Effects of Loyalty Program Values of Beauty Services on Store Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction and Switching Barrier (미용 서비스의 로열티 프로그램 가치가 고객만족과 전환장벽을 통해 점포충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study was to investigate impacts of loyalty program value on store loyalty through customer satisfaction and switching barrier. This study suggests some basis about the direction guidance for successful store-running marketing activities and beauty service related researches. A total of 986 usable questionnaires were obtained from female adults of Busan. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis using SPSS for Window 22.0 and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis by AMOS 22.0. The results suggested that, loyalty program value benefits(hedonic benefits and utilitarian benefits) had positive effect on customer satisfaction, and loyalty program value costs(hedonic costs and utilitarian costs) had oppositive effect on customer satisfaction. The impact of hedonic benefits of the loyalty program values was the largest. Customer satisfaction and switching barrier directly affect store loyalty. The customer satisfaction affected the store loyalty indirectly but the direct effect was bigger.

  • Due to the rapid changes in world trade and shipping environment, today's ports face ever-increasing competition, from adjacent competing ports. To this reason, port service quality has been recognized as an important strategy to take competitive advantage for those competition. In general, service quality has effect on customer loyalty, and customer loyalty is the resource to sustain competitive advantage which service providers or service producers. By improving customer loyalty, companies can get more benefits and added value. However, this causality qf port service quality has not been clearly identified. Thus, various empirical studies in relation to port service quality are needed. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived port service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty. To achieve this aim, we established 8 hypotheses based on SERVPERF in order to test correlations of 5 dimensions of port service, port service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. From the result of the hypothesis testing, we found that customer satisfaction and port service quality do not affect customer loyalty in spite of high effect of port service on customer satisfaction.

Structural Causal Relationships among Service Image, Service Satisfaction, Emotional Commitment and Customer Loyalty in Hospitals: Moderating Effects of Relationship Proneness (병원의 서비스이미지, 서비스만족, 감정적 몰입 및 고객충성도 간 구조적 인과관계: 관계성향의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the structural causal relationships between service image, service satisfaction, affective commitment, and customer loyalty to customers who have experienced hospital medical services, and to identifies the mediating effect of relationship proneness in explaining the effects of service image, service satisfaction, and affectivel commitment on customer loyalty. For this study, 250 respondents were surveyed and data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical package. Statistical analysis tools, such as SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 were utilized for ensuring the validity and the reliability, whereas the SEM method was used for testing the research hypothesis. The results of study are as follows. Service image had significant influence on service satisfaction and emotional commitment. First, Service satisfaction was significant for emotional commitment and customer loyalty, and emotional commitment had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Therefore, the path relations between variables were all statistically significant. Second, there was differences the moderating effect of the relationship proneness in the effects of service satisfaction, service image and affective commitment on customer loyalty. In other words, the moderating effect of the relationship tendency was consistent with the research hypothesis and the adjustment effect was significant in the relationship between service satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, there was no control effect in relation to service image and customer loyalty and affective commitment and customer loyalty. Therefore, In order to secure long-term and stable profits by establishing a relationship with their customers, the medical service marketing strategies of hospitals should be promoted to enhance customer loyalty by raising the level of service satisfaction to high relationship proneness group and by raising the the level of affective commitment to low relationship proneness group.

  • Purpose: Quality Innovation Managements recently focus on developing relationship with customers to meet their requirements and enhance loyalty in the competitive environments in Countries. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of innovation, quality, satisfaction and customer loyalty. Methods: After reviewing the literatures, the structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted test the research model. The data was collected from Quality Leader by the questionnaire In Korea and China. Results: The results of SEM show that hardware innovation quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusion: The authors demonstrate that the hardware innovation quality is related positively to customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. A number of notable findings are reported including the empirical verification that hardware innovation quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty may all be directly related to business performance.

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the impacts of shopping value, customer satisfaction, and switching barrier on consumer loyalty to website. For this purpose, the study tested covariance structural model which set relationships among independent variable(shopping value), meditated variables(customer satisfaction and switching barrier), and dependent variable(website loyalty). The data were collected from a sample of 239 internet shopper of college female students. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is accepted significantly. Second, shopping value had a positive influence on customer satisfaction and switching barrier. Third, shopping value, shopping satisfaction of customer, and switching barrier had a positive impact on website loyalty. Forth, shopping value had a positive impact on website loyalty directly, it was found to have a indirect effect on website loyalty through customer satisfaction and switching barrier.

