조선시대 평택 궁리유적 회곽묘의 물성평가 및 강도해석 (Evaluation of Physical Properties and Strength Interpretation for Lime-Soil Mixture on Barrier Tomb of Pyeongtaek Gungri Site in Joseon Dynasty)

  • 회곽묘는 조선시대의 대표적인 묘제로서 당시 사회와 장례문화 이해에 중요한 자료이다. 궁리유적에서 발굴한 회곽묘를 제작방식에 따라 분류하여 초음파속도와 반발경도 측정을 통해 물성을 평가하였다. 층벽식으로 제작한 회곽묘의 강도는 측정방법에 따라 차이가 있다. 초음파속도와 반발경도를 통해 산출한 층벽식 회곽묘의 압축강도는 각각 4.0~355(평균 43.6) $kgf/cm^2$ 및 18.8~538(평균 245.2) $kgf/cm^2$의 범위를 보였다. 이 회곽묘는 발굴과 이장과정에서 벽체에 충격이 발생한 상태로, 벽체의 고유물성에 비해 낮은 초음파속도가 산출된 것으로 보인다. 반면 통벽식으로 제작한 회곽묘의 압축강도는 초음파속도 및 반발경도 측정방법에 따라 각각 5.7~793(평균 281.6) $kgf/cm^2$와 4.5~551(평균 172.4) $kgf/cm^2$로 나타났다. 이처럼 압축강도 값의 차이는 있지만 경향성이 유사한 것으로 보아, 초음파속도와 반발경도 측정을 통한 물성평가는 통벽식 회곽묘에서 더욱 효과적인 것으로 판단된다. 또한 측정면적이 작은 반발경도법이 초음파법보다 더욱 일정한 강도를 보였다.

  • Android malware steals users' private information, and embedded unsafe advertisement (ad) libraries, which execute unsafe code causing damage to users. The majority of such traffic is HTTP and is mixed with other normal traffic, which makes the detection of malware and unsafe ad libraries a challenging problem. To address this problem, this work describes a novel HTTP traffic flow mining approach to detect and categorize Android malware and unsafe ad library. This work designed AndroCollector, which can automatically execute the Android application (app) and collect the network traffic traces. From these traces, this work extracts HTTP traffic features along three important dimensions: quantitative, timing, and semantic and use these features for characterizing malware and unsafe ad libraries. Based on these HTTP traffic features, this work describes a supervised classification scheme for detecting malware and unsafe ad libraries. In addition, to help network operators, this work describes a fine-grained categorization method by generating fingerprints from HTTP request methods for each malware family and unsafe ad libraries. This work evaluated the scheme using HTTP traffic traces collected from 10778 Android apps. The experimental results show that the scheme can detect malware with 97% accuracy and unsafe ad libraries with 95% accuracy when tested on the popular third-party Android markets.

  • Objectives : There is a need to develop a data quality management algorithm to improve the quality of healthcare data using a data quality management system. In this study, we developed a data quality control algorithms associated with diseases related to hypertension in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods : To make a data quality algorithm, we extracted the 2011 and 2012 discharge damage survey data from diabetes mellitus patients. Derived variables were created using the primary diagnosis, diagnostic unit, primary surgery and treatment, minor surgery and treatment items. Results : Significant factors in diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension were sex, age, ischemic heart disease, and diagnostic ultrasound of the heart. Depending on the decision tree results, we found four groups with extreme values for diabetes accompanying hypertension patients. Conclusions : There is a need to check the actual data contained in the Outlier (extreme value) groups to improve the quality of the data.

암석 및 콘크리트의 압축변형거동과 미소파괴음 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement of Acoustic Emission and Deformation Behaviors of Rock and Concrete under Compression)

  • 암석 재료의 변형에 따른 미시적 파괴 현상으로부터 발생하는 미소파괴음(Acoustic Emission, AE)을 측정하여 암석 구조물 내의 미세균열의 생성과 전파를 탐지하는 연구는 지하 암반 구조물의 안정성을 비파괴검사로 평가하는데 대단히 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 암반 구조물의 보강재로 사용되는 콘크리트와 대리석 암석 시험관에 대하여 전과정 응력-변형률 곡선을 얻기 위한 강성압축시험을 실시하였고, 시험 중에 미소파괴음 발생을 측정하여 미소파괴음 파라미터 분석 및 음원추적을 수행하여 대리석과 콘크리트의 변형 및 파괴거동 특성을 살펴보았다. 또한 시험편에 계단식 반복재하시험을 수행하여 그 변형거동을 고찰하였으며, 미소파괴음 측정을 통하여 재료의 손상, 암반의 현지응력 및 콘크리트 구조물의 응력이력 등과 관련된 카이저효과를 검증하였다

