보건소 맞춤형 방문건강관리사업 전문인력의 직무분석 (Task Analysis of Managers in the Customized Visiting Health Services)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the tasks of managers who were working in the Customized Visiting Health Services (CVHS) and to prioritize analyzed tasks according to performance frequency, perceived importance, and difficulty. Methods: Job analysis method by Hartley (1999) was used for task analysis and performance frequency, perceived importance, and difficulty were used for prioritize as criteria. A total of 85 managers in the CVHS of public health centers nationwide were recruited through e-mail and mail survey. Using SPSS/WIN 15.0, descriptive statistics, such as frequency distribution, means, median, and standard deviation, were conducted to examine each subject's general characteristics, the frequency, importance, and difficulty of the tasks as well as to prioritize the each task. Results: The job description of the managers revealed 12 duties, 35 tasks, and 104 task elements. Of the 85 managers, 84.8% were classified as nurses, 40.5% were home health care specialists, and 32.9% were social workers. Their coretasks were management of client cases, budget management, and management of work performance and quality assurance. Conclusion: Considering the analyzed managers' tasks and core tasks, we need to examine each manager's role precisely and provide various educational programs for improving overall manager competence.

대학도서관에서의 CRM을 이용한 MyLibrary서비스개선 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of MyLibrary Service in Academic Libraries Using the CRM)

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관시스템의 MyLibrary 기능을 CRM개념을 적용하여 이용자들에게 맞춤서비스를 제공 하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 문헌조사, 홈페이지조사를 통하여 1차 자료를 수집하였으며, 국내외 대학도서관의 사례조사를 실시하고, 대학도서관시스템 중 3개의 시스템을 선정하고 해당 대학도서관 사서와 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 서비스의 각 기능을 담당하는 사서들이 MyLibrary 기능에서 생성되는 이용자들의 정보데이터를 체계적으로 활용하고 있는 사례가 많지 않다는 것을 파악하였다. 개선방안으로는 MyLibrary에서 생성되는 데이터를 토대로 이용자들에게 맞춤정보서비스 제공과 질적으로 높은 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 CRM에 대한 인식제고와 feedback 자료로 활용하기 위한 체계적 관리가 필요하다고 제시하였다.

도시지역 토사재해 위험지역의 유형화: 서울시를 사례로 (Categorize Debris Flow Hazard Zones in Urban Areas: The Case of Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 도시지역 토사재해 위험지역에 대한 특성을 살펴보고, 다변량 통계분석을 이용하여 위험지역들을 유형화하여 관리전략상의 시사점을 도출한다. 사례분석은 서울시 산재된 토사재해 위험지역 49개소 현장조사 표본자료를 대상으로 하며, 조사항목의 특성정보를 이용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 도시지역 토사재해 위험지역에는 계류부 하단 주변에 공원, 택지, 도로 등이 주로 위치하고 있으며, 다수의 주택가가 위험 지역과 인접해 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 군집분석과 판별분석을 통해 토사재해 위험지역은 크게 2가지 유형으로 구분되며, 위험지역에 대해 중점적으로 고려해야 할 요소는 주변 토지이용과 비탈면 경사임을 확인하였다. 이들 인자를 근거로 각 유형별 특성을 고려한 도시지역 토사재해 관리전략 상의 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 분석방법과 관리전략상의 시사점은 기존의 산지 중심의 위험지역 관리대책에 더하여 피해 영향권에 해당하는 시가지에 대한 관리대책을 고려함으로써 토사재해에 보다 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 기초가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

휠체어 장애인의 대량맞춤복을 위한 사이즈 체계 개발: 남성 정장 사이즈 (Development of a Sizing System of Mass-customized Clothing for Wheelchair Users: Men's Suit Sizes)

  • This study develops a sizing system of mass-customized male suits for wheelchair users. One hundred and three male wheelchair users' 21 anthropometric dimensions were measured to identify body shapes and develop a sizing system. The measured wheelchair users' body sizes were compared with the average body sizes of Korean males from the $6^{th}$ Korean Body Size Survey to understand the body size differences between two groups. As a result of body shape classification using the KS's Drop method, wheelchair user body shapes were classified into four shapes for upper-body (A: 32%, B: 26%, BB: 24%, and Y: 18%), and two shapes for lower-body (B: 70% and A: 30%). The upper-body of wheelchair users was relatively developed than Korean males; however, the lower-body was relatively stunted. The key dimensions of a sizing system were selected as chest circumference, waist circumference, and trunk length, outside leg length based on the correlation analysis between anthropometric measures. The top sizes were determined considering chest and waist circumferences for horizontal sizes, and additionally the trunk length was divided into short, medium, and long groups for vertical sizes. The bottom sizes were selected considering the waist and hip circumferences for horizontal sizes, and additionally their outside leg length was divided into short, medium, and long groups for vertical sizes.

