목질(木質)의 열수추출(熱水抽出) 및 CaCl2 첨가(添加)가 목질(木質)-세멘트 보드의 휨강도(强度) 및 팽윤율(膨潤率)에 미치는 영향(影響) (The Effects of Hot Water Extraction of Wood Meal and the Addition of CaCl2 on Bending Strength and Swelling Ratio of Wood-Cement Board)

  • The effects of pre-treatments, the hot water extraction of wood meal and the addition of chemical ($CaCl_2$) to wood-cement water system on the properties of wood-cement composite such as modulus of rupture (MOR), modulus of elasticity (MOE), water sorption ratio and swelling ratio of resulting boards were studied in this experiment. The wood meals through 0.83mm(20 mesh) and retained on 0.42mm(35 mesh) screen were prepared from Pinus densiflora S. at Z. and Larix leptolepsis G. For hot water extraction, 500 grams of wood meal for each species were heated to boiling with 1,500ml of distilled water in 2-liter beaker for 6 hours. Every 2 hours, the wood meals were washed with boiling distil1ed water and reheated to boiling again. After 6 hours boiling, the boiled wood particles were collected by pouring this particles on 200 mesh screen. The collected particles then washed twice with hot distilled water and dried for 24 hours in an oven at $109{\pm}20^{\circ}C$. A mixture of 663.4 grams of cement with 331.7 grams of wood meal based on oven-dry weight were dry-mixed in a plastic vessel. The mixture was kneaded with 497.6ml of distilled water in the ratio of 1.5ml of water to a gram of wood meal. To add calcium chloride to the mixture as an accelerator, $CaCl_2$ 4% solution by weight per volume, was added to pine-or larch-cement board in the ratio of 3% to cement weight. To set wood-cement board, this mixture was clamped at 30cm ${\times}$ 30cm, in thickness of 1.5cm for 3 days at room temperature, declamped and then placed at open condition for 17 days. The target density was 1.0. The four specimens sized to 5cm in width and 28cm in length were used for MOR and MOE test for each treatment. After MOR test, the tested specimens were cut to the size of 5cm ${\times}$ 5cm for water sorption and swelling test. The twenty specimens used to measure the water sorption ratio (soaking 24 hours) and ten of these were used for swelling ratio measurement The results obtained were as follows: 1) Larch was not suitable for wood-cement boards because larch-cement board developed no strength, but pine showed 97.9kg/$cm^2$ by hot water extraction. 2) To increase MOR, hot water extraction was more effective than the addition of $CaCl_2$ in pine and larch because the $CaCl_2$ addition was seemed to speed up the ratio of cement hydration without reacting with the wood substances. 3) The water sorption ratio was lowered by the addition of $CaCl_2$ to wood-cement system because the chemical additive accelerated the rate of cement hydration. 4) In pine-cement board, the swelling ratio from 0.37 to 0.42 percent was observed in length and the swelling ratio from 0.88 to 2.0 percent in thickness. As a rule, the swelling ratio of wood-cement board was very low and the swelling ratio in thickness was higher than in length.

국내 유가공산업의 R&D활성화를 위한 연구 동향과 방향 (Research Trends and Future Directions for R&D Vitalization of Domestic Dairy Industry)

