  • Recently, the bidding between generating company and transmission company have been accomplished according to restructure of power system industry. And the bidding will develop to TWBP (Two-Way Bidding Pool)type. In this way, it will be important issue on optimum reliability maintenance of the power supply. Thus, in this paper illustrate to customer survey result for the interruption cost analysis. Actually the domestic customer survey is performed on 300 samples. Then the points at customer survey and direction are presented in this paper. Customer is divided into 5 types, total response of customer survey was 22 percent. Furthermore domestic customer survey result characteristics will be use for the basis data of the large scale customer survey.

  • 전자상거래 사용자의 폭발적인 증가는 전자상거래 시스템의 급격한 로드 증가와 네트워크 트래픽을 증가시키고 있다. 또한 전자상거래 시스템에서 동영상을 포함한 자료가 점차 늘어나고 있고 이에 따라 인터넷 서비스 제공업자들은 시스템의 관리와 회선의 유지를 위해 막대한 비용을 지불하고 있다. 이러한 시스템의 로드와 네트워크의 트래픽 증가는 웹 고객의 서비스 요청에 대한 응답 속도의 지연을 가져오게 되며 이는 고객만족도를 감소시켜 e-비지니스 기업의 경쟁력을 떨어뜨리는 중대한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 마이크로소프트사의 최신 버전인 닷넷을 기반으로 한 전자상거래 시스템에서, 응답 지연 속도를 개선한 전자상거래 시스템을 설계하고 실험을 통해 성능을 분석하였다. 실험 결과 제안한 시스템은 웹 고객의 다양한 요구에 대해 개선된 응답 속도와 빠른 적응성을 가질 수 있으며, 특히 전자상거래 시스템에 대해 동시에 발생하는 다수의 다중 사용자의 요구로 인해 발생되는 응답 속도의 지연을 막을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구에서는 한식당 이용객들의 CRM이 고객 행동의도에 얼마나 영향을 끼치는지 측정하였다. 특히 한식당 이용객들의 CRM이 고객 행동의도 중 고객 감정반응을 매개효과로 어떤 영향을 미치는지 선행연구를 토대로 변수 간의 영향관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 첫째, 독립변수는 한식당 이용객들의 CRM 중 서비스 품질, 정보 품질, 시스템 품질 3가지를 변수로 설정하였고, 종속변수는 매개변수인 고객 감정반응을 다중회귀분석으로 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석의 결과는 서비스 품질, 정보 품질, 시스템 품질 모두 종속변수인 고객 감정반응에 대하여 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 다중회귀분석의 결과는 3개의 독립변수 중에서 서비스 품질(${\beta}=.104$, P<.01), 정보 품질(${\beta}=.215$, P<.001), 시스템 품질(${\beta}=.682$, P<.001)은 종속변수인 고객 행동의도에 대하여 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 식당 이용객들의 CRM 중 서비스 품질, 정보 품질, 시스템 품질은 고객 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 모두 부분 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The Analysis of a Causal Relationship of Hospital's Culture Marketing on Customer Emotional Response and Satisfaction

  • Businesses are using culture marketing as a new promotional tool and as a marketing strategy since consumers have desire for not only economical fulfilment, but also emotional and psychological fulfilment. Similar to service industry, medical service industry has started to use culture marketing on its service industry management side. Therefore, this paper will propose necessity and usable culture marketing in hospitals to identify the current position of culture marketing in medical service industry. In conclusion, the present research offers the following implication. First, culture marketing has a partial offsetting impact to those who have negative emotion regarding the medical service industry. This is because of the positive impact of culture marketing on a customer response and customer satisfaction. Moreover, by considering the fact that only a culture synthesis and a culture style have a positive impact, focusing on a culture synthesis and a culture style would be treated as an advantageous strategy.

수정된 Kano 모델을 이용한 스마트 폰의 품질특성 평가 (Analysis of Quality Characteristics of Smart Phone Using Modified Kano Model)

  • The relationship between product quality/function and customer satisfaction has been considered an important point for the new product development. The seminal paper by Kano was the first to thoroughly address the non-linear relationship between product performance/function and customer satisfaction. In the analysis framework of the original Kano model, five factors are assumed, among which indifference factor occupies 40% in the classification scheme. When we analyze survey response using Kano model, many quality attributes can be resulted in indifference factor. This implies that some attributes which are meaningful tend to be classified as indifferent attributes for the customer satisfaction. In order to tackle this problem, a modified Kano model is proposed by reducing the indifference factor. The modified Kano model can be robust for the survey response. A survey is performed for the quality attributes of the smart phone. The response is analyzed and compared based on the original and modified Kano model. The surveyed quality characteristics of the smart phone are performance related attributes, application programs, functional attributes and subjective emotional quality attributes. Many quality attributes classified as indifference factor in the original model are classified as attractive, must-be, and expected factors, respectively.