대전지역 중국 및 일본 유학생의 국적 및 거주 기간에 따른 한식 적응도와 급식 만족도 (Adaptation for Korean Foods and Satisfaction for Foodservice by Different Residence Periods of Chinese and Japanese University Students in Daejeon)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze adaptation for Korean foods and satisfaction for university foodservice by nationality and residence period of Chinese and Japanese university students in Daejeon, Republic of Korea. Among 330 questionnaires distributed to Chinese and Japanese students, 294 complete questionnaires (89.1%) were analyzed. The questionnaire included two 5-point scales for measuring levels adaptation of for Korean food and satisfaction with university foodservice, respectively. Japanese students' level of adaptation for Korean food (3.16) was significantly higher than that of Chinese students (2.96). As the length of residence in Korea increased, the frequency of using university lunch service per week significantly decreased. The main factor when selecting a menu item was food taste (39.8%, 22.8%) in both Chinese and Japanese students, whereas the next main factor was preference (16.4%) in Chinese students and nutrition (18.7%) in Japanese students. The preferred cooking methods for meat were stir-frying (31.6%) and roasting (25.9%). For fish, Chinese students preferred braising (32.7%), whereas Japanese students preferred roasting (26.8%). Both Chinese and Japanese students preferred sukchae (45.6%, 43.1%) for vegetables. Factor analysis grouped 17 items measuring university foodservice into four factors, 'sanitation & employee service', 'physical environment', 'food' and 'customized menu & information' and the mean scores were 3.56, 3.30, 3.20 and 3.00, respectively. Chinese students were significantly more satisfied than Japanese students with the 'physical environment', 'sanitation & employee service' and 'customized menu & information'. These results suggest that efforts such as developing a greater variety of menu items with mild tastes and somewhat less flavor, applying preferred cooking methods, offering special menus for foreign students, providing nutrition information on menus, and offering a description of menu items in the foreign languages could improve Chinese and Japanese students' levels of satisfaction with university foodservice.

국회기록보존소 학술 정보 이용자 서비스 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study to Vitalize Academic User Services of the National Assembly Archives in South Korea)

  • 국회기록은 민주주의의 역사적 증거로써 큰 가치를 가지고 있어 공공기록 중 가장 활용가치가 높은 기록 중 하나로 볼 수 있다. 때문에 업무상의 참고자료 혹은 증빙자료로 활용될 뿐만 아니라 학술 목적으로도 이용되고 있다. 학술 정보 이용자는 우리 사회의 지적 능력을 향상시키고 간접적 혁신을 이끌 수 있으며 이들에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공 한다면 기록관리기관의 지속적인 열람과 이용률을 증가시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국회기록을 담당하고 있는 국회기록보존소의 학술 정보 서비스 활성화 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구와 미국과 영국의 입법 아카이브센터 사례조사, 국회기록보존소 서비스 담당 실무자 2명과 국회기록을 학술 목적으로 이용해 본 이용자 8명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 온라인 원문 구축 확대와 국회기록보존소 홍보를 통한 국회기록보존소 인식 개선과 국회사무처와 협력체계 구축, 주제별 국회기록 제공, 국회기록 수집 및 분석 지원을 통한 온라인 서비스 강화, 개인화 서비스와 연구가이드를 통한 맞춤형 이용자 서비스를 제안하였다.

An Analysis of University Students' Needs for Learning Support Functions of Learning Management System Augmented with Artificial Intelligence Technology

  • The aim of this study is to identify intelligent learning support functions in Learning Management System (LMS) to support university student learning activities during the transition from face-to-face classes to online learning. To accomplish this, we investigated the perceptions of students on the levels of importance and urgency toward learning support functions of LMS powered with Artificial Intelligent (AI) technology and analyzed the differences in perception according to student characteristics. As a result of this study, the function that students considered to be the most important and felt an urgent need to adopt was to give automated grading and feedback for their writing assignments. The functions with the next highest score in importance and urgency were related to receiving customized feedback and help on task performance processed as well as results in the learning progress. In addition, students view a function to receive customized feedback according to their own learning plan and progress and to receive suggestions for improvement by diagnosing their strengths and weaknesses to be both vitally important and urgently needed. On the other hand, the learning support function of LMS, which was ranked as low importance and urgency, was a function that analyzed the interaction between professors and students and between fellow students. It is expected that the results of this student needs analysis will be helpful in deriving the contents of learning support functions that should be developed as well as providing basic information for prioritizing when applying AI technology to implement learner-centered LMS in the future.

  • Purpose - This paper examines product design management, the current design focus of which has shifted to the need to produce innovation applications that can effectively respond to the market's consumption changes in a timely manner. Research design, data, methodology - This study discusses several methodologies that are widely used in experimental processes, such as fuzzy theory, multi-criteria decision-making theory, and managing decision making. The designers will better understand their customers by applying these methodologies. This study examines how the current trend in product innovation design observes customer needs, controls innovation, and stimulates design ability. Results - This paper takes innovative telephone design as an experimental case to investigate how to create a product using market-oriented and customized management concepts and creative design abilities. Conclusions - If accompanied by an innovative product value chain, a product can further the development of enterprise management, now the main element of every developed country's social and economic development.

신용등급 향상을 위한 신용관리 방법 (Credit Management Method to Improve Credit Rating)

  • In these days, an individual is evaluated by his or her credit. So, it is very critical for an individual to know his or her credit rating and then to try to improve the credit rating. But, there are few services to analyze credit status for an individual and inform the person of the credit. In fact, it could be impossible to let a person know how to improve his or her credit rating. Against this backdrop, we research on a credit management model to analyze credit status of an individual rapidly and propose individual-customized method to improve the credit rating. We set up the model and design it in detail. This servie would certainly make it convenient for an individual to retrieve credit rating and improve it.

  • Contents are the critical factors for website success. It is important to give the right information to each customer. For this, not only systematic classification but also management of contents is necessary. With regard In the former, some studies are found, but not for the latter. This paper proposes some methods of efficient contents management, which include customized service, push service of technology information, and real-time offering service. For each of them, the process of management is defined focusing on the B2B under make-to-order environment. The methodology is applied to the case of a marine engine manufacturing company.