  • 최근 한반도를 둘러싼 주변 환경이 크게 변화하는 가운데 특히 중국의 유제품 소비가 급증하고 있기 때문에 국내유가공산업은 향후 50년을 설계해야 하는 중요한 기로에 서 있다. 소비 측면에서 유제품의 시장 동향을 살펴보면 신선우유 소비는 감소하고, 발효유 등 유가공품 소비는 증가하고 있다. 원유사용량은 2010년 1,939천 톤을 예상되며, 반면 우유 공급량은 예년도 원유수요량으로 판단할 때 35천 톤 가량 공급 부족이 예상된다. 현재 다자간 협상 중인 미국 및 EU와 FTA 협정이 발효될 경우, 낙농산업분야의 상당한 피해가 예상되고, 수입 개방에 따라 국산 원유의 생산 감축으로 이어질 것이다. 현재 유가공업체가 농가에서 수취하는 원유는 미생물 함량과 체세포수가 매우 낮은 양질의 우유이기 때문에 초고온살균법 대신 유럽처럼 우유 고유 풍미 및 영양성분을 유지한 저온살균우유 생산을 유도하는 정책적 연구가 필요하다. 국내 치즈 시장은 65,423톤 규모로 시장 규모는 매년 확대되고 있으나 대부분을 수입에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 자연치즈 산업 활성화와 더불어 반드시 해결할 문제로서 부산물(유청) 처리와 "목장형유가공(On-Farm Processing)"의 활성화이다. 이를 위해 규제를 완화하고 몇 가지 당면 문제를 해결한다면 대형 유가공업체와 동반성장이 가능하다고 생각된다. 국내 발효유 시장은 꾸준히 성장을 기록한 유일한 품목으로서 위, 간, 장 건강을 위한 기능성 발효유 제품의 매출이 크게 성장하였다. 인체에 유용한 프로바이오틱 유산균을 이용한 발효유 제품의 연구 개발은 중요한 연구 테마이다. 초유는 위장관 감염증의 치료나 예방에 사용될 수 있는 면역우유 제조에 사용될 수 있으며, 포유동물의 초유를 이용한 다양한 우유 제품의 연구 개발도 가능하다. 우유를 나노분자가공방법과 기능성나노식품소재의 첨가로 제품의 영양과 기호성을 향상시킬 수 있는 우유 제품을 개발할 수 있을 것이다. 국내 기능성 유제품의 효능 및 효과에 대한 표시기준 개정이 유가공업계가 안고 있는 최대의 당면 문제이다. 원유 수급 불균형은 구조적인 문제로서 우유의 적극적인 용도 관리가 선진국형 관리 체계로 바뀌어야 한다. 즉 내수용, 수출용, 수급 조절용으로 세분하는 것이다. 그리고 행정의 전문화를 위해 낙농연구 개발 지휘본부(control tower)의 설립을 건의하는 바이다. 외국의 "낙농위원회(Dairy Board)"처럼 수출용 유가공제품의 연구 개발을 전체적으로 총괄 지휘할 수 있는 기관이 필요하다. 마지막으로 유가공분야 인재육성 정책을 적극 검토해야 한다. 유가공 전공자 및 기술자에 대한 유학 또는 연수 기회를 확대함으로써 학생들의 의욕과 사기를 진작시켜야 한다.

나팔나리와 자생 솔나리 간의 종간교잡 불화합성 극복을 위한 in vitro 배양방법 (Application of in vitro Culture Methods for Overcoming Cross-incompatibility in Interspecific Crosses between L. longiflorum and L. cernuum)

  • L. longiflorum 'Gelria'와 우리 나라 자생종인 솔나리(L. cernuum)와의 종간 교잡시 수정 후 장벽을 극복하여 효율적인 식물체 생산을 목적으로 자방절편 배양, 배주배양, 배배양을 수행하였다. 두 종의 정역교잡에서 L. longiflorum 'Gelria'${\times}$L. cernuum의 편방향 교잡에서만 과실이 발달하였다. 수분 40일 경과된 자방의 자방절편 배양에서 sucrose 농도를 2, 4, 6, 8, 10%로 달리하여 배양한 결과 6% sucrose+MS 배지가 배주발달에 가장 좋은 것으로 나타나 많은 잡종 개체를 획득하였다. 자방절편 배양에서 획득된 배주의 배양도 6% sucrose배지에서 제일 좋았다. Sucrose가 발아 및 미숙배의 생육에 미치는 영향은 자방절편 배양 시 8% 이상의 sucrose농도에서는 배양 40일 후부터 비대 발달된 배주가 투명화 되거나 퇴화되는 현상이 많이 관찰되었다. 한편, L. cernuum${\times}$L. longiflorum 조합에서는 30일간 자방절편 배양하였을 때 배주가 자라는 모습을 볼 수 있었으나, 이어진 배주 배양에서 식물체를 획득할 수가 없었다. 수분 60일 후의 배주를 관찰한 결과 0.6mm보다 두꺼운 배주는 배를 함유하는 것으로 간주되었고, 이들의 배는 1.2-1.7mm 정도였다. 이들 배주 NAA를 첨가하지 않은 6% sucrose만 첨가한 MS배지에서 일반 종자처럼 발아하였다. 이들 배주로부터 적취된 배의 배양은 MS+NAA $0.1-1 mg{\cdot}L^{-1}+6%$ sucrose에서 가장 좋은 효과가 나타났다. 작업의 간편성을 고려하면 L. longiflorum 'Gelria'와 솔나리(L. cernuum)와의 종간잡종 육성은 수분 후 60일에 채취된 0.6mm 이상의 배주를 배양하는 방법이 추천될 수 있었다.

