  • The Railroad that is representative transportation of Low Coal and Green Growth is industry that meet and serve unspecificness many customer unexpensive price as industry doing against as social overhead capital. Present our country railroad achievement is real condition that is not coming out in eternal in the red management. Accordingly, In this research, analyze success factor of management black-ink balance of railroad advanced nation such as Japan, France and Compare with our country and grasps problem of present city railroad fare system. Finally, alleviate fare burden of customer through diversification of fare system service such as establishing point uniformly for railroad fare that introduce first in Japan JR Kyushu railroad and propose the improvement of management of railway operation organization through demand enlargement.

  • It is treated more seriously than ever as the customer requirements are becoming a high-quality and diversification. Among the various elements to affect customer's evaluation of automobile quality, BSR(buzz, squeak, rattle noise) are considered to be a mostly contributing factor. Rattle Noises in cockpit modules are one of the major concerns mentioned above. Recently, measurements of the BSR noise between the parts that make up the products from the perspective that the structural causes. For structures that make up material has not been any consideration of the BSR noise characteristics. The aim of this study is to clarify the characteristics of noise occurrence in vehicle cockpit module that consist of plastic material after measuring noise by rattle special testing instrument.

  • 경제의 글로벌화에 따른 자동차 부품산업의 구조 재편과정에서 경쟁력 강화를 위한 기업의 입지선택과 공간조직은 더욱 중요해졌다. 완성차 업체의 인수 합병으로 촉발된 부품업체의 변화는 거래선 다변화와 부품 생산의 모듈화를 중심으로 진행되었다. 이에 따른 부품업체의 입지변화와 생산조직의 공간적 특성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전국적인 스케일에서 보면, 수도권 남부 및 충청권 북부지역에서 부품업체의 수가 증가였고, 현대차는 수도권에서, 기아차는 동남권에서 부품공급 거래가 확대되었다. 둘째, 완성차 공장을 중심으로 보면, 전속거래업체는 완성차 공장과 근접경향을 나타내고 있으며, 복수(네트워크)거래 업체들은 분산경향을 나타내고 있다. 또한 부품공급체계에 있어서 JIT(Just In Time, 적기공급)보다 더욱 세밀해진 JIS(Just In Sequence, 동기서열공급)체계를 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 사례연구를 통해 부품업체의 전략적 입지선정과정을 살펴볼 수 있었으며, 완성차 업체의 외부화 경향과는 반대로 규모의 경제를 위한 내부화 경향이 현저하게 나타났다.

견인 장치 사용 환경 다양화에 따른 차체 입력하중 분석 (Analysis of Load Input to Vehicle Body Due to Diversification of Environment of Towing Device)

  • Purpose: This research is to develop Trailer Durability Test of towing device, in order to cover usage conditions of bike type as well as general type trailer. With the diversification of leisure activities, the population that enjoys various sports and leisure has increased rapidly, and the number of vehicles equipped with camping trailers and bike carriers is also increasing steadily. The purpose of this study is to develop a durable vehicle that has no problem in various customer conditions. Methods: We measured the input load under various conditions of the user by attaching load cell to the body fixing part and towing ball of the towing device. The load in various modes was measured, and the difference between the trailer and the bike carrier type was compared and analyzed. Results: Due to the difference in fixing method and weight between the two types, the trailer has a large longitudinal force and the bike type has a large vertical force. Therefore, it is necessary to durability test method capable of satisfying all longitudinal force and vertical force. Conclusion: We improved the durability test of the towing device by changing the test surface. The new mode has made it possible to shorten the durability test schedule by increasing test efficiency.

Kano-Timko모델과 컨조인트 분석을 활용한 한국 식품의 이집트 할랄 시장에 진출을 위한 타당성 분석 (Validity Analysis of Korean Food for Launching Halal Market in Egypt Using the Kano-Timko Model with Conjoint Anlaysis)

  • Purpose: We consider export of Korea for Muslim population of Cairo residents in Egypt. Product instant cup noodle and yuzu tea are mainly focused on Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction factor (CS - Coefficient) analysis and conjoint analysis. Methods: Based on the evaluation and conjoint analysis, cluster analysis was additionally applied to further exploratory research as to what kind of population the target customer has. A total of 120 people, each 60 people each, were prosecuted for Muslim women, middle middle class who had over 3,000 Korean won annual income for that study, and in Cairo in August 18. Results: The Kano analysis result Instant cup noodles act as attractive elements for packaging state, cooking method, smell and convenience, and Yuzu tea acted as an attractive element of taste, eating method, raw materials, efficacy, packaging form. Customer satisfaction factor, instant cup noodles, capacity and noodle thickness was a factor of indifference in Kano analysis, but acted as an attractive factor, the way to eat citron tea was classified as a factor of indifference. Conclusion: In the case of instant cup noodles, we first set up the taste of chicken-based soup with high appreciation as a whole, a group that likes chicken-based soup taste and oil noodles for each market segment, a taste of beef based soup And popular group that likes raw noodles Appears that diversification is necessary, and it has been found that it is necessary to develop a product type by hierarchy and marketing with different size priority from group packaging container. In the case of Yuzu tea, it is indispensable to emphasize the efficacy, in particular, energy recovery preference appears high, appealing point matching the needs of energy recovery is necessary, release the citrus fruit as a product without buckwheat in Bisson Ho, the packaging container, The group that likes cups and sticks is different and we found that it is necessary to prepare all two types.