IP 스푸핑을 통한 DDoS 공격 탐지 방안에 대한 연구 (A study on the detection of DDoS attack using the IP Spoofing)

  • 서비스거부공격은 여전히 많은 웹 서비스 사이트에서 중요한 취약 요소이기에 공공기관을 포함한 사이트에서는 방어체계 구축에 많은 노력을 기울여야 한다. 최근에는 NTP의 monlist 기능을 이용한 대량의 네트워크 트래픽을 유발시켜 분산 서비스 거부 공격을 일으키거나 직접적인 방어가 불가능한 DNS 인프라에 대한 서비스거부 공격 등 형태로 이동하고 있다. 일례로 2013년 6월에 발생한 정부통합전산센터 DNS 서버를 대상으로 발생한 DNS 어플리케이션 서비스거부공격은 공공기관의 정보시스템들에 대한 정상적 서비스를 불가능하게 하는 것이 목적이었다. 이와 같이 분산 서비스거부공격은 특정 정보시스템에 대한 피해 뿐 아니라, 불특정 정보서비스에 대한 광범위한 피해로 이어질 수 있기 때문에 사이버위협을 최소화 하는 노력을 기울여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 해외정보시스템과 국내정보시스템 사이에 정해진 규약에 의해 자료를 전송하는 경우에 발생하는 IP 스푸핑을 통한 DDoS 공격에 대해 IP 헤더의 TTL(Time To Live) 값을 활용하여 스푸핑 여부를 탐지하는 방법을 제안한다.

표면플라즈몬공명과 효소면역분석법을 이용한 살충제 카보후란 잔류물 검출 (Sensing of the Insecticide Carbofuran Residues by Surface Plasmon Resonance and Immunoassay)

  • The pesticide is raising public interest in the world, because it causes damage to an environmental pollution and the human health remaining agricultural products and an ecosystem, in spite of the advantages. Particularly, each country restricts the residual pesticide and induces observance about the safety and usage standard so that they can control the amount of pesticide used and defend the safety of agricultural products. The habitual practice for the analysis of the residual pesticide depends on GC (gas chromatography), HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) and GC/MS (gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy), which triturate the fixed quantity of samples, abstract and purify as a suitable organic solvent. These methods have the highly efficient in aspects of sensitivity and accuracy. On the other hand, they need the high cost, time consuming, much effort, expensive equipment and the skillful management. Carbofuran is highly toxic by inhalation and ingestion and moderately toxic by dermal absorption. As with other carbamate compounds, it is metabolized in the liver and eventually excreted in the urine. The half-life of carbofuran on crops is about 4 days when applied to roots, and longer than 4 days if applied to the leaves. This research was conducted to develop immunoassay for detecting carbofuran residue quickly on the basis of surface plasmon resonance and to evaluate the measurement sensitivity. Gold chip used was CM5 spreaded dextran on the surface. An applied antibody to Immunoassay was GST (glutathione-s-transferase). The association and the dissociation time were 176 second and 215 second between GST and carbofuran. The total analysis time using surface plasmon resonance was 13 minutes including regeneration time, on the other hand HPLC and GC/MS was 2 hours usually. The minimum detection limit of a permissible amount for carbofuran in the country is 0.1 ppm. The immunoassay method using surface plasmon resonance was 0.002 ppm.

효과적인 소방활동을 위한 지하주차장 스프링클러설비 송수배관 연결방식의 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Connection Method of Underground Parking Lot SP Equipment Water Supply Pipe for Effective Fire Activities)

  • A fire sprinkler system is very important to extinguish fire in the building. The sprinkler system initiates sprinkler discharge if the detection system identifies a developing fire and opens the pre-action valve. However, pre-action fire sprinkler systems mainly installed in the underground parking lot at the apartment complex do not properly operate at fire if the connection type of fire sprinkler systems does not properly installed and operated. This study identified the relationship between fire dispersion & damage and the connection type of water supply in the sprinkler system from many fire cases at the apartment complex in South Korea. In addition, this study also identified the water supply differences and characteristics between South Korea and foreign countries. The main purpose of this study is also to improve the water connection types in the sprinkler system that can reduce the potential failures of pre-action valve operation through electrical signal system. The study also suggests the improvement plan for water connection types in pre-action fire sprinkler system that can minimize potential failure of pre-action fire sprinkler system. The suggestions for revising the fire safe standard in South Korea includes letting the water supply pipe of sprinkler system water inlet connect to the second side of pre-action valve and the water flow device that can minimize potential failure of sprinkler system.

