the serviceability of bridge deck ends according to several parameters of bridge and track is analyzed. It is found that arrangements and spring coefficients of bridge bearings, as well as distance between bridge bearing and last rail support, support spacings, rail support spring coefficient, are very important parameters.

복층터널 내부슬래브의 연결형식에 관한 수치해석적 연구 (Numerical study on the connection type of inner-slab in double deck tunnel)

  • 본 연구에서는 쉴드 TBM에 의한 대심도 복층터널의 계획 시 세그먼트 라이닝의 거동을 주요 구조물인 내부 슬래브의 연결구조 형식에 따라 검토하였다. 복층터널의 내부슬래브와 세그먼트 라이닝 설계 요구조건을 정립하기 위하여 용도에 따라 내부 구조물의 형식을 정의하고, 터널 라이닝과 내부 슬래브의 연결구조를 비교하였다. 그리고 MIDAS Civil 2012 프로그램으로 빔-스프링 모델을 이용하여 수치해석을 수행하였다. 본 연구결과 중간슬래브 및 하부슬래브, 내부슬래브와 세그먼트 라이닝의 연결 형식 그리고 측압계수들은 복층터널 계획시 주요 설계사항임을 확인하였다.