패밀리레스토랑의 서비스 접점 요소가 고객의 감정적 반응 및 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on the Effects of Service Encounter Elements in a Family Restaurant Based on Customers' Emotional Response and Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the interrelationships between customers' perception of service encounter elements, customers' emotional response and customer satisfaction in a family restaurant. Based on a total of 408 samples, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 4 hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships of the model were tested simultaneously using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi}^2$=821.151 (df=333), CMIN/df 2.466, GFI .878, NFI .927, IFI .955, TLI .949, CFI .955, RMSEA .060. The results showed that human factor ($\beta$=.426) and physical factor ($\beta$=.266) as service encounter elements in family restaurants were indicated to have a positive (+) influence on customers' positive emotion. For influence of customers' negative emotion, human factor ($\beta$=-.157) was surveyed to have a negative (-) influence. Also, customers' positive emotion ($\beta$=.716) and negative emotion ($\beta$=-.081) had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

불만고객에 대한 기업의 실제적 반응이 공정성과 신뢰·만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Company's Actual Response to Customer Complaints on Justice, Trust and Satisfaction)

  • 기업의 실제적인 불만처리 반응은 불만 고객의 이탈을 줄이는 기업의 중요한 성공요인이다. 이에 본 연구는 기업의 불만처리 반응을 실질적인 보상, 종업원(직원)의 호의적인 행동 그리고 기업의 절차로 구분하였다. 이때 고객의 정의인식인 공정성 지각이 신뢰와 만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하여 실제적인 기업 반응의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 대상은 기업에게 직접적으로 불만을 제기한 경험이 있는 210명의 설문 자료를 SPSS, AMOS를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 불만고객에 대한 보상은 공정성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 종업원의 호의적인 태도도 공정성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 불만에 대한 기업의 절차 역시 공정성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 본 연구에서는 분석되었다. 특히, 이러한 공정성은 정의 인식으로 고객의 미래 행동인 신뢰와 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 연구 결과에 근거하여 시사점을 제시하고 미래 연구를 제안하였다.

The Effect of Bakery Customers Product and Service Quality Factors on Value Perception, Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions: Focused on Famous Bakery Customers

  • Purpose: Recently, information on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' can be obtained through various media such as TV, Internet search, and SNS, and the culture of finding and sharing them has become a trend. Since PZB's SERVQUAL, there have been many studies measuring service quality, leading to hotels, restaurants and coffee shops. These studies of service quality include product quality in the service quality dimension. Hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops are provided with intangible services while customers visit and stay, but 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' and 'Famous Bakeries' often stop by to buy products and return home. Therefore, the study on the effect of quality on customer behavior on 'Delicious Restaurants (Mat-zip)' should consider product quality separately. In this study, we want to study how each quality element affects the perceived value and response of customers by separating product quality and service quality. Research design, data, and methodology: This study tested the structural model of how the quality of products and services of famous bakeries affect customers' perceived value and response. As the quality factors, products, tangible services, and employee services were adopted, and perceived values adopted utilitarian and hedonic values, and customer responses adopted customer satisfaction and behavior intention. For this study, 203 survey data with experience using famous bakeries were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Result: The research results are as follows. First, product quality positively influenced utilitarian value, hedonic value, and customer satisfaction, tangible service quality positively influenced utilitarian value, and employee service quality positively influenced hedonic value. Second, utilitarian value had a positive effect on behavioral intention, and hedonic value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: In a famous bakery, it is basic that product quality should be given priority, and for customer satisfaction, employee service quality is half as important. In addition, for Behavior Intension (revisit by the customer), in addition to product quality, the quality of tangible services and employee services should be maintained at a quarter level.

  • The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of quality management and differentiation strategies on customer satisfaction and management performance in family restaurants. In particular, it aims to identify whether such quality management and differentiation strategy have positive influence on customer satisfaction and perceived customer satisfaction as indicated through management performance. For the empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was applied to a total of 250 customers who experienced family restaurant service in Seoul during the past one year. The model was tested using SPSS 12.0 and visual PLS(partial least squares) programs on a sample of the 198 surveys which showed a 92% usable response rate. The results of empirical analysis showed as follows: 1) quality management has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and differentiation strategies but not significant on management performance. 2) differentiation strategies have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and management performance. 3) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on management performance.

호텔 키오스크 품질 속성이 고객만족과 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Kiosk Quality Attributes of Hotel on Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Continuity Intention)

  • This study aims to propose a reasonable and effective kiosk operation plan for hotels planning to introduce kiosks by verifying how the quality attributes of hotel kiosks, which have recently been rapidly increasing starting with mid-priced hotels, affect customer satisfaction and relationship continuity intention. An online survey was conducted for customers using hotel kiosks. 300 copies were collected, 61 insincere responses were removed, and 239 copies were verified. As a result of the analysis, first, hotel kiosk quality attributes, display color, device design, internal UI, amount of information, display brightness and response speed were found to have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and were partially adopted. Second, in terms of relationship continuity intention, the display color, internal UI, amount of information, and response speed were found to be significant and were partially adopted. Third, customer satisfaction showed significant results in relationship continuity intention. These research results showed partial differences from previous studies on general kiosk users and restaurant kiosk users, and based on these results, academic and practical implications were derived.
