경북지역 중국인 유학생의 대학급식 선택속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도 분석 (Analyzing the Importance and Satisfaction on the University Foodservice Selection Attributes of Foreign Chinese Students in Gyeongbuk Province)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the gap in perceived importance-satisfaction rates of foreign Chinese students regarding the university foodservice selection attributes. All statistical analyses are conducted by the SPSS package program (ver 20.0). The results of the statistical analyses are as follows: The validity of the 22 food service selection attributes is being evaluated via the exploratory factor analysis and then five factors are extracted. The five factors are: 'Factor 1. Cleanness and service quality', 'Factor 2. Food quality and price', 'Factor 3. Physical environment', 'Factor 4. Convenience', and 'Factor 5. Service environment'. According to the results of one-way ANOVA, physical environment showed that significant differences across the periods of residence in Korea and the eating frequency at on campus foodservices. On the other hand, the food quality and price, convenience, and service environment showed that significant differences across the periods of residence in Korea. In addition, according to the Importance-Satisfaction Analysis results, 'ventilation of dining room' is the key aspect that university food service managers should reinforce. In conclusion, in order to increase the customer satisfaction rates, the food service managers should not only improve the quality of food and service but also the physical environments of the food service facility.

  • 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있는 전자상거래 시장이 기업들에게 고객층을 넓혀나갈 좋은 기회를 제공하고 있는 반면에 블랙컨슈머로 인한 기업들의 피해 사례 또한 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구는 전자상거래 고객 데이터를 통해 전자상거래상의 블랙컨슈머를 탐지해내는 머신 러닝 모델을 구축하고 최적화하는 것을 목표로 한다. Feature selection의 filter method와 4개의 classification 알고리즘을 이용한 실험을 통해 F-measure 0.667의 정확도로 블랙컨슈머를 탐지하는 모델을 구축하였으며 F-measure에서 11.44%, AURC에서 10.51%, TPR에서 22.87%의 성능 향상을 확인 할 수 있었다.

헤어 미용실 점포 이미지, 가격, 인적 서비스, 신뢰가 고객만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구 (Convergence Study on the Effect of Hair Beauty Salon Store Image, Price, Human Service, and Trust on Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 헤어 미용실을 이용하는 고객의 샵 선택 속성 중에서 점포이미지, 가격, 인적 서비스, 신뢰가 고객 만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보기 위한 융합연구이다. 본 연구는 최근 6개월 이내에 헤어 미용실을 이용한 여성들을 대상으로 한 설문지 500부의 자료를 SPSS v.22 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 점포 이미지(B= 1.321, p= .004), 가격(B= 1.189, p= .032), 인적 서비스(B=1.013, p= .000), 신뢰(B= .782, p= .000)는 고객 만족에. 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 영향력의 순위는 점포 이미지(β= .445), 인적 서비스(β=.377), 가격(β= .252), 신뢰(β= .167)의 순서로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 고객의 헤어 미용실에 대한 점포 이미지, 인적 서비스, 가격, 신뢰가 높아질수록 고객만족도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 고객의 샵 선택 속성들이 고객만족에 미치는 세부적인 영향력을 확인하였다. 그중에서도 점포 이미지와 인적 서비스 요인이 고객 만족요인에 보다 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 점포 이미지의 향상을 위한 경제적이고 효율적인 방안을 모색하여야 하며, 인적 서비스 강화를 위하여 직무능력을 배양해야 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 미용 서비스 산업의 차별화된 마케팅전략을 확립에 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • The purpose of this case study is to demonstrate database-marketing management. First, we explore original variables for insurance customer's data, modify them if necessary, and go through variable selection process before analysis. Then, we develop churn prediction models using logistic regression, neural network and SVM analysis. We also compare these three data mining models in terms of misclassification rate.

  • Functional form and dysfunctional form of Kano model are considered as customer need regarding attribute of product. Both functional and dysfunctional forms are: Like, Must-be Neutral, Live-with and Dislike. The answers of customer regarding a product of functional and dysfunctional forms have been applied for selection of customer needs regarding product attribute (Kano evaluation). Filling.up and returning the Questionnaires by the individuals are essential for determining Kano evaluation. But many Questionnaires have not been returned in that case. Moreover, many possible consumers could not get opportunity to fill-up questionnaire. These uncertain or unknown consumers' opinions are also essential for product development. The choices of Kano evaluations have been outlined by: Attractive, One-dimensional, Must-be, Indifferent and Reverse. In this study, choices of evaluation of unknown customer are considered uniform cumulative vector probability (scenario 1). This study is based on the Monte Carlo simulation method, concept of probability and Kano model. This model has also been tested for its soundness and found fairly consistent including existing Kano model (scenario 2) and case survey for headlight of bicycle (scenario 3).