전장 유전체 연관분석을 통한 한우 성장 연관 양적형질좌위 (QTL) 탐색 (Genome Wide Association Study to Identity QTL for Growth Taits in Hanwoo)

  • 본 연구는 한우 거세우 266두에서 유전자형 결정이 완료된 4,522개의 SNP를 이용하여 한우 성장형질 (6, 12, 18 및 24개월령 체중)에 대한 양적형질좌위 (QTL)을 탐색 하였다. 각 SNP와 성장형질과의 연관성 분석은 회귀분석 (single marker regression)을 이용하여 수행하였으며, 통계적 유의성은 P-value (P<0.001)로 설정하였다. 그 결과, 6개월체중에서 3개 좌위, 12개월 체중에서는 5개 좌위, 18개월체중에서 5개좌위 그리고 24개월체중에서 4개 좌위가 통계적 유의차를 보였다. 통계적 유의차를 보인 SNP의 상가적 유전분산을 분석한 결과, 몇몇 SNP에서는 6~11% 정도의 상가적 유전효과를 보였으며, 대부분의 SNP들은 2~5%로 매우 작은 효과를 보였다.

  • The experimental studies were performed to observe the characteristics of the myelinated nerve fibers of the tradiaphragmatic branches of phrenic nerves in dog In the work to be reported five mixed breed Korean dog were used, they were one year old and he body eights were about 12 Kgm. in average with healthy conditions. The specimens (nerve) were taken at the point of 1.5 cm posterior part from the left and right phrenic nerves entrance to the diaphragm, and the dorso-lateral and dorso-medial branches of phrenic nerves vere also, taken at the point of 0.5 cm distal part from their branching portion. The specimens were fixed for 24 hrs. in Flemming's solution, and embedded in paraffin. The paraffin section. were cut at 6 microns and stained with Walter's modification of Weigert-pal method for the myelinated fibers. Microphotographs were taken and enlarged into 750 times of the actual size, and the diameter of the photographic images of the myelinated fibers were measured by the scale on the transparent Percepex Plate. The following conclusions were made: 1. The percentage of distribution of the several intradiaphragmatic branches of phrenic nerves were as follows. Ventral branches were 34.97%, lateral branches were 37.90%, dorsal branches were 27.13%, and the dorsal branches were branched again into dorso-lateral branches(54.22%) and dorso-medial branches (45. 78%). 2. The mean value and S.D. of the total numbers of the myelinated nerve fibers at the left ventral branches were $490.80{\pm}12$, and at the right ventral branches were $486.6{\pm}13$. Total average cross sectional area on the left ventral branches were 38,000. $6{\pm}136{\mu}^2$, and the right ventral branches were $37,150.2{\pm}1.782{\mu}^2$. 3. The mean value and S.D. of the total numbers of the myelinated nerve fibers at the left lateral branches were $533.8{\pm}8$, and at the right lateral branches were $525.6{\pm}7$. Total average cross sectional area of the left lateral branches were $41,582{\pm}1,170{\mu}^2$, and the right lateral branches were $40,454.8{\pm}812{\mu}^2$. 4. The mean value and S.D. of the total numbers of the myelinated nerve fibers at the left dorsal branches were $378.2{\pm}14$, and at the right dorsal branches were $380.2{\pm}8$. Total average cross sectional area of the left dorsal branches were $27,771{\pm}1,256{\mu}^2$, and the right dorsal branches were $27,507.2{\pm}645{\mu}^2$. 5. The mean value and S.D. of the total numbers of the myelinated fibers at the left dorso-lateral branches were $205.4{\pm}15$, and at the right dorso-lateral branches were $210.6{\pm}17$. Total average cross sectional area of the left dorso lateral branches were $15,354. 8{\pm}1,519{\mu}^2$, and the right dorsal branches were $15,887{\pm}1,297{\mu}^2$. 6. The mean value and S.D. of the total numbers of the myelinated nerve fibers at the left dorso-medial branches were $175{\pm}14$, and at the right dorso-medial branches were $176.2{\pm}17$. Total average cross sectional area of the left dorso-medial branches were $13,037.4{\pm}944{\mu}^2$, and at the right dorso-medial branches were, $13,103{\pm}1,373{\mu}^2$. 7. The highest frequent distribution of the intradiaphragmatic branches of phrenic nerves were found in the $10-12{\mu}^2$ groups, and they were almost 30% of the total groups. 8. The largest fibers diameter were in the $14-16{\mu}^2$ groups, and these were shown the lowest frequent distribution. 9. The largest cross sectional area of the intradiaphragmatic branches of phrenic nerves were found in the $10-12{\mu}^2$ groups. 10. All of the intradiaphragmatic branches of phrenic nerves were unimodal which has a peak in the $10-12{\mu}^2$ groups.

