Purpose As consumer awareness grows, the importance of CSR becomes even more important for long-term growth. In response to this current trend, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of CSR activities on business performance for logistics companies. Research design, data, and methodology - Between CSR activities and growth, there was a generally positive(+) relationships between activities such as donation and volunteerism and the growth of the enterprise. In terms of the relationship between environmental factors and growth, negative results were expressed. In case of profitability, improved welfare for workers has had a positive impact on corporate profitability. Results - With respect to stability, a high proportion of equity capital is not considered to be more active in SCR activities. Significant negative results were given between the minimum factors for entry, transportation, and noise generation factors and the ratio of liabilities, which are representative friction factors in the community. This study examines the effects of parent-child attachment across the child's life from a life-span developmental perspective. The study investigates the effects of a child's attachment to his or her mother in childhood on his or her school attachment as an adult student and explores the role of self-esteem as a mediator of the relationship between these two variables. A total of 529 S Cyber University students taking social welfare classes participated in this study. These students completed a questionnaire about their present level of self-esteem, attachment to their mother in childhood, and school adjustment. According to the SEM results, adult students' self-esteem fully mediated the relationship between their mother-child attachment in childhood and their school adjustment in adulthood. Attachment security for the mother in childhood was related to the child's own internal working model, and positive self-esteem was related to school adjustment.

스폰서십의 효과를 결정짓는 여러 요인 중 기업이 스폰서하는 공동체(community)의 구성원들이 어떤 태도를 가지고 있는가 하는 점이 가장 중요한 요인이라 할 수 있다. 공동체 구성원의 태도를 이해하는데 매우 중요한 이론으로 동일시(identification) 혹은 일체감 이론을 생각할 수 있다. 공동체 구성원이 자신이 속한 공동체에 어느 정도의 일체감을 느끼는가에 따라 공동체에 대한 행동과 공동체에 스폰서하는 기업에 대한 태도가 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 공동체의식 개념을 적용하여 공동체 일체감의 주요 선행요인을 확인하고, 공동체 일체감과 기업의 스폰서십에 대한 반응 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과 공동체 의식이 공동체 일체감과 공동체에 대한 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 공동체 의식의 세부 요소별로 보면, 욕구의 충족, 소속감, 정서적 유대감은 공동체 일체감과 공동체 충성도에 모두 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 영향력은 공동체 충성도에만 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 공동체 일체감이 높을수록 공동체 충성도가 높아지며, 공동체 충성도가 높아지면 스폰서에 대한 태도가 개선되는 반응이 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.

When it comes to discussing the natural behaviors of human life, defining the word "community" itself can be extremely crucial. The word "Community" can be defined as a group of interacting human beings sharing an environment. It is also the basic form for "dwelling" which can be explained as a quint essential factor in human life. Compared to the previous traditional society with strong bonding and close chemistry between neighbors, modern society with simple and monolithic apartments brought a literal extinction of what has been called as a 'relationship'. Hence, people started to take this phenomenon as a problematic issue. Also, high-rise apartments made its residents more isolated and individualistic on a growing basis. In order to aid the aggravating symptoms, there has been a wide recognition between the "dwellers" to develop and strengthen their "community". This movement in strengthening the "community" is currently on a full expansion towards the cyber space, riding the tides of a drastic improvement of the Internet. Apartment web sites today not only displays introductory level of information they also provide wider meanings of general lifestyle plus deeper content, which can enhance their community.

이러닝에서는 학생의 중도 포기율이 높기 때문에 학생의 학습의지를 어떻게 장려할 수 있는가가 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학생의 학습의지에 미치는 여러가지 영향요인 중 공동체의식을 주요 요인으로 파악하여 그 영향력을 살펴보고자 하였다. 아울러 이러한 공동체의식이 이러닝 교육기관에 대한 충성도에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지도 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통해 공동체의식은 학습기관 일체감을 형성하고 이러한 학습기관 일체감은 학생의 학습의지와 학교에 대한 충성도를 증대시킨다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate relationships among workplace face to face bullying, cyber bullying, self-esteem, and turnover intention of hospital nurses, and to identify affecting factors for turnover intention through their relationships. Methods: Data were collected from 178 hospital nurses by self-reported questionnaire. The relationship among variables were analyzed with Pearson's coefficient correlation and affecting factors for turnover intention were identified by using multiple linear regression. Results: The mean score of turnover intention was $3.55{\pm}0.94$. Turnover intention was significantly different by age, marriage status, educational background, total experience as a nurse, designation, health status, bullying experience, and bullied experience. Turnover intention had positive relationships with workplace face to face bullying and hospital size, but negative relationships with self-esteem and health status. Workplace face to face bullying, health status and hospital size were identified as influencing factors in turnover intention. Conclusion: It is necessary to nursing community's efforts to decrease face to face bullying in order to lower the turnover intention of nurses. In this regard workplace bullying among nurses should be addressed using a comprehensive strategy that considers both individual and organizational factors. It is also necessary to nurse 's efforts to increase self-esteem.