  • 국민의 재산권 보호를 위하여 부동산거래의 불확실성 해소와 신뢰성 확보는 매우 중요하다. 생활양식의 변화에 따라 부동산시장은 다양화되고 부동산거래의 수준도 다양화되는데 비하여 부동산거래제도는 아직도 과거의 틀을 벗지 못하고 있다. 이에 능동적으로 대처해 나가기 위해서는 부동산 거래방식에 대한 재검토가 필요하며, 특히 현재의 중개계약방식을 선진화할 수 있는 방안을 검토할 필요가 있다. 전속중개계약과 부동산거래정보망제도는 이미 미국, 일본 등의 여러 선진국가에서 보편화된 제도이며 부동산중개업의 거래질서를 확립하고 부동산중개의뢰인의 재산권 보호 및 편익제공을 위해 권장 실시되고 있는 제도이다. 우리나라에서는 1993년 12월에 개정된 부동산중개업법에서 전속중개계약과 부동산거래정보망제도가 신설되었다. 그러나 여러 가지 문제로 말미암아 10여년이 지난 현재까지도 제대로 제도 정착이 안 되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전속중개계약 및 부동산거래정보망제도 활성화에 대한 특성요인을 개발하여 요인별 상관관계를 살펴보고, 이러한 요인이 중개기능의 제고와 부동산중개업자의 신뢰성, 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 통하여 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 현재 존재가치가 유명무실한 우리나라의 전속중개계약 및 부동산거래정보망제도에 대한 활성화방안과 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Differentiated B2B Marketing Strategy of Dongwon Systems, the No.1 Packaging Solution Company in Korea

  • Dongwon Systems established in 1977 to exclusively supply Dongwon tuna cans, the parent company. Instead of its stable management and profits by relying on the parent company, the company was not complacent and started innovating and challenging new markets. Dongwon Systems decided to expand the business area and pioneer new markets so that it becomes the first domestic company to successfully expand into independent businesses other than parent company products. Such success of Dongwon Systems was driven by its differentiated B2B strategies. Unlike the characteristics of usual B2B companies, Dongwon Systems has been thinking both of its client companies and end-consumers. In this case-study, we will explore how Dongwon Systems became the No.1 packaging solution company in Korea through technology innovation in the aspects of unique B2B marketing strategy. The key success factor can be summarized in three ways; product and technology development with customer centric mind-set, systematically extending new markets through business diversification, and marking Southeast Asia as a bridgehead for its global strategy. It is expected that the current case study of Dongwon Systems will be able to provide implications for B2C companies as well as B2B companies that try to expand their business portfolio and global business areas through B2B marketing case analysis.

  • 구내 통신 선로에 유입되는 낙뢰나 유도에 의한 서지로부터 통신 설비 및 이용자를 보호하기 위하여 국선과 구내 케이블의 접속 지점에 외부로부터의 과전압 또는 과전류를 차단하기 위한 보호기를 설치하고 있다. 국내에서 이러한 보호기에 대한 설치 의무 및 성능 기준 등을 기술기준으로서 규정하고 있으나 현행 기술기준은 PSTN 서비스에 기반을 두어 수립된 기준으로 통신 기술의 발전에 따른 서비스의 다변화에 대응하고 있지 못하고 있다. 지난 연구에서 이러한 구내통신설비의 가입자 보호기 기술기준에 대한 개선 방향에 대한 제언을 한 바 있으며 이에 본 논문에서는 구내 통신용 보호기의 성능 기준 중 과전압 제한 성능 기준을 개정안을 마련하고 이의 검증을 위한 시험을 통해 개정안에 대한 타당성을 제시한다.

  • Recently, the postal service encounters the various changes in the overall mail environment including the reduction of letter volume, keen competition of the private parcel service and EMS, diversification of customers' demand and etc. In this environment, Korea Post is considering new concept of postal service in order to provide the mail service based on informatization and automation to a client and secures the predominance in competition. We analyze the current environment of postal service for applying the gCRM (Geographic Customer Relationship Management). We propose some possible application fields and present an efficient phased application plan for each field.