식재료 아웃소싱이 경제적 주방에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 특1급호텔 양식조리를 중심으로 - (Study on economic effects of outsourcing of food materials on the hotel kitchen - Focus on cooking Western food in the first class hotel -)

  • This study is designed to examine feasibility and limitation of outsourcing in cooking Western food in a hotel, to interpret importance of outsourcing(eg. outside order, outside procurement, outside supply) in a broad sense in order to reinforce the core capacity in the cooking department, and to know whether the cooking human power is efficiently used and how much the chefs recognize outsourcing of food materials. As many companies conduct restructuring to cut down its size, the reduction of human power led the Western food cooking in the hotel to lower core capacities, lower quality, and lower efficiency. In addition, the sagging morale of chefs undermined creativity. To change from the traditional kitchen to an economic kitchen needs to look into importance of outsourcing, cognitive attitude of chefs, relation with outside suppliers. Here suggests performance of positive changes in the structure The study examined feasibility and limitation of outsourcing in the hotel kitchen as well as chefs' cognitive attitude toward outsourcing of food materials to reinforce core capabilities of the hotel kitchen. 1. Companies of outsourcing are selected according to variability of price conditions, flexibility of contract conditions, popularity of the outsourcing company, and reputation of the outsourcing company. 2. The importance of outsourcing in the Western food cooking is divided into 4 factors such as standard of selecting outsourcing companies, policies of cooking manu, quality of cooking, and quantity of cooking. 3. The most feasible section in outsourcing of food materials is a process of kneading flour for bread, which shows that many Western-food chefs expect to put higher possibility of outsourcing on the kneading. In other words, when it comes to confectionery and bakery, there are many outside expert processing companies supplying high quality products. In the order of outsourcing feasibility, sauce is followed by processed vegetable, garnish of main dish, and soup. The least feasible section in outsourcing of food materials is appetize. Appetize includes a concept of a improvised dish and needs speed. Due to its color, freshness, and sensibility of taste, the appetize plays a key role in the Western food cooking. 4. When outsourcing is taken in place, the highest risk is to lower the inner cooking skills. Therefore chefs in charge of the Western food sequently recognize both internal problems including storage of cooking skills, unstability of layoffs, and loss of cooperation between departments, and external problems including inferior goods, difficulty of differentiating manu, delay of delivery, and expiration date. It shows that most of the Western food chefs consider risks of the internal problems at first. 5. A effective outsourcing needs appropriate selection of outsourcing companies, maintenance of credibility, active communication, check and management of hygiene. However regardless of their position or career, chefs in charge of the Western food have the same cognitive attitude toward selecting successful outsourcing companies after the outsourcing system is enforced. The core of cooking, or a final stage in the full process of so-called artistic cooking, should be treated with insourcing. Reduction of several cooking processes resulted in shortened cooking time, increased efficiency, faster cooking, cutting the waiting-lines, and finally more room for customers. The outsourcing system can reduce or eliminate the following processes in cooking: buying various food materials, checking, storing, preparing, and processing. Especially in the Western food cooking department of a hotel, the outsourcing system should be enforced to make an economic kitchen and to efficiently manage it. Wow it's time to change from the traditional kitchen to an economic kitchen in the hotel cooking department. For that, the cooking department should become a small but strong organization by outsourcing except its core work.

치수제거 후 흰쥐 삼차신경절에서 VIP 면역반응세포의 변화: 공초점레이저주사현미경적 연구 (CHANGE OF VASOACTIVE INTESTINAL POLYPEPTIDE(VIP) IMMUNOREACTIVE CELLS FOLLOWING PULP EXTIRPATION IN RAT TRIGEMINAL GANGLION: A CONFOCAL LASER SCANNING MICROSCOPIC STUDY)