국제지형에서 인터넷의 효과와 핵심쟁점을 이해하는 작업은 각국의 발전전략을 비교, 분석함으로써 연구모델을 보다 심화시킬 수 있으며, 세계화의 영향력이 날로 커지는 사이버 공간의 발전에 대한 실증적인 연구의 기초자료로서 의의를 가진다. 이에 본 연구는 국제사회의 새로운 흐름을 결정하는 요인을 진단하기 위해 기존의 핵심요소인 경제성장을 중심으로 하는 객관적인 접근에서 확장하여 정보화와 함께 사회문화적인 가치체계를 반영하는 통합적인 분석틀을 제시하고자 한다. 사이버 공간을 통한 소통방식과 각국의 문화적 토대는 글로벌 공동체의 분권화를 향한 새로운 균형점의 가능성을 내포한다. 다원화된 네트워크 구조에서 온라인 공간에 참여하는 과정은 상호의존성을 반영할 뿐만 아니라 자발적인 협력관계에 의해 기존 질서로부터 벗어나 역동적인 권력이동의 함수관계를 포함하며 글로벌 공감사회를 향한 중요한 과제를 안겨주는 것이다.

As the cyberspace several decades ago created a cyber fiction fever, the augmented reality as the future of imagination can generate another kind of literary genre and new social ambiance where books tend to come to life more realistically. This newly created "smart fiction," "smart movies," and "smart environment" will be full of fun, hopes and conveniences. But addiction to smart kinds will create unwanted dangerous plethora like ghost-like avatars, wild animals and Farid due to the limitations of human control over hi-technology. If so, the adventures we plan to take will turn fantasy into horror in no time. Instead of loving new scientific things blindly, the emphasis hereafter must be put rather on the potentially negative aftermaths of the new innovative technology. Some viewers after watching the film Avatar are still suffering from the syndrome called "avatar blues," a homesick for Pandora. After their experiencing of the experimental 3D effects in books and media, audience and readers are required to actively deal with the increased lack of the darker cave which the comparatively unsatisfactory present can never fill with fixity and limit. Like the prevention against the addictive online game or the manual of 3D television or 3D printer, the extreme off-limits and safety zone for this virtually and expendably subverting technology must be seriously reviewed by community before using and adopting it. Also, these technologically expanded and augmented environments must be prudently criticized by the in-depth study of literature just as cyber space begun by Gibson's cyber fiction and its criticism.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of a sense of self-integration in the relationship between death anxiety and death anxiety on the quality of life for the elderly living in rural areas. First, death anxiety among the elderly living in rural areas was found to have a negative effect on the quality of life, and among the sub-elements of death anxiety, the anxiety of loss of existence and the anxiety of the death process were negative on the quality of life. Second, it was found that there is a positive effect on the sense of self-integration, which is a parameter such as anxiety about loss of existence, anxiety about the death process, and anxiety about post-mortem outcomes. Third, it was confirmed that the sense of self-integration mediates between death anxiety and quality of life. Based on the results of this study, several discussions and suggestions were made to improve the quality of life of the elderly living in rural areas by improving the sense of self-integration and reducing death anxiety.

The purpose of this study is to find plan of practical using websites as welfare support system for present single-parent family practically. The subject websites were chosen by search in twice using Yahoo(http://www.yahoo.co.kr),Naver(http://www.naver.com).Empas(http://www.empas.com). The first search was accomplished by reference to these websites from the eighth of December to the twelfth of December in 2001. With the use of key words‘widowed mother & widower’,‘divorce’,‘single parent’,‘single-parent home’,‘single-parent family’. The second search was conducted on March 27, 2001. Finally 10 websites were selected. Chosen websites were analysed by structural element measure and structural technique measure of the contents. The following are summary of results and conclusion of this study. First, counsel program, self-help group, legal advice of the legal system and legal question area in the field of psychology·emotion·health problem of subject websites satisfied desire of single-parent family comparatively. Second, subject websites were classified into two types which are after the assessment of contents and structural technique of subject websites, a imaginary site was designed to solve the problem of single-parent family and to support single-parent family by means of prior research. Putting the result mentioned above together, As a step to solve the problem of single-parent family, to use practically website as a place single-parent family can be provided what the country and community cannot offer. It was accomplished by expanding self-help group extremely through the connection with ground to acquire strategy of dealing with single-parent family's desire and problem, volunteer supports and specialists.
