  • Automation of Field Robot has many advantages for efficiency and convenience. In this paper, mathematical equation of field robot is established and automation system is constructed. Hydraulic and Dynamic equation of field robot are constructed in this paper. Inputs of system are angle data from each link (boom, arm, bucket, swing) and pressure data from in, out port of each cylinder. Outputs of system are voltage into electo-proportional valve.

  • Since the 4th Industrial Revolution is implemented based on superintelligence, new insights must be provided through convergence studies with other fields to find optimal solutions to create new ideas. In this paper, we intende to present improvement measures for probability and statistical education, which is an athlete's subject on data analysis and processing in the ICT(Information & Communication Technologies) field in the era of superintelligence of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper aims to strengthen competitiveness through early development and commercialization of new technologies by presenting probabilities and statistical curriculums that require linkage in the ICT field. Second, it is necessary to present an educational system diagram linking probabilities and statistics in the ICT field to prepare a mid- to long-term response strategy for ICT education in response to innovative changes. Third, through a survey, we intend to present an effective educational operation plan linking probability and statistics to ICT major subjects by analyzing the perception of probability, statistical importance, and utilization of majors in this field.

  • The measurement of magnetic field is performed AC magnetic field emission density in driver cab and saloon's compartment of rolling stock. In order to measure magnetic-field emission, a three-axial magnetic-field sensor is used and connected to data process system. The AC magnetic field is checked and analysis through BNC output, DAQ cad and notebook PC. The spectral analysis is performed by short time Fourier transform(STFT) for time-domain emission signal.

  • In ubiquitous GIS services is possible to use the spatio-temporal data using a mobile device at anytime. Also, client is transmitted latest spatio-temporal data from server. But traditional systems have a problem that the time of transmitting latest information from server to client takes long time because of collecting data periodically. In this paper, we proposed Two-way Synchronization system supporting field update to solve the existing problem. This system uses mobile device for collecting changed data in the real world and sending collected data to server.

  • The Military Tactical Communication technology for effective network-centric warfare is developing. Targeting broadband wireless transmission, core technology for connection, and Transmission technology that secure survivability under High-speed Movement environment. On the one hand, Tactical data communication system that reflects military characteristic is developing on the base of Legacy communication equipment which is used in the field. Because almost every military units in the field have used voice to communicate which lower efficiency of operation, they have made effort to Substitute voice communication which delays military Operation Tempo to digital communication. The Communications environment of troops in Forward edge of battle field area is very poor. Especially in terms of limited frequency allocation and bandwidth. Therefore, improving the efficiency of frequency is essential for Military Tactical Communication. This paper is about The Data Compression Method for increase of Efficiency in Tactical Data Communication over Legacy Radios which are UHF, VHF, HF Radio. I proposed and proved the most efficient Data Compression Method that reflects military characteristic, after analyzing the experimentation, which simulate CAS(Close Air Support mission) data transmission between Pilot and TACP.

  • Pine Wilt Disease (Bursaphelenchus Xylophilus) has been attacked since 1988, then it becomes very serious problem of the all over the country. Government has been invested a lot of money to prevent but it is hard to survey the damaged area and ineffectively control the process of prevention. Therefore, this study is focused on development of Pine Wilt Disease (Bursaphelenchus Xylophilus) Prevention System using GIS and GPS through constructiong database of digital map, satellite imagery and attribute data and development component for desktop PC, internet and mobile system to realtime data transmission between project manager and field worker. Especially, we developed the mobile system that can transmit field conditions in realtime using GPS, GIS and CCD camera, the telecommunication control server that transmit received field condition data to web connecting module and system manager, the web system for end user to notify prevention details, the control system lot manager to recognize filed conditions and to control field workers and the wireless telecommunication module to connect in realtime between field and control center.

  • The purpose of this study is to effectively provide professors in the design field with information services by identifying their information use behaviors. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires after dividing the specialties of 110 professors in the design field into 4 areas. The results were made in terms of purposes of use and the acquisition channels, types of information sources, difficulties of information acquisition and the library use of the institution. Some suggestions were shown as follows: collection of gray literatures such as exhibition data, seminar data, reports and pamphlets, purchase of web databases in design field, information literacy education including the use of domestic and foreign design databases for the professors and the construction of web directories on the library web sites.

  • This study is the empirical research about application and evaluation of AVI that is an essential technology for calculating and providing the travel time. Travel time calculation and provision is one of the technique for information collecting and providing in the ITS. Through the field test on a national highway, we proposed the travel time calculation technique from the data by non-contact vehicle detecting method and validated field application performance with field data. We proposed the technique of evaluating field application performance, then using this, analyzed recognition rate, detection rate and travel time with field data.

  • Field and laboratory studies of the near field behavior of the San Francisco ocean outfall were reported. The data sets cover broad ranges of discharge conditions and oceanic conditions, and are associated with a typical type of outfall discharges with multiport diffusers. The laboratory data sets were obtained in density-stratified towing tanks to replicate the field tests. Model studies of wastefield behavior using these data sets were predicted by the mathematical models UM, UDKHDEN, RSB, and CORMIX2 for minimum dilution, the height to top of wastefield, and wastefield thickness. In this paper, the results are discussed and compared measurements with mathematical model predictions. The hydraulic model studies reproduced the major features observed in the field. It also afforded considerable insight into the mechanics of mixing of multiport risers which could have been obtained neither from the field test nor the mathematical models.

  • Analysis of load data during field operations is highly important for optimum design of power drive lines for agricultural tractor. Objective of the paper was to analyze field load data using FFT to determine frequency and the energy levels of meaningful cyclic patterns. Rotary tillage, plowing, baling, and wrapping operations were selected as major field operations of agricultural tractor. An agricultural tractor with power measurement system was used. The tractor was equipped with strain-gauge sensors to measure torque of four driving axles and a PTO axle, speed sensors to measure rotational speed of the driving axles and an engine shaft, pressure sensors to measure pressure of hydraulic pumps, an I/O interface to acquire the sensor signals, and an embedded system to calculate power requirement. In rotary tillage, calculated frequency was decreased as travel speed increased. In baler operation, calculated frequency was increased as PTO speed was increased. The calculated peak frequency levels and expected levels were similar. Results of the study would provide information on power utilization patterns and on better design of power drive lines.