  • 말초신경 손상에 의한 VIP의 변화를 연구하기 위해 흰쥐 하악대구치 치수제거 후 삼차신경절에서 VIP의 분포 및 반응강도를 공초점레이저주사현미경을 이용하여 관찰하였다. 체중 200g 내외의 Sprague-Dawley계 흰쥐를 대조군과 하악대구치 치수제거 후 14일군으로 분리하여 희생시켰다. 1차 항체로 rabbit anti-VIP, 2차 항체로 fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC) conjugated anti-rabbit IgG를 사용하여 면역형광염색을 시행한 후 공초점레이저주사현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 삼차신경절 하악부위에서 VIP 양성반응세포의 비율은 대조군에서 7.40%를, 실험군에서는 28.42%를 보였다. 대조군에 비해 실험군에서 양성반응세포의 증가를 보였다. 2. 삼차신경절 하악부위에서 VIP면역반응세포체에 대한 상대성 형광강도는 대조군에서 87.78을, 실험군에서는 138.65를 보였다. 대조군과 비교하였을 때 실험군에서 상대성 형광강도의 증가를 보였다. 3. 실험군의 광연속절편$(1{\mu}m)$ 관찰에서 VIP면역반응세포는 9개의 절편 대부분에서 강하게 나타났다. 축삭의 면역반응을 살펴보면, 대조군의 축삭에서는 약한 반응을 보였으며, 실험군의 축삭에서는 강한 면역반응을 보였다. 또한 양성 반응 세포체의 크기는 $20\sim25{\mu}m$의 중간 크기의 세포체에서 강한 면역반응을 보였다. 위의 결과로 보아 치수제거 후에 삼차신경절 하악부위에서 VIP 면역반응세포의 증가와 함께 상대성 형광강도가 높아졌음을 알 수 있었다.

배양골세포 이식이 치조골재생에 미치는 영향 (Effects Of Cultured Bone Cell On The Regeneration Of Alveolar Bone)

  • This study was performed to estimate the effects of cultured bone cell inoculated on porous type hydroxyaptite for the regeneration of the artificial alveolar bone defect. In this experiment 3 beagle dogs were used, and each of them were divided into right and left mandible. Every surgical intervention were performed under the general anesthesia by using with intravenous injection of Pentobarbital sodium(30mg/Kg). To reduce the gingival bleeding during surgery, operative site was injected with Lidocaine hydrochloride(l:80,000 Epinephrine) as local anesthesia. After surgery experimental animal were feeded with soft dietl Mighty dog, Frisies Co., U.S.A.) for 1 weeks to avoid irritaion to soft tissue by food. 2 months before surgery both side of mandibular 1st premolar were extracted and bone chips from mandibular body were obtained from all animals. Bone cells were cultured from bone chips obtained from mandible with Dulbecco's Modified Essential Medium contained with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum under the conventional conditions. Porous type hydroxyapatite were immerse into the high concentrated cell suspension solution, and put 4 hours for attachin the cells on the surface of hydroxyapatite. Graft material were inserted on the artificial bone defect after 3 days of culture. Before insertion of cellinoculated graft material, scanning electronic microscopic observation were performed to confirm the attachment and spreading of cell on the hydroxyapatite surface. 3 artificial bone defects were made with bone trephine drill on the both side of mandible of the experimental animal. First defect was designed without insertion of graft material as negative control, second was filled with porous replamineform hydroxyapatite inoculated with cultured bone marrow cells as expermiental site, and third was filled with graft materials only as positive control. The size of every artificial bone defect was 3mm in diameter and 3mm in depth. After the every surgical intervention of animals, oral hygiene program were performed with 1.0% chlorhexidine digluconate. All of the animals were sacrificed at 2, 4, 6 weeks after surgery. For obtaining histological section, tissus were fixed in 10% Buffered formalin and decalcified with Planko - Rycho Solution for 72hr. Tissue embeding was performed in paraffin and cut parallel to the surface of mandibular body. Section in 8um thickness of tissue was done and stained with Hematoxylin - Eosin. All the specimens were observed under the light microscopy. The following results were obtained : 1. In the case of control site which has no graft material, less inflammatory cell infiltration and rapid new bone forming tendency were revealed compared with experimental groups. But bone surface were observed depression pattern on defect area because of soft tissue invasion into the artificial bone defect during the experimental period. 2. In the porous hydroxyapatite only group, inflammatory cell infiltration was prominet and dense connective tissue were encapsulated around grafted materials. osteoblastic activity in the early stage after surgery was low to compared with grafted with bone cells. 3. In the case of porous hydroxyapatite inoculated with bone cell, less inflammatory cell infiltration and rapid new bone formation activity was revealed than hydroxyapatite only group. Active new bone formation were observed in the early stage of control group. 4. The origin of new bone forming was revealed not from the center of defected area but from the surface of preexisting bony wall on every specimen. 5. In this experiment, osteoclastic cell was not found around grafted materials, and fibrovascular invasion into regions with no noticeable foreign body reaction. Conclusively, the cultured bone cell inoculated onto the porous hydroxyapatite may have an important role of regeneration of artificial bone defects of alveolar bone.