The Relationships among Brand Assets, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Trust, and Brand Loyalty related to Golf Products

  • Purpose - In this study, it investigates the relationship among brand asset, customer satisfaction, brand trust, and brand loyalty related to golf products. Research design and methodology - The study was conducted with 500 customers from five indoor and outdoor golf training centers located in Seoul, South Korea. The method of tabulation was developed using a nonprobability convenience sampling and the questionnaire was administered through self-administration. The survey was conducted on-site between July 2018 and August 2018 by four trained researchers, including the researchers. Five indoor golf training centers in Seoul were randomly selected, and a total of 500 samples were collected by radio at each training site. Of the 500 questionnaires collected, 449 were utilized once incomplete questionnaires were removed from the sample. Results - This study was as follows. First, brand asset was a significant predictor of customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction was a significant predictor of brand asset. Third, customer satisfaction was a significant predictor of brand loyalty. Fourth, brand trust was a significant predictor of brand loyalty. Fifth, brand asset was a significant predictor of brand trust. Finally, brand trust was a significant predictor of brand loyalty. Conclusions - First, the results showed that brand assets had a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction was shown to have a significant effect on brand trust. Third, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on brand loyalty.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by explore the effects of the Mobile Telecommunication service quality on customer satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (Focus on Moderation effect of switching barrier) in Korea Mobile Telecommunication industry. Methods: After reviewing the literature, the structural eqation modeling(SEM) conducted by LISREL 8.53 test the research model. The data was collected from subscriber of mobile telecommunication service by the questionare in Korea. Results: The results of SEM show that Mobile Telecommunication Service Quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction also have a positive effect on customer loyalty. And switching barrier have a moderation effect between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Conclusion: Mobile Telecommunication Service Quality is highly related to Customer Satisfation and Customer Loyalty, so Mobile Telecomunication Company should improve Service Quality especially price-related service quality and process/ human- related service quality. And the company need to get higher the positive Switching Barriers in order to improve Customer Loyalty.

The Relationship among Web Design, e-Satisfaction, e-Loyalty, and Customer Defection (웹디자인, e-만족, e-충성도, 고객이탈 간의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify the relationship among five factors of web design, e-satisfaction, e-loyalty, and customer defection and provide the implications of marketing strategies in online shopping. The research findings are as follows: first, ease of use of web design affects positively e-satisfaction more than the other factors except financial security. Second, e-satisfaction affects positively e-loyalty. Third, e-satisfaction does not affect customer defection. Fourth, informativeness, styling, ease of use, and trust of web design affect indirectly e-loyalty by mediating e-satisfaction. Therefore, because there is a good circular relationship among web design, e-satisfaction, and e-loyalty, it is very important to enhance web design for customers. When customers satisfy highly with the factors of web design, e-loyalty is higher and customer defection is lower. Further, in a curriculum of web design it is needed to reflect the findings of this paper.

A Study on Service Quality and Switching Costs of Instant Messenger Service Users (인스턴트 메신저 서비스 이용자의 서비스 품질과 전환비용에 관한 연구)

  • The object of this study is to explore factors affecting customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of instant messenger service. We propose that service qualities (tangibility, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, reliability) affect customer satisfaction of instant messenger service, customer satisfactions do customer loyalty. As moderating factors of the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, switching costs are suggested. To accomplish the object of this study data are collected from instant messenger user by survey research. We analyse the research model using structural equation model and moderated multiple regression. The result are as follows: (1) tangibility and responsiveness affect customer satisfaction. (2) customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. (3) switching costs moderated the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

A study on trade show's service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty (무역전시회의 서비스품질, 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 관한 연구)

  • This study intends to provide strategic implication for enhancing trade show's competitiveness by analyzing its structural relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. In order to measure service quality factors influencing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, the empirical analysis was conducted on three kinds of service quality (physical environment quality, interaction quality, outcome quality). The study results indicated that all of the physical environment quality, interaction quality and outcome quality had positive impacts on customer satisfaction. In relationship between service quality factors and customer loyalty, interaction quality and outcome quality showed positive impacts on customer loyalty, whereas physical environment quality did not. The customer satisfaction turned out to have positive impact on customer loyalty.
