  • 암호화 문서 검색 시스템은 사용자의 비밀키를 이용하여 데이터베이스 서버에 저장되어 있는 암호화 문서를 키워드를 이용하여 검색하는 시스템이다. 이러한 시스템은 데이터베이스 서버 관리자조차도 사용자들에 의해 저장되고 검색되는 문서에 대한 어떠한 정보도 노출시키지 않는 장점이 있다. 즉, 암호화 문서 검색 시스템은 일반 사용자들이 자신의 정보가 손쉽게 노출되는 것을 원치 않는 사회적 변화에 발맞추어 앞으로 지속적으로 발전할 수 있는 연구 주제이다. 하지만, 지금까지 제안된 대부분의 기법들은 이론적인 안전성에만 치우친 나머지 현실적인 적용 가능성이 고려되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존에 제안된 대표적인 기법들을 현실 상황에 맞게 구현하여 검색 시스템의 효율성에 대해 판단한다. 더불어 해당 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 암호화된 검색 시스템이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시한다.

Korean mainstream medical papers published in the 1980s

  • A review of literature discussing the status and impact of mainstream Korean research revealed that there have been few studies carried out to investigate the status of Korean mainstream medical research and that we need to know exact status of Korean medical papers published in mainstream journals. Accordingly, a study is undertaken to measure mainstream medical publication output by authors at Korean institutions and its growth during the 1980s as recorded in MEDLINE. EMBASE and SCI. For comparison purpose, a measurement of mainstream publication output of chemistry, a scientific field which showed the best mainstream performance, is also made. The database searching is limited to SCI for chemistry records.

  • This paper suggests the system for searching and application is to be in combination between existing hair art area and Image/Video processing area. This proposed system usually saves various hair types into a database, then, users send images of their face over the internet by using WebCam. Finally, they can find the hair types for users.

  • In this paper, we propose an expert system for electronic interlocking which enhances the safty, efficiency and expanability of the existing system by designing real-time interlocking control based on the interlocking table automatically generated using artificial intelligence approach. The expert system consists of two parts; an interlocking table generation part and a real-time interlocking control part. The former generates automatically the interlocking relationship of all possible routes by searching dynamically the station topology which is obtained from station database. On the other hand, the latter controls the status of station facilities in real-time by applying the generated interlocking relationship to the signal facilities such as signal devices, points, track circuits for a given route. The expert system is implemented in C language which is suitable to implement the interlocking table generation part using the dynamic memory allocation technique. Finally, the effectiveness of the expert system is proved by simulating for the typical station model.

  • As multimedia database and digital image libraries are enlarged, CBIR(Content Based Image Retrieval) has been getting importance for the efficient search. Generally, CBIR uses primitive features such as color, shape, texture and so on. Among various methods of CBIR, Gabor wavelet has good image retrieval performance with texture features but it has a disadvantage which does not perform well for a rotated image because of its direction oriented filter. In this paper, we propose a new method to solve this problem by modifying Gabor filter for all directions. And then we will compare the searching performance of the proposed method with those of conventional image retrieval methods through experiments with trademarks.

  • In this paper we introduce a design and implementation of an agent for multimedia retrieval and personalized broadcasting service. It is compliant with TV Anytime Forum specifications and supports searching location resolving, storing and streaming of remote multimedia contents. For this service, we implemented a contents server, a 메타데이터 database server, a location resolution server and a client terminal is implemented The Client terminal gathers content information by SOAP of operation, and it has a user preference module and usage history module that make user information. The personalize service agent recommends suitable contents to user by similarity algorithm.

  • Recently, Location-based services(LBS) allow consumers to receive services based on their geographic location data. Users want to take services based location information with portable devices. And Point of Interest(POI) information's usage is increasing with mobile device's development and user's interest. And this paper shows that we connect the multimedia POI database(DB), provide the multimedia services through the portable devices and search POI using location and direction information. The multimedia POI is consisted of sound, image, moving image and animation with location information. When we search POI, we find POI in DB using the area zone and direction information.[l]

A Study on the Clinical Study of Periodic Treatment of Endometriosis (자궁내막증의 주기요법 임상 연구에 대한 고찰)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to review the research in the cyclic treatment of endometriosis in traditional Korean medicine. Methods: By October 2019, the relevant studies on the periodic therapy of endometriosis were searched using the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure Database (CNKI) and Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). Results: Finally, three Randomized controlled trials, one case study, two clinical observational studies were selected. In all studies, herbal medicine periodic therapy has been effective in improving symptoms of endometriosis. Blood-activating and stasis-dispelling medicinal were the most commonly used before menstruation and during menstruation, and tonifying and replenishing medicinal were the most commonly used after menstruation. According to the one study, which reported safety, herbal medicine was safe. Conclusions: Although limited due to a lack of literature, periodic therapy is effective in improving endometriosis related symptoms and preventing recurrence. A well-designed study and experimental studies for the identification of the mechanism are needed.

Current Research Trends on Executive Function in Children (국내 아동 실행기능 연구의 최근 동향)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore research trends in childhood executive function in Korean academic journal articles. This study showed which population groups were studied, which factors of executive function were measured, and which domains were studied in the selected articels. Methods: A systematic review of empirical studies of childhood executive function published in Korean academic journals from 2006 to 2016 was conducted. Through searching the KERIS database, 60 empirical studies were selected for review. Results: The results of the analyses showed that the population group the most studied was normal young children and that factors of executive function most studied were inhibition, cognitive flexibility, and working memory. Conclusion: Based on this systematic review of empirical studies of childhood executive function, several suggestions for future research are addressed.

Software Development for Auto-Generation of Interlocking Knowledgebase Using Artificial Intelligence Approach (인공지능기법에 근거한 철도 전자연동장치의 연동 지식베이스 자동구축 S/W 개발)

  • This paper proposes IIKBAG(Intelligent Interlocking Knowledge Base Generator) which can build automatically the interlocking knowledge base utilized as the real-time interlocking strategy of the electronic interlocking system in order to enhance it's reliability and expansion. The IIKBAG consists of the inference engine and the knowledge base. The former has an auto-learning function which searches all the train routes for the given station model based on heuristic search technique while dynamically searching the model, and then generates automatically the interlocking patterns obtained from the interlocking relations of signal facilities on the routes. The latter is designed as the structure which the real-time expert system embedded on IS(Interlocking System) can use directly in order to enhances the reliability and accuracy. The IIKBAG is implemented in C computer language for the purpose of the build and interface of the station structure database. And, a typical station model is simulated to prove the validity of the proposed IIKBAG.