  • 전염병발생 감염가금 매몰처리방법은 침출수 및 악취발생 등 환경오염의 원인이 되고 있어 폐사가금의 처리문제가 중요한 현안으로 대두하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 친환경 처리방법으로 감염가금 처리형태와 계분, 톱밥 등을 혼합한 퇴비화방법이 분해특성 및 발효 소독에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 소형 포트시험에서 가금 통처리에 비해 가금을 절단살균 처리한 경우 분해가 잘 되고 악취발생도 상대적으로 적게 나타났으며, 여기에 고온성 미생물을 처리한 경우 조기에 온도는 상승되었으나, 발효포트 규모가 소형으로 온도상승 및 온도지속기간이 길지 않았다. 그러나 절단살균한 가금처리량을 증대하여 중층처리법에 의한 발효시험결과 1일 만에 $54^{\circ}C$까지 온도가 상승되고 이후 4주간 $55^{\circ}C$ 이상 유지되었고, 분해도 잘 되었으며 악취발생도 하우스 외측에서는 경미하게 느끼는 정도인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 발효소독 효과를 알아보기 위하여 AI, ND를 분변에 접종하여 $56^{\circ}C$ 조건에서 바이러스의 증식여부를 조사한 결과 AI virus의 경우 60분 처리, ND의 경우 30훈 처리 이후 생존이 인정되지 않았다. 따라서 전염병 발생지역에서 가금류를 현지 살균한 후 사육장내의 분변, 톱밥 등을 혼합하여 퇴비화한다면 환경오염을 줄이고 발효소독 효과도 높일 수 있을 것으로 예상되어 금후 관련분야에서 퇴비이용 작물재배 적응성, 안전성 등 관련연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

에케베리아 6품종의 엽삽 시 식물공장시스템 내 LED 파장에 따른 번식 효율 (Propagation Efficiencies at Different LED Light Qualities for Leaf Cutting of Six Echeveria Cultivars in a Plant Factory System)

  • 다육식물인 에케베리아(Echeveria)는 최근 전세계적으로 수요가 증가하고 있지만, 번식효율이 품종이나 환경요인의 영향을 크게 받으므로 연중 고품질 묘를 공급하는 것이 어렵다. 이 연구는 밀폐형 식물공장 내에서 LED 파장 조합이 에케베리아 엽삽번식 효율에 미치는 영향을 구명하여 주년 생산의 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 번식이 어려운 'Afterglow(AG)', 'Berkeley Light(BL)', 'Mason(MS)', 'Subsessilis Light(SL)', 'Cream Tea(CT)', 'Ben Badis(BB)' 등 6품종의 모주로 부터 균일한 잎을 채취하여 실내온도 $24{\pm}2^{\circ}C$, 상대습도 $60{\pm}10%$의 식물공장 내에서 혼합상토에 삽목하였다. 청색(B, 450nm), 녹색(G, 530nm), 적색(R, 660nm), 원적색(FR, 730nm) LED를 이용하여 R10, R8+B2, R5+B5, R7+B2+FR1, R7+B2+G1의 비율로 광질을 달리하여 처리하였고, PPFD는 $200{\mu}mol{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$, 광주기는 16/8(명/암) 시간이었다. 그 결과, 번식 효율은 품종에 따라 차이가 있었는데, 'SL'은 상대적으로 발근과 신초 형성이 쉽게 되었으나, 'AG'는 발근과 뿌리 생장이 잘 되지 않았다. LED 파장 또한 번식효율에 영향을 주었는데, B 비율이 높은 R5+B5, R7+B2+FR1, R7+B2+G1 하에서 신초 형성과 생장이 촉진된 반면, 발근과 뿌리 생장은 억제되었다. 반대로, R 비율이 높은 R10나 R8+B2 하에서는 부정근 형성 및 생장이 촉진된 반면, 신초 형성 및 생장이 억제되었다. 한편, FR은 잎의 크기와 무게를 증가시켰다. 따라서, 번식이 어려운 에케베리아 품종의 엽삽 시 번식효율을 높이기 위해서는 각 파장별 효과를 활용한 적정파장 조성에 대한 연구가 필요하다.
