The police do their best effort to make all security standards of competence and law enforcement suit the public's expectation, take precedence over the direction of the security policy to what the people want, and realize the Republic of Korea in which the people are happy with a strong police security. On the other hand. The people demand the fairly high level of moral integrity to the police who are in charge of law enforcement at the forefront than any other organization. Suggesting various measures for enhancing the organizational level of police ethics in police ethics awareness of police offices have been working on, yet the prevailing view that still insufficient. In this study, after analyzing the current moral status of the police, I suggest ways to improve as follows: First, strengthening the training and improving the program of police ethics. For this, securing professional teacher and implementation of customized ethics training are necessary. Second, the subject of human nature test should be expanded. The targets are limited to less than a supervisor. It should be expanded to all police officers. Third, the improvement of the organizational culture. For this, introduction of mentoring system and enlightening-oriented inspection is needed. Fourth, reducing the burden of manpower by reinforcing personnel. By defusing lack of police personnel, the police will be able to conduct intensive and effective ethics education. Finally, the provision of the stress relief measures for the police. To this end, the police requires constant efforts of the organization itself.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of a forest experience program on the lung capacity, health & fitness, emotional intelligence, and psychological well-being of local children.This study was conducted on 3rd and 4th grade elementary school students for 12 weeks from July 10 to September 30, 2022, at a local children's center in D City. Changes were analyzed and verified using t-test. Verified. The changes in the lung capacity, health & fitness, emotional intelligence, and psychological well-being of the experimental group and the control group were analyzed and verified using t-test.For the changes in lung capacity and health & fitness, there was a statistically significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in lung capacity (t=24.56, p<.05), and there was also a statistically significant difference between the two groups in cardiorespiratory endurance among the elements of health & fitness (t=16.64, p<.05). As for the changes in emotional intelligence and psychological well-being, there was statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the emotional intelligence (t=2.31, p<.05) and in psychological well-being (t=3.21, p<.05). Through this study, the positive effects of the forest experience program were confirmed, and it is believed that institutional arrangements are needed to improve children's participation conditions by expanding forest experience education spaces and developing customized forest experience programs to suit the characteristics of the region.

This paper tracks the present state of the Gugak educational programs run by Gugak-specialized museums including Museum of Gugak not only to set a directionality of Museum of Gugak to step forward for their main purposes, but also to find measures to invigorate its Gugak educational programs. There are 826 museums registered in 2016 nationwide, and ten of them are Gugak-specialized museums including Museum of Gugak. An analysis of the educational programs by Museum of Gugak presents high achievements in concentrativeness, participation and satisfaction levels. However, several issues such as difficulty level adjustment, education period arrangement, contents development, setting of a precise aim of education, and overcoming of regional limitations are to be solved in the future. Considering these special circumstances, the study suggests setting a directionality of Gugak education by following four conditions: Firtly, the Gugak education programs by Museum of Gugak should be user-oriented. Secondly, it is necessary to provide customized learning programs to suit users of various ages and generations. Thirdly, a solid education is required to enhance creativity deviating from uniform, unilateral, fragmentary education focused on materials and relics of museums as the users' experiences and learning levels vary. Fourthly, integrated education with relevant study in common use is required as the specialized environments of the museum could cause users psychological resistance and lessen their willingness to approach. Focusing on these four conditions several invigoration measures for the Gugak education programs are discussed: Firstly, a step-by-step approach, not a radical shift, is required in order to turn existing programs into the user-oriented. Secondly, customized learning programs should be planned in consideration of life cycle of the users. Thirdly, it is necessary to establish virtuous circulation reflecting activity-based contents as well as to provide the users experiences through five senses for solid Gugak education, in which various elements such as experiencing, learning, playing, viewing are reflected manifoldly. Fourthly, integrated education can be implemented when the features of Gugak educational programs are internally structured and the external environment matures.

In this paper, we conducted a study focusing on the innovation direction of the documentary model on the Internet of Things industry, which is the most actively industrialized among the core technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Policy, economic, social, and technical issues were derived using PEST analysis for global trend analysis. It also presented future prospects for the Internet of Things industry of ICT-related global research institutes such as Gartner and International Data Corporation. Global research institutes predicted that competition in network technologies will be an issue for industrial Internet (IIoST) and IoT (Internet of Things) based on infrastructure and platforms. As a result of the PEST analysis, developed countries are pushing policies to respond to the fourth industrial revolution through cooperation of private (business/ research institutes) led by the government. It was also in the process of expanding related R&D budgets and establishing related policies in South Korea. On the economic side, the growth tax of the related industries (based on the aggregate value of the market) and the performance of the entity were reviewed. The growth of industries related to the fourth industrial revolution in advanced countries overseas was found to be faster than other industries, while in Korea, the growth of the "technical hardware and equipment" and "communication service" sectors was relatively low among industries related to the fourth industrial revolution. On the social side, it is expected to cause enormous ripple effects across society, largely due to changes in technology and industrial structure, changes in employment structure, changes in job volume, etc. On the technical side, changes were taking place in each industry, representing the health and medical sectors and manufacturing sectors, which were rapidly changing as they merged with the technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In this paper, various management methodologies for innovation of existing business model were reviewed to cope with rapidly changing industrial environment due to the fourth industrial revolution. In addition, four criteria were established to select a management model to cope with the new business environment: 'Applicability', 'Agility', 'Diversity' and 'Connectivity'. The expert survey results in an AHP analysis showing that Business Model Canvas is best suited for business model innovation methodology. The results showed very high importance, 42.5 percent in terms of "Applicability", 48.1 percent in terms of "Agility", 47.6 percent in terms of "diversity" and 42.9 percent in terms of "connectivity." Thus, it was selected as a model that could be diversely applied according to the industrial ecology and paradigm shift. Business Model Canvas is a relatively recent management strategy that identifies the value of a business model through a nine-block approach as a methodology for business model innovation. It identifies the value of a business model through nine block approaches and covers the four key areas of business: customer, order, infrastructure, and business feasibility analysis. In the paper, the expansion and application direction of the nine blocks were presented from the perspective of the IoT company (ICT). In conclusion, the discussion of which Business Model Canvas models will be applied in the ICT convergence industry is described. Based on the nine blocks, if appropriate applications are carried out to suit the characteristics of the target company, various applications are possible, such as integration and removal of five blocks, seven blocks and so on, and segmentation of blocks that fit the characteristics. Future research needs to develop customized business innovation methodologies for Internet of Things companies, or those that are performing Internet-based services. In addition, in this study, the Business Model Canvas model was derived from expert opinion as a useful tool for innovation. For the expansion and demonstration of the research, a study on the usability of presenting detailed implementation strategies, such as various model application cases and application models for actual companies, is needed.