국내 유통 주요 사과 품종 왜성대목 및 접수의 바이러스 검정 (Virus Detection of Dwarfing Rootstock and Scion in Major Commercial Apple Cultivars)

  • Apple (Malus domestica) is one of the most economically important fruits in Korea. But virus infection has decreased sustainable production of apple and caused the serious problems such as yield loss and poor fruit quality. Virus or viroid infection including Apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV), Apple stem pitting virus (ASPV), Apple stem grooving virus (ASGV), Apple mosaic virus (ApMV) and Apple scar skin viroid (ASSVd) has been also reported in Korea, furthermore, its damages and economic losses have increased constantly. In our research, we tried to survey virus infection for commercial nursery trees of major apple cultivars, especially dwarfing rootstocks 'M.9' and 'M.26' as well as scions. Trees were collected from 11 locations which have produced a great amount of apple nursery stocks in Korea. Infection degree was investigated in apple cultivars, 'Hongro' and 'Fuji' using RT-PCR method. In the scion of cultivar 'Hongro', infection ratio of ACLSV, ASPV and ASGV were 100%, 81.8% and 100% respectively. In the rootstock of cultivar 'Hongro', infection ratio of ACLSV, ASPV, ASGV and ApMV were 90.9%, 81.8%, 100% and 9.1% respectively. In the scion of cultivar 'Fuji', infection ratio of ACLSV, ASPV and ASGV were 81.8%, 90.9% and 100% respectively. In the rootstock of cultivar 'Fuji', infection ratio of ACLSV, ASPV, ASGV and ApMV were 81.8%, 90.9%, 100% and 9.1% respectively. Infection of ASSVd was not detected in both cultivars. From our results, it was found that most of apple rootstocks and scions had multiple infections by apple viruses which have caused economic damage in fruit production.

A hybrid identification method on butterfly optimization and differential evolution algorithm

  • Modern swarm intelligence heuristic search methods are widely applied in the field of structural health monitoring due to their advantages of excellent global search capacity, loose requirement of initial guess and ease of computational implementation etc. To this end, a hybrid strategy is proposed based on butterfly optimization algorithm (BOA) and differential evolution (DE) with purpose of effective combination of their merits. In the proposed identification strategy, two improvements including mutation and crossover operations of DE, and dynamic adaptive operators are introduced into original BOA to reduce the risk to be trapped in local optimum and increase global search capability. The performance of the proposed algorithm, hybrid butterfly optimization and differential evolution algorithm (HBODEA) is evaluated by two numerical examples of a simply supported beam and a 37-bar truss structure, as well as an experimental test of 8-story shear-type steel frame structure in the laboratory. Compared with BOA and DE, the numerical and experimental results show that the proposed HBODEA is more robust to detect the reduction of stiffness with limited sensors and contaminated measurements. In addition, the effect of search space, two dynamic operators, population size on identification accuracy and efficiency of the proposed identification strategy are further investigated.

철근부식에 의한 철근콘크리트골조의 구조성능분석 (Structural Performance Investigation for the Reinforced Concrete Frames Deteriorated by the Reinforcement Corrosion)

  • 기존 구조물의 손상평가에 관한 연구는 지진 등과 같은 과도한 하중에 의한 손상을 고려하였다. 그러나 구조물은 과도한 하중없이도 장기간의 시간에 따라 염화물, 탄성화 등과 같은 이유로 노후화가 진행되어 구조성능이 저하될 수 있다. 그래서 구조물의 건전도를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 노후화에 의한 구조성능 저하도 검토되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 염화물에 의한 철근의 부식을 노후화 요인으로 고려한다. 철근부식에 의한 재료의 구조성능 저하를 고려하기 위해 부식정도에 따른 철근의 단면적, 항복강도, 파단변형률, 피복 콘크리트 강도 등을 예측한다. 이를 구조모델링에 적용하여 구조부재 및 구조물의 구조성능 저하를 분석한다. 구조부재의 구조성능을 분석하기 위해 모멘트-곡률 해석을 수행한다. 구조물 레벨의 구조성능을 고려하기 위해, 고유치해석을 통한 고유주기와 모드형상을 분석한다. 또한 비선형 정적해석을 통해 구조물의 강도와 변형성능을 분석한다.
