The purpose of this study is to examine the current state of webzine publications in Korean university libraries. We assess the menu, composition and contents of various types of webzines at thirty six different Korean university libraries. Highlights of our survey include the following: 1) Most university libraries operate several different webzine sites. 2) Categories included in library webzines mainly include 'Notices', 'Academic Database Information', 'Current Books', 'Recommended Reading', 'Utilization of Information', 'Book Review', 'Tips for Using the Library', 'Special Issues', 'Service Information', 'Quiz', 'Column', 'Special Events'. 3) Of these, the most popular categories were: 'Notices', 'Service Information', 'Tips for Using the Library', 'Special Issues', and 'Recommended Reading'.

Most of oceanic information are related with spatial properties directly or impliedly and Presented differently depend on applications. So, without efficient integrated data model and strategies it inevitably occurs redundant development results of database itself and application systems. Therefor to avoid these inefficiencies it is most basic need to establish the ocean data infrastructure based on unified data model. In this paper we suggest the guideline for object data model based on ocean GIS concept followed with a sample primitive object data model implementing tile proposed guideline. With this unified data model we could expect the improvement ill the every phase of ocean related environment from data acquisition through translation and utilizing to service and exchange.

The purpose of this study is to verify the technical possibilities and advantages of web GIS system, and its practical implementation for space management and information service accessible from anywhere. at anytime using ArcIMS on behalf of university facility management. It is found that the integration of GIS and web technology, in terms of its administrative and public service capabilities, carries many advantages in the aspects of time, cost, and effort saving. Finally, practical system architecture is proposed with its database structuring method for space management of university facility.

Our country has been surrounded an advantageous around condition by sea on three sides. But the development into the sea, for a lack of systematic database on the marine total information network for a foundation information and reseach infra construction. This marine total information network will be not contribute to an advance of domestic marine industry through information's common ownership but also international competitiveness strength.

Barcode is widely being used in many places such as supermarket, cafeteria, library, etc. ISBN, Code 128, Code 39 are mainly used in barcode. Among them, Code 128 which is based on ASCII Code can transfer control letters that range from ASCII Code 0 to ASCII 32. Control letters intrinsically imply letters that are used to deliver information to peripheral devices such as a printer or communication joint, however, they play quite different roles if they are inputted on Windows. Generally, barcode devices doesn't verify input data, thus it enables people to tag any barcode that has specific control letters and execute the commands. Besides, most barcode recognition programs are using a database and they have more security weakness compared to other programs. On the basis of those reasons, I give an opinion that SQL Injection can attack barcode recognition programs through this study.

We proposed a detection scheme of weather information in CCTV video images in this paper. The scheme obtains the RGB distribution of shiny day and divide a target image into cloud, rain, snow and for RGB distributions. shiny day RGB distribution. Our scheme designed systematically to detection and separation special characteristics of images from complex weather information. Our algorithm has less overhead than the previous methods to use weather database DB at the view of time and space. And our algorithm can be use in real world system with low cost of implementation. Also, our algorithm use informations of temperature, humidity, date, and time to detect the information of weather with high quality.

To evaluate the effectiveness of cupping and bloodletting therapy in the treatment of musculoskeletal diseases. Systematic searches were conducted on KSI, KISTI, DB Pia, KIOM Database, and Koreamed until January 2007 Hand-searches included conference proceedings and our own files. There were no restrictions regarding the language of journals published in Korea. Controlled trials of dry cupping, wet cupping, or blood letting for patients with musculoskeletal disease were considered for inclusion. Trials testing other forms of dry cupping therapy were included. Methodological quality was assessed by two doctors. 20 possibly relevant studies were identified and 5 studies were included. One trial tested wet cupping for ankle sprain and reported positive result. Two trials tested blood letting for low back pain, one was positive and the other one was neutral. One trial tested the types of dry cupping for low back pain, and Ki-gong cupping therapy was superior to other two types of cupping. One trial compared wet cupping with dry cupping for low back pain and the result was negative. The effectiveness of bloodletting plus acupuncture for treating patients with low back pain is superior to acupuncture in spite of low quality. One trial of wet cupping for ankle sprain had effects in reducing pain. However, I suggest that the rigorous RCTs of cupping and blood letting therapy will be conducted in well designed features.

Insufficiency of special knowledge and construction cost makes it difficult in build a customized-feed service system in the agricultural and livestock industry In this paper, customized-feed service system was developed in the internet service environment by using digital information and technology as a grafted system. This system has a couple of advantages like economic feed supply and effective management of feed production cost which make it possible to establish a customized-feed database suitable for the working environment in the agricultural and livestock industry. And this system is expected as a solution for 21st century digitalized agricultural and livestock industry which make it certain in real time by constructing a network environment and digitalizing the equipment and component related to the farm production.

Data are a critical utility asset. Collecting correct data on site leads to accurate information. Data, when gathered with foresight & properly formatted, are useful to both existing database and easily transferable to newer, more comprehensive historical outage data. However, when investigating data items options, the task, can be an arduous one, often requiring the efforts of entire committees. This paper firstly discusses the KEPCO's past 10 years of historical outage data which include meterological data, and also by several elements of the National Weather Service, failure rate, outage duration, and probability classification, etc. Then, these collected data are automatically stored in an Outage Data Management System (ODMS), which allows for easy access and display. ODMS has a straight-forward and easy-to-use interface. It lets you to navigate through modules very easily and allows insertion, deletion or editing of data. In particular, this will further provide the KEPCO that not only helps with probabilistic security assessment but also provides a platform for future development of Probability Estimation Program (PEP).

Biogeography is the study of the distribution of biodiversity over space and time. We report the development of a prototype database that maps of microbial diversity in the context of the geochemical and geological environment and geographic location. It aims to reveal where organisms live, and at what abundance in nation wide. Microbial data collected from agricultural land during 1999 to 2007 were categorized for mapping with ArcGIS program. Distribution maps of bacteria, fungi, Bacillus and gram negative bacteria of agricultural land showed different patterns from each other. Microbial biomass content investigated in year of 2007 was higher than in 1999.