A Study on the Effects of Super-Supermarket Service Quality on Satisfaction in Store Selection

  • Purpose - Currently, the distribution environment has been changing rapidly because of the advent of super-supermarkets (SSM),which adopt the "price break" and "lowest price" strategies. Specifically, a diversification of the distribution environment allowed customers to reasonably decide where to shop. With a broadened range of criteria governing the choice of a store, determining changes in the distribution environment should be based on customer satisfaction surrounding the service levels of SSMs. This study examines the effects of service quality and product quality of SSMs on customer satisfaction levels, and analyzes whether these factors affect customers' revisit intention directly. Research design and methodology - A survey method was used and 127 SSM customers responded to the questionnaires that were developed to measure service quality, product quality, customer satisfaction, and store revisit intention. A multi-regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. Results - Except hypothesis 2, the other seven hypotheses were supported. Hypothesis 2 suggested a positive relationship between product factors and customer satisfaction. Conclusions - This study found a systematic effect of service factors and product factors on customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth, and consequently on store revisit intention.

The Impact of Importance of Online Platform Food Delivery Selection Attributes on Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention

  • This qualitative study explores the impact of online food delivery platform attributes on customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. Employing a phenomenological approach, we conducted in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with 15 participants to gain rich insights into user experiences. Thematic analysis revealed key factors influencing satisfaction and loyalty: service quality dimensions (efficiency, reliability, fulfillment, privacy), expectation disconfirmation, perceived usefulness and ease of use, multi-level customer value, relationship quality, electronic word-of-mouth, value co-creation, and phased loyalty formation. Our findings extend customer behavior theory in digital platforms, offering a comprehensive framework for understanding the complex mechanisms underlying user satisfaction and repurchase decisions. The study provides valuable implications for platform operators, highlighting the importance of exceeding customer expectations, enhancing user experience, building trust, leveraging user-generated content, and fostering co-creation processes. Methodologically, we demonstrate the efficacy of qualitative approaches in uncovering nuanced insights in digital service contexts. While acknowledging limitations in generalizability, this research establishes a solid foundation for future investigations into the rapidly evolving domain of online food delivery services. The integrated theoretical approach offers a robust model for analyzing customer behavior in emerging digital service environments, contributing significantly to both academic understanding and practical application in the field of digital service provision and platform management.

온.오프라인 은행거래를 위한 매체선택 영향 요인 (Analysis Influential Factors for Media Selection in Banking Transaction Context)

  • The purpose of our this research, based on the Media Selection Theory, the Technology Acceptance Model, and the Social Influence Theory, is to investigate the influential factors that affect media selection in banking transactions. Analyses showed that for location sensitive bank window's and ATMs (automatic teller machines), defined as offline-based transaction channels, convenience was the variable affecting media selection. However, in the case of online media not related to location, (phone banking, internet banking, and mobile banking) reliability was the significant variable influencing use. The findings show that banking organizations may benefit from identifying traits of media affecting use, and should differentiate customer services for competitive advantage.

  • 본 연구는 한식 레스토랑 이용 경험이 있는 중국 고객들을 대상으로 한식 레스토랑을 이용할 때 중요하게 생각하는 요인과 고객 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였는데, 다음과 같은 결과가 나타났다. 첫째, 연령, 결혼 여부, 교육 수준, 직업, 월 가계소득에 따라 한식 레스토랑 선택 속성의 중요도에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 연령, 결혼여부, 직업, 월 가계소득에 따라 한식 레스토랑 선택 속성의 만족도에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 한식 레스토랑 선택 속성의 중요도요인 중 가치 및 서비스 요인과 음식요인은 고객의 전반적인 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 한식 레스토랑 선택 속성의 만족도요인 중 음식 및 가격요인, 분위기 및 서비스 요인은 고객의 전반적인 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 한국 외식업체들이 목표 시장을 설정하거나 그에 맞는 업체의 컨셉을 정할 수 있는 실무적인 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
