  • In this study, PSII(plasma source ion implantation) was used to improve the biocompatibility of bone-anchored Ti implant. According to potentiodynamic anodic polarization test in deaerated Hank's solution, open circuit potential of ion implanted specimens were increased compare to that of unimplanted specimen ; besides, passive current density and critical anodic current density of ion implanted specimens were lower than unimplanted specimen.

  • Voltage varing Fate dv/dt which is applied to induction motor usually makes unnegligible leakage current and it flows through stator winding and motor frame. This kind of harmonic leakage current makes effect on power source and cuases electromagnetic trouble because the motor frame has earth. Therefore in this study, a high frequency induction motor model is developed and analyze the motor performance to explain the phenomena. Inverter model is also developed and is combined with the motel model to prepare the basis of the high frequency effects on inverter fed induction motor.

  • Electro-deposition of carbon film on silicon substrate in methanol solution was carried out with various current density, solution temperature and electrode spacing between anode and cathode. The carbon films with smooth surface morphology and high electrical resistance were formed when the distance between electrode was relatively wider. The electrical resistance of the carbon films were independent of both current density and solution temperature.

  • This paper was studied on the corrosion and corrosion-wear behavior of chromium (Cr) plating in the acidic environments. In the various pH of acidic solutions, the electrochemical polarization test and wear-corrosion test of Cr plating were carried out. And thus potential, corrosion current density and corrosion-wear loss behaviour of Cr plating are investigated.

  • A simple SPICE model for the description of the on-current of low-temperature poly-silicon thin film transistors is proposed. By employing constant mobility, $V_GS$ dependent alpha parameter, and exponential kink effect, very good agreements between the model and measurement were obtained.
